Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi kurang adanya feedback dari dosen yang mengakibatkan mahasiswa kebingungan karena penguasaan materi semakin sulit. Hal ini berdampak pada kurangnya prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan strategi feedback untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar mahasiswa. Prestasi belajar mahasiswa dilihat dari nilai evaluasi mahasiswa didukung dengan nilai dan tugas post test. Media yang digunakan adalah modul pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode penelitian tindakan kelas (class room action research) dengan kegiatan yang telah diskemakan. Subjek adalah mahasiswa semester I pada mata kuliah matematika materi kombinatorial tahun kuliah 2015/2016 yang terdiri dari 38 mahasiswa. Instrumen untuk mengumpulkan data adalah lembar observasi, lembar angket/kuesioner, jurnal harian, lembar wawancara dan lembar tes yaitu post test dan evaluasi. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah pengumpulan data, reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan. DAta yang digunakan untuk analisis adalah hasil dari test mahasiswa, lembar observasi, lembar angket. Dari hasil perhitungan prosentase diperoleh nilai Post test siklus I sebesar 38,89% dan siklus II sebesar 79,41%. Hasil lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran menuinjukkan siklus I sebesar 65,875% dan siklus II sebesar 75,5% artinya pelaksanaan pembelajaran melalui strategi feedback berjalan dengan baik. Hal tersebut ditunjukka oleh rata-rata siginifikan mengalami peningkatan. Kata Kunci: Strategi Feedback, prestasi belajar.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to obtain the practicality of Problem Based Learning (PBL) tools with a scientific approach to improve students’ critical thinking ability (KKBKM). This study was a quantitative type with research subjects of 2D class as the control class and 2F as the experimental class. Both classed consisted of 32 students in the even semester of the academic year 2018/2019. The control class was treated by using an expository learning model, while the experimental class was treated by PBL with a scientific approach. This study carried out the interview, observation, and questionnaires to collect data. Then the practicality test analysis was obtained by observation of the implementation of learning according to RPP, questionnaire for lecturers and students’ response, and observation of KKBKM activities. Afterward, the average score of learning implementation observation according to RPP was 74.2%, questionnaire of lecturers’ response was 4.17, students’ response was 86.10%, and KKBKM observation was 4.14 with an excellent predicate. Thus, the learning tool prepared positively could be used in learning.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to describe students' mathematical communication skills in Problem Based Learning viewed from students' learning styles. The type of research used is qualitative research supported by observation data, questionnaires and interviews. Validity testing is the credibility test, transferability, dependability, and confirmability. The results of the study indicate that students' mathematical communication skills viewed from learning styles include visual learning styles (30.4%), auditory (34.8%), and kinesthetic (26.1%) and visual-kinesthetic (8.7%). Mathematical ability indicators on a scale of 0-10 include 1) The ability to express ideas orally, in writing and demonstrate them and describe them visually (8.78), 2) The ability to understand, interpret, and evaluate mathematical ideas orally, in writing and demonstrate them and describe them visually (8.21), 3) The ability to use mathematical terms, notations, and their structures to present ideas describing relationships with situation models (5.30). The appropriate learning style is the key to student success in learning. The use of learning styles that are limited to only one form can cause an imbalance in absorbing information. Therefore, in learning activities, students need to be helped and directed to recognize the learning style that suits them so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively.

Abstract

Tumbuhan di lingkungan Desa Wringonsongo Tumpang Kabupaten Malang, belum dapat dimanfaatkan secara maksimal sebagai sesuatu yang bernilai ekonomis. Kegiatan pengabdiam masyarakat (PPM) bertujuan untuk membantu masyarakat desa untuk mengembangkan potensi desa. Metode pelaksanaan diawali dengan studi lapangan, penyusunan materi, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi. Metode kegiatan dilaksanakan dengan pemberian pelatihan melalui demontrasi, kemudian mempraktekan secara langsung. Hasil kegiatan PPM bahwa masyarakat diberikan pengetahuan dasar mengenai kreasi ecoprint yang kemudian peserta mempraktekan secara langsung dengan pendampingan dimulai dari tahapan pemilihan kain, mordanting, pencetakan (Teknik pounding), penggulungan, pengukusan sampai dengan proses fiksasi (pengeringan). Hasil dari kreasi batik ecoprint tersebut bisa dipromosikan dan dipasarkan mengingat desa Wringinsongo juga telah mencanangkan menjadi desa wisata. Kegiatan pengabdian ini mendapatkan 85% respon positif peserta dalam meningkatkan kemandirian dan pengetahuan mengenai kreasi ecoprint untuk mengembangkan batik ecoprint sebagai produk unggulan desa.

Abstract

Moving sign musholla is very important as an interactive learning media for TPA children because the moving sign also contains information on the letters of the Al-Quran, in addition Quran murrotal audio to make children who recite the Quran can listen to the chanting of verses and can memorize these letters. In addition, this moving sign provides other information such as prayer time schedules, besides that it is also useful for the muezzin to know when to call to prayer and iqamah, while the benefit for the congregation is to know the prayer time when in the prayer room. Besides containing prayer times, hours and dates. The moving sign display as well as the addition of audio is more attractive to the atmosphere of the children in the TPA. Many musholla in Malang already have moving sign facilities, but there are some that still do not have moving sign facilities, one of which is TPA Musholla Al-Ikhlas.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of pedagogical competence and professional competence on student mathematics learning outcomes. This type of quantitative research with research subjects is Level 1 students in the odd semester of the 2024/2025 academic year with a sample of 239 students. Data collection techniques use observation, tests, interviews, and questionnaires. Data analysis was used by testing normality, hetroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation using SPSS. The multiple linear regression equation obtained Y = 2,453 + 3,916 X1 + 5,053 X2.  The independent variable consists of pedagogical competence (X1) and professional competence ability (X2) with the dependent variable, namely student mathematics learning outcomes (y).  the independent variables (X1, An effective learning process must enable students to have meaningful experiences supported by educators who have pedagogical competence and professional competence.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi secara dinamis di industri menuntut mahasiswa untuk adaptif secara cepat mengetahui mengenai manajemen perawatan dan perbaikan dengan baik. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini untuk meningkatkan pemahaman sistem manajemen perawatan dan perbaikan (pemeliharaan) secara optimal dapat dilihat dari performance yang baik.  Peserta pelatihan diikuti sejumlah 46 mahasiswa dari Tingkat 3 Tahun Akademik 2024/2025 prodi D3 Teknik Elektronika Politeknik Negeri Malang. Metode yang digunakan Service Learning (SL) dengan tahapan pengumpulan data, pengolahan data, menyusun perencanaan, pelaksanaan kegiatan, melakukan evaluasi dan membuat pelaporan. Analisis data dari hasil observasi dan wawancara didukung data angket. Hasil kegiatan bahwa menunjukan bahwa mahasiswa mendapatkan pengetahuan mengenai pemahaman manajemen sistem pemeliharaan industri di PT Kalimantan Prima Persada sehingga mahasiswa secara procedural dan teknis. Program ini mendorong kolaborasi aktif antara civitas akademik dan praktisi ahli untuk menciptakan pertukaran ilmu dan keahlian yang mendalam. Diharapkan melalui Program ini, lulusan Teknik elektronika akan memperoleh pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan tantangan di dunia kerja. Kepuasan peserta pelatihan mengikuti kegiatan dengan prosentase 72,6% (sangat baik), 23.9% (baik), 3,5% (cukup baik).

Abstract

Engaging and interactive learning media are crucial in enhancing students’ understanding of the material presented by the teacher. Learning at SDN Lesanpuro 3 still employs a teacher-centered approach characterized by limited student interaction and minimal use of media. Community service activities aim to enhance teachers’ skills in creating innovative teaching materials by utilizing Canva media to foster a pleasant learning atmosphere. The training participants were 14 teachers from SDN Lesanpuro 3 Malang, who underwent training using the Participatory Action Research (PAR) method. This method was technically carried out through seminars (theory-based), demonstrations, and direct practice, where the role of lecturers and students facilitated teacher empowerment. The results of community service activities (PPM) enhance teachers’ understanding of creating innovative teaching materials by utilizing Canva media effectively. This community service activity enhanced teachers’ abilities in using Canva for designing interactive teaching materials. Evaluation before and after the training showed a positive response, with 85.7% of teachers demonstrating improved ability to create interactive content.

Abstract

To many abstract concepts in mathematics learning make students think mathematics is difficult. The purpose of this research is to obtain the effectiveness of Guided Teaching learning with E-learning to improve students 'mathematical communication skills by 1) students' mathematical communication skills who are given Guided Teaching learning with E-Learning achieve minimal mastery of both individual and classical learning, 2 ) students' mathematical communication skills are given Guided Teaching learning treatment with E-Learning better than expository learning, and 3) an increase in mathematical communication skills of students who are given Guided Teaching learning treatment with E-Learning better than expository learning. The method used in the experiment (quantitative). Data collection methods using observation, interviews, and tests about students' mathematical communication skills. Data analysis uses the completeness test, proportion test, comparative test, and N-Gain test. The results of this study obtain the effectiveness of guided teaching-learning with e-learning as follows (1) individual completeness meets KKM (68), (2) classical completeness by 75% with the proportion of students already getting 68 grades has exceeded 75%; (3) students 'mathematical communication skills of Guided Teaching learning with e-learning by 80.75 higher than expository learning by 69.50 (4) an increase in students' mathematical communication skills of 0.407 medium categories and the difference in the increase in mathematical communication skills of students who were given treatment guided teaching-learning with e-learning is greater than Expository learning.

Abstract

Penyelenggaraan kegiatan magang industri pada pendidikan tinggi vokasi merupakan kewajiban yang harus diikuti mahasiswa. Kebutuhan peningkatan kompetensi lulusan dan jejaring dalam mengimplementasikan teori dan praktik di perguruan tinggi tidak dapat terpisahkan dengan pihak industri sehingga perlunya kerjasama dengan industri untuk link and mach. Memastikan kegiatan magang berjalan lancar membutuhkan pendampingan monitoring magang secara berkelanjutan. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian pada Masyarakat Menggunakan service learning dengan tahapan kegiatan mengumpulkan data, mengolah data, pelaksanaan kegiatan dan evaluasi kegiatan. Hasil kegiatan diperoleh monitoring dilakukan secara hybrid yaitu daring dan luring. Kegiatan daring melalui media zoomdilakukan untuk memantau perkembangan kegiatan selama magang dan pelaporan magang, kegiatan luring dengan dilakukan kunjungan industri diperoleh kesediaan Kerjasama sebanyak 6 perusahaan meliputi PT Berkah Teknik Prima, CV IT Smart Solusi Edukasi, CV Manufakturing Robot Industri, PT Rapindo Plastama, Hotel Ibis Styles Malang, PT Wantech Indonesia. Evaluasi kegiatan atas penyelenggaran magang memberikan respon positif dengan rata-rata 3,625 kriteria sangat baik.
