Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the Vo2Max of Tokambang FC futsal players. This type of research uses experimental research which is carried out for 16 meetings with the treatment of high intensity interval training and fartlek training which is carried out through a training program that has been prepared. This study aims to determine: (1) whether there is an effect of interval training to increase Vo2Max; (2) whether there is an effect of fartlek training to increase Vo2Max; (3) whether there is a difference between high intensity interval training and fartlek This research was conducted using an experimental method with a Two-group pretest-posttest design. pmain Tokambang futsal club The sampling technique was matched pair. The research instrument used Multi stage fitness. The data analysis technique used in this study is t-test to determine the comparison of high intensity and fartlek exercises in increasing Vo2Max. Based on the results of the study are as follows. (1) There is an effect of increasing Vo2Max in PS futsal athletes. Himalaya with interval training, which is evident from the t value (13.321) > t table (2.132). (2) There is an effect of increasing Vo2Max in PS futsal athletes. Himalaya with fartlek training, which is evident from the t value (10.994) > t table (2.132). (3) High intesnity interval training and fartlek training are equally good at increasing VO2max in Tokambang futsal club players because there is no significant difference in results, which is evident from the value of t count (0.587) > t table (2.201).

Abstract

The background of the problem of this learning comes from the way the teacher learns and the way students learn, causing the low learning outcomes of students in PJOK learning to be seen that the teacher has not been able to arrange students' activities from easy to difficult. Learners have not been able to master the material when the assessment takes place. And this study aims to determine the basic movement skills (hand swings and footsteps) in learning rhythmic activity activities. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK). The subjects in this study were class IV (four) students of Pusakajaya Utara II State Elementary School, totaling 30 students. Data collection is done by selecting data sources, types of data, and instruments used in research. The results of this study can be concluded that: Through learning Rhythmic Movement activities can improve basic movements in class IV students of Pusakajaya Utara II State Elementary School. The increase in ability is seen from the achievement of the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of students classically in the pre-cycle of 32.14%, cycle I is 64,29%, and cycle II reaches 89,29%. Based on the results of the final test, there has been an increase, so it can be concluded that the ability of basic movements can be improved through rhythmic gymnastics for class IV students of Pusakajaya Utara II State Elementary School.

Abstract

Classroom Action Research aims to improve physical education learning in performing basic techniques in volleyball games with make a match. In this study, researchers collaborated with other teachers and with the school principal. Researchers were directly involved in the research from the beginning until the research ended. Researchers try to see, observe, feel, live, reflect and evaluate the learning activities that take place. This research used 2 cycles consisting of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. Data collection techniques to obtain accurate research results, the data that has been collected is analyzed statistically, namely using the mean or average formula. From the results of the study it was found that the average value of cycle I was 66.14 (46.33%) while Cycle II was 91.29 (96.43%) in cycle II experienced a significant increase. Referring to the action hypothesis proposed in this class action research, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability of basic techniques in volleyball games with make a match in class XI students of SMA Negeri 2 Sinjai.

Abstract

This research applies the Classroom Action Research (PTK) method using a cycle approach in an effort to increase student learning motivation in Physical Education, Sports and Health (PJOK) subjects. This research consists of two cycles with stages of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. In Cycle I, the average student learning motivation reached 45.31%, while in Cycle II, the average learning motivation increased significantly to 70.62%. This increase of 25.31% reflects positive changes in students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. The results obtained indicate that the intervention in the form of using “ice breaking” and refreshment during learning in Cycle II successfully stimulated students' interest and motivation. This increase in learning motivation also reflects the effectiveness of the emphasis on more interesting and participatory learning. These positive results illustrate the impact of the improvements and efforts made in Cycle II in creating a better learning environment. This research provides a positive view of the use of PTK methods with a cyclical approach and the implementation of “ice breaking” in increasing student learning motivation in PJOK subjects. The implications of these findings underscore the importance of innovative approaches in learning to achieve more optimal learning objectives.

Abstract

The problems to be studied in this research are: (a) How can you improve your ability to run short distances by applying reinforcement? (b) What is the effect of strengthening on short distance running? The aim of this research is (a) to find out how to increase short distance running ability by applying reinforcement. This research uses two rounds of action research. Each round consists of two stages, namely: design, activities and observations. Reflection and revision The target of this research is Class From the results of the analysis, it was found that student learning achievement increased from cycles I to III, namely, cycle I (62%), cycle II (74%) and cycle III (91%). The conclusion of this research is that providing reinforcement can influence the short distance running ability of class X TKJ 1 students at SMK Negeri 2 Majene and the learning model can be used as an alternative in the PJOK learning process.
