Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh motivasi dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif yang bersifat asosiatif dengan menguji hipotesis. Sumber penelitian yang digunakan adalah data primer. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah sampel jenuh, dengan jumlah sampel yang diuji 35 responden yang berstatus sebagai Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS). Teknik data yaitu menggunakan kuesioner yang disebarkan melalui Google Form pada Karyawan Balai Teknik Bendungan Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan IBM SPSS Statistics V.20. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung t tabel (4,248 2,037) dengan nilai signifikan 0,000 lebih kecil dari 0,05 atau 5% (0,000 0,05). Disiplin kerja tidak berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan nilai t hitung t tabel (0,290 2,037) dengan nilai signifikan 0,773 lebih besar dari 0,05 atau 5% (0,773 0,05). Kata kunci : Motivasi, Disiplin Kerja, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

This literature review delves into the core issues surrounding the history and ideologies of cooperatives. The primary research focus is to trace the evolutionary path of cooperatives, examining their historical development and underlying ideas. The objective is to provide a comprehensive understanding of the cooperative movement's evolution over time. Employing a literature review methodology, this study analyzes a range of scholarly works, historical documents, and theoretical frameworks. The results highlight significant milestones in the historical evolution of cooperatives, shedding light on the diverse ideologies that have shaped cooperative principles. Abstract

Risol mayo is one type of food that is popular and has promising market potential. In developing a culinary business such as risol mayo, it is necessary to conduct a business feasibility study process. A feasibility study is an activity carried out to analyze in depth the business activities to be carried out. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of risol mayo business in financial, technical, market, and social aspects. The research method used is qualitative descriptive data analysis. The interview method was conducted to gain an in-depth understanding of the risol mayo market. In addition, related literature studies were also conducted to obtain relevant information about the market. The results of this study are expected to be an evaluation material to improve and develop the risol mayo culinary business, as well as make a positive contribution to the culinary industry in Indonesia.Keywords: Risol Mayo, Business Feasibility Analysis and Aspects of Assessment

Abstract

Industri perhotelan syariah di Indonesia telah berkembang pesat sebagai tanggapan atas meningkatnya permintaan akan akomodasi yang mengikuti prinsip Islam. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat metode manajemen operasional hotel syariah dan masalah yang dihadapi dalam ekonomi Islam. Hotel syariah menawarkan layanan yang unik dan sesuai dengan nilai-nilai Islam, tetapi mereka seringkali berhadapan dengan persaingan ketat dari hotel konvensional yang memiliki fasilitas dan harga yang lebih baik. Penelitian ini mengidentifikasi strategi pengembangan daya saing yang dapat diterapkan oleh hotel syariah, seperti peningkatan kualitas layanan, penerapan Manajemen Kualitas Total (TQM), dan pengembangan produk yang lebih sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar. Studi ini juga menekankan pentingnya menerapkan prinsip syariah dalam setiap aspek operasional, seperti transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Diharapkan penelitian ini akan memberikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang tantangan dan peluang saat ini dalam industri perhotelan syariah sehingga pemangku kepentingan dapat membuat strategi yang lebih efektif untuk mengatasi dinamika pasar global.Keywords : Operational Management, Sharia Hotel, Conventional Hotels

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis study aims to determine whether perceptions of price, service quality, trust, and Islamic religiosity have an influence on online purchasing decisions via Instagram at the Rahayu Mukena store. This research method uses quantitative. The results of the study explain that Perceived Price has a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Service Quality has a positive but not significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. Trust has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Islamic religiosity has a negative but significant effect on purchasing decisions. This research implies that the better the pricing that is applied, the trust given by the Rahayu Mukena Store, and the high one's Islamic religiosity, the more it can increase the purchasing decisions of consumers, especially Rahayu Mukena consumers. The novelty of this research is that it has similarities with previous studies, namely the use of the dependent variable regarding purchasing decisions, although, for the independent variables, each only uses a portion of the independent variables that I studied. Apart from that, in this study, there are also differences, namely in the use of data analysis methods used, as well as the fundamental differences between my research and previous studies, namely differences in research objects and observation periods between the two. Keywords : Perceived   Price,   Service  Quality,  Trust,  Islamic Religiosity, and Purchase Decision

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this research is to determine the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance. This research uses a survey method with a questionnaire as the instrument. The respondents for this research were 50 employees at the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research and Technology. The sampling process uses a non-probability sampling technique using an associative quantitative approach using primary data. The data analysis technique used is SPSS Version 20.These results show that organizational culture has a positive effect where the value of tcount ttable (2.568 2.011), and is not significant with a value of sig. greater than 0.05 or  0.13 0.05 or 5% of Employee Performance. The work environment has a positive effect where the value of tcount ttable (4.013 2.011) and is significant with a value of 0.000 0.05 or 5% on employee performance. Together, Organizational Culture (X1) and Work Environment (X2) have a positive relationship and from the results of the F test they simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance with a value of Fcount Ftable (32,966 3.195) with a significant value of 0.000 which is smaller than 0, 05 or 5% of Employee Performance.Keywords: Organizational Culture, Work Environment, Employee Performance

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to analyze the current business situation, and recommend a new business strategy for improvement. by using Qualitative method using Business Model Canvas and and The novelty of the research is part of the study to enrich various MSME business strategy research in Indonesia. The results of research conducted at the al-hidayat perfume shop pamulang 2 by using the Binis Model Canvas (BMC) at the al-hidayat perfume shop pamulang 2 that the al-hidayat perfume shop pamulang 2 has implemented several points that have been written to the researcher to develop its business. and then SWOT analysis of internal and external factors where each external and internal factor gets a different score where the score obtained by the internal strength factor scores 1.56, the internal weakness factor scores 0.96, the external opportunity factor scores 1.65 and the external threat factor scores 1.19. When viewed from the diagram, the strategy of the pamulang 2 al-hidayat perfume shop is in quadrant one, which means it supports an aggressive strategy. Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of work facilities on employee performance, to determine the effect of work discipline on employee performance. The population in this study were employees of the Human Resources and Human Resources Development Agency (BKPSDM), totaling 40 employees. Hypothesis testing uses an associative research design, statistical analysis methods consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, partial testing (t test) and testing the coefficient of determination. Research results on partial testing (t test). Shows that the Work Facilities variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, the Work Discipline variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. There is a positive and significant influence between work facilities and work discipline together on employee performance. And through testing the coefficient of determination (Adjusted R Square), a value of 0.818 or 81.8% was obtained. This means that employee performance is influenced by work facilities and work discipline by 81.8%. while the remaining 18.2% is determined by other variables. Keywords : Employee Performance, Work Facilities, and Work Discipline.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Self Efficay, Independence and Time Budget Pressure on Audit Judgment. this research is included in the type of quantitative research using primary data with a survey method in the form of distributing questionnaires to public accounting firms in the South Jakarta area. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling. This research data testing was processed using SMART-PLS version 4.0 as a data analysis tool. The results of this study indicate that (1) self efficacy has a positive and significant effect on audit judgment, (2) independence has a positive and significant effect on audit judgment, (3) time budget pressure has a positive and significant effect on audit judgment, (4) self efficacy, independence and time budget pressure together have a positive and significant effect on audit judgment.Keywords : Self Efficacy, Independence, Time Budget Pressure, and Audit Judgment

Abstract

His research analyzes the halal branding strategy of PT Indofood CBP Sukses Makmur Tbk in supporting global expansion in the international Muslim market. The main focus of the research is on the use of product innovation, halal certification, and local culture-based promotion as strategies to increase competitiveness and loyalty of Muslim consumers. By integrating sharia principles and Islamic business practices, Indofood has successfully expanded its product range to more than 80 countries, including the Middle East, Africa, and Asia. The results show that globally recognized halal certification and product customization to local preferences are the main factors for the success of this strategy. However, challenges such as variations in halal regulations between countries and increasing global competition are still issues that need to be addressed. This study provides recommendations for other multinational companies in optimizing halal branding as a strategic tool to expand the international Muslim market. Keywords : Global expansion, Halal branding, Islamic business strategy, Muslim market, PT Indofood CBP
