Abstract

This research aims to analyze financial performance before and during the New Normal Using the Altman Z-Score Approach in Property and Real Estate Companies Listed on the IDX in 2017 - 2021.This research is descriptive quantitative research, namely research that systematically and accurately observes problems regarding certain facts and the nature of objects. The population in this research was 81 property and real estate companies registered on the IDX and 5 companies were sampled using the purposive sampling method. The analysis tool uses the Altman Z-Score method to identify companies that are experiencing financial difficulties or financial distress and companies that are in the healthy / non-distress category with certain indicators.The results of this research were obtained from 5 sampling companies studied, there were 4 companies experiencing financial difficulties in the distress category and 1 company was in a healthy/good/non-distress condition in 2017. Meanwhile, in 2018 - 2021, which was the year before the pandemic, during the Covid pandemic -19, and in new normal conditions, 3 companies were still experiencing financial difficulties and 1 company managed to recover from financial difficulties to be in good health/good/non-distress condition, and 1 company was in good health/good/non-distress condition the year before the pandemic , both during the pandemic and after the new normal conditions.Keywords: Altman Z-Score, Financial Difficulty, Covid-19 Pandemic, Financial Performance, Property and Real Estate

Abstract

Halal diplomacy is a strategic tool to boost the competitiveness and export of Indonesian halal products. Global trends show that consumer interest in halal products extends beyond religion, focusing on quality, safety, and sustainability. Thus, innovation and effective diplomacy are vital for expanding market reach. This study examines halal diplomacy strategies and the role of product innovation in strengthening Indonesia’s exports. Using a qualitative approach and literature review, data were gathered from government policies and relevant studies. Descriptive analysis identified patterns and strategies to enhance exports. The research aims to analyze Indonesia's halal diplomacy strategies, explore the role of innovation, and identify challenges and opportunities in global markets. Findings highlight the use of multilateral and bilateral diplomacy to expand market access. Recognized halal certification and collaboration with international certification bodies are critical success factors. Additionally, innovation, including technology and product diversification, boosts competitiveness. Abstract

The main objective of this research is to assess the extent to which the implementation of murabahah financing aligns with the established Sharia principles. Furthermore, this study aims to analyze the procedures and margin calculations used in applying for murabahah financing at the Sharia Financing Savings and Loan Cooperative (KSPPS) of Usaha Mulya Masjid Pondok Indah. The method employed in this research is descriptive qualitative. In addressing this issue, data collection is carried out through direct field observation, interviews, and documentation gathering. The research findings indicate that Usaha Mulya Masjid Pondok Indah's KSPPS utilizes the products of Murabahah, Ijarah, and Hiwalah to empower the community's economy through Sharia-compliant products. The murabahah financing procedure involves purchasing goods at a specific price, verifying customer applications, conducting surveys, committee assessments, reselling with a profit margin, and notarized contract signing. The profit-sharing margin per month at Usaha Mulya Masjid's KSPPS is 1%, whereas it is 3% at conventional KAWI Honda, illustrating the equitable approach of Sharia financial institutions. The implementation of the murabahah contract at Usaha Mulya Masjid's KSPPS in Pondok Indah, Jakarta aligns with Sharia principles, based on the nine fundamental implementation principles from the Fatwa of the Indonesian Council of Ulama (DSN MUI) No: 04/DSNMUI/IV/2000.

Abstract

This research discusses the implementation of sharia operational management in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in order to increase business efficiency and sustainability in accordance with sharia principles. The aim of this research is to provide MSMEs with an in depth understanding of operational management principles that are in accordance with sharia values and management. This research uses literature and literature research methods by examining material related to the principles and management of sharia operational management. The research results show that the implementation of sharia operational management in MSMEs is able to have a positive impact on increasing profitability and operational efficiency. However, obstacles are still found in terms of understanding sharia principles and in sharia-based management. Therefore, operational management skills training and the application of sharia principles are needed to encourage sharia-based MSMEs in Indonesia. Abstract

Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk menguji fenomena yang terjadi pada suatu perusahaan, dengan melakukan uji pada beberapa variabel yang berpengaruh terhadap fenomena yang dimaksud, yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi dan Budaya Organisasi, terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Gusti Sakti Mandiri.Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dan bersifat kausal. Data penelitian didapatkan dari penyebaran kuesioner, yang kemudian akan diolah melalui metode pengolahan data dengan perangkat SPSS versi 26.0. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 75 orang dengan menggunakan metode sampling probabilitas dan mengambil sampel representatif dari populasi yang sampelnya digunakan atau diambil dari populasi yang benar-benar mewakili populasi yang ada.Hasil penelitian ini menyatakan bahwa komitmen organisasi berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja untuk meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, namun kepuasan kerja dan budaya organisasi tidak terdapat berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Perusahaan harus lebih memperhatikan dan meningkatkan seluruh aspek atau variabel yang dapat meningkatkan kinerja karyawan, khususnya variabel yang telah di teliti pada penelitian iniKata Kunci: Kepuasan Kerja, Komitmen Organisasi, Budaya Organisasi, Kinerja Karyawan

Abstract

ABSTRACTThis research aims to examine and analyze the influence of the work environment and work motivation on the performance of employees at the Archives Center of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Gunung Sindur. The total population in this study was 50 employees at the Finance Bureau and BMN of the General Election Supervisory Agency of the Republic of Indonesia.            The data collection method in this research was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 50 employee respondents at the Central Archives office of the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) Gunung Sindur. The research method used is a quantitative method that is associative in nature using primary data.            These results indicate that the Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated t value greater than t table 4.605 2.01 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05, Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t value count more. The size of the t table is 3.316 2.01 and the significant value is 0.002 0.05. Together the Work Environment and Work Motivation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a calculated F value greater than F table 1118.979 3.20 and a significant value of 0.000 0.05. Keywords : Employee Performance, Work Environment and Work Motivation.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of corporate culture and work motivation on employee performance. The data analysis method used is a quantitative method that is associative by testing the hypothesis. The research source used is primary data. The sampling technique used is a saturated sample, with a total sample tested of 62 respondents who are employees at PT. Industrial Engineering. The data technique is using a questionnaire distributed via Google Form to employees of PT. Industrial Engineering. Data analysis in this study used IBM SPSS Statistics V.23. The results of this study indicate that corporate culture (organization) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t count t table (2.217 2.009) with a significant value of 0.030 less than 0.05 or 5% (0.030 0.05) . Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance with a t count t table (4.739 2.009) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 or 5% (0.000 0.05). Corporate culture (organization) and work motivation together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant effect on employee performance with an F count F table (39.871 3.15) with a significant value of 0.000 less than 0.05 or 5% (0.000 0.05).Keywords : Corporate Culture, Work Motivation, Employee perfomance

Abstract

This research aims to explore the role of debt policy, dividend policy and bankruptcy ratio on company value, especially in telecommunications companies during the period 2019 to 2022. The sampling method used was purposive sampling, and data analysis was carried out using SPSS version 20 software. The main findings of the research these are the three key points. First, the debt policy variable –DER (X1) has an influence on company value. Based on the research, it was found that the DER regression coefficient was -16,698, the t value had a negative sign of -.737, with a significant value of 0.468 which was greater than 0.05 (0.468 0.05), where debt policy had no influence on company value. Second, DPR dividend policy variable (X2). Based on research, the DPR regression coefficient is -2.245, the t value has a negative sign of -3.297 with a significance value of 0.003 which is greater than 0.05 (0.030.05), where DER (X2) has a negative and significant influence on the value of the company. In other words, if the DER value decreases, the company value will increase. The three Bankruptcy Ratio variables (Z-Score)(X3) have a positive value of 443,349, the calculated t value has a positive sign of 2.630, with a significance value of 0.015 which is smaller than 0.05 (0.015 0.05), where the Z-Score (X3) has a positive and significant influence on company value. In other words, when the Z-Score increases, the company value will increase or be in the same direction. These findings are expected to provide important insights for stakeholders to understand the dynamics between these factors in the context of the telecommunications industry. Keywords : Debt policy, dividends, financial distress, market capital

Abstract

The aims of this study were 1) to analyze the supply chain model for tempe production SMEs, 2) to analyze the relationship between supply chain management and the productivity of tempe production SMEs. The type of research used is descriptive. The population in this study were tempe entrepreneurs, with a sample of 20 people. The sampling technique used is judgment sampling. Data analysis used stepwise regression analysis, forward selection, backward elimination.The results of the study show that the supply chain model in tempe production SMEs consists of several members, including: suppliers, inventories, producers, collectors, retailers and consumers. The results of the analysis of the relationship between supply chain management (suppliers, supplies, production, distributors, retailers, cooperation and labor) with productivity show that only one variable has a significant relationship, namely the cooperation variable.Keywords :Supply Chain Management, Productivity, Tempe

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of profetional commitment, performance auditor and time pressure on dysfunctional audit behavior. This researxh belongs to the type of quantittive research. The data collection method used is primary data with a field survey method. The technique used is by distributing questionnaires to 85 respondents of external auditors who work in Public Accounting Firms in the South Jakarta area. The sampling techinque used is non probability sampling. Testing the research data is processed using smartPLS version 4.0. The result of this study partially show that profetional commitment doesn’t significant on dysfunctional audit behavior, performance auditor has a prositive and significant effect on dysfucntional audit behavior, and time pressure has a positive and significant effect on dysfunctional audit behavior.Keywords : Profetional Commitment, Performance Auditor, Time Pressure, and Audit Dysfunctional Behavior)
