<![CDATA[The Human Development Index (HDI) is an indicator that can be used to measure development achievements in the quality of human life, seen from health, education and economic aspects. So these three aspects are important to improve in creating the welfare of the people of a region. In this research, there are at least two factors that can influence the human development index, namely, local original income (PAD) and economic growth. The aim of this research is to analyze local original income (PAD) and economic growth against the human development index (HDI) in Pekanbaru City. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Official Publication of the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of Pekanbaru City, namely Regional Original Income (PAD), Economic Growth and Human Development Index (HDI) from 2018-2023. Based on the results in this research, the research data is then analyzed using the Eviews 13 application and then analyzed in the discussion. So it shows that local original income (PAD) and economic growth have a positive and significant influence on the human development index (HDI).]]>

<![CDATA[Forest and Land Fires orkarhatula is the event of burning forests and/or land, either naturally or by human action, resulting in losses in several sectors of life, including the sectors of life including Ogan Komering Ilir Regency (OKI). This research aims to analyze efforts to control and prevent Karhula in OKI Regency. OKI Regency. The results showed that the factors that caused forest and land fires in OKI Regency are natural problems and the results of human actions that can occur every year, especially in OKI Regency which there is a lot of peat. So that an effective policy is needed to overcome the problem. <![CDATA[This research aims to identify, analyze, and present the crucial role of teachers in enhancing students' religious behavior at Solihuddin School, South Thailand, enriched with Islamic values perspective. The study employs a qualitative approach to explore and describe the conditions at Solihuddin School, South Thailand. Data collection involves interviews, observations, and documentary studies, with the researcher ensuring data validity through triangulation. Data analysis emphasizes steps such as data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Findings indicate challenges in students' religious practices, including reluctance to participate in religious activities and behaviors not in line with Islamic norms. To address this, teachers at Solihuddin School, South Thailand, regularly monitor students to ensure adherence to religious practices and guide them towards behaviors aligned with Islamic values. Teachers deserve respect for their crucial role in imparting knowledge, nurturing spiritual wisdom, and leading the community spiritually. They are valued for their significant contribution to guiding individuals towards understanding and practicing religion appropriately. As influential figures in students' character development, teachers have a significant actor to instill positive moral and spiritual values during the educational process.]]>

<![CDATA[Learning in the digital era has been influenced by the technological revolution, including the use of artificial intelligence (AI). One innovation in this regard is the use of ChatGPT as an AI-based platform to support the writing process. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze recent findings regarding the use of ChatGPT in supporting the writing process, as well as to evaluate the contribution of ChatGPT in improving the quality and efficiency of writing performance in various contexts. The research approach used was a systematic review of recent studies conducted using meta-analysis. The findings of this study show that the use of ChatGPT contributes significantly to improving writing skills, time efficiency, and the creative process of writing. The implication of these findings is the importance of integrating ChatGPT in writing education to broaden and deepen the understanding of language as well as the creative writing process, but it is also necessary to note the limitations and concerns regarding the use of ChatGPT in educational contexts]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to develop a waste pollution module using the Argument Driven Inquiry (ADI) model. The module was developed using the ADDIE development model which consists of five stages, namely analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The validity of this development module refers to the results of validation by validators who are teaching materials experts, material experts and field practitioners. The practicality of this module refers to the results of assessments by users (students). The research results show that the module developed meets validity and practicality. The module validity percentage according to the teaching subject expert validator was 93.26%, the matter expert was 100%, and the field practitioner was 95.12%. The percentage of practicality according to the students responses questionnaires were 80.53%.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the management strategies implemented by companies in increasing competitiveness in the Indonesian e-commerce industry. By using a qualitative approach through literature study or library research, this research utilizes various sources such as scientific journals, books, industry reports, and reliable articles. The results of the analysis show that e-commerce companies in Indonesia are facing increasingly fierce competition challenges due to rapid market growth and the development of digital technology. To survive and excel, companies need to implement management strategies that focus on innovation, human resource management, technology development, and customer experience optimization. Product and service innovation strategies are one of the important keys in attracting and retaining customers. In addition, effective logistics management and the application of data-driven technologies such as artificial intelligence (AI) and big data analytics are supporting factors in improving operational efficiency. The research also finds the importance of strategic collaboration with business partners to create a competitive digital ecosystem. Based on these findings, the study recommends the application of adaptive and future-oriented approaches to ensure long-term competitiveness. This finding is expected to make a practical contribution to managers of e-commerce companies in Indonesia as well as an academic reference for further research.]]>

<![CDATA[The development of a competency-based curriculum is one of the important efforts in preparing students to face global challenges in the modern era. This article aims to examine the importance of curriculum development that prioritizes strengthening student competencies in order to respond to the dynamics of global change. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach to analyze various relevant reference sources related to competency-based curriculum development. Based on the results of the literature study, it was found that the competency-focused curriculum not only emphasizes academic knowledge, but also practical skills that can be applied in various global contexts, such as critical thinking skills, creativity, adaptability, and problem-solving. In addition, this research also highlights the importance of technology integration in learning and collaboration between countries in developing a curriculum that is relevant to global developments. The results of this study provide recommendations for the development of a curriculum that is more flexible, based on industry needs, and able to prepare students for the challenges of an increasingly competitive world of work. In conclusion, the development of a competency-based curriculum is a strategic step to ensure the readiness of future generations to face the ever-evolving global challenges.]]>

<![CDATA[This article examines the role of human resource management (HR) in developing organizations that focus on innovation and creativity. In the midst of the challenges of the ever-changing business world, organizations are required to be able to adapt and produce creative solutions. For this reason, proper human resource management is very important to create an environment that supports innovation. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach through literature study or library research, with the aim of exploring how HR management can contribute to designing innovation-based organizational strategies. The findings of the study show that effective HR management includes the selection of employees who have creative potential, skill development through relevant training, and motivating rewards. In addition, visionary leadership and the ability to create an open and collaborative work culture also play an important role in encouraging the creation of innovative ideas. This study concludes that strategic and integrated HR management can be the main driver in creating highly competitive organizations through continuous innovation and creativity.]]>

<![CDATA[Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis metode syawir di kalangan santri dalam lembaga pondok pesantren. Di Pondok Pesantren Al-Anwar, para santri menunjukkan minat yang sangat besar untuk menguasai pembelajaran kitab fiqih, sehingga hal ini menarik perhatian penulis untuk menggali lebih dalam tentang penerapan metode yang digunakan dalam pengajaran fikih. Penelitian ini menggunakan Field Research, yaitu penelitian kualitatif deskriptif yang bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan penerapan metode syawir dalam pengajaran fiqih menggunakan kitab Minhajul Qowim di Pondok Pesantren Al-Anwar. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Informan yang terlibat mencakup pengasuh, guru, dan santri. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa santri di Pondok Pesantren Al-Anwar Ngrukem telah berhasil menerapkan metode syawir dalam pembelajaran fiqih kitab Minhajul Qowim. Metode ini telah meningkatkan pemahaman santri terhadap materi fikih, terutama dalam mengatasi kesulitan yang santri hadapi sebelumnya. Selain itu, metode ini tidak hanya berfungsi untuk memperdalam pemahaman materi, tetapi juga melatih keterampilan sosial dan berpikir kritis santri, serta membantu santri dalam menangani masalah yang kompleks. <![CDATA[Mengoptimalkan karyawan baru dalam lingkungan kerja yang beragam budaya merupakan tantangan penting bagi organisasi modern. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi peran konseling multikultural dalam meningkatkan adaptasi dan kinerja karyawan baru. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi literatur (library research), penelitian ini menganalisis berbagai sumber ilmiah yang relevan untuk mengidentifikasi strategi efektif dalam konseling multikultural. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konseling multikultural dapat membantu karyawan baru memahami dan menghargai perbedaan budaya, yang pada gilirannya meningkatkan rasa keterlibatan dan kepuasan kerja. Beberapa strategi yang diidentifikasi meliputi pelatihan kesadaran budaya, pengembangan keterampilan komunikasi antarbudaya, dan pemberian dukungan emosional yang sensitif terhadap budaya. Selain itu, penerapan konseling multikultural terbukti mengurangi potensi konflik budaya dan meningkatkan kolaborasi tim. Dengan memahami dinamika budaya yang berbeda, karyawan baru lebih mudah menyesuaikan diri dan berkontribusi secara efektif dalam tim. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa konseling multikultural merupakan alat yang sangat berguna dalam proses onboarding karyawan baru, yang dapat mengoptimalkan potensi mereka dan mendukung pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Direkomendasikan bagi organisasi untuk mengintegrasikan program konseling multikultural dalam strategi pengelolaan sumber daya manusia mereka guna menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang inklusif dan produktif.]]>
