Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengelolaan Sarana dan Prasarana Pendidikan untukMeningkatkan Kualitas Pembelajaran di MAN 4 Aceh Besar. Pada prosespembelajaran sarana dan prasarana merupakan hal yang sangat diperlukan sekolah untuk menunjang keberhasilan kegiatan pembelajaran. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui: (1) pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, (2) hambatan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, (3) solusi dari hambatan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan, (4) usaha-usaha yang dilakukan dalam meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah wakil kepala bidang sarana dan prasarana MAN 4 Aceh Besar sedangkan objek dalam penelitian ini adalah pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan untuk meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan dilakukan dengan melibatkan seluruh komponen sekolah seperti kepala sekolah, wakil, dan guru-guru, untuk pengadaan berdasarkan kebutuhan yang diprioritaskan dan disesuaikan dengan dana, baik itu dana BOS maupun bantuan dari pihak lain. Kemudian dicatat dalam buku inventaris untuk jangka waktu satu tahun. Sedangkan untuk penghapusan sampai saat ini belum pernah dilakukan. (2) Hambatan dalam pengelolaan sarana dan prasarana pendidikan ialah kurangnya kesadaran siswa terhadap perawatan dan penjagaan sarana dan prasarana. (3) Solusinya ialah guru memberi nasehat kepada para siswa agar lebih menjaga dan memelihara sarana dan prasarana yang ada. (4) Usaha yang dilakukan ialah dengan melengkapi sarana dan prasarana pendidikan serta memotivasi siswa agar lebih giat dalam belajar.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji tentang eksistensi pengrajin gerabah di Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui eksistensi pengrajin gerabah di Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh dan hambatan pengrajin gerabah dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya di Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh. Pendekatan penelitian ini adalah pendekatan kualitatif dan jenis penelitian deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara dengan 8 orang pengrajin, observasi dan studi kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keberadaan pengrajin gerabah di Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh hingga saat ini masih berupaya untuk bertahan. Beberapa masyarakat masih ada yang memproduksi kerajinan gerabah, kerajinan yang dihasilkan berbentuk periuk nasi (kanot bu), belanga (beulangong) dan cobek (capah) sehingga gerabah di Ateuk Jawo masih eksis.tahap pembuatan kerajinan gerabah di Desa Ateuk Jawo melalui beberapa langkah yaitu: pengambilan jenis tanah, pengadukan tanah dengan pasir, pembentukan gerabah, pengeringan gerabah, dan proses pembakaran. Para pengrajin menjadi pekerjaan ini sebagai pekerjaan utama untuk menunjang pendapatan keluarga, sekalipun sering mengalami kerugian akibat kerusakan gerabah. Hambatan pengrajin gerabah dalam mempertahankan eksistensinya di Kecamatan Baiturrahman Kota Banda Aceh terutama dikarenakan sudah terbatasnya keberadaan bahan baku, artinya bahan baku tanah yang digunakan untuk memproduksi kerajinan gerabah tersebut sudah sulit ditemukan, karena bahan baku tidak bisa sembarang tanah untuk dijadikan pembuatan kerajinan gerabah. Hambatan lain ialah minimnya regenerasi yang mau melanjutkan pekerjaan sebagai pengrajin. Artinya pengrajin yang melakoni pekerjaan ini sudah semakin sedikit, kebanyakan kerajinan gerabah ini diproduksi oleh ibu rumah tangga yang sudah berusia lanjut. Hal ini diperparah dengan ditemukannya perkakas rumah tangga yang memilki fungsi yang sama dengan gerabah yang lebih modern seperti rice cooker, belender dan sebagainya.

Abstract

This research entitled "Utilization of Family Hope Funds Program TowardStudents Learning Motivation in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District". Theresearch problems in this study are (1) How is the utilization of Family Hope Funds Programs (PKH) by families of beneficiary students in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency? (2) what are the influences of the utilization of PKH funds on students motivation in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency?. This study aims to find out the utilization of Family Hope Funds Programs (PKH) by the families of beneficiary students and to find out the effect of the utilization of Hope Family Funds Program (PKH) on students motivation in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. The method used in this research is a quantitative method and descriptive research type. The research location is in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency. The population in this study are all junior and senior high school students who receive the Family Hope Funds Program (PKH) assistance in Kuta Baro District, which amounted to 560 students. Samples in this study were taken for 84 students and parents of students beneficiaries of the Family Hope Funds Program (PKH) located in 4 schools in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar Regency, namely: SMAN 1 Kuta Baro, SMAN 2 Kuta Baro, SMP N 1 Kuta Baro and SMP N 2 Kuta Baro. The method of data collection was done by using the documentation and questionnaire methods. The data of this study were analyzed using the simple linear regression analysis techniques, the coefficient of determination. And to test the hypothesis was used the t test statistic test. The results of the analysis and data processing showed that there was a significant influence between the utilization of the Family Hope Funds Program (PKH) on student motivation at 36.5%. To prove this influence, a hypothesis test was done and obtained a value of tcount t table (82) , which was 6.87 1.66, which meant that Ha was accepted at a significant level of 5% and dk = 82.Therefore, the utilization of Family Hope Funds Program (PKH) influenced students motivation in Kuta Baro District, Aceh Besar District.

Abstract

Accreditation development can be carried out if every educational organizationimplements the right management strategy. Moving on from these assumptions and the problem of the less ideal application of organizational management today, the authors are interested in conducting research with the aim of describing the process of formulating, implementing, and evaluating management strategies in an effort to develop accreditation of undergraduate study programs. This research is a qualitative descriptive study conducted at Unsyiah FKIP where the subject of the research is the head of the study program. Data collection techniques are done through interviews, observation and documentation study. The results showed that the process of formulating strategic management refers to the vision, mission and goals of each study program which is a fundamental foundation in the preparation of strategies thatwill be taken by each head of study program to achieve the goals of the organization as outlined in a series of activities and programs every study program. The implementation of strategies in the FKIP Unsyiah study program is carried out through a series of activities described through the study program organizational structure, study program funding, study program culture, study program policies, internal and external environmental activities and implementation of strategy management in the effort to develop accreditation. Implementation of evaluation and control strategies in the FKIP Unsyiah study program is carried out in monthly, semester and yearly periods through meeting forums and study program deliberations, observations, supervision from universities (AIMA / AMI), and monitoring conducted by the management of study programs and self-study programs that are published in the study program evaluation report.

Abstract

Teacher competence is an interesting factor to study for two main reasons, namely (1) Teachers not only play a role in transferring knowledge to their students but provide role models for attitudes, speech, and behavior because of students. (2) Teacher professionalism is not final because as a human being, the teacher always grows and changes. Therefore teachers can improve or improve their performance in accordance with the expectations of the institution. Related to Professionalism Teachers are required to have four Competencies, namely Personality Competency, Social Competence, Professional Competence, and Pedagogical Competence. On this occasion the author will examine the Competence of Economics Teachers in SMAN 1 Arongan Lambalek. This study aims to determine (1) Competence of economics teachers at SMAN 1 Arongan Lambalek and (2) Effect of Competence on Economic Teachers on Student Achievement in SMAN 1 Arongan Lambalek. The approach used in this study is a quantitative approach to the type of descriptive research. The data source is students who represent each class of IPS XI and IPS XII using random sampling techniques. By using data collection techniques such as observation, questionnaires, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is the questionnaire validity test of questions, normality test on student achievement, and multiple linear regression using the f test and t test. Based on the results of data analysis, the findings of this study can be put forward as follows: reliability testing on the competence of economics teachers on learning achievement gets results 0.635 0.60, normality testing 0.23 0.05. Then in multiple linear regression testing, the equation Y = 73,493 + -0,28X1 + 0,294 X2 + -0,11 X3 + -0,130 X4 is obtained. In partial hypothesis testing results obtained on professional competence of -0.559, pendagogic competence of 2,311, personality competence of -0,258, and social competence of -0,890 with a table of 1,991. Simultaneous hypothesis testing obtained F test results of 1,647 with Ftable of 2.14 Then the hypothesis testing method Ho is accepted Ha rejected.

Abstract

The study entitled Entrepreneurship Teacher Efforts in Preparing Students to Face Job Competition in SMK Negeri 1 Sinabang is motivated by Indonesia today to be a member of the Asean Economic Community which requires prospective workers to have strong mentality, knowledge, and adequate skills. This situation is a demand for education, especially education in Vocational High Schools in preparing their students to be ready to compete to face job competition. This study aims to determine (1) the entrepreneurial teacher's business in preparing students to face job competition and (2) the supporting factors and inhibiting factors of entrepreneurial teacher's business in preparing students to face job competition. The data source of this research is entrepreneurship teacher at SMK Negeri 1 Sinabang. The approach used is qualitative and descriptive research type, with data collection techniques such as observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of entrepreneurial teacher's research efforts in preparing students to face competition in employment is by providing motivation and an illustration that at this time to find work is very difficult, besides the teacher also teaches students to entrepreneurship with the hope that later they can open their own jobs. Supporting factors and inhibiting factors for teachers' efforts in preparing students to face job competition include supporting factors, namely that the school continues to support and gives students the freedom to express creative ideas in entrepreneurship, and the inhibiting factors are things that have not been done before by students continue, constrained by funds in schools and galleries to display student work is still lacking, and the scope for developing student products is limited.

Abstract

This study raised the question 1) how much revenue is given to the family? 2) how much capital is required to trade betel? 3) what factors are causing housewives to trade betel? This study aims to determine the contribution of revenue given to the family, to determine the amount of capital required housewife betel traders in the increase family income, to determine the factors that cause a housewife trade betel. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach with descriptive method. The subjects were housewives betel traders in District Laubaleng Karo many as 20 people, the object of this study is the income housewives betel merchant. The data collection was done by using library research, observation and interviews. Data were analyzed by using the formula Average (x ) and the formula for the percentage (%). The results showed that the contribution made by the housewife to her family betel trader is 81.9%. Factors that lead housewife betel trade because their husbands were minimal, wants to replace her husband make a living, want to have their own income. The capital required highest respondent is Rp 1,000,000, and the lowest is Rp 200,000 per day.

Abstract

This study raised the question of how students' perceptions of their lessons teachers of economics at SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh. This study aims to determine students' perceptions of three stages of the learning process, namely: opening activities, the core, and the closing of learning. Respondents in this study were students in social studies classes 1, 2, and 3 totaling 50 students. The approach taken in this study is a quantitative approach with descriptive research. The data collection is done with the initial observation and questionnaires / kousioner. Data were analyzed by using the formula percentage (%) and average ((X) ). The results showed that although the students' perception of the process undertaken economic studies teachers in SMA Negeri 3 Banda Aceh at the stage of open learning activities categorized either with an average score of 2.97 on a stage core activities are categorized either with an average score of 3.11 and on closing the learning taham categorized both by a score average score of 3.06.

Abstract

This study entitled "The influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh". This research was conducted in SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh aims to know the influence of principal leadership style on teacher performance. . This research uses descriptive method with quantitative approach. As for the population in this study are all teachers of civil servants in SMK Negeri 1 Banda Acehyang amounting to 61 teachers and the sample is 61 teachers because the population under 100 people. Sample determination is done by Total Sampling. Technique Data collecting in this research is library research and field research by way of observation, and division of questionnaire (Questionnaire). Data analysis techniques use simple linear regression. The results of this study were (1) Principal leadership style of SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh 44 teachers 72.1% democracy, 7 teachers 11.5% authoritative, and 10 teachers 16.4% laissez faire. Principal leadership style of SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh is included in the style of democratic leadership. (2) teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh average score 86,4590% and included in medium category. (3) Based on data analysis using correlation found r value = 0,45 or 45%. Where the value of r 0 means a positive relationship between the principal's leadership style on teacher performance. The determinant correlation value shows the influence of the principal's leadership style on teacher performance by 0.20 or 20%. So it can be concluded that the principal leadership style of teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh amounted to 0.20 or 20%. Furthermore, to test the significance is done by testing t-Test and got the result of tcount of 3,876 at level of dk = 59 with error level 5% bigger than ttable value equal to 2.000 this mean Ha accepted and Ho rejected. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is there is a significant positive influence between principal leadership style on teacher performance in SMK Negeri 1 Banda Aceh.

Abstract

The research entitled "Student Perceptions on Teacher Competence in Economic Learning at State Senior High School 13 Banda Aceh" aims to see how the students' perceptions of teacher competence, especially in the field of pedagogic. The population of this study is all students of IPS which amounted to 26 students, while the sample in this study is the entire population, so this study is a population study (total sampling) and the approach done in this research is quantitative approach with descriptive research type. Technique of collecting data in this research is done by library research, preliminary observation and spreading of questionnaire / questionnaire. Data analysis using simple statistic that is percentage (%) and average (Mx). Based on the results of the study showed that, understanding of the students is categorized very well with an average value of 4.18, effective communication with learners is categorized very well with an average value of 4.22 curriculum development categorized good 3.88, the implementation of learning that educate And dialogically categorized very well with the average score 4.31, master the theory of learning is categorized very well with the average value 4.44, evaluation of learning outcomes is categorized very well denagan average value 4.26, and the development of learners to actualize Various potentials are categorized very well with an average value of 4.43.
