Abstract

The aim of this research is to identify the impact of the pandemic on the workshop business and analyze operational management on workshop growth after the Covid19 pandemic at the JL location. Cirendeu Raya No.2 East Ciputat, South Tangerang Ciputat. This research uses qualitative methods and the main data is obtained through interviews with HRA workshop business owners. Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, HRA Workshop experienced a significant decline in income, and they faced various problems in marketing and sales. However, they are also trying to find marketing alternatives, secure capital and assets, and understand digital technology for promotion.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi komunikasi dan internet yang semakin cepat di era globalisasi saat ini telah membawa perubahan besar dalam budaya dan kehidupan manusia. Media elektronik, terutama e-commerce, telah menjadi sarana komunikasi dan bisnis yang sangat penting. Dalam beberapa dekade terakhir, revolusi teknologi informasi telah mengubah cara kita berbelanja, berinteraksi, dan berbisnis, meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi dalam dunia bisnis yang kompetitif. Perekonomian digital, yang dipimpin oleh e-commerce, telah memberikan dampak signifikan pada peningkatan daya saing produk di Indonesia. Pada tahun 2022, Bank Indonesia melaporkan bahwa transaksi e-commerce mencapai Rp476,3 triliun, menunjukkan pertumbuhan sebesar 18,8% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya. Namun, banyak pelaku usaha lokal masih enggan mengadopsi e-commerce. Survei oleh Badan Pusat Statistik menunjukkan bahwa alasan utama adalah preferensi untuk berjualan secara langsung (offline). Selain itu, sebagian pelaku usaha merasa tidak tertarik atau kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan keahlian dalam berjualan online. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, promosi dalam e-commerce penting untuk menarik pembeli. Namun, promosi bukanlah pendorong utama kepuasan pelanggan. Menurut survei oleh Kadence International, kualitas produk dan pengiriman memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Keamanan berbelanja juga menjadi faktor penting. Tampilan visual dan pengalaman pengguna juga memengaruhi kepuasan pelanggan. Dalam rangka meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi penerapan e-commerce dalam daya saing usaha, pelaku usaha perlu mengatasi hambatan mereka dan fokus pada aspek kualitas produk, pengiriman, keamanan, dan pengalaman pengguna untuk memenuhi ekspektasi pelanggan. Dengan demikian, e-commerce akan menjadi alat yang kuat dalam menjaga daya saing dalam bisnis yang semakin kompetitif di era digital.

Abstract

Pemrograman linier (LP) digunakan untuk mengoptimalkan satu tujuan, tetapi ketika kompleksitas meningkat, pemrograman objektif (GP) dengan beberapa tujuan lebih disukai. Fuzzy objective programming (FGP) menilai tujuan berdasarkan preferensi pengambil keputusan menggunakan fungsi keanggotaan fuzzy. Sebuah studi kasus menunjukkan FGP dapat dikombinasikan dengan pemrograman linier untuk perencanaan produksi perusahaan.

Abstract

Children are the most vulnerable individuals and must be protected with all efforts so that they can grow and develop safely. However, there are tragic cases where children become perpetrators of violence against other children which results in death. The aim of this research is to analyze the legal protection of children as perpetrators of crimes and to analyze the judge's considerations in giving punishment to children in Decision Number 12 of the Special Child Special Affairs Committee. The method used in this research is normative law. The results of this research show that minors cannot receive punishments like those served by adults, this is because there are still many things that will affect them because children are still entering an unstable phase which can be influenced by many factors. The judge's considerations in handing down decisions are based on juridical and non-juridical considerations.

Abstract

The ASEAN Socio-Cultural Community has its main driving elements, one of which is environmental issues. In response to this issue, ASEAN member countries signed the ASEAN Agreement on Transboundary Haze Pollution (AATHP) on June 10 2002, and it officially came into effect in 2013. AATHP is an international agreement between ASEAN countries that focuses on the environment. Indonesia itself only ratified this agreement in 2014, but the AATHP is still not implemented properly due to differences in domestic regulations with the regulations set by the AATHP. The results of this research found that however, looking at the example of the AATHP agreement that has been explained, it can be seen that this AATHP agreement is seen as not having a significant impact. This occurs due to a lack of awareness of the importance of implementing AATHP in each country, low compliance with regulations and awareness of the parties responsible for forest and land fires, in this case Indonesia which is one of the sources of forest fires. environment and public health.

Imports and exports are the two main components in foreign trade, while the exchange rate (exchange rate) against other countries' currencies has a vital role in the competition for Indonesian services and products in the international market. Abstract

After participating in learning activities, students measure and assess their learning ability. This process is verified through testing, and the learning outcomes are expressed in symbols, such as numbers, letters, or sentences that describe the attained learning outcomes. In order to improve students' 21st-century learning abilities in Civic Education subjects in the eighth grade at Bukal Public Junior High School No. 8, two goals of this research are to: (1) describe how 4C skills are implemented; and (2) describe the factors that facilitate or impede the implementation of 4C skills in Civic Education subjects in the eighth grade at Bukal Public Junior High School No. 8. Bukal Public Junior High School No. 8 in Buol Regency is the site of the research. Five students, one civic education instructor, and the principal of the school make up the seven subjects of this study. Qualitative research using a descriptive approach is the research methodology employed. Documentation, interviews, and observation were used to obtain data. The results of the research found in the learning phase are (1) the implementation of 4C skills at Bukal Public Junior High School No. 8, Buol Regency, as follows: critical thinking, for example, when the teacher asks questions to students in class during the learning process, none of them are able to answer the questions. Communication, for example, communication skills in classroom learning, not all students are able to communicate well. Collaboration, for example, students can collaborate with their peers during learning. Creativity, for example, creative skills in student learning are still lacking in creating interesting questions. (2) supporting factors in the implementation of 4C skills are policies related to one of the rules, especially time discipline, and the school strives to utilize all facilities provided by the government and do their best in the classroom learning process.

Abstract

Technology is an entity of objects and non-objects that is created in an integrated manner through human thoughts to achieve a value that can be utilized in human life. Modern technology has made it easier for humans to communicate even in different places. Islam is not an obstacle to technological development, but Islam is part of technological development. Islam plays a role in development today. Islam really appreciates technology, but Islam does not want humans to use technology in the wrong direction. The presence of technology in the perspective of Islamic law brings various benefits, namely as a means of approaching God, as an instrument for spreading Islamic law and as a solution to solving contemporary problems in the current era. Besides having benefits, technology also has benefits, namely distortion of religious information, ablation of traditional religious practices and social isolation.
