Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Digital Marketing Innovation on Sales Performance with Marketing Capability as a moderation variable in MSMEs in Kendari City. The study used a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) on 165 MSMEs selected through purposive sampling techniques. The sample criteria include MSMEs that have been operating for at least two years, actively utilizing digital media in marketing, and owners or managers are directly involved in marketing decision-making. Data was collected through a five-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed using SmartPLS through the evaluation of measurement models (outer model) and structural models (inner model) with bootstrapping procedures. The results of the study show that Digital Marketing Innovation does not have a significant effect directly on Sales Performance. On the other hand, Marketing Capability has a positive and significant effect on Sales Performance. In addition, Marketing Capability has been proven to positively and significantly moderate the relationship between Digital Marketing Innovation and Sales Performance, thus acting as a pure moderator. These findings indicate that the effectiveness of digital marketing innovation is highly dependent on the level of marketing capabilities possessed by MSMEs. Thus, digital transformation in marketing cannot stand alone as a determining factor in sales performance, but must be supported by strong marketing capabilities to be able to generate continuous sales increases.

Abstract

Persiapan kehamilan sehat merupakan upaya penting dalam menurunkan risiko komplikasi kehamilan dan meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan bayi. Namun, pemanfaatan teknologi digital, khususnya Artificial Intelligence (AI), dalam edukasi kesehatan reproduksi masih terbatas. Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesiapan wanita usia subur (WUS) dalam mempersiapkan kehamilan sehat melalui pemanfaatan platform berbasis AI. Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada Juli 2025 dengan jumlah peserta sebanyak 50 WUS. Metode yang digunakan meliputi edukasi, pelatihan penggunaan aplikasi AI, praktik langsung, diskusi, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan rata-rata pengetahuan sebesar 35% setelah intervensi. Sebanyak 85% peserta menyatakan puas dan mampu menggunakan aplikasi secara mandiri. Pemanfaatan AI terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan literasi kesehatan reproduksi dan kesiapan kehamilan. Teknologi ini berpotensi menjadi inovasi dalam mendukung program kesehatan ibu dan anak.

Abstract

Pengendalian angka kelahiran melalui program Keluarga Berencana (KB) merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakat. Pemilihan metode kontrasepsi merupakan bagian penting dalam program Keluarga Berencana (KB). Intrauterine Device (IUD) merupakan salah satu metode kontrasepsi jangka panjang yang efektif yang disediakan pemerintah dalam program KB, namun penggunaannya masih sangat rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berhubungan dengan pemilihan metode kontrasepsi IUD di TPMB E Desa Malakasari Kecamatan Baleendah Kabupaten Bandung. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain cross-sectional. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 60 responden. Variabel yang diteliti meliputi pengetahuan, pendidikan, usia, sikap, sosial ekonomi dan dukungan suami. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan uji Chi-Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebanyak 25% responden memilih IUD, sedangkan 75% tidak memilihnya. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan (p = 0,001), pendidikan (p = 0,003), dan dukungan suami (p = 0,023) memiliki hubungan signifikan dengan pemilihan IUD. Sementara itu, variabel usia (p = 0,959), sikap (p = 1,0), dan sosial ekonomi (p = 0,450) tidak memiliki hubungan signifikan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa variabel pengetahuan, tingkat pendidikan, dan dukungan suami merupakan faktor penting dalam pemilihan metode kontrasepsi IUD. Keterlibatan pasangan dan peningkatan edukasi diharapkan dapat meningkatkan penggunaan kontrasepsi IUD.

Abstract

Perkembangan anak usia dini merupakan indikator penting kualitas sumber daya manusia di masa depan, dengan "periode emas" pada usia 0-3 tahun sebagai masa kritis perkembangan otak yang pesat. Sekitar 4,5-6,7 juta balita di Indonesia diperkirakan mengalami masalah tumbuh kembang. Salah satu faktor utama keterlambatan perkembangan adalah kurangnya pengetahuan orang tua mengenai stimulasi dini. Media video merupakan salah satu upaya promosi kesehatan yang efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin mengetahui pengetahuan ibu sebelum dan sesudah intervensi, serta pengaruh media video terhadap pengetahuan tersebut. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode kuasi-eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai balita usia 12-24 bulan dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 30 orang dan teknik pengambilan data menggunakan total sampling. Hasil Penelitian ini sebelum diberikan pendidikan video SIBADAS, sebagian besar pengetahuan ibu berada dalam kategori cukup (56,67%) dan kurang (33,33%), sedangkan hanya 10% yang berkategori baik. Setelah diberikan intervensi, terjadi peningkatan signifikan dalam tingkat pengetahuan ibu. Mayoritas responden (66,67%) berada dalam kategori baik, 30% dalam kategori cukup, dan hanya 3,33% yang masih dalam kategori kurang. Nilai rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dilakukan promosi kesehatan dengan video SIBADAS sebesar12,26 (pretest) meningkat menjadi 16,2 (posttest). Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai P-value = 0,000 (p < 0,05). Kesimpulan penilitian ini adalah terdapat pengaruh Pendidikan kesehatan dengan media video SIBADAS efektif dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu dalam melakukan stimulasi perkembangan anak usia 12-24 bulan di Puskesmas Suryalaya Kota Bandung. Hasil penelitian ini bisa menjadi media video yang dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan ibu tenntang stimulasi perkembangan anak usia 12-24 bulan.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of competence on lecturer performance, the influence of competence on organizational commitment, and the influence of organizational commitment on the performance of private university lecturers in Kendari City. This study also examines the role of organizational commitment as a mediating variable in the relationship between competence and performance. The approach used is quantitative with the survey method. The data was collected through a closed questionnaire that was distributed to 230 lecturers of private universities in Kendari City. Data analysis was carried out using Structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). The results of the study show that competence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment and lecturer performance. Organizational commitment has also been proven to have a positive and significant effect on lecturer performance. In addition, organizational commitment is able to mediate the influence of competence on performance. These findings show that the improvement in lecturers' performance is not only influenced by professional ability, but also by the level of attachment and loyalty to the institution. This research makes a theoretical contribution to the development of a model of competency and performance relationships through organizational commitment, as well as provides practical implications for human resource management in private universities.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the English vocabulary mastery of seventh-grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Wamena through the use of Word Wall media. The background of this study is the low vocabulary mastery of students caused by monotonous conventional teaching methods and the lack of attractive visual media. This study used a Classroom Action Research (CAR) design consisting of two cycles, with 20 students selected through purposive sampling as research subjects. Data were collected through tests (pre-test and post-test), observation sheets, and questionnaires. The results showed a significant increase in students' vocabulary skills, where the average score increased from 51.9 in the pre-test to 65.7 in cycle I, and reached 78.05 in cycle II. At the end of cycle II, 90% of students successfully achieved the Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) of 70. In addition to academic improvement, the use of Word Wall combined with interactive activities and competitive games also succeeded in increasing students' active participation from 60% to 90%, as well as building their confidence and motivation in learning English. Thus, it can be concluded that the Word Wall media is an effective, practical, and enjoyable tool for improving students' vocabulary mastery.

Abstract

Dalam tatanan Demokrasi terdapat sistem pemilihan yang diperuntukan untuk memilih wakil rakyat salah satunya yaitu kontestasi pemilu. Pemilu merupakan arena kontestasi bagi calon wakil rakyat seperti calon legislatif anggota DPRD. Sehingga para calon legislatif harus mempersiapkan diri dengan modal yang mumpuni seperti Modalitas Politik. Modalitas Politik menurut teori pierre bourdie merupakan modal yang terdiri dari modal sosial, modal ekonomi, modal politik, modal budaya. Dalam penellitian ini peneliti ingin melihat bagaimana modalitas kemenangan Jublina Sun sebagai anggota terpilih DPRD pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2024 di Kabupaten TTS. Dengan tujuan untuk menganalisis dan memahami modalitas yang diterapkan oleh Jublina Sun dalam upayanya memenangkan pemilihan umum tahun 2024 Kabupaten TTS. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis pendekatan deskriptif-anatik, dengan Teknik pengumpulan data melalui studi dokumentasi dan wawancara. Hasil penelitian ini menyebutkan dari 4 modal yang dimiliki oleh Jublina Sun yaitu modal sosial, modal ekonomi, modal politik, dan modal budaya dan terdapat 2 modal yang pa;ling berpengaruh yang digunakan oleh Jublina Sun dalam meraih kemenangan pada pemilu legislatif tahun 2024 di kabupaten TTS yaitu modal sosial dan modal budaya. Dalam kemenangan Jublina Sun dalam modal sosial terdapat bentuk dukungan keluarga yang menjadi tim suskses, aktif dalam keagamaan, serta selalu mendekatkan diri dengan masyarakat untuk memenangkan hati masyarakat.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara intensitas kampanye Politik di Tiktok terhadap elektabilitas Christian Widodo dan Serena Francis pada Pilkada Kota Kupang Tahun 2024. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada teori pemasaran politik, yang memandang kampanye Tiktok sebagai saluran promosi digital untuk memengaruhi keputusan pemilih. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif ini menggunakan pendekatan survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan kombinasi teknik Quota Sampling dan Purposive Sampling untuk menjamin keterwakilan wilayah dan relevansi kriteria pengguna TikTok. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan yang signifikan secara parsial antara intensitas kampanye Tiktok terhadap elektabilitas. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan nilai signifikansi Uji T sebesar 0,046 (p < 0,05). Meskipun demikian, hasil koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa kontribusi pengaruh intensitas kampanye tiktok terhadap elektabilitas hanya sebesar 4,0%, dengan sisanya sebesar 96,0% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain di luar model penelitian yaitu citra, reputasi Christian Widodo dan Serena Francis yang sudah terbentuk jangka panjang, loyalitas pemilih terhadap partai politik, serta peran media sosial lain.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of internal control on preventing village financial mismanagement, the effect of organizational culture on preventing village financial mismanagement, and the role of organizational culture as a moderating variable in strengthening the influence of internal control on efforts to prevent village financial mismanagement. This research uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory research design. This study involved one hundred fifty village heads in Wonogiri Regency, who were selected because they have a strategic role in the process of managing, controlling, and supervising village financial governance. Data were collected through a survey method using a structured questionnaire measured with a Likert scale. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Squares–Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) after all research instruments were tested and confirmed to be valid and reliable. The results show that organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on preventing village financial mismanagement. Internal control also has a positive and significant effect on preventing village financial mismanagement, and it represents the variable with the strongest direct influence in the research model. Furthermore, organizational culture is proven to moderate the relationship between internal control and preventing village financial mismanagement positively and significantly. These findings indicate that the prevention of village financial mismanagement does not rely solely on the effectiveness of internal control systems but also requires a strong organizational culture to support the consistent and sustainable implementation of control mechanisms. Therefore, strengthening internal control accompanied by the development of a healthy organizational culture becomes an important strategy in improving village financial governance and ensuring greater transparency and accountability in village financial management.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of convenience on customer engagement and loyalty, as well as the influence of customer engagement on loyalty, by considering the role of value co-creation as a moderation variable in the relationship between convenience and customer engagement. This study uses a quantitative approach with the Structural Equation Modeling method based on Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) to test the relationship between variables in the research model. Data was collected through a closed-ended questionnaire measured using a five-point Likert scale. The study population is restaurant consumers in Yogyakarta, with sampling techniques using purposive sampling. A total of 150 respondents who had visited or made purchases at restaurants in Yogyakarta were involved in this study. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS software through the evaluation of measurement models (outer model) and structural models (inner model). The results of the study show that convenience has a positive and significant effect on customer engagement, and convenience also has a positive and significant effect on loyalty. In addition, customer engagement has been shown to have a positive and significant influence on loyalty, and is the strongest relationship in the research model. The findings of the study also show that value co-creation plays a role as a moderator variable that strengthens the influence of convenience on customer engagement. These results indicate that ease of service supported by the customer's active participation in the process of shared value creation can increase customer engagement which ultimately strengthens customer loyalty. Therefore, companies need to create services that are easily accessible while encouraging customer engagement in the value creation process to increase customer loyalty on an ongoing basis.
