Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work attitudes and competencies on service quality at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. This type of research is referred to as associative research, which aims to determine the relationship between two or more variables. Namely, the influence of work attitudes and competencies on service quality at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. The withdrawal technique is a saturated sample by taking all employees, totaling 32 respondents at the Woha Sub-district office, Bima Regency. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire (questionnaire) with a Likert scale. Data analysis techniques using validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test and multiple linear regression with SPSS windows 20. The results of this study 1) There is a significant influence between attitudes towards the quality of public services at the Woha sub-district office, Bima district. 2) There is no significant effect between work competence on the quality of public services at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency. 3) There is a significant influence between attitudes and work competence on the quality of public services at the Woha District Office, Bima Regency.

Abstract

Antibiotic resistance is one of the major health problems faced by various countries in the world. Due to the urgency of the antibiotic resistance problem, efforts to identify new lead compounds from new sources and analysis to determine their bioactivity are urgently needed for antibiotic development. One of the invertebrate organisms studied in relation to its potential to produce secondary metabolites that have antibacterial properties is the Gastropoda class which is included in the Mollusca phylum. Gastropoda consists of more than 80 thousand species and differs from other classes in the Mollusca phylum because of its torso body. Gastropoda has 3 sub-classes, namely: Prosobranchia, Opistobranchia, and Pulmonata. One of the land Gastropod species is snails, both those with shells (snails) and naked snails (slugs) which are included in the Pulmonata sub-class. Snail mucus is used as a traditional medicine and also as an innovative natural product to treat various health problems. Since Gastropods include a large number of species that live in various ecosystems, but research on the antibacterial potential of their secondary metabolites is still limited, this review aims to summarize research that explores the antibacterial effects of secondary metabolites in mucus produced by species in the class of Gastropods that live on land (terrestrial gastropoda) especially various species of terrestrial snails. The preparation of this review article uses a literature study method with a systematic approach. The articles used are international articles that discuss the antibacterial activity of secondary metabolites in mucus produced by snails. Articles were obtained from the PubMed database using the keywords snails AND antibacterial from the period 2000 to 2023, the period before 2000 was excluded due to the very minimal number of articles. The results obtained from the journal review that has been carried out are the presence of bioactive components such as peptides, glycopeptides, and other secondary metabolites found in the mucus of several species of land snails. These bioactive components have antibacterial activity against gram-positive and gram-negative bacteria.

Abstract

In football, one of the most dominant basic techniques used is passing. Passing in football aims to pass the ball to teammates in order to create space, so that players can score goals against the opponent's goal and can maintain the defense area for defenders. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the 4-2 training model using two touches on the passing and shooting skills of Mandalika FC U-17 football athletes. This study is a quasi experiment. The design used in this study is "Two Group Pretest Posttest Design" Experimental method with non-separate samples means that researchers only have one group. The results of the study showed that some children's lower passing abilities increased drastically, some even decreased their abilities. This is because this type of research is a quasi experiment, meaning that researchers cannot fully monitor children's activities outside the training/treatment schedule given by researchers. It is possible for children whose abilities have increased drastically because the child also continues to practice outside the training/treatment schedule given by researchers. While for children whose abilities have decreased, it is possible that the child did not take the training seriously, and there were also children who were sick at the time of posttest data collection so that their abilities were not optimal. that there is a significant effect of paired passing training on the ability of underhand passing of Mandalika fc. u-17 football school students, the t-value is 6.574> t-table 2.09, and the significance value is 0.000 <0.05, and the percentage increase is 37.69%.

Abstract

The Muara Enim Welcome Dance is a dance that lives and develops in Muara Enim Regency, South Sumatra, before the welcoming dance was called the Sembah Dance which grew and developed in the hamlet community of Muara Enim Regency. No one knows who created this Sembah Dance because this Traditional Dance is the culture and art of the Kikim ethnic community around 400 years ago. The dance which is included in the elements of this art originates from oral stories passed down from generation to generation based on the experiences of previous ancestors. More or less around 1956, the Prayer Dance was initiated again by Mr. M. Natar. Research This study aims to analyze the Welcome Dance of Muara Enim in developing the Nyireh Lima Berintit Dance in the Muara Enim community. The Nyireh Lima Berintit dance is a dance that is performed at welcoming important guests and weddings, this dance is developed to be 10 minutes. This dance is always danced by 5 female dancers and accompanied by 3 male dancers holding umbrellas and spears standing behind the female dancers. In this study using Y. Sumandiyo Hadi's theory which contains an analysis of the forms of motion, the benefits of this research are to identify and study and analyze the problems that arise in the development of this dance. So this research uses a qualitative approach by focusing on data collection.

Abstract

85.9% of urban and rural communities do not have proper knowledge about medicines. This causes problems related to the use of drugs, one of which is antibiotics, which will cause antibiotic resistance. Resistance is the greatest threat facing the world, causing more deaths than cancer. Southeast Asia has the highest number of such cases in the world. Knowing the relationship between DAGUSIBU knowledge level and understanding of the use of antibiotics in the community in North Denpasar District. This research is a quantitative observational study with a cross sectional design. sampling using the method (Non-Probability Sampling) with a purposive sampling technique, as many as 400 respondents, with an age range of 17-64 years. The instrument used is a knowledge and understanding questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data obtained were analyzed with SPSS with the Spearman rank method. Level of knowledge classified as high 64%, low 35.8%. Understanding of the use of antibiotics classified as understanding 52.3% and not understanding 47.8%. The results of the Rank Spearman correlation test show a correlation coefficient of 0.582 with a significance value of 0.001 (p <0.05), meaning that there is a significant relationship with a fairly strong correlation coefficient. There is a fairly strong and positive or unidirectional relationship between the knowledge level of DAGUSIBU and the understanding of the use of antibiotics in the community in North Denpasar District
