Abstract

The purpose of the study to determine the effect of organizational mission fulfillment and organizational support on job performance through work enggagement as a mediation variable. The study used primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to 171 respondents, respondents are permanent employees at the Department of Agriculture and Plantation Aceh. Quantitative research method and data analysis using structural equation modeling with SPSS + AMOS program. The result of research indicates that the fulfillment factor of organizational mission that is built in the research model has an effect on work enggagement, organizational support factor has an effect on work enggagement, fulfillment factor of missions built in the research has no effect on job performance, organizational support factor influence to job performance, work enggagement on employee performance, organizational mission fulfillment factors proved not to have indirect relationship with job performance mediated by work enggagement, organizational support factor proved not to have indirect relationship with job performance mediated by work enggagement factor at Agriculture and Plantation Office of Aceh

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan studi empiris yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh langsung maupun tidak langsung sikap etnosentris, etos kerja  dan keterampilan berkomunikasi terhadap motivasi kerja dan dampaknya pada kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh pegawai administrasi sebanyak 145 Jiwa. Karena ukuran populasi tersebut mencukupi dan terjangkau untuk diteliti maka sampel penelitian adalah seluruh populasi pegawai administrasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan lembar pertanyaan (kuesioner) tertutup yang dibagikan kepada seluruh pegawai administrasi. Data primer dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) dengan bantuan program AMOS 22. Hasil penelitian diketahui bahwa sikap etnosentris  berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Etos kerja dan keterampilan komunikasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja maupun kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh.  Motivasi kerja berperan dalam memperbaiki pengaruh negatif etnosentris  terhadap kinerja pegawai pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh. Motivasi kerja berperan dalam meningkatkan pengaruh etos kerja maupun keterampilan komunikasi terhadap kinerja pegawai administrasi pada RSUD dr. Zainoel Abidin Banda Aceh

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know:  (1) the state of competence, work ethic, organizational support, employee performance and organizational performance, (2) The influence of competence on employee performance, (3) The influence of work ethic on employee performance, (4) The influence of organizational support on employee performance, (5) The influence of competence on organizational performance, (6) The influence of work ethic on organizational performance, (7) Effect of organizational support on organizational performance, (8) The influence of employee performance on organizational performance, (9) indirect influence of competence on organizational performance, (10) the indirect influence of work ethic on organizational performance and (11) Indirect influence of organizational support, on organizational performance. The object of this research is competence, work ethic, organizational support, employee performance and organizational performance. Data analysis equipment used in this research is descriptive test that is to test the descriptive statistic model based on mean value and verfikatif test by using data structural equation modeling (SEM) with Amos program. The results showed that the competence, work ethic, organizational support, employee performance and organizational performance, competence have an effect on to employee performance, work ethos influence to employee performance, organizational support influence to employee performance, competence influence to organizational performance, work ethic in that office also give influence to organizational performance, organizational support given also influential to organizational performance, employee employee performance have positive and significant effect to organizational performance, there is indirect influence of competence, work ethic and organizational support to organizational performance

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior and their impact on the employee performance of health offices of Nagan Raya district. The study conducted of 115 employees of the office. The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that job satisfaction and organizational commitment have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior and employee performance. The Organizational citizenship behavior mediates the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on the employee performance of the institution
