Abstract

One of the airport service units is Apron Movement Control (AMC). AMC officers have the duties of being in charge of flight operations, monitoring aircraft movements, vehicle traffic, passengers and supervision of cleanliness in the airside area and recording flight data on the apron. Supervision is not only carried out on the movement of vehicles but also carried out on the cleanliness of the apron. The condition of the apron at Mopah Merauke International Airport still often occurs due to negligence by officers such as spills of aircraft fuel on the apron and scattered paper which can have an impact on safety and inconvenience for air transportation users. The purpose of this study was to find out how the AMC unit optimizes supervision of cleanliness on the apron and to find out the obstacles faced by the AMC unit in optimizing supervision of cleanliness on the apron to support flight safety at Mopah Merauke Airport, Papua. This research used qualitative research methods. This research was conducted on March 1 2023 – March 31 2023. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. Researchers directly make observations in the field as well as do documentation. The data analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation, discussion and conclusion. The results showed that optimizing supervision of cleanliness on the apron of Mopah Merauke International Airport is very important to maintain flight safety, increase operational efficiency where AMC officers carry out cleanliness inspections on the apron of Mopah Merauke International Airport once per 1 week, starting from the apron area to the runway area and AMC officers who are on duty on the apron must always pay attention to the apron area every time before the aircraft heads to the taxiway (parking lot) so that there are no FODs. For AMC's obstacles in optimizing supervision of the cleanliness of the apron, namely extreme weather such as heavy rain, strong winds, or flooding and airline officials who are not compliant or do not care enough about trash and FOD.

Abstract

Performance is a very important part of a company, without good performance from all employees, the company's goals are difficult to achieve. This study aims to determine the efforts made by PT. Kokapura in improving the performance of employees of the Check-In Counter and Boarding Gate at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang. This research uses qualitative methods. This research data is obtained from primary and secondary data, The tools used are data collectors with the results of observation, interviews and documentation at the Check-In Counter and Boarding Gate units, observations, interviews and documentation as supporting documents to answer the formulation of research questions, then using data validity tests and finally researchers carry out data analysis techniques consisting of data reduction, Data Presentation and Conclusion Verification. The results of this study show that the first effort made by PT PT. Kokapura Performance is a very important part of a company, without good performance from all employees, the company's goals are difficult to achieve. This study aims to determine the efforts made by PT. Kokapura in improving the performance of employees of the Check-In Counter and Boarding Gate at General Ahmad Yani International Airport Semarang.

Abstract

Aerotropolis Yogyakarta International Airport has huge potential for tourism development, which includes three themes in the region's development, ecotourism, cultural tourism, and adventure tourism, and then developed by reference to the three main pillars of attraction - amenites-accessibility. As for the study, it aims to know about tourism in the Yogyakarta International Airport (yia) region of aerotropolis Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) and the effect people have of developing tourism in the Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) region. The study uses qualitative research methods. By using data collection techniques of observation, interview and documentation. Interviews use semi-structured techniques and data analysis using three techniques which are data reduction, data presentation and deduction drawing. Research shows that the Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) region of aerotropolis Yogyakarta International Airport (YIA) has huge potential for an exciting tourism destination and contributes to economic growth and regional development. The positive effects of developing attractions in the aerotropolis include jobs, bringing revenue to the population, encouraging both tools and infrastructure improvements. Adverse effects on the environment, such as increased air pollution, water, or garbage.

Abstract

Waiting room service at YIA airport is very important for passengers. With good service facilities, good service will be created, so that foreign and domestic passengers will be impressed. For this reason, in serving the needs of the community in air transportation services, it is necessary to pay attention to the service and the provision of maximum facilities. The provision of these facilities is expected to have an impact on passenger satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of domestic waiting room facilities on Yogyakarta International Airport passenger satisfaction and to determine how much influence domestic waiting room facilities had on Yogyakarta International Airport passengers. This research used a quantitative method using a purposive sampling technique. The sample used was 100 respondents, the results of distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who used the domestic terminal waiting room facilities at Yogyakarta International Airport and were measured using the slovin formula. Retrieval of data on the number of samples using a survey with an instrument in the form of a questionnaire. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression, T test and coefficient of determination with the availability of domestic terminal waiting room facilities as the independent variable and passenger satisfaction as the dependent variable which were processed using the SPSS application Version 26.0. The results showed that the t count > t table with a value of 50.871 > 1.661 with a significant level of 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that the influence of the availability of waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport is partially accepted. The percentage based on the coefficient of determination test shows that the R square is 0.964. This means that the effect of the availability of waiting room facilities on passenger satisfaction at Yogyakarta International Airport is 96.4%.

Abstract

Lion air group is an airline that implements the Low Cost Carrier (LCC) strategy which occupies the largest share of the domestic aviation market in Indonesia in 2021 during the co-19 pandemic. The contribution of Lion Air airlines in achieving its target continues to increase so that in this case this research was carried out to find out how Lion Air maintains it. This research uses the literature study method and was carried out from May to June 2023 in Yogyakarta by collecting library data by reading and recording all the important main ideas contained in previous research journal data that have been tested and trusted websites which are then processed as research material. The results of this study are that there are three important factors that underlie Lion Air's success in occupying market share, namely price, flight routes that have many choices and efficiency and a large number of fleets. Of the three factors, price is the most important factor because Lion Air is able to provide the service that its customers want, namely low prices. Lion Air knows that the majority of people have a tendency to choose cheap goods, so this is an opportunity for Lion Air to maintain market share.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether Return on Assets (ROA), Independent Commissioner, and Earning per Share (EPS) have a positive effect on stock prices. The object of the research was conducted at conventional banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018 – 2022. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with a total sample of 145 secondary data in the form of annual financial reports processed based on criteria for the period of the financial year which is available on the website www.idx.co.id. The results of research and descriptive statistical tests using stock price calculations at the end of each year's period show that ROA, Independent Commissioner, and EPS simultaneously have a significant effect on tax law. Partially from the independent variable test, the results showed that the ROA variable had a significant positive effect on stock prices with a p-value Sig 0.041 (probability value less than Sig 0.05) and the EPS variable had a significant positive effect on stock prices with a p-value Sig 0.002. Meanwhile, the Independent Commissioner variable has no significant positive effect on stock prices with a p-value of Sig 0.953 (probability value greater than Sig 0.05).

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of market orientation and innovation on business performance with competitive advantage as an intervening variable (a case study of salted egg UMKM in Brebes district). This study used a quantitative research type with the research sample calculated using total sampling technique and obtained a total sample of 50 respondents. Data collection techniques using a questionnaire. Data analysis used linear regression analysis. Market orientation partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. The research results show that Innovation partially has no effect on business performance in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Market orientation partially has a positive and not significant effect on competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Innovation partially has a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Competitive advantage partially has a positive and significant effect on business performance in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Market orientation using the Sobel model 1 test has a greater effect on business performance through competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency. Innovation in the Sobel model 2 test does not have a greater effect on business performance through competitive advantage in salted egg SMEs in Brebes Regency.

Abstract

Abstract; Nowadays, air transportation has a very vital role, as one of the most important modes of transportation today. Completeness of documents, to prepare safeguards to create aviation safety and security is now very important, even though it seems trivial, this is very important to prepare security and safety for air transportation. It was reported by news.detik.com written by Edward Febriyati in 2016, that Airfast airline faked a flight permit for an MD – 82 aircraft carrying 101 passengers from Cengkareng to Denpasar, Ujung pandang and Timika. Moving on from this problem, the aim of this research is to find out how the supervision of the Region IV Airport Authority is implemented in cases of counterfeiting flight permits for scheduled commercial flights. This research focuses on the Region IV Airport Authority which carries out the task of supervising scheduled commercial flights starting from 7 August to 11 August 2023. The research method used in this research is qualitative. The reason why this research uses qualitative research methods is because the sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data was obtained through interview and observation techniques taken from 3 informants and all of these informants were inspectors from the Region IV Airport Authority, while secondary data was taken from documentation data and equipped with literacy related to the research title. Government supervision of the granting of flying permits by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation is in practice represented by the Airport Authority. In the form of law enforcement related to aviation regulations, the government stipulates Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning Aviation. The results obtained are that the role of the airport authority is very important for the safety and security of national aviation in this region of Indonesia. The airport authority is responsible for granting this permit and if it is dangerous for the company or passengers, sanctions are regulated in Law Number 1 of 2009 concerning aviation. In their supervision, air business entities should be able to comply with and implement the laws and regulations that have been issued by the Directorate of Civil Aviation, which ultimately creates safe and comfortable transportation. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between capital management and labor to increase income, analyze the effectiveness of capital management on income, and analyze the effectiveness of labor management on income in the Tape Ketan and Tape Cassava home industries in Simpang Empat Batulicin District, South Kalimantan. This study uses quantitative data types. Both secondary and primary data were used in this study, with a questionnaire serving as the primary data collection tool. Fifty individuals were randomly selected from the Ketan Tape and Cassava Tape home industry in the Simpang Empat Batulicin District of South Kalimantan. In this study, we used multiple linear regression analysis to look at the data and the F-test, t-test, and R2 statistic to test our hypothesis. Y=2.964+0.424X1+0.544X2+e is the answer to the multiple linear regression analysis. While the F test and t test to calculate the independent variables capital (X1) and labor (X2) have a partial effect on the income variable (Y) of the tape and tapioca home industry in Simpang Empat Batulicin sub-district, South Kalimantan. This study comes to the conclusion that all capital independent variables (X1) and labor (X2) affect the income variable (Y) in the Ketan Tape and Cassava Tape Home Industry in Simpang Empat Batulicin District, South Kalimantan Province, in a way that is both partial and simultaneous.

Abstract

Air transport, including technology that can move a person from one place to another, is essentially air travel. Ownership of aircraft for passengers is usually owned by the airline. Airlines are companies that sell transportation services using air type transportation. In the world of aviation, On Time Performance is an element that can result in consumer loyalty to a service product. Passenger satisfaction is key to building profitable relationships with consumers, to retain and grow and accumulate passenger lifetime value. This research was conducted on August 1 – August 31, 2022, at Citilink airline at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung. The type of research used in this study is descriptive research using a quantitative approach. The population used was Citilink Airlines passengers at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung with a sample taken as many as 85 respondents. data were obtained through questionnaires and processed using Simple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of data processing show a positive influence between On Time Performance on Repurchase Interest in Citilink Airlines at Husein Sastranegara International Airport Bandung with a correlation coefficient of 0.821 with a guarantee coefficient (Koef. Determination) of 67.4%.
