Abstract

In order to prepare themselves for the world of work in the era of digitalization, it is important for students to develop collaboration skills. As the highest level of education, universities have a significant role to play in creating human resources that are competitive in the era of the 4.0 Revolution. The purpose of this study is to explain the importance of students developing collaboration skills that are relevant to the era of the 4.0 Revolution. With all the conveniences of information and communication technology, universities are expected to be able to optimize student learning oriented towards 6C skills, namely critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, communication, character, and citizenship. This research is qualitative in nature with a literature-based data collection method. The results of the study indicate that collaboration skills are important for students to develop in order to prepare themselves for the professional world. Collaboration skills are very useful for elaborating ideas/understanding, arguments, and creativity.

Abstract

Akne vulgaris merupakan salah satu permasalahankulit yang banyak dijumpaipada kelompokusiaremaja akhir hingga dewasa muda, termasuk pada mahasiswa baru. Kualitas tidur yang kurang baik diduga berkontribusi terhadap terjadinya akne vulgaris melalui mekanisme hormonal dan proses inflamasi. Mahasiswa baru fakultas kedokteran termasuk kelompok yang rentan mengalami gangguan tidur akibat perubahan gaya hidup serta meningkatnya tuntutan akademik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kualitas tidur dan kejadian akne vulgaris pada mahasiswa baru Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah angkatan 2025. Penelitian ini merupakan studi analitik observasional dengan desain potong lintang (cross-sectional). Subjek penelitian terdiri atas 68 mahasiswa baru yang dipilih berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi. Kualitas tidur diukur menggunakan kuesioner Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI). Kejadian akne vulgaris dinilai melalui lembar observasi dan dikonfirmasi secara langsung oleh dokter spesialis kulit dan kelamin. Analisis data dilakukan secara univariat dan bivariat dengan menggunakan uji Fisher’s Exact Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden memiliki kualitas tidur buruk (88,2%) dan mengalami akne vulgaris (79,4%). Analisis bivariat menunjukkan tidak terdapat hubungan yang bermakna secara statistik antara kualitas tidur dan kejadian akne vulgaris (p = 1,000). Kualitas tidur tidak berhubungan secara bermakna dengan kejadian akne vulgaris padamahasiswa baru Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Baiturrahmah angkatan 2025.

Abstract

Tuberculosis (TB) remains a major global public health problem, including in Indonesia, which ranks second worldwide in terms of TB burden. One of the key efforts in TB control is improving the Case Detection Rate (CDR), which largely depends on the role and performance of TB cadres in the community. However, the performance of TB cadres is influenced by various factors originating from both individual characteristics and the work environment. This study aims to describe the factors associated with the performance of Tuberculosis (TB) cadres. The research method employed was a literature review by examining textbooks and three relevant national journal articles. Literature searches were conducted through Google Scholar using keywords related to TB cadre performance and its influencing factors. Data analysis was carried out using a descriptive narrative approach by comparing and synthesizing the findings of the reviewed studies. The results of the literature review indicate that the performance of TB cadres is influenced by several key factors, including competence, length of service, age, motivation, attitude, as well as organizational factors such as leadership and support from primary healthcare center managers. Cadres with good competence, sufficient work experience, high motivation, and positive attitudes tend to demonstrate better performance in TB case detection and patient treatment assistance.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji secara empiris tindakan Kepolisian Resor Kampar dalam menangani pelaku tindak pidana illegal logging berdasarkan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2013 tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Perusakan Hutan. Illegal logging masih menjadi persoalan nyata di wilayah hukum Polres Kampar, khususnya di Kecamatan Kuok, meskipun telah terdapat regulasi yang tegas dan sanksi pidana yang berat. Praktik tersebut berdampak langsung terhadap kerusakan lingkungan, meningkatnya risiko bencana alam, serta terganggunya kehidupan sosial dan ekonomi masyarakat sekitar kawasan hutan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis empiris dengan sifat deskriptif. Data diperoleh melalui penelitian lapangan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner, dan dokumentasi. Informan penelitian meliputi aparat kepolisian yang menangani perkara illegal logging, pelaku tindak pidana, serta masyarakat yang terdampak langsung oleh aktivitas pembalakan liar. Data sekunder diperoleh dari peraturan perundang-undangan dan dokumen resmi Polres Kampar terkait penanganan perkara illegal logging. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tindakan kepolisian terhadap pelaku illegal logging telah dilaksanakan melalui dua pendekatan, yaitu preventif dan represif. Tindakan represif dilakukan melalui penyelidikan, penyidikan, penangkapan pelaku, penyitaan barang bukti berupa kayu hasil pembalakan dan alat angkut, serta pelimpahan perkara ke tahap penuntutan. Sementara itu, tindakan preventif dilakukan melalui patroli rutin di kawasan rawan illegal logging, sosialisasi hukum kepada masyarakat, serta koordinasi dengan instansi terkait. Namun, berdasarkan temuan lapangan, penegakan hukum tersebut belum berjalan secara optimal dan belum sepenuhnya menimbulkan efek jera bagi pelaku. Hambatan utama yang ditemukan antara lain keterbatasan jumlah personel kepolisian, minimnya sarana dan prasarana pendukung, luasnya wilayah pengawasan, serta rendahnya kesadaran dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam melaporkan tindak pidana illegal logging. Selain itu, faktor ekonomi masyarakat sekitar kawasan hutan turut mempengaruhi keberlangsungan praktik illegal logging. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun tindakan kepolisian telah sesuai dengan ketentuan Undang-Undang Nomor 18 Tahun 2013, efektivitas penegakan hukum masih memerlukan penguatan melalui peningkatan kapasitas aparat, optimalisasi koordinasi antarinstansi, serta pelibatan aktif masyarakat dalam upaya pencegahan dan pengawasan perusakan hutan.

Abstract

This study examines the role of digital customs systems in strengthening state revenue management with a focus on CEISA 4.0 and the National Logistics Ecosystem. The method used is a qualitative literature study through the synthesis of findings from national and international sources to assess the contribution of digital transformation to public financial management. The results of the study show that digitalization drives service efficiency through process standardization and automation of administrative stages, strengthens supervision through data-based verification and risk assessment support, and increases transparency through audit trails and process traceability. The integration of services and information exchange supported by CEISA 4.0 and the National Logistics Ecosystem strengthens cross-stakeholder coordination, reduces procedural barriers, and improves data consistency that affects the accuracy of levy determination. The study also emphasized that the benefits of accountability are influenced by implementation readiness, including data governance, human resource capacity, inter-agency coordination, and regulatory adjustments. Overall, digital customs systems contribute to a more orderly, transparent, and accountable management of state revenues within the framework of public financial management.

Abstract

This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory design to test the causal relationship between variables in the context of secondary school teachers in Kendari City. The research population includes teachers in public and private schools, with the determination of the sample using a simple random sampling technique so that all members of the population have the same opportunity to be selected. Data was collected through a survey using a five-point Likert scale closed questionnaire to measure Perception of Organizational Support, Organizational Trust, Job Satisfaction, and Teacher Performance based on tested indicators. Before the analysis is carried out, the research instrument is first tested for validity and reliability so that the measurements produced are accurate and consistent. Data analysis was carried out using statistical software-assisted path analysis to identify the direct influence between variables and test the role of job satisfaction as a moderation variable. The results of the study show that the perception of organizational support has a significant effect on organizational trust. These findings indicate that teachers who feel that schools provide care, support, and fair treatment tend to have stronger beliefs in institutions. In addition, the perception of organizational support also has a significant effect on teacher performance, which indicates that a supportive work environment encourages teachers to work more optimally. This study also proves that organizational trust has a significant effect on teacher performance, so trust is an important factor in encouraging motivation, commitment, and quality of task implementation. On the other satisfaction has not been shown to have a significant direct effect on teacher performance. However, job satisfaction has been shown to strengthen the relationship between organizational trust and teacher performance, so the influence of trust on performance will be stronger when teachers feel satisfied with their work.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of dynamic capability and financial literacy on the performance of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Kendari City, as well as examine the role of financial access in explaining and strengthening the relationship between variables in the model. The research uses a quantitative approach with objective numerical data processing. Data were collected through a closed-ended questionnaire compiled based on indicators in the previous literature, then measured using a five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The research respondents are MSME actors in Kendari City who have been running a business for at least two years, with a sample of 190 respondents, so as to be able to describe the empirical conditions of business actors who have operational experience. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares because it was able to test conceptual models that involve direct influence and moderation testing simultaneously and more flexibly on the characteristics of data distribution. Data processing using SmartPLS includes evaluation of measurement models through validity and reliability tests as well as structural model testing. The results of the study show that dynamic capability has a positive and significant effect on the performance of MSMEs. Financial literacy also has a significant effect on performance and has a very strong influence on financial access, so financial literacy is an important factor that encourages the connection of MSMEs with financial services. Financial access has been proven to have a significant effect on performance and strengthen the influence of dynamic capability on performance, so that the adaptive ability of business actors will produce more optimal performance when supported by adequate access to financing and financial services. These findings emphasize the need for a strategy to strengthen business adaptability that is integrated with increasing literacy and financial access to encourage the performance of MSMEs in a sustainable manner.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the causal relationship between organizational support, work commitment, and personnel performance, and assess the role of motivation as a moderation variable in strengthening the influence of work commitment on performance. The study used a quantitative approach with an explanatory type and was carried out at the Directorate of Special Criminal Investigation (Ditreskrimsus) of the Southeast Sulawesi Police with 130 active respondents. Data collection was carried out through a closed questionnaire arranged based on the indicators of each variable, then measured using a five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with the criteria that personnel have a minimum working period of two years and are directly involved in operational tasks. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares with the help of SmartPLS, through the outer model evaluation stage to test validity and reliability as well as internal model evaluation to test structural relationships and moderation effects. The results of the study show that motivation does not have a significant effect directly on personnel performance. However, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on performance, and has a very strong effect on work commitment. Work commitment has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on personnel performance. In addition, motivation has been shown to significantly moderate the relationship between work commitment and performance, so that the influence of commitment on performance becomes stronger when personnel motivation is high. These findings affirm the importance of strengthening organizational support to build work commitments, as well as motivation enhancement strategies so that the commitments formed can be optimally actualized in improving personnel performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of social media marketing on customer loyalty with the role of electronic word of mouth as the main influence channel, as well as test trust as a moderation variable in strengthening the influence of electronic word of mouth on customer loyalty in the context of MSMEs in Kendari City. The study uses an explanatory quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling analysis based on Partial Least Squares. The respondents are active customers of MSMEs in Kendari City as many as 185 people. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS to evaluate the measurement model through validity and reliability tests, then tested the structural model to assess the strength and significance of the influence between variables. The test results show that trust does not have a significant effect directly on customer loyalty. On the other hand, social media marketing has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and has a very strong and significant influence on electronic word of mouth. Electronic word of mouth also has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. In addition, trust has been shown to significantly moderate the relationship between electronic word of mouth and customer loyalty, so that the impact of electronic word of mouth becomes stronger when the level of customer trust is higher. This finding confirms that the strategy of increasing MSME customer loyalty needs to prioritize strengthening the quality of social media marketing to encourage positive electronic word of mouth, as well as building trust so that the influence of customer communication is more optimal in forming loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of transformational leadership on nurse performance, both directly and through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) as a mediating variable, as well as assess the role of work commitment as a moderation variable in the relationship between OCB and performance. The study used an explanatory quantitative approach and was carried out on nurses at Bahteramas Hospital, Kendari City with a total of 179 respondents. Data was collected through surveys using structured questionnaires, measured on a five-point Likert scale from strongly disagree to strongly agree. The instrument was prepared by adapting indicators from previous research and adjusted to the context of health services. Data analysis uses Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares because it is able to test the relationship between constructs simultaneously, is flexible to data that does not have to be normally distributed, and is suitable for testing direct influences, mediation, and moderation. The test results showed that transformational leadership had a positive and significant effect on OCB and nurse performance. OCB also has a positive and significant effect on performance, and has been proven to mediate the influence of transformational leadership on nurse performance. In addition, work commitment has been proven to moderate the influence of OCB on performance, so that the impact of OCB becomes stronger when nurses' work commitment is high.
