Abstract

This study aims to get information about the influence of discipline, work motivation and compensation to employee performance of development Foundation dynamics Cikarang. This study using quantitative approach conducted in five levels of schools; nursery school, elementary school, junior high school, vocational school and college under Development Foundation Dynamics Cikarang. This study conducted by using the method of the survey with analysis lines in the hypothesis testing. In this study sample size of saturated is 101. research focused on three aspects; discipline, motivation and compensation in the Development FoundationEducation Dynamics Cikarang. The data collected by the questionnaires and analyzed with analysis path. The results of the analysis concluded that (1) there is a direct influence positive discipline to employee performance Ckarang. (2) there is a direct influence positive motivation to employee performance Cikarang, and (3) there is a direct influence positive compensation to employee performance Cikarang

Abstract

This study aims to find a model for building Police Officer’ at Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota to perform optimally. The method used in this studyis explanatory research and SPSS software for Windows version 24. The population in this study was 94 Police Officer’ at Satuan Reskrim Polres Metro Bekasi Kota by using saturated sampling method. Data Variable collected by distributing questionnaires. The number of respondents who returned questionnaire as many as 94. Variable their lack of roots is a an employee (Y ). Variabels free are discipline ( X1 ), motivation ( X2 ) and work environment ( X3 ), while Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y= -1,561+0, 0,547x1 + 0,487x2 + 0,278x3+ e; Rsquare = 0,670, F = 60,893, Discipline is the most dominant factor in employee performance. discipline, motivation and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.The results of employee performance are -1,561, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of -1,561 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category

Abstract

The aim of the research is to evaluative and obtain empirical data about the quality of organizing " capacity building technical guidance of Member of Legislative districts/cities/provinces" organized by UIA-LPPM. The method of study using surveys with the target population is all participants technical guidance 2018/2019 during the period (6 months) that there were 6 times technical guidance activities. Sampling is done in a simple random sample, the amount of 50% of the total activities of the technical guidance, namely: three (3) events from event 6 times technical guidance as many as 86 people. Data analysis using SPSS program with a descriptive analysis. The research results showed that the participants opinion technical guidance provide that the quality of capacity building organization of Member of Legislative districts/cities/provinces " is a great fit with the needs = 25%; appropriate with needs = 69%; fit =; less appropriate = 0% and highly inappropriate = 0 %. The average opinion of the respondents give score = 4.1222 which means the quality of organizing "capacity building technical guidance of Member of Legislative districts/cities/provinces" in accordance with the needs of the participants technical guidance"; this needs to be maintained the quality of its commissioning and when necessary be present again.

Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Compensation, Leadership and Motivation to the employee performance in Water Treatment Plant (WTP) PT. Multi Artha Pratama. This study is a quantitative research method. The sampling technique uses a saturated sampling of 50 employees as respondents. The data analitycal is multiple linear regression. The results showed that Compensation and Leadership have positive affect the performance of the employee while, motivation have significant and positive effect on the variable performance of the employee with a strong degree of correlation. Compensation, Leadership and Motivation jointly and significant positive effection the variable performance of the employee performance. The researchers suggest is that the motivation needs to be higher for the performance of employees in WTP PT. Multi Artha Pratama over rise.

Abstract

The purpose of testing things as follows: 1) to know the differences in craft and entrepreneurship learning outcomes between moodle-based e-learning media using print media. 2) knowing whether there is an interaction between learning media and learning interest in craft learning outcomes and entrepreneurship. 3) craft learning and entrepreneurship results in students who are interested in learning high who use moodle-based e-learning media compared to using print media at high interest. 4) differences in craft and entrepreneurship learning outcomes that use moodle-based e-learning media and print media for low interest students. This study involved 60 samples taken by random sampling technique in the class X almuslim Tambun High School, with the instruments used were test models for learning outcomes and questionnaires for student interest, then processed with SPSS Ver 22 For Window application with ANOVA statistical analysis data processing and Tukey.

Abstract

The Relationship Between Counseling Services and Emotional Intelligence and Learning Achievement in History Studies (Correlation Research for Class XI Students of Serayon 4 Private High School, Bekasi City) Thesis, Jakarta: Master of Educational Technology Study Program, As-Syafi'iyah Islamic Univiersitas. This study aims to determine the extent of the relationship between counseling guidance services and emotional intelligence both individually and collectively with the history learning achievement of students of class XI SMA. This study used a survey method with random random sampling techniques, so that the number of samples from an affordable population was 87 samples. Retrieval of learning outcomes data using learning achievement documents. Then the data analysis technique used descriptive analysis and infrential analysis. Based on the results of data analysis using the SPSS application. 21, the data obtained shows that the data is normally distributed, homogeneous and linear. The average history learning achievement was 82.8, the average Counseling Service was 141.7 and emotional intelligence was 116.8. The results of statistical tests, the guidance and counseling variables have a positive relationship with the history learning achievement of class XI students. This is shown by the accepted research hypothesis as evidenced by the results of data analysis obtained by t count 6.783> t table 1.65 as well as emotional intelligence variables have a positive relationship to historical learning achievement, this is shown by the accepted research hypothesis proven by the results of data analysis obtained t count 6.151> t table 1.65. Then the multiple linear regression equation is = 0.560+ 0.97 X1 + 0.112 X2 This regression equation shows that the relationship between the two variables is positively related to the history learning achievement The conclusion of this research shows 1) There is a positive relationship between counseling guidance services and the historical learning achievement of students of class XI SMA, 2) There is a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and historical learning achievement of students in class XI SMA 3) There is a positive relationship between counseling guidance services and emotional intelligence together with- the same as the history learning achievement of class XI SMA students

Abstract

This study aims to examine : 1) differences in result craft and enterpreneurship who learned with Problem Based Learning model that learned with conventional model, 2) the interaction between the use of learning model and students creativity with the results of craft and enterpreuneurship, 3) the differences in learning craft and enterpreuneurship who learned with Problem Based Learning dan conventional learning on student who have high creativity, 4) the differences in learning craft and enterpreuneurship who learned with Problem Based Learning dan conventional learning on student who have low creativity. In this study, there are two independet variables, namely the Problem Based Learning Model and creativity of students, as well as the results of learning craft and enterpreneurship as the dependent variable. This research method using experimental method to desogn factorial 2 x 2 group design that compare two learning model that Problem Based Learning and conventional learning with creativity of students. The sample used was a student of class XI IPA 2 and XI IPA 3 SMAN 8 Bekasi City with of 78 students. Engineering sample are used is random statified.Based on the hypothesis testing results can be summarized as follows : 1) there are differences in learning craft and enterpreunership class in XI SMAN 8 Bekasi City for a given student group Problem Based Learning and conventional learning, 2) there are interaction between learning modeln and students creativity, 3) result craft and enterpreneurship study who have high creativity in the learning process using Problem Based Learning model are higher than using conventional learning model, 4) result craft and enterpreneurship study who have low creativity in the learning process using Problem Based Learning model are lower than using conventional learning model.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to know the influence of e-learning learning strategy and interest in learning to accounting learning result. This research was conducted at SMK Permata Bangsa Kelurahan Jakasetia, South Bekasi Subdistrict, Bekasi City involving 56 samples taken with random sampling technique to the equivalent class. Instrument used in this research is the accounting test and questionnaire interest in student learning; and the data analysis using two-way ANAVA and Tukey Test. The results of this study obtained: (1) there is a significant difference between the learning outcomes of students who are taught with e-learning learning strategies and expository strategies in which the results of student accounting learning taught by e-learning strategy is higher than the students taught by strategy expository learning. (2) There is an interaction between students who are taught using learning strategies with interest in learning on accounting learning outcomes. (3) This means that the result of group accounting learning which is taught using e-learning learning strategy is significantly higher than that taught using expository learning strategy in students who have high learning interest. (4) While the learning result of student group accounting that is taught using e-learning strategy is same as learning result which is taught using expository learning strategy to students who have low learning interest, influenced by student environment factor and learning design factor in research.

Abstract

Commitment and leadership style both simultaneously and partially on the performance of employees of the National Professional CertificationBoard in Jakarta. The methodology used in this study is the Quantitative Method, a data processing method that explains the influence and the relationship stated by sentence. Quantitative analysis is used to see the causal factors. Abstract

The purpose of this evaluation study is to know the extent to which the quality of library service – UIA inorder to support the learning process for the students of the UIA's next get what information should be improved inthe manifest ' prima ' library services. The object of this research is a student is a student of Strata program S1 in 6(six) faculty (FE, FAI, PEDAGOGY, FH, FST, FIKES) semester 7 (seven) FY 2015/2016 on The Islamic Syafi'iyahUniversity Jakarta (UIA); the number of samples of 84 students. Library service quality evaluation of variablesmeasured using instruments non test by questionnaire.The Data collected is processed and analyzed using descriptive analysis , i.e., Using a central tendency:size: mean, median, mode and size dispersion: score the minimum, maximum, standard deviation score. Theanalysis of statistical data is done with the help of program Excels and 11.5 version SPSS for windowsThe results of research on the quality evaluation of UIA library services can be explained that the average(mean) library service quality score achieved score 59.67 included in categories of "enough". The value of themedian (middle value) score the quality of library services achieve a score 59.0; This gives a meaning that 50%quality of library services show score above 59.0 or above reasonably and 50% of his show score under 59.0 underenough. The value of the mode of 60.0; this indicates that the in General, students give an assessment of the qualityof library services "enough". The lowest score of the quality of service library of 42.0 and highest score achieved,meaning there were 89.0 students who rated lowest 42.0 or "enough" and there are students who rated highest 89.0or "excellent" ,The conclusions of the research library service quality upon evaluative UIA is: 1). In general the quality oflibrary services UIA rated by students in the categories of ' enough '; 2) Assessment of the students in the categoriesof ' enough ' giving opportunities to management library for working to improve the quality of its services for beinga requirement of ' good '; 3) Managing a library to become ' learning resource centre ' among the students andteachers not only required UIA sufficient funds, but also required the managers ' creative and innovative ' inaccordance with the progress of the IPTEKS.
