Based on the research carried out at the Bandung City Office, transformational leadership gets quite good results, work motivation gets pretty good results, and performance gets pretty good results. The correlation between transformational leadership and work motivation yields a positive relationship of 0.709. The coefficient of determination is 71.4%. Therefore, the direct and indirect influence of transformational leadership on employee performance is 0.398. The direct and indirect influence of work motivation on employee performance is 0.316, so the total effect is 0.714 or 71.4%. Abstract

Production costs incurred to process raw materials into finished products ready for sale. Sales are revenue transactions in the form of goods or services sent by customers to get cash to appreciate the obligation to pay. This study aimed to determine the effect of production and sales costs on an agro-industrial company in Medan City. This study uses a quantitative method, which uses data from the income statement and cost of goods sold from 2017 to 2019. This research uses primary data sources and secondary data. Primary data comes from the original or first source, and secondary data is already available so that it can search and collect data. Researchers obtained data which were then analyzed using the classical assumption test, normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear regression, partial test, simultaneous test, and R-square test of the coefficient of determination. The results of the study concluded that the value of production costs count> ttable (-3.859 > 2.03452) and sig <0.05 (0.01 <0.05), so production costs have a negative and significant effect on financial performance. Then H0 is accepted, and Ha is rejected. For sales, t count > t table (2.146 > 2.03452) and sig < 0.05 (0.01 <0.05), it can be concluded that sales have a positive and significant effect on financial performance. Then H0 is accepted Ha is rejected.

Abstract

This study integrates predictions from the theory of human values and combines contextual support with the theory of planned behavior (TPB) as a form of research renewal. The main purpose of this study is to investigate the mechanism by which internal factors in humans (individualism values) and contextual factors (contextual support) with entrepreneurial intentions use a sample of 200 students or who have graduated in Indonesia. This study uses the Entrepreneurial Intention Questionnaire (EIQ) to measure the theory of planned behavior, Portraits Value Questionnaire (PVQ) to measure individualism values, and the entrepreneurial support model (ESM) to measure contextual support. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Square (PLS) - Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The results showed that individualism values (self-enhancement, and openness to change) had a positive and significant effect on students' entrepreneurial intentions. Contextual support (perceived educational support, perceived relational support, and perceived structural support) has a positive but not significant effect and the theory of planned behavior has a positive and significant role on student entrepreneurship intentions. Self-enhancement and openness to change cannot be mediated by Subjective Norms on student entrepreneurship intentions.

Abstract

The problem addressed in this research is the existence of employees who lack understanding of their duties, functions, and responsibilities, resulting in delayed completion of tasks. Furthermore, the level of employee discipline is low, as seen from the high rate of absenteeism. The employees' performance is also suboptimal, and the office lacks adequate facilities. This study aims to investigate the influence of facility management on employee performance, discipline on employee performance, and the combined effect of facility management and discipline on employee performance. The population of this research is employees of a regional company in Medan city, consisting of 50 respondents. The data collection technique used in this research is saturated sampling, and the data sources are primary and secondary data. Quantitative analysis and multiple linear regression analysis are employed in data analysis. The results of the multiple regression analysis show that facility management and discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The partial test results show that facility management has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, while the discipline variable also has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. The coefficient of determination is 0.525 or 52.5%. This indicates that 52.5% of the dependent variable, which is employee performance, can be explained by the facility management and discipline variables in the model, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables outside the model.

Abstract

This study investigates the potential mediating impact of knowledge sharing on the relationship between motivation and teacher performance. A study uses a sample of 53 high school teachers in Bandung to investigate the mediating effect of knowledge sharing on the relationship between motivation and teacher performance. The study incorporated motivation and knowledge sharing as independent variables, while teacher performance was the dependent variable. The research commenced by assessing the credibility and consistency of the measuring tools. Subsequently, the data were examined by applying the Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) methodology to gain insights into the intermediary function of the research variables. The study revealed that knowledge sharing serves as a mediator between motivation and teacher performance. The findings suggest that teachers' internal drive can positively impact their performance by facilitating the exchange of knowledge. The results suggest that educators possess a substantial intrinsic drive to disseminate information, positively impacting their overall efficacy. It is essential to acknowledge that additional variables that should have been analyzed in the present research could influence teacher development.
