Abstract

This study aims to determine effect of management information systems on service quality to users in the Pamekasan Library and Archives Service. Management information system (SIM) has three components namely usability, information quality, and interaction quality. This type of research is quantitative, the population in this study were all members of the Dinas Perpustakaan dan Kearsipan Pamekasan as many as 17,128 members. The sample used in this study were 99 members. Data analysis techniques in this study used multiple linear regression test, which firstly used statistical test using instrument test and classical assumption test. The conclusions of the results of this study indicate that partially the usability, information quality, and interaction quality have an influence on the quality of service while the use. And simultaneously (together) usability, information quality, and interaction quality have an influence on service quality.

Abstract

Excellent service in the banking world is the key to increasing customer trust, satisfaction, and loyalty. Meanwhile, some employees of PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Pamekasan Branch Office are not yet optimal in implementing Service Excellent in serving its customers, such as not paying enough attention and not being too active when interacting in providing services. In this case, it is contrary to the basic concept of Service Excellent, which includes A6, attitude, attention, action, ability, appearance, and accountability. The aim of this research is to find out more deeply about the implementation of excellent service at the PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pamekasan intermediate branch office. The methods used are interview, observation, and documentation methods. From this method, researchers then process and analyze it to obtain data or information. The subjects of this research were taken from employees at the PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Pamekasan Branch Office. For the validity of the data, researchers used triangulation between informants. The results of this research are the implementation of excellent service in serving customers, which is applied in all lines to achieve customer satisfaction, such as excellent service provided in the frontliner section, withdrawing money using BBS Mobile, fast and precise service, implementing 3S (smile, greet, salute), excellent service in the form of security, and improving the quality of excellent service personally. Excellent service itself plays an important role in maintaining customer loyalty to the PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Madya Pamekasan Branch. This is proven by the large number of customers it has, including 1446 active customers and 10 thousand 259 third-party fund customers.

Abstract

The rapid development of the world capital market causes high competition in the business world, not least in the property and real estate business in Indonesia. This certainly encourages every company to continue to compete in improving the company's financial performance in order to attract investors to invest their capital for the company. The property and real estate sector is the most important sector as a driver of the economy in a country. In Indonesia, companies engaged in property and real estate are growing, indicating that the economy is growing in Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the effect of financial performance on property and real estate stock prices on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. multiple linear regression analysis technique. The type of data used is secondary data. The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect of the financial performance variables Current Ratio (CR), Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) simultaneously on stock prices (Price Earning Ratio (PER) in property companies and real estate listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2105-2017 with a significant value of Fcount of 4,603 with a significance level of 0.01 (smaller than significant 0.05) while the value of Ftable is 2.70. This means that the value of Ftable is 2.70. Fcount > Ftable with a value of 4.603 > 2.70 and a sig. level of 0.01 < 0.05, so it can be concluded that the independent variables together have a significant effect on the dependent variable.

Abstract

Every institution must carry out a promotional strategy to attract customers to want to use these products. Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan branch is one of the Islamic financial institutions that carries out promotional strategies in increasing customer interest, namely by installing benner at every point, gathering, providing cashbacks or coupon draws with prizes, this needs to be reviewed to combine with the promotion theory proposed by Kotler and Armstrong that the promotional mix as a marketing communication medium, has several main activities, namely advertising,  personal sales, sales promotion and publicity. In Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan Branch from 2019-2021 decreased, but there was an increase in 2022. The approach in this study uses a qualitative approach. This type of research is field research. Field research is a research that is carried out intensively, in detail, and in depth on a certain object by studying it as a case. The data sources in this study are interviews, observations and documentation. The targets and locations are used as research sites at the Prenduan branch of Pegadaian Syariah. The promotion strategy of Pegadaian Syariah Prenduan branch in increasing customer interest is 1. Advertising, Personal Sales, Publicity, Sales Promotion in sales promotion has a special strategy to increase customer interest, namely providing cashbacks or lucky draw coupons. In addition, in carrying out a promotion strategy, there are also factors that become obstacles, namely: 1. Lack of customer understanding of social media, 2. Time to promote, 3. Weather conditions.

Abstract

PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar plays an active role in the regional economic development of Sumenep Regency, this is proven by its existence PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar in every activity, either directly or indirectly related to the community as a form of corporate responsible for social welfare and the formation of agents in bill collection turns out to have a positive correlation in customer loyalty. This study aims to determine the implementation of gold pawn ar-rahn) in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch, and is there any difference between practice and theory on gold pawn (ar-rahn) in increasing customer loyalty at PT. BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch with relevant data sources and using observation techniques, interviews with the authorities, and documentation. In this study researchers used a qualitative method, namely the case study method by conducting direct field surveys. Data analysis uses data reduction, display data, and conclusion data. The results showed that the community was very enthusiastic about pawning their gold. However, since the corona'19 virus, gold pawning has decreased. Then the implementation of gold pawning at the BPRS Bhakti Sumekar Pragaan Branch was again due to the declining gold price, and increasingly fierce competition. so the Bank strives to increase it again so that customers are more tempted to pawn their gold than so the Bank makes efforts to increase it again so that customers are more tempted to pawn their gold than to sell.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out whether trust affects the intention to use the shopee blessing application, whether risk affects the intention to use the shopee blessing application, and whether motivation affects the intention to use the shopee blessing application. Then the researcher added experience as a moderation variable in the study that can moderate trust, risk, and motivation towards the intention of using the shopee blessing application. This study uses the UTAUT2 theory which explains the extent of the difference between the intention to use and the actual use of technology by consumers. To obtain research data, researchers shared a questionnaire by selecting a Likert scale as a measurement, using the STATA version 16 application as data analysis. To see the results of the study, researchers used moderated regression analysis (MRA). From the results of the research conducted by the researcher, it can be concluded, that the trust variable affects the intention to use and the experience can moderate the trust in the intention to use the shopee blessing application, the risk variable does not affect the intention to use nor can the experience moderate the risk to the intention to use the blessing shoppe application, and the motivation variable does not affect the intention to use the blessing shoppe application, and the motivation variable does not affect the intention to use but experience can moderate motivation towards the intention of using the blessings.

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving era of digitalization in 2024, the batik business Al-Barokah has successfully increased its revenue through innovative digital marketing strategies. Through qualitative research with a case study approach, the use of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and WhatsApp has proven effective in disseminating information, creating positive perceptions, and expanding the market reach for batik products. Despite facing intense competition, Al-Barokah batik continues to innovate with unique product quality, utilizing website design features and visual videos to promote its products. With the right digital marketing approach, Al-Barokah has significantly increased its revenue in 2024, emphasizing the strategic role of digital marketing in enhancing competitiveness and sustainability in the current digital era.

Abstract

UD. H. SYAIFUL ULUM Pangarengan is a company that manages or produces salt. Salt farming has become a source of income for the Madurese, especially in the village of Pangarengan. So the island of Madura dubbed the island of salt. In fact, nowadays the government prefers to import salt from neighboring countries rather than buying it from local salt farmers. The quality of salt products is one of the competitiveness for local farmers in order to compete in the world market. The method used in this research is qualitative research. The type of data used is qualitative data, the object of research is carried out at UD. H. SYAIFUL ULUM Pangarengan. Sources of data used are primary data and secondary data. This study uses data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation. Variable operational definitions are product quality and Quality Risk Management. The data analysis technique used is to prepare data, identify, analyze and evaluate. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the process of producing salt from seawater is strongly influenced by the climate and weather of an area. The quality of the salt produced is influenced by various factors, namely temperature, climate, weather, water viscosity, soil, and geomembrane. The risk management owned by the company for the production of KW 1 salt is having competitiveness in the installation process. Meanwhile, the risk management owned by the company for the production of KW 3 salt is that the company experiences production costs that are greater than the profit earned.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and intense competition in the construction sector, having a Work Competency Certificate (WCC) is crucial for project workers to meet established work safety and skill standards. This research aims to explore the causes of not having a Work Competency Certificate (WCC) by construction workers and the solution to this problem in the Fuel Filling Station for Fishermen (SPBU Nelayan) project. Qualitative descriptive methods were used in this research by collecting data through field observations, interviews and documentation. Research findings reveal that the main barriers to obtaining WCC include mismatching educational levels, lack of understanding of the importance of WCC, and lack of relevant work experience. The strategies adopted to overcome this problem include training for employee development, increasing awareness about the benefits of WCC, and implementing effective human resource management to support employee professional growth and improve work safety standards. The results of this research emphasize the importance of overcoming barriers to obtaining WCC and implementing holistic strategies in improving employee qualifications, which in turn provides benefits in the form of competitive advantage and increased job security standards.

Abstract

Peningkatan kualitas pelayanan publik yaitu dengan memanfaatkan hadirnya teknologi. Pajak Daerah khusunya Pajak hotel dan restoran awalnya dipungut secara manual, seiring dengan tuntutan mutu layanan makan pemerintah kabupaten Sumenep melalui Badan Pendapatan, Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPPKAD) menerapkan ebilling system sebagai bentuk inovasi dalam bidang teknologi dari pembayaran pajak secara manual menjadi elektsronik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa, Pertama,wujud transparansi yaitu dengan diterapkannya sistem pemungutan pajak self assessment. Kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan kesadaran wajib pajak dalam pelaporan pajaknya, e-billing system belum berbasis web, dan kerusakan alat yang juga menjadi kendala dalam melakukan input data. Kedua, BPPKAD telah melaksanakan tugasnya, tanggungjawab menyerahkan hasil pajak kepada bendahara penerimaan dan menyerahkan tanda bukti pembayaran kepada wajib pajak. Ketiga, mudahnya penggunaan e-billing telah menyesuaikan dengan kondisi hotel dan restoran sebagai penerima pelayanan. Kendala yang dihadapi terkait anggaran ketika harus membuat e-billing secara khusus (taylor made). Keempat, media interaksi khusus dipersiapkan untuk menjawab komplain dari wajib pajak. Kendalanya berkaitan dengan durasi pelaksanaan dari saran, kritik, dan harapan wajib pajak. Kelima, untuk penerapan e-billing tidak adadiskriminatif. Kendala dalam pelaksanaannya masih belum semua hotel dan restoran diberikan e-billing. Keenam, memberikan pelayanan yang aman dan nyaman serat memberikan fasilitas berupa computer, printer, dan dua roll kertas. Adapun persiapan yang perlu dilakukan terkait keadilan yaitu untuk memunculkan kepercayaan (trust) antara keduanya.
