Abstract

This research is based on human resources which play a very important role in realizing the success of a company, including employees who are active assets requiring special attention from the company. In fact, employees as the main asset in the company, deserve intense attention and regular direction. Therefore, this study aims to describe the effect of occupational safety and health programs on employee productivity through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Berjaya Group with 126 people as a sample. The results obtained are Occupational Safety has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Health has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, Occupational Safety has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Occupational Health has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Productivity, Job Satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of Occupational Safety on Employee Productivity, Job Satisfaction significantly mediates the effect of Occupational Health on Employee Productivity. Abstract

The purpose of the exploration is to see whether or not the capital structure, profitability, and growth of the company have an influence on the value of the company in the transportation sector listed on the IDX in 2020 – 2022. The independent variables used in this exploration are Capital Structure (DER), Profitability (ROA), and Company Growth (Net Revenue Growth), while the dependent variable is Company Value (PBV). This exploration was conducted using a quantitative system using secondary data. The population data in this exploration uses 54 transportation subsector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2020 – 2022. The exploration sample used intentional slice with destined criteria to gain 18 companies fiscal statement data. The data analysis system used is multiple direct retrogression analysis through the SPSS program. The independent variable used in this exploration only has a 9 impact on the value of the company. The results showed that profitability has a positive effect on the value of the company, while the capital structure and growth of the company don't affect its value. thus, it's recommended that farther exploration be carried out to consider other independent variables that affect the value of the company, similar as the size of the company, because the size of the company is a pivotal fiscal index for a company. Abstract

The village environment also lost some of its cleanliness and health. On the side of the road and in the yard of the homeowner's house, rubbish is strewn everywhere. This situation inspired the team to carry out KKN activities in making brick trash cans as a strengthening of the community's culture of clean and healthy living. The village head, village officials and other community members participated in this activity. Local people believe this is necessary to keep the village environment clean and healthy. On the other hand, the community also needs education about the benefits of cultivating a culture of healthy living by disposing of waste properly and trying to turn waste into benefits for the environment. This study uses an implementation approach. The aim of this community service project is to support the people of Marbau Selatan Village, Marbau District, and North Labuhan Batu Regency in maintaining a clean and healthy lifestyle. This research resulted in that the community service event with the theme "The Role of KKN 144 UINSU Students in Building a Religious and Cultured Society Through Tabligh Akbar and Waste Bin Processing Initiatives: A Case Study in Marbau Selatan Village, Marbau District, Labuhan Batu Utara Regency" has gone well and well . attended efficiently by residents of South Marbau Village on Wednesday 9 August 2023. Abstract

In accordance with Law No. 1 of 2009 the purpose of the implementation of flights is to realize the operation of flights that are safe, secure, fast, smooth, orderly, orderly and comfortable. Passenger concern can be in the form of knowledge and compliance with aviation security and safety procedures, especially during security checks at the Security Check Point. Therefore, this study aims to determine the effect of passenger knowledge on compliance. This study uses three independen variabels, namely Analytical Thinking Knowledge (X1), Conceptual Thinking (X2) and Expertise (X3) for the dependen variabel, namely Compliance (Y) using a quantitative method that uses a questionnaire to collect data that is distributed directly to 100 passengers at Adi Soemarmo airport using a non-probability sampling technique which was then assisted by using the SPSS data processing application Version 20. This research was conducted at Adi Soemarmo International Airport Boyolali, Central Java on December 5 2022 to January 5 2023. The results of this study indicate that the Analytical Thinking (X1) and Expertise (X3) variabels have an influence on the Compliance variabel (Y) while the Conceptual Thinking variabel (X2) has no effect on the Compliance variabel (Y) as evidenced by the t test. The f test shows that the effect of passenger knowledge on compliance is 40.2%. Keywords: Knowledge, Analytical Thinking, Conceptual Thinking, Expertise, Compliance

Abstract

Delay is a state of delayed flight at an airline. Delay compensation is the provision of compensation to passengers if there is a flight delay either in the form of goods or money in accordance with Ministerial Regulation Number 89 of 2015. The purpose of this research is to find out whether there is an effect between the provision of delay compensation on satisfaction passengers, and to find out whether passengers are satisfied with the provision of compensation according to PM Number 89 of 2015. The method used in this research is a quantitative method. The population in this study were passengers from Lion Air at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang with a sample of 100 respondents. Data collection was carried out by observing and distributing questionnaires (questionnaires). In this study, data analysis used a one-sample test analysis calculation and a simple linear regression test. The results of this study state that the provision of delay compensation to passengers is in accordance with PM Number 89 of 2015. Based on the results of the t-test it can be stated that there is an effect of handling delay compensation on passenger satisfaction at Lion Air Airlines at Jenderal Ahmad Yani Airport, Semarang. While the one-sample test results that passengers are satisfied with the handling of the delay compensation provided in accordance with PM Number 89 of 2015. Abstract

In domestic flights, currently many people choose economic services, of course this is a very competitive aviation business arena for users of aviation services in terms of fares, equipment, services, human resources, and flight security and safety. This study aims to determine the setting of tariffs, besides that this research also aims to determine the supervision of tariff implementation. Air Transport Inspector. This research uses a type of qualitative descriptive research method. To get answers from the research, the researcher made a research design in the form of observations, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained is in the form of interview results with the Air Transport Inspector at the Regional 1 Main Airport Authority Office. The results of the study show that the arrangements made by the Ministry of Transportation are the main basis for Aviation Business Entities in setting fares and facilitating supervision for Air Transport Inspectors. Fare inspection supervision is an SOP given by the Ministry of Transportation to Air Transport Inspectors. Not only that, tariff monitoring can occur when there are public reports and national holidays. Existing obstacles such as the occurrence of violations can be handled by a Ministerial Decree in accordance with the rules for enforcing sanctions. Keywords : tariff, policy, supervision, sanctions.

Abstract

In this study, the authors took a case or problem regarding whether there is an influence of departure waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at PT Angkasa Pura I El Tari International Airport Branch Kupang, how much influence the departure waiting room facilities have on passenger satisfaction at PT Angkasa Pura I El Tari International Airport Branch Kupang, East Nusa Tenggara. The sample in this study were 100 passenger respondents who had used the services of El Tari Kupang International Airport. The type of research used in this study is quantitative, data collection techniques are carried out by distributing questionnaires and literature studies. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the significance value of the coefficient table obtained a Sig. deviation from linearity value of 0.615>0.005 and based on the t value, it is known that t count is 11.313> t table of 1.660, meaning that there is an influence between variable X (departure lounge facilities) on variable Y (passenger satisfaction). So it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. There is an influence between departure waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport. The effect of departure waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at El Tari Kupang International Airport is 56.6%. Keywords : facilities, departure waiting room, passenger satisfaction.

Abstract

Air transportation has a very important role as a means of connecting quickly and effectively. In the city of Boyolali there is the Adi Soemarmo international airport which has a fairly busy flight activity. The main factor that must be considered in the aviation industry is creating aviation security and safety which has been regulated in Government Regulation No. 3 of 2001. For the sake of creating this, efforts must be made, one of which is by implementing a safety culture. One unit that has an important role is Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers at Adi Soemarmo Boyolali Airport. In this study the authors used qualitative research methods using primary data and secondary data. For data collection techniques, namely by conducting interviews with Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers, observing directly (observation) during the official hours of Aviation Security (AVSEC) officers and carrying out documentation. The results of this study indicate that Aviation Security (AVSEC) personnel in carrying out their roles and responsibilities have implemented a Safety Culture which consists of six characters namely commitment, truth, information, alertness, adaptation and attitude in accordance with Standard Operational Procedures set by the company. Thus, Aviation Security personnel are able to create flight security and safety in accordance with Government Regulation No. 3 of 2001. Keywords: Aviation Security (AVSEC), Safety Culture.

Abstract

The large number of air transport enthusiasts has resulted in increasingly fierce competition between air transport business entities. In order to maintain fair competition, the government issued Minister of Transportation Regulation Number PM 20 of 2019 regarding procedures for calculating tariffs and Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 106 of 2019 concerning upper limit tariffs. Currently there are fluctuations in avtur fuel which causes additional costs stipulated in the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 142 of 2022 concerning fuel surcharge. Even though there are regulations governing the determination of tariffs, there are still discrepancies in setting the rates sold. The purpose of this research is to find out what happened to the discrepancy, so that this can be adjusted immediately so that it does not harm either party. This study uses a qualitative method. Data collection techniques used by observation, interviews, and documentation. The informants used in this study were three Air Transport Inspectors at the Regional Airport Authority Office II. Data analysis techniques use the Miles and Huberman model, and to test the validity of the data use the triangulation method. The results of this study indicate that PT. Wings Abadi Airlines in setting fares is not adjusted to the Decree of the Minister of Transportation Number KM 142 of 2022. This is caused by rising fuel prices and insufficient passengers so they do not meet the operational costs incurred. This issue was followed up by reporting to the Directorate General of Civil Aviation and the Directorate General of Air Transportation. Abstract

Mopah Airport Merauke is one of the airports located in the city of Merauke, South Papua, Indonesia. The purpose of this study is to find out whether ticket prices affect passenger loyalty, and how much ticket prices affect passenger loyalty at Mopah Airport Merauke. This research uses quantitative methods. The research was conducted at Mopah Airport Merauke where the passengers or people in the city of Merauke were the objects of this research. The source of the data used in this study was obtained from the results of distributing questionnaires to passenger respondents at Mopah Airport Merauke. The number of samples in this study were 100 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The results of the study were concluded to answer the formulation of the problem, that: 1. The ticket price variable (X) has an effect on passenger loyalty (Y) as evidenced by the calculated T value on the ticket price influence variable (X) which is greater than T table, namely 3,580 > 1,660 with a Sig value . smaller than the probability value, namely 0.01 <0.05; 2. Ticket prices (X) have an effect on Passenger Loyalty (Y) of 0.116, it is known from the R Square value, which means that the X variable affects the Y variable by 11.6%..
