Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of multiple intelligences on the language skills of early childhood at RA Raudhatul Jannah, Medan. Multiple intelligences is a concept that states that every child has different types of intelligence, such as linguistic, musical, logical-mathematical, interpersonal, intrapersonal, visual-spatial, kinesthetic, and naturalist. Children's language skills are influenced by the dominant intelligence in them. This study used a descriptive qualitative approach with observation, interview, and documentation techniques on 15 children in group B and three class teachers. The results showed that multiple intelligences have a significant influence on children's language skills. Children who have linguistic, interpersonal, and musical intelligence show faster and more expressive language development than children with dominance of other intelligences. The implications of this study encourage teachers to recognize the potential of children's multiple intelligences and integrate them into language learning.

Abstract

This study aims to reveal teachers’ strategies in identifying and developing multiple intelligences of early childhood students at TK Nurul Muslimin. The main method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, documentation, and field notes during the learning process. The results show that intelligence identification was conducted through naturalistic observation, scheduled recording, and collaborative reflection, while development was implemented through thematic learning integrated with multisensory stimuli for various intelligences. This strategy proved effective in enhancing dominant intelligences and stimulating other potentials. These findings emphasize the importance of holistic and adaptive approaches to early childhood education based on multiple intelligences.

Abstract

This study analyzes the influence of the family environment on students' learning achievement at the senior secondary level, including senior high school, vocational high school and senior high school. The family environment is seen as an external factor that plays a significant role in shaping the character, motivation, learning attitude, and independence of students in undergoing the learning process at school. This study applies a literature study strategy by analyzing various scientific sources such as journals, articles, and previous research results according to the context. The results of the study show that a supportive family environment, characterized by parental attention, good parenting, a conducive home atmosphere, and adequate learning support tools at home, can clearly increase the desire to pursue knowledge, independence, and academic achievement of students. Conversely, a less conducive family environment, such as a lack of moral support, economic pressure, or a lack of interaction time between guardians and children, tends to hinder the improvement of students' knowledge transfer potential. This research emphasizes the importance of collaboration between families and schools to create an optimal learning climate, and underlines the need for more attention to the role of families in supporting students' academic success in the modern era.

Abstract

This article explores and explains the industrialization process that occurred in one of the Vorstenlanden areas, namely Swapraja Mangkunegaran. The industrialization process had a significant impact on the increase in social violence and changes in the landscape of public health understanding in Mangkunegaran. This historical research uses a sociological approach using Michel Foucault's theory of power discourse as its unit of analysis. This article argues that industrialization has significantly impacted efforts to rationalize public health. The process of health rationalization is often seen as having no direct relationship with industrialization. However, this article finds the opposite data, where industrialization goes hand in hand with increasing the rationality of public health awareness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe how the emotional and spiritual approach in Islamic Religious Education can be a strategy to fulfill students' self-actualization in the formation of morals in elementary school environments. This study uses a qualitative method with a library research approach that examines various scientific literature related to the emotional and spiritual approach in Islamic education. Data sources consist of primary literature such as Maslow's theory, Al-Ghazali's thoughts, and the Qur'an and Hadith, and secondary sources in the form of journals, books, and other scientific works. Data were collected through documentation studies, categorized into certain sub-themes, and analyzed using content analysis techniques. Data analysis was carried out descriptively-analystically through three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that the emotional and spiritual approach in Islamic Religious Education learning contributes significantly to the formation of students' morals. Teachers play a role not only as conveyors of material, but also as role models who build a learning atmosphere that touches the hearts and inner awareness of students. This approach encourages positive changes in student behavior, such as increased responsibility, honesty, politeness, and social concern. In addition, this approach also helps students in managing emotions, growing spiritual awareness, and creating strong emotional bonds between teachers and students in a warm learning atmosphere.
