Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of personnel performance by examining the influence of work-life balance and job satisfaction and evaluating the role of motivation as a moderation variable in these relationships. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares or SEM PLS, this study involved 180 personnel of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police (POLDA) Sulawesi as respondents selected through structured sampling techniques. The results of statistical analysis provide empirical evidence that work-life balance has a positive and significant influence on both job satisfaction and employee performance directly. On the other hand, the findings of the study show that motivation partially does not have a significant influence on performance, but it has been shown to play a vital role as a moderation variable that strengthens the relationship between variables in the model. In addition, job satisfaction was identified as a strong mediator in bridging the influence of work-life balance on personnel work results. The conclusion of this study confirms that to optimize performance in a stressful police environment, synergy between proportionate work balance policies and the creation of a satisfactory environment is needed because the motivation of new personnel will effectively impact performance when supported by adequate psychological and well-being conditions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance by examining the influence of emotional intelligence and perceived organizational support while evaluating the moderating role of the interaction between these variables and job engagement. Employing a quantitative approach with Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling or SEM PLS analysis techniques, this research involved the entire population of 80 employees at the Health Department of Bombana Regency as respondents selected through saturated sampling method. The statistical analysis results provide empirical evidence that emotional intelligence has a positive and significant impact on employee performance and plays a central role in shaping high job engagement. Conversely perceived organizational support partially proves to have no significant direct effect on performance but the interaction test findings indicate that this variable functions effectively as a moderator that strengthens relationships in the model. Specifically organizational support will only have a tangible impact on performance improvement when synergized with a high level of job engagement. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that to achieve optimal performance the institution needs to prioritize the development of employee emotional maturity while ensuring the existence of targeted organizational support that can strengthen the contribution of employees who already have high dedication to their work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of employee performance by examining the influence of employee engagement and job satisfaction and evaluating the role of organizational citizenship behavior or OCB as an intervening variable and job satisfaction as a moderator. Using a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares or SEM PLS, this study involved 120 Puskesmas employees in the Bombana Regency area as respondents selected through a structured survey technique. The results of statistical analysis provide empirical evidence that employee engagement has a positive and significant impact on performance and is the main predictor for the formation of OCB. In contrast, partial job satisfaction was shown to have no significant direct effect on performance, but important findings from the interaction test suggest that this variable functions effectively as a moderator in the relationship between OCB and performance. This indicates that job satisfaction will only have a real impact on improving work results if synergized with high organizational citizenship behavior. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that extra-role behavior or OCB is a vital key in the mechanism of improving health service performance which can be strengthened through the creation of employee job satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the determinants of personnel performance within the Medical and Health Division or Biddokkes of the Southeast Sulawesi Regional Police by examining the influence of competence and professionalism while evaluating the mediating role of Organizational Citizenship Behavior or OCB. Employing a quantitative approach involving 80 medical personnel as respondents, this research seeks to dissect work dynamics within a semi military system requiring high discipline and mental physical readiness. The statistical analysis results provide empirical evidence that competence has a positive and significant impact on personnel performance and serves as a very strong primary predictor in shaping OCB. Interesting findings indicate that although professionalism partially has no significant direct effect on performance, this variable proves to function effectively as a moderator strengthening relationships in the model. Specifically, the interaction between professionalism and OCB is able to have a tangible impact on improving personnel performance, indicating that professional attitude acts as an enhancer for extra role behavior. The conclusion of this study emphasizes that achieving optimal performance in the police environment requires synergy between technical competence improvement and the strengthening of OCB supported by mature professionalism as a catalyst for organizational success.

Using an explanatory quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling analysis techniques based on Partial Least Squares or SEM PLS, this study involved 160 nurses as respondents who were selected through a structured survey method. The results of statistical analysis provide empirical evidence that Work Life Balance has a positive and significant impact on performance and is a very strong predictor for the formation of organizational commitment. In contrast, partial job satisfaction was shown to have no significant direct effect on performance, but important findings from the interaction test suggest that this variable functions effectively as a moderator that strengthens the relationship between organizational commitment and performance. Abstract

This study examines the relationship between human resource readiness and the adoption and successful implementation of the Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS), as well as how the competence of health workers interacts with the availability of hospital infrastructure and management strategies. The method uses a systematic literature review or scoping review to map the empirical evidence of the last ten years. Structured searches were conducted on Scopus and Web of Science, and Google Scholar with a combination of keywords related to SIMRS, human resource readiness, competencies, infrastructure, adoption, successful implementation, training, and management strategies, including Indonesian equivalents. Articles are selected through title and abstract screening, full-text review, and concise quality assessment based on design and clarity of method. The data was extracted including hospital settings, user samples, variable definitions, instruments, and key findings, and then synthesized thematically narratively. Results show that human resource readiness, especially tiered training, organizational culture support, and perception of convenience and usefulness, correlates with more consistent acceptance and use of SIMRS. A reliable infrastructure amplifies competency impact, while weak networks and devices lower satisfaction, trigger double logging, and hinder feature utilization. The most consistent strategies to improve output include change management, strengthening IT support, standardizing devices, network investment, and ongoing funding planning. This synthesis formulates the proposition that the success of SIMRS is the result of the synergy of human capacity and technological capacity in daily work practices.

Abstract

This study aims to map the most relevant digital competency components for police intelligence, identify intelligence technologies used for cybercrime prevention, and explain how these technologies affect the effectiveness of prevention through early detection, prediction, and response, considering the role of cybercrime dynamics as factors that can moderate or suppress the effectiveness of strategies. The method used was a systematic literature review with searches on Google Scholar and ScienceDirect using a combination of English and Indonesian keywords, as well as Boolean AND and OR operators. The study selection process is carried out through the stages of identification, screening of titles and abstracts, full text review, and determination of the final study based on inclusion criteria that emphasize relevance to law enforcement and police intelligence, discussion of digital competence or intelligence technology, novelty of publications, and quality of scientific sources. The selected studies were then summarized, extracted into a synthesis table, and analyzed using narrative synthesis and thematic analysis. The results of the study show that the dominant digital competencies include information literacy, technological proficiency, digital communication, critical and analytical thinking skills, ethical and legal awareness, and continuous adaptive learning. The most commonly identified intelligence technologies include artificial intelligence and machine learning, cybersecurity software, cloud computing, mobile forensics, integrated cyber investigation platforms, as well as blockchain exploration for data integrity and digital evidence. These technologies tend to improve the effectiveness of prevention by accelerating
