Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to analyze/test: (1) to describe accountability, transparency, public participation, leadership performance and loyalty of members of national parties and local parties in Aceh is good; (2) the effect of accountability on the performance of party leaders of national and local parties; (3) the effect of transparency on the performance of party leaders of national and local parties; (5) the influence of accountability on the loyalty of members of national parties and local parties, (6) the influence of transparency on the loyalty of members of national parties and local parties, (7) the influence of public participation on the performance of national and local party leaders, Loyalty of members of national parties and local parties (8) the influence of the performance of national and local party leaders on the loyalty of members of national parties and local parties in Aceh and (9) the effect of accountability, transparency, public participation on the loyalty of national party members and local parties in Aceh through Performance of national party leaders and local parties in Aceh. The objects of this research are good governance, performance of national party leaders and local parties, and loyalty of members of national parties and local parties in Aceh. Methods of data analysis in this study using path analysis (Path Analysis), with the number of respondents as many as 81 people. The results showed that accountability was obtained an average value of 3.945, transparency obtained an average value of 4,045, public participation obtained an average value of 3.833, the performance of leadership obtained average value of 3.784 and loyalty cadres of national parties and local parties in Aceh obtained an average score of 4,810, thus it can be explained that this research variable is already running well. While the test results prove that accountability, transparency and public participation significantly influence the performance of leaders of national parties and local parties. Then accountability, transparency and public participation also have a significant influence on the loyalty of members of national parties and local parties.Keywords:   Accountability, Transparency, Public Participation, Leaders Performance and Member LoyaltyAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis/menguji: (1) mendeskripsikan akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi publik, kinerja pimpinan dan loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal di Aceh sudah baik; (2) pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal; (3) pengaruh transparansi terhadap kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal; (4) pengaruh partisipasi publik terhadap kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal, (5) pengaruh akuntabilitas terhadap loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal, (6) pengaruh transparansi terhadap loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal, (7) pengaruh  partisipasi publik terhadap loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal (8) pengaruh kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal terhadap loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal di Aceh dan (9) pengaruh akuntabilitas, transparansi, partisipasi publik terhadap loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal di Aceh melalui kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal di Aceh. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah good governance, kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal, dan loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal di Aceh. Metode analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan motode analisis jalur (Path Analysis), dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 81 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa akuntabilitas diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,945, transparansi diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,045, partisipasi publik diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,833, kinerja pimpinan diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,784 dan loyalitas kader partai nasional dan partai lokal di Aceh diperoleh nilai rata-rata sebesar 4,810, dengan demikian dapat dijelaskan bahwa variabel penelitian ini sudah berjalan dengan baik. Sedangkan hasil pengujian membuktikan bahwa akuntabilitas, transparansi dan partisipasi publik berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap kinerja pimpinan partai nasional dan partai lokal. Kemudian akuntabilitas, transparansi dan partisipasi publik juga mempunyai pengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas anggota partai nasional dan partai lokal.Kata kunci:     Akuntabilitas, Transparansi, Partisipasi Publik, Kinerja Pimpinan dan Loyalitas Anggota

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study is to describe (1) the behavior of leadership, trust, human relations and organizational performance, (2) the influence of leadership behavior on human relations of employees, (3) the influence of trust on human relations employees (4) influence of leadership behavior on organizational performance, (5) the influence of trust on the performance of the organization, (6) the influence of human relations on the performance of employees, (7) the indirect influence of leadership behavior and trust on organizational performance through human relations. This research was conducted on Social Service of Manpower and Transmigration of Regency of West Aceh, with object of research is behavior of leadership, trust, human relation and organizational performance. The results of this study indicate that the behavior of leadership, trust, human relations performance organization Social Service Manpower and Transmigration District of West Aceh has been going well. The result of research also proves that there are influence of leadership behavior toward human relations, there is influence of trust to human relations, there is influence of human relations to organizational performance, influence of leadership behavior toward organizational performance, influence of trust to organizational performance, and also research result direct leadership behavior and trust in organizational performance through human relations.Keywords: Leadership Behavior and Trust and Organizational PerformanceAbstrak: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan (1) perilaku kepemimpinan, kepercayaan, human relations dan kinerja organisasi, (2) pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap human relations pegawai, (3) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap human relations pegawai (4) pengaruh perilaku kepemimpinan terhadap kinerja organisasi, (5) pengaruh kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi, (6) pengaruh human relations terhadap kinerja pegawai, (7) pengaruh tidak langsung perilaku kepemimpinan  dan kepercayaan terhadap kinerja organisasi melalui human relations. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Perilaku kepemimpinan, kepercayaan, human relations kinerja organisasi Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi Kabupaten Aceh Barat sudah berjalan dengan baik. Abstract

Abstract: This study aimed to test the influences of job mutation, workload, andinterpersonal conflict on job stress and its impact on employee performance of BPKPAceh Province. Respondents are employees BPKP Aceh totalling 100 people. Thedata were analysed using path analysis by SPSS. The results showed that the variableworkload is the most dominant factor affect the level of employee performance BPKPAceh Province. Therefore, the evaluation of the determination of workload effectivelyand efficiently must be a major concern by BPKP Aceh Province’s leader, it isintended to motivate employee performance and avoid saturation.Keywords: Job Mutation, Workload, Interpersonal Conflict, Job Stress, and EmployeePerformance.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji bagaimana pengaruh mutasi kerja,beban kerja, dan konflik interpersonal terhadap stress kerja serta dampaknya padakinerja pegawai BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Aceh. Responden merupakan pegawaiBPKP Aceh yang berjumlah 100 orang. Analisa data dilakukan dengan menggunakananalisa jalur melalui program SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabelbeban kerja merupakan faktor yang paling dominan berpengaruh terhadap tingkatkinerja pegawai BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Aceh. Oleh karena itu, evaluasi terhadappenetapan beban kerja yang efektif dan efisien harus menjadi perhatian utama jajaranpimpinan BPKP Perwakilan Provinsi Aceh, hal ini dimaksudkan untuk memotivasikinerja pegawai dan menghindari kejenuhan.Kata Kunci: Mutasi Kerja, Beban Kerja, Konflik Interpersonal, Stress Kerja, danKinerja Pegawai.

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to analyze (1)  the influence of brand awareness on the interest of buying luxury fashion brand product on social media marketing, (2)the influence of trust on buying interest of luxury fashion brand product on social media marketing, (3) the influence of buying luxury fashion brand product on social media marketing (4)the influence of brand awareness on buying interest of luxury fashion brand product with gender as moderating on social media marketing (5) influence of brand name to buying interest of luxury fashion brand product with gender as moderating on media marketing social, (6) the effect of product superiority on the buying interest of luxury fashion brand products with gender as moderating on social media marketing. This research was conducted in Kota Banda Aceh with object of brand awareness research, product superiority, trust and buying interest, with 150 respondents. The results of this study indicate that brand awareness affects consumer buying interest in brand fashion luxury products, brand trust also influence the buying interest of brand fashion luxury products, product excellence affect the consumer buying interest in luxury fashion brand products. Abstract

Abstract The purpose of this research is to know (1) condition of work facility, work discipline, compensation, motivation, work performance of employee, (2) influence of work facility to employee work motivation, (3) influence of work discipline to employee work motivation (6) the influence of work discipline on work performance of employees, (7) the effect of compensation on employee performance, (8) the influence of work motivation on employee performance, (9) indirect influence of work facilities, work discipline, compensation for employee performance through employee work motivation. This research was conducted at Agency Personnel of Education and Training of Aceh Province with object of research of work facility, work discipline, compensation, motivation and work achievement of employees with the number of respondents as many as 155 people. The results of this study indicate that the results of the descriptive test indicate that work facilities, work discipline, compensation, work motivation and work performance of BKPP Aceh employees have been running well, the research results prove that work facilities, work discipline and compensation have positive and significant impact on work motivation . Then the results of the study also proved that work facilities, work discipline and compensation have a positive and significant impact on work performance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan Provinsi Aceh dengan objek penelitian fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi dan prestasi kerja pegawai dengan jumlah responden penelitian sebanyak 155 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa bahwa hasil uji deskriptif menunjukkan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja, kompensasi, motivasi kerja dan prestasi kerja pegawai  BKPP Aceh sudah berjalan dengan baik, hasil penelitian membuktikan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap motivasi kerja. Kemudian hasil penelitian juga membuktikan bahwa fasilitas kerja, disiplin kerja dan kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Abstract

Abstract: The study aims to determine the effect of employee’s commitment, integrity and competency on the organizational performance of Election Independent Commission (KIP) Aceh mediated by employee’s performance. The study conducted of 244 civil servant of Election Independent Commission (KIP) for province and district in Aceh. Data collected by questionnaire, and then the data is analyzed by using means of statistics structural equation model (SEM). The study found that employee’s commitment, integrity and competency have a positive effect on employee’s performance and the organizational performance of Election Independent Commission (KIP) Aceh. Employee’s performance mediates the effect of employee’s commitment, integrity and competency on the organizational performance of the institution.Keywords : Organizational Performance, Employee Performance, Commitment, Integrity and Competency.Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh komitmen, integritas dan kompetensi terhadap kinerja Komisi Independen Pemilihan (KIP) Aceh dengan kinerja pegawai sebagai variabel intervening. Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 244 orang pegawai KIP Provinsi dan kabupaten kota di Aceh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan selanjutnya data dianalisis dengan menggunakan peralatan statistik structural equation model (SEM). Penelitian menemukan bahwa komitmen, integritas dan kompetensi berpengaruh positif kinerja pegawai dan kinerja KIP Aceh. Abstract

Abstract:This study aims to determine how much influence social factors, brand image, and product quality to brand trust and its impact on customer loyalty of mobile phone users Samsung in the city of Banda Aceh. The population of this study is Samsung users located in Banda Aceh city, where the sample is 150 linear regression to analyze direct effect and hierarchical regression method to analyze the influence /indirect effect. The results showed that social factors, brand image and product quality had a significant direct influence both simultaneously and partially on brand trust and customer loyalty of Samsung mobile phone in Banda Aceh city. The results also show that social factors, brand image and product quality through brand trust have a significant effect on customer loyalty, where the brand's trust (mediating variable) acts as partialymediated. Samsung companies need to pay attention to social factors, brand image and product quality so that will form a brand trust that will impact on increasing customer loyalty Samsung. The implications of this research as a reference in making decisions in determining the right marketing strategy in order to maintain customer loyalty so as not to move to another brand.Keywords: Social factors, Brand, Product Quality, Brand Trust and Customer LoyaltyAbstrak:Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh faktor sosial, citra merek, dan kualitas produk terhadap kepercayaan merek serta dampaknya pada loyalitas pelanggan telepon selular pengguna Samsung dikota Banda Aceh. Populasi penelitian ini adalah pengguna telepon selular samsung yang berada di kota Banda Aceh, dimana sampel berjumlah 150 responden, metode yang digunakan regresi linear berganda untuk menganalisis pengaruh langsung (direct effect) dan metode regresi hirarkis untuk menganalisis pengaruh tidak langsung (indirect effect). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan faktor sosial,citra merek dan kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh langsung yang signifikan baik secara simultan maupun parsial terhadap kepercayaan merek dan loyalitas pelanggan telepon selular Samsung dikota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa faktor sosial,citra merek dan kualitas produk melalui kepercayaan merek berpengaruh signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan, dimana kepercayaan merek (mediating variable) berperan sebagai partialy mediated. Perusahaan Samsung perlu memperhatikan faktor sosial, citra merek dan kualitas produk sehingga membentuk kepercayaan merek yang berdampak pada meningkatnya loyalitas pelanggan Samsung. Implikasi dari penelitian ini sebagai acuan dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam menentukan strategi marketing yang tepat agar dapat menjaga loyalitas pelanggannya sehingga tidak berpindah ke merek lain.Kata Kunci: Faktor Sosial, Citra Merek, Kualitas Produk, Kepercayaan Merek dan Loyalitas Pelanggan

Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture on employee performance and its impact on the performance of Bank Aceh Syariah in Banda Aceh City. The result of the research shows that work motivation, work environment, organizational culture, employee performance and performance of Bank Aceh Syariah in Banda Aceh city have been good. Work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture either partially or simultaneously have a significant and positive impact on the performance of Bank Aceh Syariah employees in Banda Aceh City. There is influence of work motivation, work environment, and organizational culture through employee performance to performance of Bank Aceh Syariah in Banda Aceh City.Keywords: Work Motivation, Work Environment, Organizational Culture, Employee Performance and Aceh Bank PerformanceAbstrak:Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan dan dampaknya terhadap kinerja Bank Aceh Syariah di Kota Banda Aceh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, budaya organisasi, kinerja karyawan dan kinerja Bank Aceh Syariah di Kota Banda Aceh saat ini sudah baik. Motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi baik secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja karyawan Bank Aceh Syariah di Kota Banda Aceh. Motivasi kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan budaya organisasi dan kinerja karyawan secara parsial maupun secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap kinerja Bank Aceh Syariah di Kota Banda Aceh. Abstract

AbstractThe objectives of this study are to: (1) describe budget planning, budget implementation, budget accountability, good governance and local government performance (2) test budget planning, budget implementation, budget accountability influence on good governance local government, budget planning, budget implementation and budget accountability affect the performance of local government, (4) implementation of good governance to local government performance (5) examine the indirect effect of budget planning, budget implementation, budget accountability and budget evaluation to local government kinreja through application good governance. This study was conducted on all officials of budget users, financial administration and treasurer of 123 people. The test results indicate that budget planning, budget implementation, budget accountability, good governance and local government performance, good governance implementation affect the performance of local government. Abstract

Abstract:The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of: (1) motivational effect on jobsatisfaction of employees (2) effects of organizational justice on job satisfaction of employees,(3) the effect of emotional intelligence on job satisfaction of employees (4) motivational effecton employee performance (5) justice organizational influence on the performance ofemployees, (6) emotional intelligence influence on employee performance, job satisfactionaffects the performance of employees (7) job satisfaction mediates the influence of motivation,organizational justice and emotional intelligence on the performance of employees at theRegional Office of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Banda Aceh. As for the object ofthis study is motivation, emotional intelligence, organizational justice, job satisfaction andemployee performance. Adapun yang menjadi objek penelitian ini adalah motivasi, kecerdasan emosional, keadilanorganisasi, kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa motivasi tidakberpengaruh terhadap variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja, tetapi berpengaruh positif dan signifikanterhadap kinerja karyawan, keadilan organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel mediasikepuasan kerja, tetapi tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan, kecerdasan emosionalberpengaruh signifikan terhadap variabel mediasi kepuasan kerja dan juga terdapat pengaruh terhadapkinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja berpengaruh sebagai variabel mediasi antara variabel eksogen(motivasi, keadilan organisasi, dan kecerdasan emosional) terhadap variabel endogen (kinerjakaryawan).Kata kunci : Motivasi Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Keadilan Organisasi, Kepuasan KerjadanKinerja Karyawan
