Abstract

This research aims to describe the mechanism of carbon trading until finally a carbon tax appears. The researcher used legislators and the Surabaya city government. The researcher analyzes how the government and legislators support the implementation of the carbon tax that will be implemented in 2025. The perception of the value-belief-norm theory of carbon tax can be included in 3 basic principles of value. However, the Surabaya government still fulfills 1 principle, namely altruistic value. Carbon taxes form a person's belief that the relationship between humans and ecosystems is important to maintain. Keywords : carbon tax, carbon trading, value-belief-norm theory, legislator, government

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential, challenges, and strategies of the international halal market in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) using a SWOT analysis approach. Employing a descriptive-qualitative method and document analysis, the research identifies the UAE's strengths, such as its strategic location and government support, as well as weaknesses, including dependence on imports and a lack of harmonized halal standards. The significant opportunities in the global halal market and increasing consumer awareness of halal products present substantial growth potential. However, competition from other countries and geopolitical risks pose threats that require careful anticipation. The findings indicate that the UAE holds great potential to become a global halal market hub but requires comprehensive strategies. Strategic recommendations include diversifying the halal economy, fostering international collaboration to harmonize standards, and enhancing domestic production capacity. The study concludes that with the right strategies, the UAE can maintain its position as a leader in the global halal market and contribute to sustainable economic growth. Keywords : Halal market, United Arab Emirates, SWOT, descriptive-qualitative analysis, strategy, Islamic economics

Abstract

The importance of fraud prevention and management in Indonesia's National Health Insurance Program (JKN) is emphasized as part of the government's efforts to provide access to quality healthcare services. Fraud in healthcare services can harm the nation and reduce the quality of care. Therefore, fraud prevention becomes crucial, particularly through the establishment of a Fraud Prevention Team in healthcare facilities. Technological support, such as digital verification systems and artificial intelligence, is essential for enhancing efficiency in detecting and preventing fraud. A qualitative research method was employed to analyze the implementation of fraud prevention systems at the Islamic Hospital in Jakarta. The research findings show that the application of digital verification technology can improve accuracy, transparency, and accountability in managing health claims. This article concludes that this system has the potential to support the sustainability of the JKN program and enhance the integrity of healthcare services. Keywords : Fraud Prevention, National Health Insurance Program (JKN), Digital Verification

Abstract

Social Health Insurance or Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) program in Indonesia has started on January 1, 2014. In order for the JKN program to be implemented properly, BPJS Kesehatan as the organizer collaborates with FKTP and FKTL. RSIJ Cempaka Putih is one of the FKTL that provides services to BPJS patients. As an implication of the services that have been provided to BPJS patients, RSIJCP makes payment claims that are submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions of BPJS.In relation to the work activities of the patient's disease coding process, there are two processes, namely the process of providing a diagnosis by a doctor with freetext and then recording by a coder according to the ICD X diagnosis standardization and ICD 9cm medical procedure. This diagnosis data is then summarized as Claim data. The continued formation of patient diagnoses and coding that is not optimal has prompted us to conduct research. The research was conducted at RSIJ Cempaka Putih using a descriptive review method and focused on the Implementation of the RME Application. The decision to implement RME as the main tool is considered to be able to accelerate the claim process to BPJS.Keywords : Electronic Medical Record, BPJS claim, BPJS coding, BPJS claim diagnosis, prosedur klaim

Abstract

This study discusses the analysis of changes in the manual invoice exchange process flow to an integrated invoice exchange system that has an impact on the automation of financial processes at RSIJCP. In an increasingly complex and competitive business environment, RSIJCP needs a system that can manage and process invoices quickly and without errors. An integrated invoice exchange system allows companies to automate many manual processes, such as matching invoices with purchase orders, verifying data, and tracking payment status. The implementation of this system can also reduce the risk of human error and fraud, resulting in more transparent and reliable operations. This study describes the current process flow and the proposed process flow, with a descriptive qualitative methodology through observations and interviews involving financial officers. Furthermore, this study highlights the importance of further analysis in order to create a more effective and efficient work process. The expected result of this process change is to create a more effective and efficient work process so that automation is created in the financial process. So that the Invoice Exchange System integrated with the Financial System can reduce the workload and risks that occur in the Invoice Exchange process carried out manually. Keywords : Automation, Invoice Exchange, E-Invoicing

Abstract

This research analyzes the impact of halal policies on exports of Indonesian food and beverage products, with a focus on the opportunities and challenges faced. Indonesia, as the country with the largest Muslim population in the world, has great potential to become a major exporter of halal products on the global market. However, Indonesia's halal export contribution still lags behind other countries, such as Malaysia and Brazil. The main factors supporting halal exports include halal certification policies through Law no. 33 of 2014 as well as the increasing trend of consumption of halal products globally. However, there are several significant challenges, such as the low understanding of MSMEs about halal certification, limited logistics infrastructure, and intense competition from other countries. To overcome this challenge, the research recommends strategies in the form of halal certification training for MSMEs, optimizing digital platforms and e-commerce, as well as active promotion through international exhibitions. With this approach, Indonesia is expected to expand its halal market share, increase global competitiveness, and encourage economic growth through the national halal industrial sector. Keywords : Halal exports, halal policy, halal certification, MSMEs, global competitiveness, halal economy

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the potential of Generation Z as key actors in driving the growth of the Islamic economy through digitalization while enhancing their literacy regarding Islamic economic concepts and products. Using a literature review method and analytical opinions, this study explores the relationship between technological advancements and the role of Generation Z in expanding the reach of the Islamic economy. The findings reveal that Generation Z possesses unique characteristics, such as high proficiency in utilizing digital technology and a preference for products based on social and ethical values, which align with the principles of the Islamic economy. However, their literacy in this sector remains relatively low, necessitating creative and technology-based educational approaches. Additional challenges include limited access to user-friendly Sharia-compliant digital platforms and a lack of educational content tailored to their communication style. This study recommends synergy among governments, educational institutions, industry players, and digital communities to develop platforms and educational strategies that align with the needs of Generation Z. Proper implementation of Islamic economic digitalization could serve as a strategic solution for creating an inclusive, sustainable, and relevant economic system in the digital era. Keywords: Generation Z, Islamic economy, digitalization, Islamic economic literacy, digital technology, educational innovation.
