Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of the work environment, career development, and job promotion on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency. The research method used is descriptive quantitative, with the population being all employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency, totaling 113 people. The sample in this study uses a saturated sampling method, which includes the entire population in the research. Data collection methods include questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Data analysis in this research uses multiple linear regression, hypothesis testing using t-tests, and coefficient of determination. The results of the multiple linear regression test are KK = 2.256+0.427LK+0.079PK+0.634PJ. The ttest results show that the work environment, career development, and job promotion have an effect on the job satisfaction of employees at PT. PP. London Indonesia Tbk, Muratara Regency. The coefficient of determination is 89.2%, while the remaining percentage is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

One major factor that contributes to a business enterprise's success is often the result of really poor market performance. Due to this persaingan, every business owner must take action to strengthen the business that is currently being conducted by implementing a few strategies such as segmentation, targeting, and positioning. These strategies were implemented by the Pocong Pancong franchise, and as of right now, they can be applied to most types of business persaingan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the Segmenting, Targetting, and Positioning that have been carried out by the Pocong Pancong franchise using a deskriptif qualitative research method with data collection by observation, interviews, and documentation. The types and summaries of data that are used combine primary and secondary data, resulting in a profit margin in this business that focuses on behavioral segmentation.The objective that is being pursued is to use product specialization as a means of product development and market segmentation as a means of product development strategy. When positioning products, Pocong Pancong franchises do so based on price and quality, where products with higher quality than their category competitors are offered at a higher price. Due to this, the strategies of segmentation, targeting, and positioning that the Pocong Pancong franchise has implemented in order to achieve the necessary success can be emphasized.

Abstract

This research explores the optimization of village government performance efforts in providing public services in Kuwolu Village, Bululawang District. The main focus of the study is on the adoption of technology, responsiveness to changes in societal values, the implementation of Law Number 25 of 2009 concerning Public Services, and community participation. The research results indicate that the adoption of technology has a positive impact on improving administrative efficiency, although challenges in digital literacy still need to be addressed. Responsiveness to changes in societal values is a critical point in formulating service policies that align with local expectations. Law Number 25 of 2009 provides clear direction, but its implementation requires in-depth understanding and adaptation to local conditions. The improvement of service quality and administrative efficiency remains the main focus, with active community participation as a vital instrument. Cross-sectoral collaboration and institutional cooperation are identified as assets to create synergy in service provision. Inclusive steps through training programs and digital literacy are solutions to overcome disparities and unequal access. This research creates an overview of the performance efforts of village governments in facing the dynamics of public services in the era of digital transformation and changes in societal values. It is hoped that these findings can provide guidance for other village governments in creating effective and responsive public service systems amid contemporary challenges.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of village apparatus competency and internal control systems on the quality of village financial reporting and its impact on village fund management in Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency, Gorontalo Province. This research uses quantitative research methods. The data collection technique used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to the village head, Secretary, Head of Finance, Head of Planning, Village Consultative Body (BPD) and all Hamlet Heads in each village in Kabila Bone District, Bone Bolango Regency. The data analysis technique in this research is descriptive statistics with inner model and outer model tests using Partial Least Squares - Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM). Based on the results of this research, it shows that the competence of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reporting with a significance level of 0.0038<0.05, so hypothesis I is accepted. The competency of village officials has a positive and significant effect on village fund management with a significance level of 0.0008<0.05, so hypothesis II is accepted. Village fund management has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reporting with a significance level of 0.0064<0.05, so hypothesis III is accepted. The internal control system has a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of village financial reporting with a significance level of 0.9468>0.05, so hypothesis IV is rejected. The internal control system has a positive and significant effect on village fund management with a significance level of 0.0077<0.05, so hypothesis V is accepted. The competency of village officials has a positive and significant effect on the quality of village financial reporting through village fund management with a significance of 0.0289<0.05, so hypothesis VI is accepted. The internal control system has a negative and insignificant effect on the quality of village financial reporting through village fund management with a significance of 0.0831>0.05, so hypothesis VII is rejected.

Abstract

The research is aimed at developing marketing strategies for halal meat and fish through digital marketing at PT Daya Desa Asasta. Digital marketing, or digital marketing, is a set of strategies to market goods or services through digital or online media, such as the Internet, social media, search engines, email, mobile applications, and other online platforms. This research assesses what has been implemented and which digital marketing strategies have had the most or the least impact. Through this research, more objective evaluations can be obtained, which can serve as the basis for making recommendations for improvements or decision-making related to marketing through digital marketing.This type of research is qualitative, using the research evaluation method and the goal-free evaluation model by Michael Scriven. Data collection is carried out with interviews with 2 subjects involved in the company's Power Village Asasta, observation, and document study. Data analysis with Miles & Huberman thematic analysis techniques (1994). Further, the monitoring of research credibility was carried out through steps of triangulation of data from Patton (1990). The results of the research were evaluation results, namely (a) 3 digital marketing strategies used: Tokopedia, Instagram, and Whatsapp (b) 1 digital marketing strategy and 1 recommended product processing.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Sharia Marketing, Meat ,and Fish

Abstract

Along with strengthening the digital ecosystem in Indonesia, digitalization is occurring at all levels. Health services that were previously monopolized by hospitals are now starting to emerge with digital hospitals without the limitations of walls. This of course provides broad benefits for society and is interesting to research. One of the popular digital service companies in Indonesia is Halodoc. This research aims to analyze the halodoc company strategy in improving the digitalization system of the health services business in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a descriptive qualitative approach. Research data comes from various credible popular sites and official publications. The research results reveal that the strategies implemented by Halodoc in improving the digitalization system of the health services business in Indonesia include, 1. Halodoc improves the quality of electronic services in the halodoc application, such as in terms of the availability of information that makes it easier for users, increasing the privacy or security of user accounts, graphic style , and reliability. 2. Carrying out marketing techniques in the form of omnichannel marketing, especially unification of channels used by consumers such as Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, TikTok, and also Instagram chat, both via audio and video calls. 3. Halodoc maintains positive sentiment from users so that users feel satisfied with the services provided. 4. Increase E-Health literacy, because someone with high E-Health literacy tends to have a higher intention to use services in the Halodoc application. 5. The Halodoc application provides doctors who are reliable and experienced in handling patient complaints. 6. Halodoc leverages data for personalized user experiences. This research suggests improving the medicine delivery system which can be done by improving the ordering system, improving the quality of the packages and packaging of the medicines.

Abstract

Technological development also leads to financial services which are called financial technology. Its use has a positive impact on making it easier to borrow money and improving the welfare and economy of the community. The aim of this research is to determine the influence that fintech services have on credit and economic growth and to determine the relationship between each of these variables. This research is quantitative by utilizing linear regression to process the research data being developed. The result was that credit was able to grow, influenced by fintech, which was due to the ease of accessing and obtaining it without heavy conditions like conventional banks and through fintech, the general public throughout Indonesia was able to feel the impact of economic growth. Overall the results have a positive effect. Meanwhile, the relationships generated by fintech are quite strong in influencing credit and economic growth.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the implementation of SFAS 102 for Murabahah financing at BNI Syariah Makassar Branch Office. Variables of this research are Murabahah financing and SFAS 102. The data source of this research is Operational Unit of BNI Syariah Makassar Branch Office, especially the Financing Administration. The data is collected by using documentation and interview techniques. This  study  used  descriptive  comporative  method  to  describe  and  indicate the  condition  deeply  the  implementation  of  Murabahah  financing  BNI Syariah Makassar Branch Office. Based on the analysis there are records that should be applied in accordance with SFAS 102 but BNI Syariah Makassar Branch Office has not applied it, the records related to murabahah assets, discounts, murabahah receivables, and down payment. While the recording has been done by BNI Syariah Makassar Branch office is about the murabahah profit, deduction, and fines. The result of this research indicated that the implementation of Murabahah financing in BNI Syariah Makassar Branch Office is not suitable with SFAS 102. Keywords: Murabahah accounting, SFAS no. 102

Abstract

The increasingly sophisticated development of internet technology has made it no longer strange to use the internet to market a product. Business in the culinary sector is a business that is currently developing very rapidly in Indonesia. So the market share that someone has when opening a business in the culinary sector is quite promising. However, businesses in the culinary sector will experience changes, especially in the threats that will be experienced by culinary entrepreneurs. These threats include the number of competitors that will increase, technological advances and customer demands that will continue to change. This research aims to determine the impact of digital promotional strategies, service quality and word of mouth on purchasing decisions of study consumers at Lesehan Image. This research uses quantitative methods with primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data was obtained through interview techniques and the use of procedures such as distributing questionnaires, while secondary data the researcher obtained data from several supporting literature such as previous journals which were in line with this research topic. The population in this research is consumers from Lesehan Citra who use digital media, consumers who like seafood dishes, consumers who have made more than one purchase and consumers aged 17 to 40 years. The sample in this study amounted to 96 respondents. The technique used for sampling in this research uses a non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling technique. The results of this research are that digital promotion strategies, service quality and word of mouth have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions.

Abstract

The Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram Savings and Loans Cooperative (KSPPS) is an institution that manages zakat and waqf funds for the welfare of the people. This study aims to determine the process of cash waqf management and to determine the effectiveness of cash waqf management at KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram. The type of research used is qualitative with a descriptive approach and the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the waqf implemented by KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram is in the form of cash waqf. In collecting waqf funds, the proceeds from collecting waqf money are used for empowerment/economic welfare of the people and for social-religious activities. And the management of cash waqf carried out by KSPPS Gumarang Akbar Syariah Mataram has not been implemented effectively because the funds managed are still very minimal. And if seen from the regulations BWI Regulation Number 1 of 2009 concerning guidelines for the management and development of movable waqf assets in the form of money, they are still carried out in a simple manner or have not been implemented in accordance with these guidelines.
