Abstract

The research aims to optimize student absence management at the Anigou Nabire High School of Health Professionals through the development of an Excel and Visual Basic based system using the Prototype method. The system is designed to improve accuracy and efficiency in the recording and processing of student presence data, replacing the manual methods that are vulnerable to errors. The Prototipe method is chosen to enable iterative development with user feedback, thus producing a system that is more tailored to the needs of the end user. Test results show that the system improves data accuracy, speeds up processing time, and makes it easier for teachers and administrative staff to use. Thus, the study concluded that the absence system based on Excel and Visual Basic with the Prototype method could be an effective solution to addressing the problem of student absence management and could be adopted by other schools facing similar challenges.

Abstract

This application is an innovative solution that uses Microsoft Excel as the main platform to facilitate the employee recruitment process in companies. With a focus on efficiency and ease of use, this application provides various features that support complete management from start to finish of the recruitment process. The main features of this application include neatly structured candidate data management in Excel spreadsheet format. This allows HR and recruiting teams to easily manage important information such as resumes, educational history, work experience, as well as interview and test notes. In addition, this application is equipped with a data-based evaluation tool that allows companies to identify candidates who best suit the needs of the available positions. The use of Excel formulas and analytical features helps in making smarter and more informed hiring decisions. Integration with email allows candidates to be sent notifications regarding the status of their applications automatically, improving transparency and applicant experience. An interactive analytical dashboard is also provided to monitor and analyze the effectiveness of recruitment strategies in real-time. With a combination of the reliability of Microsoft Excel as a data analysis tool and extensive customization capabilities, this application is designed to optimize the employee recruitment process, increase operational efficiency, and reduce the time needed to fill vacant positions.

Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a web application for incoming and outgoing mail management at SMK Negeri 4. Efficient mail management is a critical aspect of school administration, but it is often constrained by manual systems that are prone to errors and inefficiencies. The development methodology uses the Waterfall model, including the stage of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This application is designed with key features including digital record-keeping, archiving, searching, and mail status tracking. The test results show that this application is able to significantly improve the efficiency of mail management, reduce the risk of document loss, and speed up the mail search process. The implementation of this application results in improved school administration performance, with faster mail processing times and higher management accuracy. This research contributes to the modernization of the school administration system and can be a model for similar implementation in other educational institutions.

Abstract

This research develops a web-based information system for analyzing and evaluating visitor satisfaction at Kibito Amona Nabire Beach. The system collects automated data from online surveys, visitor reviews, and social media, which it analyzes to identify satisfaction patterns and trends. Using prototype methodology, the system was designed, developed, and tested to ensure accuracy and efficiency. The technology used includes MySQL for the database and Macromedia Dreamweaver for interface design. The results are expected to improve visitor satisfaction management, even though there are limitations such as limited access only to the beach area and site management by one admin.

Abstract

Sustainable agriculture faces a major challenge in maintaining the availability and efficient use of fertilizers. Information technology, particularly web applications, has the potential to optimize fertilizer stock management, improve productivity, and enhance household food security for farmers. This study aims to analyze how web technology can improve the efficiency of fertilizer stock management in sustainable agricultural practices. Through literature review and interviews with stakeholders, this research identifies the benefits of web technology in fertilizer stock management, such as improved accuracy in demand forecasting, minimized stock losses, and increased timeliness in fertilizer distribution. The results show that web-based information systems can integrate production data, stock, and fertilizer needs, facilitating decision-making and supporting real-time fertilizer distribution. The implementation of this technology provides significant benefits for farmers, web technology developers, and policymakers, and contributes to efficient and environmentally friendly sustainable agricultural practices.

Abstract

Effective tourism information management is very important in supporting the promotion of tourist destinations and improving tourist experiences. This article discusses the development of a web-based Tourism Information System using the Agile method. This system is designed to provide comprehensive and real-time information about tourist destinations, including descriptions of places, facilities, event schedules, as well as reviews and ratings from visitors. The Agile method was chosen because of its flexibility which allows system development to be carried out iteratively and incrementally, involving user feedback at each stage of the development cycle. The development process starts from planning, followed by iteration which includes design, development, testing, and review. The conclusion of this research is that the application of the Agile method in developing a web-based Tourism Information System can increase development efficiency and system quality.

Abstract

In the future, web-based classroom journal applications can continue to evolve with the integration of new technologies such as artificial intelligence for predictive analytics and personalized learning recommendations. Smarter use of data will help improve the student learning experience and the overall efficiency of school management. Thus, the web-based classroom journal application is not just an ordinary administrative tool, but an innovation that supports the transformation of education. This study explores the development and implementation of a web-based classroom monitoring system designed to enhance educational oversight and improve student engagement. The system allows educators to track student attendance, participation, and performance in real-time, facilitating timely interventions for at-risk students. Data were collected through surveys and usage analytics from both educators and students to evaluate the system's effectiveness. Results indicate a significant increase in both teacher satisfaction and student engagement compared to traditional monitoring methods. The findings suggest that web-based monitoring systems can be a valuable tool for modern educational environments, promoting a more interactive and responsive learning experience. Recommendations for further research include exploring the integration of artificial intelligence to personalize student monitoring.

Abstract

This community service activity aims to enhance the efficiency of stock management at CV Bina Anak Papua through the development and implementation of a web-based application. The current manual system is prone to errors, data inconsistencies, and inefficient inventory tracking. The proposed web-based application will streamline stock management processes, enabling real-time stock monitoring, automated reorder calculations, and comprehensive reporting. The project involves analyzing the current stock management practices, designing and developing the web application, providing staff training, and evaluating the application's impact on operational efficiency. Expected outcomes include reduced stockouts and overstocking, improved data accuracy, and enhanced decision-making capabilities for stock management. By leveraging web technology, this project aims to boost the competitiveness and productivity of CV Bina Anak Papua, ultimately contributing to the company's growth and sustainability.

Abstract

This community service project aims to develop a web-based school profile application for SMP Anigou Nabire. The application was designed to facilitate the dissemination of information about the school's profile to a wider community, including students, parents, and prospective students. The methods used in the development of this application include a needs analysis, system design, implementation, and testing. The result of this project is an application that can display essential information such as the school's history, vision and mission, organizational structure, facilities, extracurricular activities, and achievements. This application is expected to enhance the transparency and accessibility of school information and to support the school's promotion process to the community. The evaluation of the application shows that users are satisfied with the ease of access and completeness of the information provided. Further development is expected to include interactive features such as discussion forums and online registration.

Abstract

The involvement of the community in the development of a web-based photo ordering application using the waterfall method aims to improve customer service during the online photo ordering process. The background of this community service is based on the difficulties faced by the public in practically ordering photos. The main goal of this community service is to develop an application that simplifies the ordering process. The development method used is the waterfall method, which includes analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this application development include the results of each development stage with the waterfall method, implementation results, and the main conclusion of this community service.
