Abstract

Village administration is the foundation for effective, transparent, and accountable public services. However, in Aromantai Village, administrative management remains suboptimal, characterized by irregular record-keeping, limited infrastructure, and low human resource capacity among village officials. This situation impacts the suboptimal service delivery to the community, necessitating an analysis of village administration management to improve the quality of public services. This research was conducted from February to March 2026 using qualitative research methods and a descriptive approach. Data collection techniques included observation, documentation, and interviews with informants including the Village Head, Treasurer, Secretary, Head of General Affairs, and community leaders. The focus of this research included the completeness of administrative books, data accountability, effectiveness and efficiency, and document order. The results indicate that village administration in Aromantai Village has generally been running quite well. Most administrative books are complete, but they are not yet fully completed consistently. Data accountability is quite good, but there is still room for improvement in recording accuracy. Administrative effectiveness and efficiency are not optimal due to limited facilities and a manual system. Documentation order has been maintained through classification, labeling, and segregation of archives, but challenges remain in consistent recording and retrieval of old documents. Therefore, improvements in staff discipline, provision of facilities and infrastructure, and development of a digital system are needed to support more effective, efficient, and accountable administration.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has transformed the way people access financial services. Mobile banking has emerged as an innovative solution that enables users to conduct financial transactions conveniently, quickly, and efficiently without visiting physical bank branches. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mobile banking in enhancing financial inclusion and identify the factors that support or hinder its adoption. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach through a literature review of scientific journals, international reports, and official documents published between 2021 and 2025. The findings indicate that mobile banking significantly contributes to expanding access to financial services, particularly among rural communities, low-income groups, and micro-enterprise owners. Ease of access, cost efficiency, and the availability of services around the clock are the main drivers of increased financial inclusion. Nevertheless, the effectiveness of mobile banking is constrained by several challenges, including limited digital financial literacy, technological infrastructure disparities, cybersecurity risks, and unequal internet access. Therefore, collaboration among governments, financial institutions, technology providers, and society is essential to improve digital literacy, expand technological infrastructure, and strengthen digital transaction security. With appropriate policy support, mobile banking has substantial potential to become a strategic instrument for achieving a more inclusive and sustainable financial system.

Abstract

This study aims to develop a pixel game-based interactive learning media using the Godot Engine for flat shape material in Grade IV Elementary School and to analyze its validity. The research and development method used the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). Validity testing was conducted by three expert validators: a media expert, a language expert, and a material expert. Validity assessment used a percentage scoring technique with the criteria ≥81% = Very Feasible, 61–80% = Feasible, 41–60% = Fairly Feasible. The results showed that media validation obtained a score of 60/60 (100%, Very Feasible), language validation 48/50 (96%, Very Feasible), and material validation 52/55 (94.55%, Very Feasible). The media expert noted the media was well-designed and suggested adding a university logo, usage instructions, and a developer profile. The language expert declared the media usable without revision. The material expert recommended aligning learning objectives to the ABCD format, improving content interactivity, and adding a reference list inside the game. Overall, the pixel game-based learning media using the Godot Engine has been declared valid and feasible for use as an interactive learning medium for flat shape material in Grade IV Elementary School.

Abstract

This study aims to test the validity of Augmented Reality-based poster media to improve learning outcomes for fourth-grade students at Gempolpading Elementary School. Most students experience difficulty understanding learning materials due to the limited use of innovative media. Therefore, the availability of innovative, technology-based learning media is essential to create interactive and meaningful learning experiences. Augmented Reality-based poster media is designed to integrate visual media with interactive three-dimensional displays of objects in the real world through a mobile device camera. This approach helps students visualize abstract concepts in a more concrete and understandable way. This study used a Research and Development (R&D) method using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development model. The subjects were 19 fourth-grade students at Gempolpading Elementary School. Media validity was measured based on assessments by three expert validators: a media expert lecturer, a language expert lecturer, and a material expert lecturer, each of whom was tasked with reviewing, providing input, and assessing the feasibility of the developed media. The data collection instruments used included an expert validation questionnaire and a test instrument. The assessment results from all validators indicated that this learning media was categorized as highly valid. The media experts received 100% of the assessments, 96% of the assessments from the language experts, and 96% of the assessments from the material experts, all of which were in the very good category. Based on these findings, this Augmented Reality technology-based poster learning media was deemed highly suitable for use in the learning process.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the feasibility of an interactive e-book incorporating Semanding local wisdom for Science and Social Studies (IPAS) learning in fourth-grade elementary school classes. The research was motivated by the limited availability of contextual digital learning media and the insufficient integration of local wisdom into IPAS instruction at the elementary school level. The study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach using the ADDIE model, with particular emphasis on the development phase and product validation process. The product was evaluated by three validators consisting of a media expert, a language expert, and a subject-matter expert. The validation instrument assessed several aspects, including visual appearance, functionality, content, language, and curriculum alignment. Data were analyzed using percentage calculations to determine the feasibility level of the developed media. The findings revealed that the interactive e-book achieved a validation score of 100% from the media expert, 96% from the language expert, and 85% from the material expert, resulting in an overall average score of 93.67%, which falls within the very feasible category. These results indicate that the developed media satisfies the required feasibility standards in terms of design, functionality, language use, and content quality. Therefore, the interactive e-book based on Semanding local wisdom is considered highly appropriate for use as a learning medium in fourth-grade IPAS learning and is ready to be implemented during the product trial stage.

Abstract

Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) represents a company's commitment not only to achieving economic objectives but also to addressing social and environmental concerns as part of sustainable development efforts. This study aims to evaluate the implementation of the Community Development CSR Program (Bina Lingkungan) conducted by PT Kereta Api Indonesia (Persero) Regional Division III Palembang in 2025. The evaluation is based on the Triple Bottom Line framework, which encompasses the dimensions of People, Planet, and Profit. A qualitative descriptive approach was employed, with data collected through observations, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data were analyzed using an interactive analysis model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing, while source triangulation was applied to ensure data validity. The findings indicate that the implementation of the CSR Community Development Program has been carried out systematically through several stages, including proposal submission, administrative verification, field surveys, assistance determination, fund distribution, and accountability reporting. During 2025, PT KAI Regional Division III Palembang successfully implemented 81 assistance programs across its operational areas in South Sumatra Province. These programs covered the development of public infrastructure and facilities, educational assistance, religious facility support, and community social activities, all of which generated tangible benefits for local communities. However, the implementation process encountered challenges related to incomplete administrative requirements in submitted proposals, which occasionally delayed aid distribution. From the Triple Bottom Line perspective, the CSR initiatives have contributed to improving community welfare, supporting environmental quality, and strengthening the company's reputation and operational sustainability. Therefore, the CSR implementation of PT KAI Regional Division III Palembang can be considered effective in supporting sustainable development objectives.

Abstract

Fenomena anak yang langsung bekerja setelah lulus Sekolah Dasar menjadi perhatian serius, karena berisiko menghambat perkembangan fisik, mental, dan masa depan anak. Peran pendidikan berkualitas serta layanan bimbingan dan konseling karir di sekolah dinilai sangat penting untuk menanamkan pemahaman akan pentingnya pendidikan lanjutan dan mencegah praktik anak bekerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan manajemen mutu pembelajaran dan layanan konseling karir, serta mengevaluasi efektivitas program pencegahan anak bekerja yang dilaksanakan di SD Islam Nurul Barokah, Desa Gelang, Kecamatan Sumberbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian evaluatif. Lokasi penelitian berada di SD Islam Nurul Barokah. Subjek penelitian meliputi kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga konselor, orang tua, dan siswa yang telah lulus. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis data menggunakan model interaktif Miles dan Huberman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan manajemen mutu mencakup tahap perencanaan kurikulum yang relevan, pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang menyentuh aspek nilai dan motivasi, serta pengawasan dan evaluasi berkala terhadap layanan pendidikan dan konseling karir. Program yang dilaksanakan memberikan dampak positif berupa peningkatan kesadaran siswa dan orang tua akan pentingnya pendidikan lanjutan, serta penurunan jumlah anak yang bekerja pasca lulus sekolah. Disimpulkan bahwa manajemen mutu pembelajaran dan konseling karir berjalan cukup efektif dalam mencegah anak bekerja, namun masih perlu peningkatan kolaborasi dengan pihak orang tua dan masyarakat agar hasilnya lebih optimal.

Abstract

This writing aims to describe the role of service officers in assisting taxpayers through the Core Tax Administration System (Coretax) at the KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu. Tax administration reform through digital transformation requires adaptation from various stakeholders; however, in practice, the implementation of Coretax still faces technical challenges and limited understanding from some taxpayers. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach based on participatory observation, interviews, and literature review conducted from February 23, 2026, to May 29, 2026. The results show that service officers play a crucial role as information providers, consultants, technical assistants, and problem-solving facilitators for taxpayers. Active assistance provided by the officers effectively helps taxpayers overcome technical obstacles, understand system usage procedures, and ensure the smooth fulfillment of tax rights and obligations. Challenges frequently encountered during the assistance process include system network disruptions during peak access times and variations in taxpayers' digital literacy levels. In conclusion, the quality of assistance provided by service officers significantly influences the smooth implementation of Coretax and taxpayer satisfaction. A strong synergy between technological systems and human interaction through responsive assistance is key to the success of digital transformation at KPP Pratama Palembang Seberang Ulu.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (IRE) plays a strategic role in shaping students' character and moral awareness, particularly at the junior high school level which represents a critical psychological transition to adolescence. However, field observations reveal that IRE instruction remains dominated by traditional approaches emphasizing rote memorization and one-way content delivery, creating a notable gap between cognitive mastery and the affective internalization of religious values in students' daily lives. This study aims to comprehensively examine the implementation of the deep learning approach in IRE at SMP IT Darulhusna Mulya Ciampea Bogor, covering the analysis of policy standards and objectives, resource readiness, organizational characteristics, communication patterns, teachers' dispositions, and the influence of the socio-cultural environment on implementation success. This study uses the policy implementation theory of Donald Van Meter and Carl Van Horn as the grand theory, which consists of six key variables that mutually influence the implementation process, namely policy standards and objectives, resources, characteristics of implementing agencies, inter-organizational communication, implementers’ disposition, as well as social, economic, and political conditions. A qualitative descriptive-analytical method was employed. Primary data were collected through in-depth interviews with the principal, IRE teachers, curriculum and facilities coordinators, and students. Secondary data were obtained from classroom observations and documentation. Data were analyzed through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing, with source and method triangulation applied to ensure validity and reliability. Findings show that the deep learning has been implemented satisfactorily, evidenced by teachers shifting from teacher-centered to student-centered instruction through group discussions, HOTS-based questioning, case studies, and connecting materials to real life. Students began demonstrating critical thinking and internalizing Islamic values in their behavior. Key challenges include limited instructional time, diverse student abilities, and insufficient facilities. Success is largely attributed to the principal's participatory leadership, a collaborative teacher culture, and a conducive integrated Islamic school environment.

Abstract

Internet of Things (IoT) technology has driven innovation in automation systems, including service-based robotic applications. This research aims to design and implement an IoT-based service robot system capable of receiving real-time commands and performing automatic navigation to designated locations. The system is developed using multiple ESP32 microcontrollers interconnected via a Wi-Fi network and communicating through the Message Queuing Telemetry Transport (MQTT) protocol. The research methodology includes system architecture design, hardware and software implementation, and system testing. The robot navigation is designed using a Finite State Machine (FSM) approach based on time-based navigation, while obstacle detection is handled using an ultrasonic sensor. A web-based user interface is implemented to send commands and monitor the robot's status in real time. The results show that the MQTT-based communication system is able to transmit and receive data reliably with delay values within acceptable limits for real-time applications. Furthermore, the robot successfully navigates to the target tables and returns to the starting position according to the designed system, while also responding effectively to obstacles detected along its path.In conclusion, this study demonstrates that the integration of IoT, FSM-based control, and time-based navigation can be effectively applied to a service robot system with a high level of operational success.
