Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital dan media sosial telah membawa perubahan signifikan dalam cara sastra Indonesia diproduksi, didistribusikan, dan dikonsumsi oleh masyarakat. Fenomena ini menimbulkan pertanyaan tentang bagaimana identitas budaya direpresentasikan dalam sastra digital Indonesia yang berkembang di platform seperti Wattpad, Instagram, dan blog sastra. Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi dinamika representasi identitas budaya dalam sastra digital Indonesia dengan menganalisis tema, gaya bahasa, dan konstruksi identitas dalam karya sastra yang dipublikasikan secara daring. Dengan pendekatan analisis wacana dan semiotika, penelitian ini mengkaji bagaimana nilai-nilai budaya lokal bertransformasi dalam ranah sastra digital serta sejauh mana pengaruh globalisasi dan interaksi media sosial membentuk ekspresi identitas budaya dalam teks sastra. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sastra digital tidak hanya menjadi ruang bagi pelestarian identitas budaya, tetapi juga menjadi arena negosiasi dan rekonstruksi identitas yang dinamis, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Representasi budaya dalam sastra digital Indonesia cenderung bersifat hibrida, di mana unsur tradisional dan modern berkelindan dalam narasi yang berorientasi pada audiens global. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa media sosial berperan penting dalam mendukung demokratisasi sastra, memungkinkan berbagai kelompok sosial untuk berpartisipasi dalam produksi dan konsumsi karya sastra. Namun, di sisi lain, tantangan seperti komodifikasi budaya dan homogenisasi makna turut mempengaruhi autentisitas identitas budaya yang direpresentasikan. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi dalam memahami bagaimana sastra digital berfungsi sebagai medium ekspresi budaya di era digital serta implikasinya terhadap perkembangan sastra Indonesia di masa depan.

Abstract

This article critically evaluates the capacity of the United Nations (UN) to respond to genocide allegations in the Gaza Strip during the 2023–2025 period. Amid escalating civilian casualties, systemic infrastructure destruction, and diplomatic polarization, the UN's performance has come under scrutiny for its apparent institutional paralysis and failure to uphold its core mandate under the Genocide Convention and the Responsibility to Protect (R2P) doctrine. Through a qualitative analysis of peer-reviewed literature, UN records, and secondary legal data, this study uncovers three interlocking causes of failure: (1) structural limitations of the Security Council, especially the abuse of veto power by permanent members; (2) selective humanitarianism and geopolitical bias that shape legal interpretation and operational prioritization; and (3) institutional dissonance between fact-finding bodies and enforcement arms within the UN system. The results show that the UN's fragmented and inconsistent response to the Gaza crisis undermines the legitimacy of international legal norms, particularly when compared with its swift and unified response to the war in Ukraine. The study also introduces two novel conceptual tools—procedural latency and diplomatic shielding—to describe the bureaucratic and political mechanisms that inhibit timely action. Policy recommendations include structural reforms to the veto system, enhanced integration between the UNHRC and ICC, and the decentralization of atrocity verification. Without these changes, the UN risks further erosion of its normative authority and global relevance. The Gaza case thus serves as a sobering diagnostic of institutional failure—and an urgent call for global governance reform.

Abstract

Education is not a power struggle or a privileged group, as politicians often do by dividing them by color, party, or ideology. Education is inclusive, global, and transparent. For education to improve, investment in knowledge through human action is necessary, enabling them to understand school management and leadership. To improve schools in the areas of science, advanced skills, and in-depth knowledge, school administrators must understand school management, teacher engagement, financial management, pedagogical management, administrative management, student intellectual growth, and other important government contributions that support the teaching and learning process in schools that focus on qualifications for the national interest within a country. Education is not intended to teach people to behave badly in society, nor is it merely rhetorically transforming society into an intelligent, peaceful, developed, and qualified society. Real action is crucial to demonstrate true quality.

Abstract

This study investigates the student’s utterances during the learning process. This study focuses on some aspects of interference and integration such as: Interference phonolgy, Interference Syntaksis, Interference Morphology and Integration. This research employs descriptive qualitative. The sources of data in this research were taken from 3rd Semester students of French Literature at Halu Oleo University while the data in this research are in the form of utterances. The data is analysed using Jendra (1991:108) theory of Interference and Weinrich (1970:64-65) theory of factors that cause interference. The result showed that from the 8 data, only 2 were exist type of interference, namely Interference phonology and Interference Syntaxis, and 4 data for Integration. Where the factor causes the interference are bilingualism and Carrying out Mother Language Habits.

Abstract

Teori belajar konstruktivistik sebagai pendekatan dalam proses pembelajaran yang menekankan peran aktif peserta didik dalam membangun pengetahuannya sendiri. Teori ini berakar pada pemikiran para tokoh seperti Jean Piaget, Lev Vygotsky, dan Jerome Bruner yang menekankan pentingnya pengalaman, interaksi sosial, dan aktivitas reflektif dalam pembelajaran. Melalui teori konstruktivistik, proses belajar dipahami sebagai upaya individu dalam membentuk makna berdasarkan pengetahuan awal dan pengalaman baru. Makalah ini juga menguraikan kelebihan dan kekurangan teori konstruktivistik serta implikasinya dalam pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Kristen (PAK). Penerapan teori ini dalam konteks PAK bertujuan mendorong peserta didik untuk menggali dan menghidupi nilai-nilai kekristenan secara aktif dan kontekstual, sehingga menghasilkan pembelajaran yang bermakna, dialogis, dan transformatif.

Abstract

E-commerce telah menjadi bagian integral dari ekonomi global, termasuk di Indonesia, di mana pertumbuhannya sangat pesat. Namun, implementasi regulasi e-commerce di Indonesia menghadapi berbagai tantangan dan hambatan yang mempengaruhi efektivitas dan keberhasilannya. Artikel ini mengeksplorasi tantangan utama dalam penerapan regulasi e-commerce di Indonesia, seperti ketidakpastian hukum, perbedaan antara regulasi nasional dan praktik di lapangan. Melalui analisis kualitatif dan studi kasus, artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hambatan-hambatan utama dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk perbaikan regulasi agar dapat mendukung perkembangan e-commerce yang berkelanjutan. Temuan dari studi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan panduan bagi pembuat kebijakan dan pelaku industri dalam mengatasi masalah yang ada.Artikel ini mengkaji aspek hukum dalam perlindungan konsumen pada transaksi e-commerce di Indonesia. Fokus utama implementasi regulasi tantangan dan hambatan nya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yuridis normatif dengan pendekatan analitis-deskriptif, didukung oleh studi kasus pada beberapa platform e-commerce. Artikel ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun regulasi sudah ada, masih terdapat kesenjangan dalam penerapan yang memerlukan intervensi kebijakan pemerintah lebih lanjut.
