Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) influence of emotional intelligence to organizational citizenship behavior of employee (2) influence organizational commitment to organizational citizenship behavior of employee, (3) influence of job satisfaction to organizational citizenship behavior employee (4) influence of emotional intelligence to employee performance (5) the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, (6) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance, (7) influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior of employees, (8) influence of organizational commitment to employee performance through organizational citizenship behavior employee, (9) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance through employee organizational citizenship behavior. This research was conducted at the Secretariat of the Korpri Aceh Executive Board. As for the object of this research is emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, organizational citizenship behavior and organizational performance. The results show that emotional intelligence, organizational commitment, job satisfaction, OCB and employee performance has been running well. The test results proved that emotional intelligence affects employees OCB, organizational commitment affect the OCB employees, job satisfaction affect OCB employees, emotional intelligence affect on employee performance, organizational commitment also give effect to employee performance, job satisfaction given also affects employee performance and OCB employees have a positive and significant impact on employee performance and there is an indirect effect of emotional intelligence, organizational commitment and job satisfaction on employee performance through OCB employees.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) to describe workload, work environment, competence, job satisfaction and performance of employee (2) influence of work load to employee performance, (3) influence of work environment to employee performance (7) the influence of competence on employee job satisfaction (8) the effect of job satisfaction on employee performance (9) indirect influence of workload on performance of employees through job satisfaction, (10) indirect influence of work environment on employee performance through job satisfaction and (11) indirect influence of competence on employee performance through job satisfaction. This research was conducted at the Regional Secretariat of Pidie Jaya Regency. The object of this research is workload, work environment, competence, employee performance, and job satisfaction with the number of respondents as many as 155 people. The research findings show that workload, work environment, competence, employee performance, and job satisfaction have gone well. The result of research also proves that workload, work environment and competence have an effect on to job satisfaction of employee, then job satisfaction perceived by employee have influence to improve employee performance, workload, work environment and competence influence to employee performance, indirect influence of work load on employee performance through job satisfaction, there is indirect influence of work environment to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee and there is indirect influence of competence to employee performance through job satisfaction of employee

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of work attachment and job involvement on innovative behavior and its impact on the Employees Performance of  Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority. Population in this research was all employees at Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority, which was 135 people. Sampling in this study was using census method because it involves the entire population. Data analysis techniques used in this study was The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for testing the hypothesis. Proof of Hypothesis was done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of the 5 verifikatif hypotheses tested in this study have CR value above 1.96 and P value smaller than 0.05, then all hypotheses tested rejected Ho and received H1. In other words, job involvement and job attachment have the effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the manager of Sabang Free Trade And Ports Authority. The intervening variable that innovative behavior has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words means that the improvement of employee's performance will be better done by increasing the Job Involvement and the direct working attachment without involving innovative behavior variable

Abstract

The study aims to investigate the effect of leadership style, education training, and incentive on work motivation and their impact on the employee’s performance of Aceh health offices. The data collection is conducted by distributing the questionnaire to 213 officers of the office which is selected by working-based proportional methods. Then, the data was analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that the leadership style, education training, and incentives have a positive and significant effect on the performance and work motivation of the employee of Aceh health offices. Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of supervision of the leadership, compensation, discipline, motivation and performance of the officials of the Civil Service Police Unit and the Wilayatul Hisbah (SATPOL PP WH) Banda Aceh City. The population in this study were all employees of SATPOL PP WH Office Banda Aceh City, amounting to 204 employees. Because the population is relatively limited, the sampling is done by using the census method or the taking of all employees at the SATPOL PP WH Office of Kota Banda Aceh as the research sample. Data analysis technique used in this research is The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) of statistical software package AMOS 22.0 for hypothesis testing. Proof of Hypothesis is done by using indicator of CR and P value. Because of 8 (eight) verificatif hypothesis which tested in this research have CR value above 1,96 or P value smaller than 0,05, then all hypothesis tested reject Ho and accept H1. In other words, supervision of the leadership and compensation has the effect to improve employee performance as long as the independent variable can be improved by the management of SATPOL PP WH Office of Banda Aceh City. The intervening variable that is motivation and discipline has no influence to increase the dependent variable with other words meaning that the improvement of employee performance will be better done by increasing the supervision of the leader and the compensation directly without involving the motivation and discipline variable

Abstract

The main purposes of this study is to analyze the effect of work environment and transformational leadership style on employee’s job satisfaction and performance of Aceh Education Council Secretariat. The study conducted of 42 employees of the office. The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of path analysis. The study found that work environment and transformational leadership style positively and significantly effect on employee’s job satisfaction and performance of the institution. The job satisfaction mediates the effect of the two exogenous variable on employee’s performance. The mediating effects of the job satisfaction in mediating the effect of the two variables on employee performance is partial mediation

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know: (1) the influence of the competence to the employee's work engagement (2) the influence of work load on work engagement, (3) the influence of work stress on employee's work engagement (4) the influence of competence to organizational performance (5) on the performance of the organization, (6) the influence of job stress on the performance of the organization (7) the influence of work engagement on the performance (8) the influence of competence, workload and work stress organizational performance through employee work engagement. The object of this research is competence, work load, work stress, employee's work engagement and organizational performance. Data analysis equipment used in research structural equation modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of Amos program. The result of the research shows that the competence, work load, work stress, work engagement and organizational performance, competence influence to work engagement, work load influence to work engagement, work stress influence to work engagement, competence influence to organizational performance, employee also give influence to organizational performance, work stress influence to organizational performance, employee work engagement have positive and significant effect to organizational performance, there is indirect influence of competence, work load and work stress to organizational performance. Because work engagement is partially mediated in mediating competence, workload and job stress on performance, it is advisable to the PUPR leadership if it is to improve the performance of the Dinas it can be done by simply improving the competency, workload and work stress only or also improving the work engagement

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational culture and emotional intelligence on work motivation and its implication on staff performance of Aceh Parliament Secretariat. Population of this study was overall employee who works on the Aceh Parliament Secretariat where were at about 255 employees. This study employed census method. The analytical method used is structural equation modeling (SEM). The results showed that organizational culture has no significant effect on work motivation; however, it effect on staff performance. Emotional intelligence significantly effect on both work motivation and staff performance at the Aceh Parliament Secretariat. Work motivation serves as a partial mediator between the effects of emotional intelligence on the staff performance of the Aceh Parliament Secretariat. The implications of this study, Secretariat of the Aceh Parliament need to improve intelligence capabilities of employees through technical assistance programs respectively

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengaruh pengaruh pemberdayaan karyawan, kerjasama tim, dan pelatihan karyawan terhadap komitmen organisasional Pada Karyawan PT.Perta Arun Gas di Lhokseumawe . Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini seluruh karyawan PT. Perta Arun Gas di Lhokseumawe yang berjumlah 190 orang. Peralatan pengumpulan data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah kuisioner. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah teknik sensus. Analisi linier berganda digunakan sebagai metode analisis untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari semua variabel-variabel yang terlibat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: 1) pemberdayaan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. 2) kerjasama tim berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional. 3) pelatihan karyawan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap komitmen organisasional.

Abstract

The study aims to determine the effect of corporate ethics and employee empowerment on organizational commitment as well as its impact on the organizational citizenship behavior of PT Telkom regional Aceh. The study conducted of 218 employees of the corporate The data collected by questionnaire and then the data is analyzed by statistical means of structural equation model (SEM). The study found that  corporate ethics has a positive and significant effect on the organizational commitment and OCB. In contrast, the employee empowerment has no effect on organizational commitment, but it has a positive and significant effect on OCB. The organizational commitment mediates the effect of corporate ethics and employee empowerment on OCB of the employee of the corporation
