Abstract

Tourism is one of the most popular destinations for tourists today, one of the objects and tourist destinations is in Kampar Regency. Kampar Regency is very potential in the tourism sector. Both in the form of historical relics such as the Muara Takus Temple, the Koto Panjang Hydroelectric Reservoir, the Jami Mosque in Kampar District, and many other tourist objects that are quite interesting to visit. However, the problem faced is that there is still limited information to tourists about tourist objects, the current information conveyed from the website and from a blog is very limited. It is hoped that this web-based tourism information system can make it easier for the public to get information about the location of tourist objects in Kampar Regency. The programming language used is PHP Framework Laravel and MySQL as database storage media.

Abstract

Bendera adalah lambang negara yang merupakan simbol-simbol negara bangsa yang berkehendak untuk mewujudkan sebuah cita-cita luhur bangsa menuju sebuah tahapan-tahapan kehidupan yang lebih baik dan semakin baik dimasa yang akan datang. Penelitian ini bertujuan memperkenalkan bendera negara-negara kawasan Asia Tenggara berupa gambar, informasi sejarah dan lagu kebangsaan menggunakan teknologi Augmented Reality dan dapat ditampilkan pada perangkat mobile menggunakan sistem operasi Android.Metode perancangan waterfall merupakan sebuah model pengembangan perangkat lunak yang dilakukan secara sekuensial, dalam satu tahap akan dijalankan setelah tahap sebelumnya selesai dilaksanakan. Dengan metode Marker Based Tracking ini mampu membangun sebuah aplikasi yang berguna untuk seluruh masyarakat Asia Tenggara dalam memperoleh informasi tentang Bendera Negara yang berada di Asia Tenggara dan ditampilkan melalui Smartphone maupun PC dengan menggunakan gambar sebagai media informasi. Aplikasi pengenalan bendera Asia Tenggara dapat berjalan lancar pada smartphone Android dan markers juga dapat mendeteksi sampai jarak 80 cm dan tanpa cahaya lampu 9,25 Lux.

Abstract

This This research aims to determine the rehabilitation process for prostitutes at the PPSKW Mattiro Deceng rehabilitation center and the follow-up of PPSKW Mattiro Deceng towards prostitutes who have completed their rehabilitation period. By using descriptive qualitative research. The research results show that the rehabilitation process at PPSKW takes the form of providing guidance such as skills guidance (catering, cosmetology, sewing), social guidance, mental and religious/spiritual guidance. The implementation process was not optimal because it was influenced by awareness factors, both from PPSKW social workers, PPSKW instructors, and clients. Social workers and instructors do not strictly control the rehabilitation process activities, and clients do not participate in the rehabilitation process optimally. Post-rehabilitation (monitoring/follow-up) at PPSKW Mattiro Deceng was not carried out because the budget for monitoring was not available, but the only budget available was for the rehabilitation implementation process

Abstract

A leader and former chairman and CEO of Xerox Corporation, Anne M. Mulcahy said: Employees who believe that management cares about them as whole people, not just as employees, will be more productive, more satisfied, and more fulfilled. Words that we may have heard often but are sometimes less meaningful to leaders in the company. The results of management attention have a major impact on the final results of employee performance / productivity. The implementation of an efficient and effective organization is a requirement in the era of globalization which is full of competition and limitations in all fields, this reality demands professionalism of employee resources / apparatus in carrying out organizational affairs, however, what is happening now is that the professionalism expected from apparatus resources has not been fully realized. One of the main causes is because there is a mismatch between employee competence and the position they occupy and the mismatch is caused by the composition of employee expertise or skills that are not yet proportional, likewise the distribution of employees still does not refer to the real needs of the organization, in the sense that it is not based on the workload of the organization. The implementation of workload analysis is essentially expected to fulfill the demands of the need to create effectiveness and efficiency as well as adequate professionalism of human resources of the apparatus in each agency and be able to carry out general government and development tasks smoothly based on the spirit of devotion to the community, nation and state. In addition, the implementation of workload analysis can produce a benchmark for employees / organizational units in the division of tasks and carrying out their activities, namely in the form of norms for work completion time, work efficiency levels, and workload and work performance standards, compiling employee formations, and improving work procedure systems and other management. The results of the workload analysis can also be used as a benchmark for: (1) Seeing the level of employee workload whether the conditions are appropriate (fit), excessive (over load), and even or lacking (under load) which ultimately increases work productivity and other steps in order to improve coaching, improvement and utilization of state apparatus both in terms of institutions, administration and personnel. (1) Determining and planning the number of employees (work force planning) for the organization in the future. One thing that may be faced by the Company's management is how to link and match employee productivity with the Company's productivity. It is often experienced that employee productivity is not in line with the Company's productivity, when the Company seems to have not achieved or is still far from the targets set at the beginning of the year while employee productivity results are considered to be productive. Productivity itself is the ability of a person or group of people to produce goods and services within a certain time that has been determined or according to plan, while labor productivity refers to the output that can be produced by a worker, this applies to a company, industry, or economy. In a business, employee work productivity is directly related to company performance, where high employee work productivity will help the company to continue to make a profit and compete with its competitors. Workload analysis that produces Full Time Equivalent (FTE) or the level of employee workload compared to their working hours. This will produce whether employees in their work with the existing daily time (workload) are appropriate, lacking or even overloaded. If the employee's workload is still not fulfilled or under load, of course we can assume that the employee is not yet productive. In this study, an analysis was conducted on the workload in the form of FTE from employees to see the workload of each employee. The final results of this study were obtained: (1) Of the 185 employees, there were 59 employees (32%) in the UNDERLOAD category, 83 employees (45%) who were NORMAL/FIT, and there were 34 employees (18%) who were in the OVERLOAD category, then there were 9 (5%) employees whose FTE had not been measured, because of the new work period. (1) There were 34 employees (18%) who were OVERLOAD so that it needs to be a concern in the future

Abstract

The purpose of developing a web-based e-library application at SMA Kartika Wirabuana XX-1 Makassar is to assist library staff in managing book data, member data, loan data, and return data, which are currently handled manually, by transitioning to a computerized web-based system. Additionally, it aims to facilitate members/visitors in searching for reference materials. The current system in the library of SMA Kartika Wirabuana XX-1 Makassar still relies on manual processes, and the information conveyed is inefficient. As a result, library staff often face difficulties in retrieving member data, book data, loan data, and return data. The methodology used in designing this web-based e-library application follows a prototype approach. The outcome of this e-library application development is a software system that enhances the quality and performance of the library at SMA Kartika Wirabuana XX-1 Makassar. A trial conducted using a questionnaire led to the conclusion that respondents' perceptions of the e-library application quality were positive. This is evident from the total percentage of respondents, with the majority (42.3%) falling into the "agree" category.

Abstract

The advancement of technology has provided convenience in various aspects of life, including medical record administration in clinics. The internet has become a primary necessity that supports web-based information systems to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of healthcare services. In line with this, Klinik Pratama Universitas Pahlawan Tuanku Tambusai faces challenges in patient registration and administrative processes, which are still manually conducted using Excel and paper. To address this issue, a web-based administrative system is needed to optimize human resources, accelerate workflow, and enhance accuracy and patient services. The system is also developed using the Laravel framework. The implementation of this system can improve data recording and management more effectively and efficiently, thereby supporting better healthcare service quality.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian untuk mengukur elastisitas PAD dengan PDRB dan sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan. Pendekatan penelitian kuantitatif, menggunakan metode analisis statistik deskriptif dengan cara menghitung rasio elastisitas PAD tahun 2020-2024. Hasil penelitian, menunjukkan elastisitas dari PAD terhadap PDRB tahun 2024 tumbuh negatif. Hal yang sama terjadi empat tahun sebelumnya, nilai negatif 0.59 elastisitas PDRB dan sektor pertanian, kehutanan dan perikanan elastisitas negatif 5.25. Sehingga lima tahun kedepan, untuk menjaga nilai elastisitas PAD terhadap perekonomian daerah degan cara menjaga nilai gap kontribusi 10% minimal PAD tumbuh positif di Kabupaten Jayapura.

Abstract

Good Corporate Governance (GCG) plays a very important role in creating a transparent, accountable and integrity corporate environment. One of the main objectives of implementing GCG is to prevent corrupt practices and abuse of authority that can harm the company and society. This article discusses how GCG principles, such as transparency, accountability, clear division of authority, and anti-corruption policies, can reduce the risk of unethical actions in organizations. In addition, the role of effective internal and external controls is also key in detecting and preventing abuse of authority. By consistently implementing GCG, companies can enhance their reputation, strengthen stakeholder trust, and maintain corporate sustainability. Through leadership with integrity and a corporate culture that prioritizes ethics, GCG is expected to create a business environment that is clean and free from corruption. This study aims to describe the role of GCG in preventing corruption and abuse of power and provide recommendations to strengthen GCG implementation in Indonesian companies.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh dewan komisaris independen terhadap penerapan Good Corporate Governance (GCG) pada perusahaan sektor non-keuangan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2020–2022. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik purposive sampling, serta analisis data melalui regresi linear berganda. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah proporsi dewan komisaris independen, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah skor GCG yang diperoleh dari laporan tahunan dan laporan GCG perusahaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dewan komisaris independen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap skor GCG. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa peran komisaris independen sangat penting dalam meningkatkan transparansi, akuntabilitas, dan tanggung jawab perusahaan. Penelitian ini juga menegaskan bahwa kualitas dan integritas komisaris independen menjadi faktor penentu keberhasilan penerapan GCG. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan perlu memperkuat fungsi pengawasan melalui peningkatan kapasitas dan profesionalisme dewan komisaris independen.
