Abstract

  Inflammation is a protective immune system response to tissue damage that can trigger increased levels of C-Reactive Protein (CRP), a marker of acute annd chronic inflammation. Carrageenan is known as an inflammatory agent that induces CRP production through activation of the Toll-Like Receptor-4 (TLR-4) and Nuclear Factor Kappa-β (NF-κB) pathways. Astaxanthin and vitamin E have potential antiinflammatory effects by inhibiting NF-κB and ROS. This study aims to determine the effect of the combination of astaxanthin with vitamin E on CRP levels in male white Wistar rats fed on carrageenan. This type of experimental research used a “post-test only control group design” with 30 male white Wistar rats randomly divided into 3 groups. KN (normal control) was given a standard feed diet, KS (negative control) with 1% carrageenan induction and KP (treatment group) was given a combination of astaxanthin 0,72 mg/kgBW and vitamin E 24,1 mg/kgBW with 1% carrageenan induction. CRP levels were measured using the ELISA method and analyzed by the Shapiro Wilk test, Levene test, One Way ANOVA, and Post Hoc LSD. The average percentage of CRP levels in KN was (0,75 ng/mL), KS (2,35 ng/mL) and KP (1,01 ng/mL) which means KS experienced a significant increase in CRP levels (p<0,05) compared to KN. Statistical tests showed that the data were normally distributed and homogeneous (p>0,05), and there were significant differences between the three groups (p<0,05). The conclusion of this study is that there is an anti-inflammatory effect of the combination of astaxanthin with vitamin E on C-Reactive Protein (CRP) levels in male Wistar rats induced by 1% carrageenan.

Abstract

Exposure to cigarette smoke contains toxic substances such as nicotine that can trigger oxidative stress, thereby stimulating the liver to produce C-reactive protein (CRP) as an indicator of systemic inflammation. Butterfly pea flower extract (Clitoria ternatea L.) contains anthocyanin compounds from the flavonoid group, which play a role in reducing CRP levels through anti-inflammatory mechanisms. This study aimed to determine the effect of ethanol extract of butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) on CRP levels in Wistar strain rats exposed to cigarette smoke. This was an experimental study using a post-test only control group design with a total sample of 30 rats divided randomly into five groups: Group 1 (normal control), Group 2 (negative control exposed to cigarette smoke), Group 3 (aspirin 9 mg/200 g BW), Group 4 (ethanol extract of butterfly pea flower 200 mg/200 g BW), and Group 5 (ethanol extract of butterfly pea flower 400 mg/200 g BW). The treatments were administered for 14 days, and on day 15 blood samples were collected to measure CRP levels using the ELISA method. Data analysis was performed using the One-Way ANOVA test followed by the Post Hoc LSD test. The mean CRP levels were 0.77 ng/mL in K0, 2.31 ng/mL in K(–), 0.94 ng/mL in P1, 1.00 ng/mL in P2, and 0.80 ng/mL in P3. These results indicate that the administration of butterfly pea flower ethanol extract reduced CRP levels compared to the negative control. The One-Way ANOVA test showed a significant difference (p < 0.05). Administration of ethanol extract of butterfly pea flower (Clitoria ternatea L.) affected CRP levels in Wistar rats exposed to cigarette smoke.

Abstract

Work life balance is an important thing in human life, including  workers. Work stress is the consequence of every action and environmental situation that poses excessive psychological and physical demands on a person. The purpose of this study was to find out the relationship between work-life balance and occupational stress in female nurses at Maria Walanda Hospital Maramis North Minahasa Regency.This study was conducted at Maria Walanda Hospital Maramis North Minahasa Regency, The population in this study was female nurses who numbered 44 respondents. The study was conducted in July of the year 2025. This type of study is Analytical Descriptive Method in nature (Cross Sectional). The sampling technique uses Total Sampling. Sample collection used work life balance and job stress questionnaire sheet. Further the data was processed using chi-square test The results of the study showed that there is a relationship of work-life balance with job stress with significance level p = ( α< 0.000).Results of chi-square statistical test with significance level p = ( α< 0.000). This means that there is work-life balance with work stress in female nurses at RSUD Maria Walanda Maramis, North Minahasa RegencyConclusions of this study There is a relationship between work-life balance and occupational stress in female nurses at Maria Walanda Hospital Maramis North Minahasa Regency. Suggestion of the results of this study as basic knowledge for students and for further development in nursing midwifery.

Abstract

Breastfeeding is a natural process, but many new mothers find it one of the most amazing parts of motherhood. Through health education, mothers can understand the benefits of colostrum, such as strengthening the baby's immune system, improving digestion, and preventing infections. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Lactation Education through Leaflet Media on Colostrum Breastfeeding in Post Partum at Bhayangkara Gr. III Hospital Manado. This research is experimental with pre experimental research design and using the "One group pretest-posttest method. The population in this study were post partum mothers in Bhayangkara Hospital Manado as many as 48 people, the sampling technique used random sampling technique which was a random sample using the Slovin formula, so there were 7 samples. The results of this study are based on statistical tests Paired T test results showed a value of p = 0.000 with a p value = 0.035 which both of these values are less than the value of a = <0.05. From these results, it can be interpreted that in this study Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected in other words there is an effect of Lactation Education through Leaflet Media on Knowledge and Attitudes of Colostrum Breastfeeding in Post Partum at Bhayangkara Gr. III Hospital Manado. The conclusion of this study was that mothers who received education through leaflets tended to have better knowledge and a more positive attitude towards colostrum feeding than those who were not given education. This happens because leaflets can be read repeatedly, making it easier for mothers to remember and understand the contents of the message conveyed.

Abstract

Employee productivity is a crucial indicator in assessing the extent to which an organization is able to utilize its potential. High productivity reflects the effectiveness of work processes, time utilization, and the quality of results achieved. Conversely, low productivity can impact an organization's competitiveness amidst the pressures of global competition. Therefore, increasing employee productivity is inextricably linked to the role of management in designing appropriate HR policies and strategies. This study aims to determine the role of human resource management strategies in increasing employee productivity in the era of global competition. This study used a systematic literature review (SLR) method. The results indicate that human resource management strategies play a crucial role in increasing employee productivity in the era of global competition. Human resource management is a key factor capable of creating competitive advantage through competency development, the establishment of a positive work culture, and the implementation of a targeted performance system. Strategies implemented in a planned and integrated manner have been proven to have a significant impact on increasing individual and organizational work effectiveness.

Abstract

PLTP atau pembangkit listrik tenaga panas bumi area Karaha merupakan salah satu pembangkit yang memanfaatkan sumber energi terbarukan yaitu panas bumi. Pengoperasianya memanfaatkan uap (steam) dari reservoir dalam tanah untuk menggerakan turbin pada generator. Oleh sebab itu, diperlukan kinerja generator yang efisien dalam menjaga kinerja pembangkitan energi listrik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai efisiensi generator yang didapatkan dari perbandingan antara daya input dan daya output. Menggunakan metode perhitungan manual dengan data pada tanggal 1 sampai 17 bulan Agustus 2025. Hasil perhitungan menunjukan bahwa efisiensi generator berada pada kisaran 94,4%-95,6%, yang mengindikasikan bahwa generator beroperasi secara stabil dan mendekati kondisi optimal. Variasi efisiensi yang terjadi dipengaruhi oleh perubahan beban generator, dimana efisiensi cenderung menurun pada kondisi beban parsial dan meningkat saat mendekati beban nominal. Secara keseluruhan, hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa perubahan beban memiliki pengaruh terhadap efisiensi generator, namun sistem generator PLTP PGE Area Karaha masih beroperasi dengan kinerja yang andal.

Abstract

Saluran Udara Tegangan Menengah (SUTM) 20 kV merupakan bagian penting dalam sistem distribusi tenaga listrik yang berfungsi menyalurkan energi listrik dari gardu induk menuju gardu distribusi. Keandalan jaringan SUTM sangat dipengaruhi oleh strategi pemeliharaan yang diterapkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pelaksanaan pemeliharaan jaringan SUTM 20 kV di PT PLN (Persero) ULP Karangnunggal selama 30 hari kerja (13 Juni – 25 Juli 2025) serta mengevaluasi tingkat keandalan sistem menggunakan indeks SAIFI dan SAIDI. Metode yang digunakan adalah observasi lapangan, dokumentasi logbook kegiatan, dan analisis kuantitatif data gangguan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 30 kegiatan pemeliharaan, 50% merupakan kegiatan preventif seperti Right of Way (ROW), inspeksi gardu, dan pengukuran beban, sedangkan sisanya merupakan korektif dan darurat. Selama periode pengamatan terjadi 6 gangguan dengan total 1.580 pelanggan terdampak dan akumulasi 2.119 jam-pelanggan. Perhitungan menunjukkan nilai SAIFI sebesar 0,316 kali/pelanggan dan SAIDI sebesar 0,423 jam/pelanggan atau 25,38 menit/pelanggan. Gangguan dominan disebabkan oleh faktor vegetasi dan pohon tumbang. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi pemeliharaan preventif yang diterapkan mampu menjaga frekuensi dan durasi gangguan tetap terkendali serta berkontribusi terhadap peningkatan keandalan sistem distribusi SUTM 20 kV.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang representasi diri remaja perempuan dalam iklan Emina Bright Stuff With Oxybiome dan nilai-nilai kecantikan yang disampaikan, serta efeknya terhadap minat remaja perempuan untuk tertarik dengan produk Emina. Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi oleh perkembangan teknologi informasi di media sosial, yang menjadikan iklan sebagai bentuk promosi penting dalam membentuk persepsi publik, termasuk dikalangan remaja perempuan. Menggunakan metode kualitatif yang bertujuan untuk memahami fenomena sosial dari sudut pandang partisipan, yaitu remaja perempuan sebagai konsumen.Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara dengan enam informan remaja perempuan pengguna produk Emina, dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklan Emina Bright Stuff With Oxybiome merepresentasikan remaja perrempuan sebagai remaja yang aktif, ceria, modern, produktif, dan peduli tentang perawatan diri, yang kemudian meningkatkan rasa percaya diri mereka. Nilai-nilai kecantikan yang dominan disampaikan dalam iklan adalah kulit putih dan cerah, yang oleh Sebagian besar informan dipersepsikan sebagai standar kecantikan ideal. Iklan ini secara signifikan membangkitkan minat awal remaja, namun keputusan akhir pembelian seringkali dipengaruhi oleh rekomendasi teman ataupun ulasan.

Abstract

The Ecoprint Entrepreneur Program: Synergy of Creativity, Business Management, and Legality of Environmentally Friendly Products is a community service activity that aims to improve the skills, creativity, and understanding of the community in developing creative businesses based on environmentally friendly ecoprinting. This activity was carried out through workshops that included presentations on the basic concepts of ecoprint, awareness of environmentally friendly products, an introduction to business management and product legality, as well as hands-on practice in making ecoprints on fabric and tote bags. The participants were women from the community who had the potential to develop home-based businesses. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' knowledge and skills in ecoprint techniques, marked by their ability to produce ecoprint products with varied leaf motifs and aesthetic value. In addition, this activity also encouraged a change in the participants' mindset in seeing ecoprint as a business opportunity that can be developed sustainably. The synergy between creativity, understanding of business management, and awareness of product legality is the initial capital in building a competitive ecoprint business that supports environmental preservation and strengthens the local economy.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisi pengaruh strategi copywriting digital pada Instagram Cinema XXI terhadap minat beli konsumen di Kota Banjarmasin. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah pesatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi yang mendorong perusahaan untuk berinovasi dalam pemasaran digital, salah satunya melalui media sosial Instagram. Copywriting digital menjadi teknik penting dalam menarik perhatian konsumen dan meningkatkan penjualan. Studi ini menyoroti bahwa meskipun Cinema XXI berhasil meningkatkan pendapatan melalui strategi promosi digital, masih terdapat hasil penelitian yang beragam mengenai pengaruh copywriting terhadap minat beli konsumen. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis deskriptif. Lokasi penelitian dilakukan di Kota Banjarmasin. Populasi penelitian ini adalah konsumen Cinema XXI di Kota Banjarmasin dengan sampel berjumlah 100 responden yang ditentukan menggunakan rumus Cochran dan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner dengan skala likert. Analasis data akan dilakukan menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 25, meliputi uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, linearitas, heteroskedastisitas, regresi linear sederhana, uji parsial (uji t), dan uji koefisien determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa copywriting terhadap minat beli konsumen pada Cinema XXI termasuk kategori baik. Selain itu terdapat pengaruh signifikan antara copywriting terhadap minat beli konsumen Cinema XXI Kota Banjarmasin.
