Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out whether leadership and motivation influences the performance of UPT Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang employees, whether leadership and motivation affect the performance of UPT Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang employees, and how much leadership and motivation influence together. on the performance of UPT Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang employees. This study uses a quantitative approach. The data source used in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires to UPT Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang employees as many as 89 respondents. To determine the number of samples in this study, researchers used the Nonprobability Sampling technique with saturated sample techniques. The results of the study were concluded to answer the formulation of the problem, that: The leadership variable (X1) has an effect on the performance variable (Y), as evidenced by the t-count value that is greater than t-table, namely 2.859 > 1.987 and the significance value is smaller than the probability value, namely 0.005 < 0.05; The motivational variable (X2) has an effect on the performance variable (Y), as evidenced by the t count value that is greater than t table, namely 3.388 > 1.987 and the significance value is smaller than the probability value, namely 0.005 < 0.05; Variable X1 and variable X2 together have a significant effect on variable Y, as evidenced by the calculated f value that is greater than f table, namely 25.713 > 3.10 and the significance value is smaller than the probability value, namely 0.000 < 0.05; It is known that the R Square value is 0.374, meaning that leadership and motivation affect the performance of UPT Abdulrachman Saleh Airport Malang employees by 37.4%. Abstract

The rapid growth in information technology and communication has been seen. It is clear that these technological advances and communications make it easy to engage in such everyday activities as business activities, education, health, and easier to send information from place to place. The underlying need for such activities is the smartphone. In this study discusses the price had a partial influence on purchasing decisions of 35.9%. Product quality has a partial influence on purchasing decisions of 45.5%. Promotion has a partial influence on purchasing decisions of 17%. Price variables, product quality, promotion affect simultaneous purchasing decisions by 45.9%. The remaining 54.1% is explained by other variables outside the research model. Abstract

Indonesia has more than 275 million inhabitants. So that the number of internet users in Indonesia has increased every year. The Internet makes consumer behavior change. From doing shopping in person or face to face then changing to shopping online. the product category that Indonesians are most looking for when shopping online is the fashion and accessories category in 2021. Fashion is closely related to clothing, therefore clothing is a human need which is a tool to cover and protect the body. In this study discusses the effect of flash sale promos and viral marketing on purchasing decisions. This study discusses Erigo where the research object is Erigo's Instagram followers. This study uses path analysis with SPSS and Excel tools. The results showed that the influence of paris from flash sale promo and viral marking variables on purchasing decisions was 16.5% and 4% respectively with a total simultaneous effect of 20.5%. While the remaining 79.5% is influenced by other variables not examined. Keywords : flash sale promotion; viral marketing; purchase decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze The Effect of Compensation and The Role of Leadership on The Employee Performace at Dinas PUPR Kab. Karawang. This research used primary data obtained from distributing questionnaires and secondary data obtained adjusted to the literature related to this research. The sample used in this study amounted to 115 people using a non-probability sampling technique with a saturated sampling method. The data analysis technique used are the likert scale analysis and path analysis. Based on the analysis that has been carried out, the correlation coefficient between the compensation variable and the leadership role is 0,645 which means it has a strong, positive, and significant correlation level. The partial effect of compensation variable on employee performance variable at Dinas PUPR Kab. Karawang is 18,9% and the partial effect of the role of leadership variable on employee performance variable is 39,9% which means the role of leadership has bigger effect on employee performance variable than the compensation variable. The simultaneous effect of compensation variable and leadership role variable on employee performance variable is 58,9% while the remaining 41,1% is the contribution of other variables not examined. Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze the effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty in the go-ride j3k (maintain health, cleanliness, and safety) program during a pandemic. Researchers used quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The sample in this study were 386 respondents from Gojek Instagram account followers who were calculated using the Isaac and Michael formula with the Non-Probability Sampling technique, the Purposive Sampling sample method in the Gojek Instagram population. So it can be concluded that service quality has a greater contribution to customer satisfaction with a value of 0.596, and customer satisfaction has a lower contribution to customer satisfaction with an influence value of 0.045. The simultaneous effect of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty is 64.3% and the remaining 35.7% is another influence not examined in this study. Abstract

Every airport must have a flight system, both scheduled (regular) and non-scheduled. In this case it is very important to note that the airport prioritizes customer satisfaction, namely by prioritizing flight timeliness (on time performance ) regular flights. Predetermined timeliness will have an important effect to support the level of customer satisfaction in particular and to maintain passenger loyalty in accordance with the planned marketing targets. This study uses a quantitative descriptive research method. To be able to get answers from this study, researchers used primary data from observations and secondary data from the number of regular and military flights during May to August at Husein Sastranegara International Airport, Bandung. This descriptive quantitative research explains the existing data to determine the sample ratio. The results of the study show that the comparison of the two flights is quite significant, when viewed from the results of the primary observational data that the researchers carried out from several military aviation activities it has quite an effect on regular flights and affects the size ofon time performance regular flights, but when viewed from the results of secondary data, the comparison of the amount of data on regular flights is still higher than military flights. this must still be considered carefully because flight timeliness remains one of the main points in achieving customer satisfaction at the airport. Abstract

High population mobility affects interest in using air transportation. In this case, not only airlines are assessed, but the existence of the airport also contributes to the views of passengers. In addition to providing facilities, the airport operator must prioritize security also. Guaranteed security can prevent things that are against the law that can reduce passenger’s comfortness. The quantitative method is applied in this research. The research data was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to 92 respondents who were passengers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali International Airport. This research uses validity and reliability tests to test the instruments and hypothesis tests that involve normality test, correlation coefficient test, linearity test, and simple linear regression test. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the data is normally distributed because in the normality test the significance value is (0.20) > the significance level (0.05). The two variables in this study have a strong correlation because the correlation coefficient test has a significance value of 0.00 <0.05 and a Pearson Correlation value of 0.743. In the linearity test, the significance value of Linearity was 0.000 which was less than the significance level (0.05) and the significance value of Deviation from Linearity (0.124) was greater than (0.05), so that the two variables were declared to have a linear relationship. The simple linear regression test in this study shows that there is an effect of waiting room safety on passenger comfort of 55.2% with a significance value of 0.000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05 and the t count > t table. The passenger comfort variable has a value of 5.241 if the waiting room safety variable is eliminated, and the direction of influence in this study is positive. Abstract

Mopah Airport Merauke is an airport located in the city of Merauke, South Papua, Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine whether the effect of service performance and baggage conveyor belt facilities on Lion Air airline passenger satisfaction in baggage claim at Mopah Airport Merauke. This research uses quantitative research methods. This research was conducted at Mopah Airport Merauke where the objects of this research were passengers or the people in the city of Merauke. The source of the data used in this study was obtained from distributing questionnaires to respondents of Lion Air airline passengers at Mopah Airport Merauke. The number of samples in this study is 100 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The results of this study were concluded to answer the formulation of the problem, that: 1. The Influence Variable of Service Performance (X1) has an effect on the Passenger Satisfaction Variable (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value on the variable effect of service performance (X1) which is greater than T table, namely 8,636 > 1,660 with a Sig value. smaller than the probability value of 0.000 <0.05; 2. The Baggage Conveyor Belt Facility Variable (X2) has an effect on the Passenger Satisfaction Variable (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value being greater than T table, namely 11,118 > 1,660 with a Sig. smaller than the probability value of 0.000 <0.05; 3. The effect of service performance (X1), the baggage conveyor belt facility (X2) has an effect on the passenger satisfaction variable (Y) of 0.604, it is known from the R Square value, which means that the variables X1, X2 affect the Y variable by 60.4%. Abstract

Facilities at the airport are divided into two main parts consisting of the land side and the air side. Existing facilities on the land side consist of: passenger terminal, cargo terminal, operational building, air traffic control tower or Air Traffic Control (ATC), SAR (Search and Rescue) building, meteorological building, main/VIP class building, entrance , fueling building, as well as administrative and office buildings. While the facilities on the air side consist of: runways, taxiways, aircraft parking areas, runway strips or runway end safety areas, as well as aviation accident rescue and fire fighting facilities. This research uses a type of qualitative research and descriptive research type. The purpose of the authors using qualitative research is to describe and reveal the facts and symptoms contained in the research problem, namely to analyze and describe the revitalization of the waiting room for the domestic passenger terminal at El Tari Kupang International Airport.The strategy for repairing damaged and unfit for use due to the Seroja storm has been realized and the damaged and unfit for use facilities have received proper and prompt treatment due to good coordination and cooperation between operating units and related units that were damaged. In addition, efforts to maintain. The quality of facilities is an important thing to prioritize because it has a high level of importance, but in practice there are still many complaints from service users who feel unsatisfied regarding the quality of the facilities available at El Tari Kupang International Airport, especially in the waiting room. Abstract

MSMEs have been chosen by many people to be free from social problems. The recording of MSME financial statements must comply with the Micro, Small and Medium Entity Financial Accounting Standards (SAK EMKM). However, many MSMEs, such as Pekan Tolan Village, do not have financial reporting standards. This study aims to understand how the home tempeh factory collects and presents financial data and how the home tempeh factory implements the applicable standards. This study uses a descriptive descriptive approach as an appropriate methodology for in-depth interviews and observations. This research was conducted in a temporary housing factory in Pekan Tolan Village, Kampung Rakyat Village, Labuhan Batu Selatan District. The results of the study show that the home tempe factory in recording financial reports is still done manually and is very simple, and its implementation is not fully in accordance with the provisions stipulated in the EMKM SAK. The recording of the financial statements presented by the home tempeh factory is only a profit and loss statement, while the statement of financial position and notes on financial statements do not yet exist, due to several obstacles that cause SAK EMKM not to be implemented in home tempeh factories, namely a lack of knowledge and understanding of the presentation of appropriate financial statements with Accounting Standards for Small, Medium Companies, ha (SASK EMKM) (SAK EMKM).
