Jurnal Mahasiswa diterbitkan oleh Universitas Sains dan Tenologi Komputer yang bekerjasama dengan Fakultas Studi Vokasi dan Fakultas Studi Akademik Universitas STEKOM. Jurnal Mahasiswa telah rutin menerbitkan jurnal dalam 1-4 edisi per tahun. Karya yang diterbitkan merupakan suatu hasil penelitian orisinil atau tinjauan Pustaka yang ditulis oleh mahasiswa. Abstract

Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah sebagai berikut:Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Kantor Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima. Budaya kerja menurut Triguno dalam Ruliyansa (2018) merupakan hal yang perlu diperhatikan dalam kegiatan atau organisasi dalam membangun prestasi dan produktivitas kerja para pegawai sehingga mengarahkan kepada keberhasilan yang dilakukan dengan kesadaran masing-masing individu. pembagian kerja menurut silalahi (2017) adalah pengelompokkan atau spesialisasi pekerjaan dalam berbagai bidang berdasarkan kepentingan, sehingga setiap individu yang menjadi anggota kelompok kerjasama atau organisasi dapat mengerjakan bidang pekerjaan tertentu sesuai dengan keterampilan yang dimilikinya. Jenis penelitian ini digunakan adalah jenis penelitian asosiatif, menurut Sugiyono (2019) penelitian asosiatif merupakan suatu rumusan masalah penelitian yang bersifat menanyakan antara dua variabel atau lebih.Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu:a. Observasi ,b.Kuesioner ,c.Studi Pustaka Berdasarkan uraian hasil dan pembahasan yang dijelaskan diatas, maka dapat ditarik sebagai berikut:1. Budaya kerja (X1) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima. Berdasarkan uji t di peroleh nilai thitung.2. Pembagian kerja (X2) secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima. Berdasarkan uji t secara parsial nilai thitung.3. Budaya kerja (X1) dan pembagian kerja (X2) secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pegawai (Y) pada Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Bima. Sesuai dengan hasil yang diperoleh nilai Fhitung.

Abstract

This research was conducted at PT. Federal International Finance Group Bima Branch. With the aim to determine the influence of organizational culture on employee morale at PT. Federal International Finance Group Bima Branch. The population in this study are all employees at PT. Federal International Finance Group Bima Branch as many as 76 employees while the sample in this study were 46 employees. Analysis of the data used is the validity test, reliability test, simple linear regression test, correlation coefficient test, test the coefficient of determination, and partial t test. The results of this study are that the organizational culture variable has a significant effect on employee morale at PT. Federal International Finance Group Bima Branch.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan pada PT. Federal international finance group cabang bima. Dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Budaya Organisasi Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance Group Cabang Bima. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan pada PT. Federal International Finance Group Cabang Bima sebanyak 76 karyawan sedangkan sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 46 karyawan. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji regresi linear sederhana, uji koefisien korelasi, uji koefisien determinasi, dan uji parsial t. Hasil penelitian ini bahwa variabel Budaya Organisasi Berpengaruh Signifikan Terhadap Semangat Kerja Karyawan Pada PT. Federal International Finance Group Cabang Bima.

Abstract

The subjects of this quantitative research were employees of PT. Asta Krida RumentangSurakarta. Comprehensive sampling technique from the existing population, namely 54 employees. The research results obtained the multiple linear regression equation Y = -2.242 + 0.902X1 + 0.177X2 + 0.009X3. T test relating to Job Training on PT Performance. For Asta Krida Rumentang, the calculated t value = 30.645 > t table = 2.00 and the significance value is 0.000, so thereis an influence. T test relating to Financial Compensation on PT Performance. Asta Krida Rumentang obtained the results of t = 3.498 > t table = 2.00, so there is an influence. T test relating to career development on PT performance. Asta Krida Rumentang obtained the results of t = 0.251 < t table = 2.00, so there is no influence between career. development on PT performance. AstaKrida Rumentang. The joint test or F test resulted in calculated F = 339.389 > F table = 2.79, and the significance level was 0.000 < 0.05, so there was a joint influence. Obtained for R2 is 0.953 or 95.3%, meaning that together there is an influence between the independent variables, namely Job Training, Financial Compensation and career development on PT Performance. Asta Krida Rumentang was 95.3%, while the 4.7% was influenced by other factors, which were not researched, such as price, brand image and so on.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Disiplin, Motivasi dan Lingkungan Kerja Pada PT JS CORP BOYOLALI, Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan jumlah sampel responden 100 orang karyawan pada PT JS CORP BOYOLALI. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuesioner. Metode pengambilan sampling menggunakan probability sampling dengan teknik simple random sampling, Metode analisis data yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan bantuan software SPSS 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan secara simultan variabel bebas disiplin kerja, motivasi kerja, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap variabel terikat yaitu kinerja kerja karyawan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine how the influence of social media and service quality on purchasing decisions. The population in this study were all consumers at the Beranda Kali angkringan. The strategy used in this study uses an associative research strategy using a quantitative descriptive approach because the research model built is causal. Researchers used a questionnaire as a data collection tool. This research was measured by a Likert Scale with the answers to each instrument item having a gradation from very positive to very negative.

Abstract

Instant noodles are one of the fast food items favored by the public due to their delicious taste, convenience, and quick preparation at an economical price. This research aims to examine and determine the influence of brand image, Korean wave, and brand ambassador on the purchasing decisions of Lemonilo's NCT Dream edition noodles. The research method used is quantitative. Data collection in this study is done through observation and questionnaires. The data analysis method employed includes validity testing, reliability testing, and multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection techniques involve primary data in the form of Likert scale questionnaires and secondary data from literature and previous research. Data analysis is performed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) with the assistance of the smartPLS application. The research results indicate that brand image, the Korean wave, fan loyalty, and brand ambassadors have a positive and significant impact on consumers' purchasing decisions for NCT Dream Lemonilo noodles.

Abstract

The factor that most influences passengers in purchasing goods or services is the price factor, where the cheaper the price offered, the attractiveness of the purchase will increase. Air transportation rates are currently regulated by Law No. 1 / 2009 concerning Lower Limit Tariffs (TBB) and Upper Limit Tariffs (TBA). This is done so that service rates do not fall or soar high. The demand for plane tickets changes every year, it can go up and down at any time. This is caused by the price level which is always changing all the time. Price is one of the factors that influences demand for plane tickets. This research uses quantitative data. The data used in this research was taken based on a questionnaire distributed to passengers at Sultan Babullah Airport in Ternate. The data analysis techniques used are simple linear regression analysis, T test, and coefficient of determination. The research results show that based on the research and data testing that has been carried out, the results on the coefficient of determination value can be concluded that the increase in ticket prices on service user interest at Sultan Babullah Ternate airport is 78%. The remaining 22% was caused by other factors not examined by researchers.

Abstract

Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Airport located in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara is an airport located in Bima Regency, West Nusa Tenggara with IATA code: BMU. Which is managed by the Airport Operator Unit, namely UPT Directorate General of Hubud. Sultan Muammad Salahuddin Bima Airport as an aviation company in Indonesia, apparently has not implemented a risk management system that refers to ISO 31000. This study aims to determine the stages and processes of identifying, analyzing, and evaluating risks at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport based on ISO 31000. This study used descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was done by observation, structured interviews and documentaries. Data analysis used in accordance with the risk management process using the ISO 31000 base, including risk identification, risk analysis, and risk evaluation. Measurement of the likelihood and impact of risk is performed using the FAA matrix. The results of this study are from the results of the author's risk identification of 12 hazards and 12 flight risks at Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport. Risk analysis that the author conducted to obtain risk events that could potentially occur in the Sultan Muhammad Salahuddin Bima Airport unit and the impact caused by these risks. The author's risk evaluation found that 9 risks in the red zone (high) and 2 risks in the yellow zone (medium) and 1 risk in the green zone (low) and requiring treatment or control.
