Abstract

Bank Muamalat Indonesia is an Islamic financial institution that continues to increase profits from every financial transaction that occurs between its customers with efforts and efforts to maintain stability in obtaining profits with several instruments, including the two bank financial instruments in this study. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of equity and third-party funds on the growth of bank profits in 2016-2020. This research uses quantitative approaches with descriptive methods. The data used is sukender data obtained from bank Muamalat Indonseia's quarterly financial report in 2016-2020. The results of this study concluded that partially (test t) showed that Equity(X1)) had a positive or significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. And showed that DPK(X2) has no significant effect on profit growth at Bank Muamalat Indonesia. Based on the results of the calculation of regression tests together (test F) shows that equity X 1 and DPK X2 simultaneously affect profits on bank muamalat in 2016-2020 (Y). based on the results of the determination coefficient test (R2),the magnitude of the influence of equity and third party funds onbank Muamalat Indonesia's profit growth by 39.3%, while the remaining 60.7% was influenced by other factors outside the study.

Abstract

Transfers at Muamalat Bank can be done without going to the bank directly, namely making transfers via Muamalat DIN. Muamalat DIN is a mobile banking application by Bank Muamalat which can be accessed by its customers. At Muamalat DIN there is a transfer service which allows users to make transfers via Muamalat DIN. The aim of this research is to determine the use of transfer services via Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) in increasing customer loyalty at Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep. To find out customer problems using transfer services via Muamalat DIN (Digital Islamic Network) at Bank Muamalat KCP Sumenep. To find out more about the use of transfer services through Muamalat DIN in increasing customer loyalty, researchers used a qualitative field research approach. The methods used are interviews, observation, documentation. The results of this research show that using transfer services via Muamalat DIN can increase customer loyalty because customers do not need to come to the bank to make a transfer, just use the Muamalat DIN application. The obstacles faced by customers using transfer services via Muamalat DIN are that some customers experience network problems, system repairs at the bank and human error or customer errors in making transfers and blocking of the Muamalat DIN application due to errors in entering the TIN code.

Abstract

Economic and legal collaboration as a field of life has a strategic role. As technology advances in a disruptive era, the two can influence each other. This article seeks to examine economic and legal relations as a form of collaboration in the era of disruption on several issues; basic concepts of economics and law, implementation of economic and legal collaboration, the influence of economic and legal colobaration. This study produces conclusions with three main theses, namely: first, economic regulation by law is always in two ways between the rights and obligations that are interconnected between the two. Second, the prospect of economic collaboration with the law in a potential disruptive era in terms of efficiency and effectiveness. Third, collaborative economics is in tune with the basic principles of muamalah al-maslahah especially the rules of bringing benefits and avoiding madharat, جلب المصالح ودرء المفاسد (jalb jalb al-masalih wa dar’u al-mafasid).

Abstract

The research background is the issue of research on the condition of financial deepening in Indonesia in 2013-2019 with the aim of describing the macroeconomic conditions of financial deepening in Indonesia for the period 2013-2019, using the variables foreign investment, trade openness, exchange rates, and inflation. The method used in this research is quantitative descriptive by analyzing secondary data which is processed using Eviews with the OLS method. The results of data processing using OLS show several findings, namely: foreign investment, exchange rates, and inflation variables have an effect on financial deepening and trade openness has no effect on financial deepening. Meanwhile, based on simultaneous testing, it shows that all macroeconomic variables have an effect on financial deepening in the 2013-2019 period. The implication of this research is that the government can maintain stable macroeconomic conditions and provide positive benefits for Indonesia's financial deepening.

Abstract

This study analyzes Eiger's brand equity in the outdoor industry in Tangerang using a mixed-method approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. Brand equity is evaluated through four dimensions: brand awareness, brand association, perceived quality, and brand loyalty. Respondents were selected using purposive sampling to ensure direct experience with the brand. The results indicate that Eiger has strong brand equity. Brand awareness is notably high, with the brand recognized as a symbol of quality and reliability. Positive brand associations are linked to innovation and product durability, while perceived quality significantly contributes to consumer loyalty. Many respondents expressed satisfaction and commitment to the brand. This study recommends increasing brand visibility and reinforcing positive associations related to quality and innovation. The findings offer strategic insights and a foundation for further research on brand equity dynamics in local markets and the outdoor industry.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid 19 yang mengguncang pertumbuhan sektor UMKM di Indonesia membuat UMKM Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta juga mengalami guncangan. Pada masa Pandemi Covid 19 ini berbelanja secara online dianggap lebih efektif karena tidak perlu keluar rumah, sehingga penjualan dengan Ecommerce dapat memudahkan pihak penjual dan juga pihak pembeli. Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan eksploratif. Artinya, penelitian ini merupakan penelitian awal dengan mencari dan mengidentifikasi tentang kontribusi Ecommerce terhadap kegiatan UMKM DIY di masa Pandemi Covid 19. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini yaitu pelaku UMKM DIY yang telah mengoptimalkan penjualan dengan ecommerce sejak sebelum pandemi Covid 19 tidak mengalami dampak negatif, penjualan dan promosinya tetap stabil. Sedangkan bagi pelaku yang tidak mengoptimalkan penjualan dengan ecommerce sejak sebelum pandemi Covid 19 mengalami penurunan penjualan yang sangat drastis. Sehingga ecommerce sangat berkontribusi dalam kegiatan UMKM DIY, namun pandemi Covid 19 ini sangat berdampak pada saluran distribusi.Kata Kunci: UMKM, Ecommerce, Covid 19

Abstract

Berdasarkan data Badan Pusat Statistik pada tahun 2022, Indonesia merupakan negara dengan jumlah penduduk 272.682.500 jiwa dengan jumlah penduduk muslim lebih dari 207 juta jiwa. Dengan demikian negara Indonesia memiliki peluang yang sangat besar untuk menjadi produsen makanan halal. Industri halal merupakan salah satu topik yang saat ini sedang marak diperbincangkan di lingkungan bisnis internasional. Kabupaten Bangkalan merupakan salah satu daerah dengan jumlah UMKM terbesar di Madura yaitu sekitar 22.500 UMKM. Namun ironisnya hampir seluruh pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten tersebut belum memiliki sertifikasi halal. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan data yang diperoleh dari Dinas Koperasi dan Usaha Mikro serta Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan Kabupaten Bangkalan. Diharapkan penelitian ini dapat memberikan solusi atas permasalahan yang saat ini sedang terjadi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki dan mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi UMKM di Kabupaten Bangkalan ketika mencoba untuk mendapatkan sertifikasi halal. Melalui dokumentasi, wawancara, dan observasi, data dikumpulkan.Based on data from the Central Bureau of Statistics in 2022, Indonesia is a country with a population of 272,682,500 people with a Muslim population of more than 207 million people. Thus the country of Indonesia has a very big opportunity to become a halal food producer. The halal industry is one of the topics currently being widely discussed in the international business environment. Bangkalan Regency is one of the areas with the largest number of MSMEs in Madura, which is around 22,500 MSMEs. However, ironically, almost all MSMEs in the Regency do not yet have halal certification. This is evidenced by data obtained from the Office of Cooperatives and Micro Enterprises and the Office of Industry and Trade of Bangkalan Regency. It is hoped that this research can provide solutions to the problems that are currently happening. This study aims to investigate and identify the challenges faced by MSMEs in Bangkalan Regency when trying to obtain halal certification. Abstract

The importance of customer loyalty and satisfaction positively impacts the growth of Sharia banks. Loyalty and satisfaction from a customer will be created if a harmonious relationship exists between the two parties, namely the customer and the Sharia bank, otherwise, a disharmonious relationship will damage the cooperation between the two. So it does not rule out the possibility that Islamic banks will experience problems. This research aims to determine CRM implementation and customer loyalty and satisfaction factors at BPRS SPM Pamekasan. This type of research uses descriptive qualitative methods. The results of this research show that the implementation of Customer Relationship Management implemented by BPRS SPM Pamekasan includes: Being able to identify customer desires, obtain new customers, retain old customers, convince customers to continue using BPRS SPM products and services, and provide good after-sales service. To create success in the Customer Relationship Management strategy which can generate loyalty and satisfaction for BPRS SPM customers, this is by improving the quality of service provided to customers, with the aim of good service, a good relationship will also be built between BPRS SPM and customers thereby creating loyal customers. and feel satisfied.

Abstract

The Pensyar Section of the Ministry of Religion of East Java, the zakat section, responded to this so that each mosque formed a UPZ Mosque, especially in the Madura work area. The Pensyar and Baznas Section of Sumenep Regency and the Pensyar Section of Pamekasan Regency also gave instructions to mosques. However, these instructions have not received significant results. Many mosques continue to carry out zakat management activities but there is no coordination either with the Regency Ministry of Religion or with the Regency Baznas. This research uses descriptive qualitative analytical research method at the exploratory stage. Data obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. To determine the validity of the data, the researchers used a triangulation approach. The results of this study are: The background of the issuance of the Perbaznas is due to the existence of laws or regulations relating to UPZ but not yet detailed. For example, Government Regulation (PP) number 14 of 2014 which requires the establishment of a UPZ but has not been clearly regulated. 2) Problems in the formation of UPZ Mosques in Madura can be categorized, namely, cultural problems, administrative complexity problems, problems with the perception of the lack of public trust in the government or the agency that manages ZIS funds, and the lack of socialization budgets to educate the public, and the problem of low community understanding. 3) The problem of culture can be solved by focusing the UPZ of the mosque to manage zakat maal only. Distribution of zakat fitrah is left as usual. Solving the problem of administrative complexity by collaborating with religious instructors to assist the takmir of the mosque so that they can be independent. The resolution of the perception problem is to increase transparency and accountability. Solving the problem of the lack of socialization budget and low public understanding with government initiatives to take breakthroughs in optimizing the budget for socialization and education.

Abstract

This article aims to reveal the determinants of sharia compliance in collecting Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah (ZIS) funds through the charity box culture (kencleng  ) at the Sumenep Zakat, Infaq and Shadaqah Amil Institute (LAZISNU) involving non-Muslims. Collecting ZIS through kencleng   involving non-Muslims is problematic. This research examines the kencleng   culture in collecting ZIS as a factor that determines sharia compliance. This article argues that fundrasing through kencleng   culture involving non-Muslims in Lazisnu Sumenep city fulfills sharia compliance. The article is based on qualitative research with a case study approach. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, observation and document analysis. Research informants consisted of LAZISNU administrators, kencleng   distributors, shops, and ZIS donors. This article identifies four determinants of sharia compliance in fundraising donations through kencleng   culture at LAZISNU Sumenep: First, the generosity in fundraising is the initial motivation for participation in collecting ZIS. Second, the aqad factor of donations through kencleng as philanthropy determines the validity of ZIS. Third, regular monitoring and supervision by Sharia Supervisory Board (DPS) even though administratively it shows that standard operating procedures (SOP) are being implemented. Fourth, kencleng   socio-cultural norms help promote ZIS collection. The contribution of this research is the importance of strengthening sharia commitment, effectiveness, community participation and promotion as an effort to optimize ZIS collection.
