The work ethic in Islamic education is very important to understand and apply in your duties as an educator. Work ethic includes ethical behavior in work and management of Islamic education. Work ethic is a guide for decision making in Islamic education management. The work ethic in Islamic education includes moral values and Islamic principles that must be applied in the world of work and management of Islamic education. QS. AlBalad: 4 says "and in fact we have created humans in a state of toil". Allah SWT gives promises to believers and those who strive and are serious in carrying out obedience to Allah and defending Allah's religion solely to seek His pleasure. We will show them our path that leads them to happiness and safety in the afterlife. Islamic values have a great influence in shaping a good work ethic, including first, sincerity in working to provide the best educational services for students second, resignation or surrender to Allah to realize that success or failure is the prerogative of Allah SWT third , justice is very important in respecting the rights of all parties involved in the education process: fourth, trustworthiness in managing human resources, budgets and infrastructure properly fifth, kindness in providing the best educational services with full sense of responsibility, love and affection. A good work ethic is very important in education management and Islamic education. A good work ethic can improve the quality of educational services provided by staff, teachers, to students. A good work ethic can also help create a positive work environment, increase motivation and performance.

The increasing use of information technology, especially the internet, has enabled everyone to carry out various activities more accurately, with quality and quickly. Every organization can take advantage of the internet and information technology networks to carry out various activities electronically. Managers in various organizations are also expected to be able to analyze their performance on a constant and consistent basis with the utilization of available information technology. Utilization of information technology is associated with its importance in the management decision-making process. We can see that there is still a lack of organizations both in the public sector and organizations in the private sector that apply management information systems in decision making, especially in local government organizations. Information systems have a set of information components that are integrated with each other to produce specific goals. The management information system at MIN 1 Sawalunto can run well because it is supported by sophisticated technology, quality human resources and organizational commitment. Management information systems have an important role in the function of operational management and decision making. This system is also a very useful tool for the purpose of reviewing and controlling company operations. The main objective of the system at Min 1 Tanah Datar is to organize all the data collected from every level of the company, summarize it, and present it in a way that facilitates and improves the quality of decisions taken to increase the profitability and productivity of the company. The existence of an information system in a company can really help employees work so that their work becomes effective and efficient. Applications like this are also useful for start-up companies where they produce an effective and efficient information system management model to achieve maximum results for business start-ups.

This study presents a literature review on the types and leadership styles in the context of Islamic education management. It aims to analyze relevant types of leadership and examine the effective leadership styles contributing to the success of Islamic education management. Through a comprehensive literature review, various types of leadership, including transformational, instructional, participative, and values-based leadership, are identified in the context of Islamic education management. Effective leadership styles such as consultative, collaborative, and visionary approaches are also analyzed based on relevant literature. The study emphasizes the importance of understanding and implementing leadership types and styles that align with Islamic values in Islamic education management. Strong leadership based on Islamic values has a positive impact on organizational culture, teaching quality, and staff development in Islamic educational institutions. The findings of this literature review provide valuable insights into the relevant types and leadership styles in Islamic education management. The study offers guidance for Islamic education leaders in leading and managing educational institutions. Furthermore, it contributes to a better understanding of the role of leadership in Islamic education and serves as a foundation for further research in this field.

The leadership style applied by the Principal of Man Kota Solok currently has three leadership styles. Democratic leadership style can be seen in the deliberations held for decision-making related to teachers and employees. The autocratic leadership style is applied when it comes to financial management. Then the free leadership style (laissez faire) is applied when daily activities are carried out. However, in general, the leadership style applied is a free (laissez faire) but bound leadership style. Although in some cases implementing autocratic and democratic leadership styles. This is done because the people we face and also the problems are also different, then the situations and conditions we face are also different. So to complete it the principal uses these three leadership styles. In addition to strengthening the leadership style applied, the leader also applies his leadership functions, namely instructive, consultative, participation, delegation, and control. And good and proper leadership is one of the important assets that must be owned in the Man City Solok Regional Environment. This has encouraged school principals in the city of Solok to carry out activities in the form of training and development in improving the quality of leadership. The realization of realizing proper and correct leadership is proven by the existence of leadership training activities in the form of education and training (Training) provided by the Regional Government of Solok district. As well as organizations in Solo City Man have a goal of profitability and developing in a better direction. Another similarity, the school consists of people who have different goals. the management at the school has its own goals that are aligned with organizational goals because the main goal is how the Man Kota Solo school can progress and develop.

This research was conducted at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2, Sawahlunto City. This study aims to see and find out how the implementation of the diagnostic test in the Merdeka Curriculum in elementary schools. How was the preparation, implementation, and results. The implementation of the diagnostic assessment is very important to be carried out by the teacher at the beginning of the meeting. In this study, non-cognitive diagnostic assessment. Diagnostic assessment is a very important initial diagnosis in the implementation of the independent curriculum. With the aim to determine the basic abilities of each learner. from the results of the diagnostic assessment, the teacher can create suitable learning activities according to the needs of students. However, in reality the implementation of this new diagnostic assessment has created confusion for teachers at the State Elementary School 2, Sawahlunto City. Both in terms of preparation, implementation and results. Before being able to provide assistance appropriately, the teacher must first give a diagnostic test carefully and thoroughly. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, which will describe how the diagnostic test is carried out in the independent curriculum at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 2 Sawahlunto City.

A matrix is an arrangement of numbers, symbols or expressions arranged in rows and columns to form a square. The matrix was first conceived by Arthur Caley in 1859 in the study of systems of linear equations and linear transformations. In matrix theory, the calculation of determinants is one of the studies that is often discussed. Calculation of the determinant associated with a small matrix (n ≤ 3) is usually never a problem, only using the definition of the determinant can usually be solved immediately. However, calculating the determinant of a matrix with a large size is difficult to do if you only use the definition of the determinant. Several methods that can be used to calculate the determinant of a matrix are row reduction method, Laplace/cofactor expansion method and Schur's complement method. Another method that can be used is to change the matrix into a block matrix. To determine the determinant of the block matrix, the writer in this writing will use one of the methods, namely the Laplace/cofactor expansion method.

Minor and cofactor methods are general methods that can be used to determine the determinant of matrices. Calculation of the determinant of the matrix with the minor and cofactor methods can be applied to all sizes of square matrices. The determinant of the matrix can be calculated from the minor and the cofactor in one of the rows or columns of the matrix. Before determining the cofactor, we must first determine the submatrix or minor. Definition 2.3 The minor of a matrix A denoted by M_ij is a matrix of parts of A which is obtained by removing the elements in the ith row and the elements in the jth column. Definition 2.4 The cofactor of an element of the I-th row and j-column of matrix A is denoted by K_ij=〖(-1)〗^(i+j) M_ij. To determine the determinant of a matrix using the minor and cofactor method, it is sufficient to take only one expansion.
