Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of population growth on regional development in West Jakarta, focusing on its impacts on infrastructure, environmental quality, economy, and community welfare. Using a qualitative approach with library research methods, this study examines various relevant secondary literature, including scientific journals, official reports from BPS and Bappenas, as well as spatial planning policy documents of DKI Jakarta. The results show that West Jakarta's population growth, reaching 1.8 percent per year with an average density of 20,824 people/km², produces dual impacts: driving economic growth with a GRDP of Rp 285 trillion, while simultaneously putting pressure on infrastructure, degrading environmental quality (PM2.5 at 45 µg/m³), and widening socio-economic inequality with an unemployment rate of 8.2 percent. Integrated management strategies through vertical housing development, integrated public transportation, and enforcement of spatial planning regulations are key to achieving sustainable regional development.

Abstract

Bistion Mobile Store is a telecommunications retailer facing challenges in managing inventory and minimizing losses due to sales fluctuations. Inaccurate determination of sales risk levels often leads to stockpiling or shortages, which impact the store's financial stability. This study aims to develop an Android-based application capable of classifying sales risk levels automatically and accurately. The method used in this classification system is the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm. The main variables used in the calculation process include sales volume, stock quantity, and market trends. In the Tsukamoto method, each consequence of an If-Then rule is represented by a fuzzy set with a monotonic membership function. The final result (output) is obtained using a weighted average. This system was developed on the Android platform to provide flexibility for Bistion Store owners to monitor sales risks anytime and anywhere. Test results show that the Fuzzy Tsukamoto algorithm is able to provide risk classification results (Low, Medium, High) that are in accordance with the store's historical sales data. The implementation of this application is expected to assist the management of the Bistion Mobile Phone Store in planning stock procurement and marketing strategies to minimize the risk of future losses.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages organizations to implement digital transformation in various business processes to improve the efficiency and accuracy of data management. PT Changhong Electric Indonesia currently calculates Promoter Performance Incentives using Microsoft Excel, which potentially leads to calculation errors, data inconsistencies, and requires a relatively long time for processing information. This research aims to develop a web-based promoter incentive calculation information system that can enhance the accuracy, efficiency, and security of incentive data management. The method used in this research is Agile Software Development with the Scrum framework, consisting of product backlog, sprint planning, daily scrum, and sprint retrospective stages. System requirements analysis was conducted using the PIECES method to identify issues within the current system. The system was developed using the Laravel framework, PHP programming language, MySQL as the database, Tailwind CSS as the user interface framework, and jQuery to improve user interactivity. The results indicate that the developed system successfully automates the promoter incentive calculation process, reduces the risk of calculation errors due to manual processing, accelerates sales data recapitulation, and increases the transparency of incentive information for promoters. The novelty of this research lies in the integration of sales transaction management, promoter targets, incentive models, and commission calculations into a centralized, web-based system. The resulting system is expected to support the company's operational effectiveness and serve as a reference for the development of sales incentive systems in similar companies.

Abstract

The e-commerce logistics industry faces challenges due to the high risk of fleet delivery delays, where the analysis of risk mitigation and its financial impact is often limited for retail operational management. This project aims to develop an Integrated Logistics Risk Management Decision Support System Smart Platform named LogiTrack v2.0, which combines two main data engineering domains: Data Mining and Machine Learning. For data analysis, an artificial intelligence model was developed using the Random Forest Classifier algorithm within a Scikit-Learn Pipeline architecture, which detects minority class data via the class_weight='balanced' parameter to automatically predict cargo delay status based on the engineering of four composite features (Volume, Density, Shipping Fee per Gram, and Route). For smart interaction, binary file .pkl optimization was implemented using the Joblib library with compression level 3 to radically reduce storage capacity from 138.80 MB to 28.40 MB. All of these functionalities are integrated into a single interactive web application built using Streamlit and deployed on the Streamlit Cloud server. The dashboard is equipped with two main tools: a Guardrail Engine function to block package inputs exceeding retail capacity ($>30$ Kg) and a Business Impact Calculator panel to calculate the conversion of management financial penalties by 20% in real-time. Functional testing results via Black-Box Testing show that the classification model achieves a global accuracy rate of 90.00% and a precision value of 0.31, while the web platform successfully operates stably with low latency. This platform offers a holistic solution that enhances cargo distribution transparency, optimizes operational risk control efficiency, and suppresses potential financial losses within the logistics industry ecosystem.

Abstract

Background: The implementation of the Indonesian Case-Based Groups (INA-CBGs) system involves a persistent tension between cost containment and quality of care that threatens the financial sustainability of both hospitals and the National Health Insurance (JKN) scheme. Objective: To synthesise current evidence on how INA-CBGs implementation affects hospital financing efficiency and quality of care in the JKN era. Methods: A systematic literature review was conducted following the PRISMA 2020 guideline. Google Scholar, PubMed, ScienceDirect, Scopus, and Garuda were searched for studies published between 2014 and 2026, using Boolean combinations of the terms INA-CBGs, cost analysis, pending claims, and clinical-pathway compliance. Methodological quality was appraised with the Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) critical appraisal tools, and the twelve eligible studies were synthesised narratively using the synthesis-without-meta-analysis (SWiM) approach. Results: Three themes emerged. First, complex cases and class-3 inpatients showed a predominantly negative cost gap (an ischaemic-stroke deficit averaging IDR 214,049 per patient, equivalent to an extrapolated annual deficit of about IDR 1.26 billion). Second, pending-claim rates varied across hospitals (1.99%–4.4%) and were driven mainly by clinical (up to 60.9%) and coding (33.6%) factors. Third, clinical-pathway compliance was low (80% of hospitals below 50%), despite consistent evidence that greater adherence reduces cost, length of stay, and complications. Conclusion: INA-CBGs has not yet achieved an efficiency–quality balance. Strengthening clinical pathways through routine audit, joint training, evidence-based tariff adjustment, and claim digitalisation is needed to safeguard JKN sustainability (claim ratio ≈108%).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of work environment and work stress on employees' intention to leave at the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) of Bogor City, and to examine the role of work stress as an intervening variable in the relationship between work environment and intention to leave. The study is motivated by increasing labor mobility in the public sector and the high proportion of contract-based employees (PPPK) at BPBD Bogor City, which has the potential to affect organizational stability. This research employs a quantitative approach using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method through SmartPLS version 4.2.9. Data were collected through a saturated sampling (census) technique by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale to all 72 employees of BPBD Bogor City. The results of hypothesis testing reveal that work environment has a positive and significant effect on employees' intention to leave, with a path coefficient of 0.429, a t-statistics value of 4.349, and a p-value of 0.000. Work stress also has a positive and significant effect on intention to leave, with a path coefficient of 0.351, a t-statistics value of 4.254, and a p-value of 0.000. Furthermore, work environment has a positive and significant effect on work stress, with a path coefficient of 0.293, a t-statistics value of 2.938, and a p-value of 0.003. Work stress is also proven to significantly mediate the effect of work environment on intention to leave, with an indirect path coefficient of 0.103, a t-statistics value of 2.266, and a p-value of 0.023. These findings indicate a relationship pattern that runs contrary to common theoretical expectations, which can be explained through the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) Model and the contextual characteristics of BPBD employees. The findings suggest that improving the quality of the work environment at BPBD Bogor City must be accompanied by systematic work stress management strategies in order to effectively reduce employees' intention to leave.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital, education level, business duration, and business location on the income of street vendors in South Denpasar District. The background of this research is based on the important role of the informal sector in the urban economy, particularly in creating employment opportunities and providing goods and services at affordable prices. Street vendors in South Denpasar are spread across various strategic locations with high economic activity, making it important to examine the factors influencing their income. This study employs a quantitative approach with a causal associative design. The data used are primary data collected through questionnaires distributed to street vendors. Data analysis is conducted using multiple linear regression to measure the effect of independent variables on income, both partially and simultaneously. The results show that capital, education level, business duration, and business location have a positive and significant effect on vendors’ income. This means that greater capital, higher education, longer business experience, and more strategic business locations lead to higher income. These findings highlight the importance of support in terms of access to capital, improvement in human resource quality, and proper business location arrangement. The results are expected to serve as a consideration for local governments in formulating policies to empower the informal sector, improve vendors’ welfare, and promote local economic growth.

Abstract

Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) leakage is one of the major causes of household fires. This study aims to design and develop an Internet of Things (IoT)-based LPG gas leakage detection system using an ESP32 microcontroller and an MQ-2 gas sensor. The system implements a dual-threshold rule method that classifies conditions into three categories: Safe (<100 PPM), Warning (100–299 PPM), and Danger (≥300 PPM), while controlling an LED, buzzer, and exhaust fan as early warning devices. The testing results show that the system is capable of detecting gas concentrations within a range of 2.0 PPM to 10000.0 PPM, activating warning devices according to the detected condition, and sending real-time notifications to the user's smartphone through the Telegram application. In addition, monitoring data, including date, time, PPM values, and system status, are automatically stored in Google Spreadsheet every 15 seconds. Based on the testing results, the developed system performs effectively as an LPG gas leakage detection and monitoring device for household applications.
