Abstract

Abstract: The family environment is important in children’s education. Natural intelligence needs to be optimized from an early age so that children are more concerned about the natural environment. Child care for the natural envinaroment preserve nature and can prevent the disaster caused by human activity because of destructive nature. Education in the family environment can optimize the intellegence of natural children in the following ways: pay attention to the child with a loving, giving positive answer to the question posed by children, Giving rules of disipline but not too hard, giving duties related to intelligence naturally, take the kids on vacation to the natural attractions, watch a film about the environment, plants, or animals, reading stories about the environment, plants, or animals. Abstract

Abstract: The problems facing mankind in the era of globalzation is very complex Therefore, people must have the right mindset. The wrong mindset wil not be able to solve the problem, but wil further add to the problem. Chidren from an early age to be prepared to have the right mindset to solve the problem. The considerations which will greatly help the children to be able to take quality decisions. As Muslims consideration based on the Qur’an and Sunnah, is a necessity in life. This way of thinking is based on the Qur’an and Sunnah then break dowm by the scholars of fiqh into usul fiqh rules, including the rules of fiqh of priorities Dedsion making is based on the rules of fiqh priority is divided into 3 groups of consideration (fiqh rules of priority), where in deciding child should be able to put the problem into proper group before deciding. First, consideration of the kindness parents should be able to teach, to give an example, convert the way of thinking and to assist children in applying the right mindset in preparation to face the problem. Abstract

Abstract: Nahdlatul Ulama or NU Is an organization with the largest number of members in the world. It's has unique management, with very diverse human resources. HR diversity is a huge treasure if properly managed, with programs and effect that is very useful for the people. It is necessary for the reconstruction of the performance that the is more powerful and useful. NU education has strategic position as an alternative educational institution, participatory, complementary. NU Education also offers a friendly face of Islam, as brought by the scholars have breadth of knowledge and science interwoven sanad continued from teacher teacher came to the Prophet Muhammad. In accordance with the Prophet who was sent to all the people who rahmatanlil ‘alamin, in this era of globalization NU education needs to be reconstructed in accordance with the prophetic role. This reconstruction is to assert ulama’ role again, raise awareness for education managers and citizens, optimizing Education Provider (BPP) or LP2 Maarif NU-MNU, mapping community's needs and potentials, forming a team implementing educational operations related to all aspects of community life, develop scholarship agencies, build team cohesiveness labor, help each other and expanding networks, and create institutions “pilot study” integrative inclusive international standard. Abstract

Abstract: Education in boarding school is closely related to the issue of full day school that discussed on the national discourse. The learning process is carried out in boarding schools, studied conducted by the students to the study the book done by clerics, cultivate character and attitude tawadu ‘to teachers/kyai who give birth blessing as students live the live in the future. The methodology used is the study of literature with literature review historical beginnings of Islamic education/schools of archaeologist, local kingdoms, the Waliyullah era, until today. Abstract

Abstract: family is the first environment known to the children in foster their potential. Families will contribute to the formation personality, intellectual and spiritual intelligence. Education by parents or family is an early foundation for children. It most contextual sometimes not realized the parents is to introduce science to children. Science is often considered as hard to be understood, it is because the parents did not introduce science to children from an early age. Introducing science to children can be fun method and with a simple object of study, involving objects around the child as water, air, fire, earth, plants, animals, sound, and himself. Through science, children can be perform simple experiments. The trail train children to link cause and effect of a treatment that trains children to think logically and be able to solve the problem. Studying science is also beneficial to increase the creativity of children, improve cognitive, and train children to think criticaly. Abstract

Abstract: One of the subjects in the of Islamic education is BTA(Qur’anic Reading and Writing). Various methods have been used so that learners have competence in the field of BTA. One effective method is used in order to shape students to be competent in BTA is a tutorial method. This method has been applied in Pondon Pesantren Ath-Thohiriyyah, Karangsalam, Kedungbanteng, Banyumas. And the result, in less than half a year, almost all the students are able to read and write the Koran and memorize Juz 30. Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang adanya feedback dari dosen yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa kebingungan karena penguasaan materi semakin sulit. Hal ini berdampak pada kurangnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi feedback untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Prestasi belajar mahasiswa dilihat dari nilai evaluasi mahasiswa didukung dengan nilai dan tugas post test. Media yang digunakan adalah modul pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (class room action research) dengan kegiatan yang telah diskemakan. Subjek adalah mahasiswa semester I pada mata kuliah matematika materi kombinatorial tahun kuliah 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 38 mahasiswa. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi, lembar angket/kuesioner, jurnal harian, lembar wawancara dan lembar tes yaitu post test dan evaluasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. DAta yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah hasil dari test mahasiswa, lembar observasi, lembar angket. Dari hasil perhitungan prosentase diperoleh nilai Post test siklus I sebesar 38,89% dan siklus II sebesar 79,41%. Hasil lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menuinjukkan siklus I sebesar 65,875% dan siklus II sebesar 75,5% artinya pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui strategi feedback berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukka oleh rata-rata siginifikan mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: Strategi Feedback, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

Abstract: The dynamics of scholl has very strong links with leadership. The dominant factor to form a school character and has a competitive advantage in the academic field id dependent on the ability of the proncipal increating a school culture. Establishment of schoool culture begins from building mindset of all school personnel to make changes. This have initiated by school's principal through ongoing innovation. Establishment of an effective school culture requires a long duration efforts and carried simultaneously on all aspects of the schools and the main factor is the headmaster. Finally, the leadership has a very strong relationship in a set up a school culture. Without leadership development, meaningful academic change will not hapen and school become just a passive static routine. Keywords: School Culture, Leadership.

Abstract

Abstract: Education at schools are often more concerned with the cognitive aspect. Teachers, parents, and society in general in still view that intellegence is limited academic skills (logical-mathematical). There’s paradigm that the smart kid is who get high scores and rank top in the class. The paradigm is too narrow if reviewed at the other intellegences in the nature of human beings. Howard Gardner says that man has eight intelligences that can be developed well through approriate direction (learning). There are linguistic, logical-mathematical, spatial, kinesthetic, musical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, and naturalist intellegence.Summarizes the various aspects required in the process of development of intellegence such as language (linguistic), the storyline (the logic of the story), social sensitivity (interpersonal and intrapersonal), conflict (the rhythm), imagination (visual/spatial), movement (kinesthetic), and nature (naturalist). Teachers can pack the teaching materials to be attractive to the fairy tale, that is expected to be easily grasped by children, so that the potential intellegence of nature child can be optimally developed.
