This study aims to determine 1) The difference in English learning outcomes between training participants who are taught using ICT media and training participants who are taught using textbook media. 2) The effect of the interaction between the use of instructional media and linguistic intelligence on English learning outcomes. 3) Differences in English learning outcomes between training participants who are taught using ICT media and those taught using textbook media for training participants who have a high level of linguistic intelligence. 4) Differences in English learning outcomes between training participants who are taught using ICT media and those taught using textbook media for training participants who have a low level of linguistic intelligence. This study used an experimental model with a 2x2 factorial group design. The population in this study were training participants at the Badiklat Language Training Center of the Ministry of Defense Jakarta, the sample was taken using random sampling techniques, so that the sample was 48 training participants, consisting of 24 training participants for the experimental group and 24 training participants for the control group. Retrieval of learning outcomes data using test instruments and linguistic intelligence using a questionnaire. Based on the results of the analysis using descriptive statistics in the experimental class, the average value was 21.90 while the control class had the average value of 20.80. Then the results of the two-way ANOVA test analysis obtained the p-value of the media variable <0.05 (0.022 <0.05). Furthermore, the p-value of media interaction and linguistic intelligence was obtained <0.05 (0.00 <0.05), the Turkey test obtained p-value A1B1-A2B1 <0.05 (0.00 <0.05), and p-value A1B2-A2B2 <0.05 (0.042 <0.05). The results of the study showed 1) The results of learning English for the group of training participants who were taught using ICT media were higher than for the group of participants who were taught using textbook media. 2) There is an interaction between the use of learning media and linguistic intelligence on English learning outcomes. 3) The learning outcomes of the group of training participants who have high linguistic intelligence who are taught using ICT media are higher than the group of training participants who use textbook media. 4) The English learning outcomes of the group of training participants who have low linguistic intelligence who are taught using textbook media are higher than the group of training participants who are taught using ICT media

This study aims to test: 1) Is there a positive and significant correlation between communication skills and English learning outcomes? 2) Is there a positive and significant correlation between reading interest and English learning outcomes? 3) Is there a positive and significant correlation between reading interest and communication skills, along with English learning outcomes? This research uses survey method withcorrelational technique. Target population in this research is all students of class XI SMK in Bekasi city. Samples taken randomly with Slovin formula, obtained 100 respondents.The instrument used to obtain data through Communication Skills (X1), Reading Interests (X2), and English Learning Results (Y) using the Biserial Point formula (rpbis). Criteria used when the biserial point correlation coefficient rtc>rtabel at the reallevel α equals 0.05 or rhitung> 0.361.This research data is collected, processed and analyzed by using descriptive statistic. So the descriptive statistic in question is describe the data for the dependent variable and Independent variable.The conclusions of this study are: 1) There is a positive and significant correlation between communication skills and English learning outcomes. 2) There is a positive and significant correlation between reading interest and English learning outcomes. 3) There is a positive and significantcorrelation between reading interest and communication skills, together with English learning outcomes.

Research in the world of education is expected to contribute ideas in the development of knowledge, especially the development of quality education process in influencing students in meeting the ability to create blogs in State Junior High School Lemahwungkuk District, Cirebon City. Practically, this research is expected to provide valuable inputs for schools that are the location of research, and other schools that havesimilarities related to the relationship between the use of facebook media and the creativity of student learning with the ability to create a blog. This research is a descriptive analytic survey research at SMP Negeri 3, SMP Negeri 13 and SMP Negeri 15 Kecamatan Lemahwungkuk Kota Cirebon with affordable population of 749 students and analyzed by using correlation analysis and linear regression, both simple linear andlinear double. The results show, firstly, there is no significant positive relationship between the use of facebook media on the ability to create a blog. Second, explaining about the positive relationship that is not significant between students' learning creativity to the ability to create a blog. Third, it was found that there was no significant positive relationship between the use of facebook media (X1) and students' learning creativity simultaneously on the ability to create blog (Y).Based on the above results, this study provides advice to the Education Department of Cirebon City for socialization to the entire community, especially students in the City of Cirebon about how the use of social media is good.

The purpose of this study was to (1) knowing the difference of students studying in science subjects are studied by using individual learning approach that uses the group learning approach. (2) know the interactions between learning approach and the initial capacity of students learning outcomes in subjects science. (3) know the difference results of learners studying in science subjects that have high initial capacity and learning through individual learning approach and the group learning approach (4) know the difference results of learners studying in science subjects with low initial ability and learning through individuallearning approach and the group learning approach. This study uses the method on two classes eksprimen who had treated the class got a treat with eksprimen materials science teach individual approach and the control class received treatment through group learning approach. The data in this study using the test results of 28 studies on learners. The data analyzed in this study is descriptive and inferential. The research concluded that (1) On the whole the results of studying science subjects that students learn with individual learning approach does not provide significant differences in learning results in science subjects students are studying with a group learning approach. This means that the overall approach to learning kemangkusan individual is better than the group learning approach. (2) There is interaction between learning and the ability modeol beginning to learn to appreciate the science lesson. This means that individual learning approach is superior to the group learning approach for students who have a high initial capacity, while for students who have low initial ability is more suited to group learning approach. (3) Learners who have a high initial capacity, individual learning approach to learning results in science subjects better when compared with the results of studying science subjects in the group learning approach. (4) For pupils who have a high initial capacity, individual learning approach to learning results in science subjects better when compared with the results of studying science subjects in the group learning approach.

This research was conducted at Islamic University '45 Bekasi for students majoring in Communication Science semester II of the 2017/2018 academic year with the aim of knowing the effect of blogger-based learning media and student linguistic intelligence on Indonesian learning outcomes. This study used a quantitative experimental method using the True Experimental Design Factorial 2x2. The data analysis technique used is two-way analysis of variance (two-way ANOVA). The affordable population in this study were students of the second semester majoring in Communication Science in 2017/2018. Sampling using saturated samples with simple random sampling technique. A sample of 100 students consisting of 50 students in the control group. Based on the results of the research with two-way Anava, the following results were obtained: 1) The results of learning Indonesian for students using blogger-based learning media were higher than those using power point-based learning media, as evidenced by obtaining Fcount = 27.673> Ftable = 3.072 2) Students 'Indonesian learning outcomes are influenced by the interaction between blogger-based learning media and students' linguistic intelligence, as evidenced by the price of Fcount = 4.265> Ftable = 3.072.3) Indonesian learning outcomes for students who have high linguistic intelligence who use blogger-based learning media superior to those using power point-based learning media as evidenced by the price q0 = 38.429> qt 1.65.4). The results of learning Indonesian for students who have low learning interest who use blogger-based learning media are superior to those using power point-based learning media as evidenced by the price of q0 2013> qt = 1.65. From the findings above, it can be concluded that the learning media of student bloggers affect the learning outcomes of the second semester students of the Department of Communication Studies at the Islamic University 45

Future education requires a pattern of education that is able to prepare generations who are able to face and adapt to the global community. The challenge requires a learning model that guides students to be able to think critically and be skilled in solving problems. This study aims to describe the application of the CoLT model in the learning process and find the superiority of the CoLT learning model to the ability to solve problems and prove whether this collaborative learning model is superior and in accordance with theconditions and characteristics of students in East Kalimantan. The research method of this study was designed using quasi-experimental research methods (quasi experimental) with randomized pretest-posttest kontrol group design and survey methods to obtain qualitative data. The research subjects in this study were high school students of class XI IPS who were in Bontang, Mahulu, Kutai Kartanegara and Samarinda, each of the two classes as the experimental class and the kontrol class, so the total number was 8 classes, with a totalkontrol class of 122 respondents and experimental class 116 respondents. Research results show student response to the implementation of learning with the CoLT Model is very good, it is illustrated by the percentage of pleasure with the learning with a score of 84%, the responsibility in the excellent category is strengthened by the ability to interact with the group is also good, and the end result of the response learning achievement and performance improvement 83%. Based on the results of problem solving skills, class students who learn to use the CoLT model have higher abilities than students in the kontrol class who learn to use direct (traditional) learning models.

The influence of the use of mind mapping learning model and spatial intelligence on the leaning outcomes of Indonesian history. This study aims to examine the differences in Indonesian historical learning using mind mapping learning model is superior to the lecture learning model, This research is using experimental method. The target population of all students of class X SMK Kary Guna Bhakti 1 in the city of Bekasi. Samples taken with multi stage random sampling technique. With this technique, two classes were taken for researchactivities, namely class 10C as experimental class and 10A as control class, from each class of 36 students. Techniques of data retrieval analysis using descriptive and inferential analysis of two-track ANAVA to test the hypothesis followed by Tukey or Schffe test. Testing of statistic prerequisite includes testing normality with kolmogorof smirnof and homogeneity testing using anova one way. The results of statistical tests show that the data of the three variables are normal and homogeneous. The results show that: first, the difference oflearning history of Indonesia by using mind mapping learning model is more superior than lecture learning model. Second, there is the influence of learning model interaction with spatial intelligence to the learning result of Indonesian history. Thirdly, there are differences in Indonesian historical learning outcomes between groups of students with high spatial intelligence superior to those with low spatial intelligence. The conclusion of this research is the use of mind mapping learning model is superior compared to the learning model of students who have high spatial intelligence and the interaction between the learning modelwith keverdasan spsasila tinggigi in improving the outcomes of Indonesian history

Research aims to understand the influence of competence, training and career development simultaneously and partial of the performance of employees PT.Kharisma Potensia Indonesia in Jakarta. The kind of research to research this is explanatory research. The size of the population in this research was 55 employees and The sampling method used is a saturated sampling. Variable free is competence ( X1 ), training ( X2 ) and career development ( X3 ), while variable their lack of roots is a an employee ( y ).Equation of Multiple Linear Regression Y = 0,450+ 0,278x1 + 0,258x2 + 0,402x3 + e; Rsquare = 0,403; F = 11,498, Career development is the most dominant factor in employee performance. Competence, training and career development have a positive and significant influence on employee performance. The results of employee performance are 0.450, If X1, X2, and X3, are considered zero, it will affect employee performance of 0.450 if the 1-5 Likert scale is included in the not too good category.
