Abstract

The purpose of this study was to design and build a website information system for managing incoming and outgoing mail according to current procedures at the Kampar Regent's Office. The system was developed equipped with a unidirectional disposition feature and notification facilities via telegram messages accompanied by a more flexible data format, this system is also equipped with an archive feature that allows the letter search process to be faster when needed, so that the management of letters at the Kampar Regent's Office is more secure, efficient and accurate. The information system discussed in this study is based on a website, this system will be called RACOS (RAPID CORRESPONDECE SYSTEM).The RACOS system was built using the PHP programming language, Laravel Framework and MySQL. For this study, UML (Unified Modeling Leanguage) was used to design applications and the Spiral method in system development.

Abstract

A company cannot grow without the support of its employees as one of its pillars. Therefore, the company needs to recruit potential and talented candidates who can contribute to its success. Skilled employees who can help the company grow and compete with the changing times are now receiving special attention, as recruitment processes that do not meet the company's needs can hinder its development. Hence, a decision support system is needed for the employee selection process. This decision support system utilizes the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Candidates are compared to each other, resulting in a prioritized intensity value that assesses each candidate. This decision support system simplifies the evaluation of each candidate and allows for changes in criteria and weight values. This decision support system is beneficial for facilitating decision-making related to the selection of suitable candidates, ensuring that the company hires the most suitable employees

Abstract

The industrial revolution is currently entering the industrial 4.0 stage where it is experiencing its peak, with the birth of digital technology which is very useful for human life throughout the world. The Industrial Revolution 4.0 is colored by artificial intelligence, super computers, genetic engineering, nanotechnology, automatic cars and innovation. the data used in making anthropometric chairs is secondary data. This data is obtained from research that has been carried out by previous studies using the House of Quality (HOQ) method. The data taken is in the form of sketches and product designs for anthropometric chairs based on the HC-SR04 sensor. Abstract

This research aims to calculate the effect of the condition of the conducting wire on the 275 kV corona power losses in the Kiliran Jao - Payakumbuh area. This calculation aims to obtain the value of the power losses caused by air density and critical voltage. It can be explained that the value of power losses that occur during one year from August 2022 to July 2023 where the value of power losses varies from 4.94 KW/km to 4.23 KW/km. Where in August 2022 the power loss value is 4.49 KW/km, in September 2022 the power loss value is 4.36 KW/km, in October 2022 the power loss value is 4.23 KW/km, in in November 2022, the power loss value is 4.36 KW/km, in December 2022, the power loss value is 4.49 KW/km, in January 2023, the power loss value is 4.57 KW/km, in February In 2023, the value of power loss was 4.57 KW/km, in March 2023, the value of power loss was 4.81 KW/km, in April 2023, the value of power loss was 4.94 KW/km, in May 2023, the value of power loss loss is 4.81 KW/km, in June 2023 the value of power loss loss is .57 KW/km, in July 2023 the value of power loss loss is 4.57 KW/km. Based on the calculation above, it can be concluded that if If the critical voltage value increases, the power loss value will decrease and if the critical voltage value increases, the power loss value will decrease.

Abstract

This calculation aims to obtain the value of power losses caused by the condition of the conductor wire. The research results show that the corona power loss value is affected by the vd value due to good or bad weather, so if the weather is good then the corona power loss value will be low, whereas if the vd value is bad weather then the corona power loss value increases. Where the m0 value used of 0.83 can produce a critical voltage value of 144.77 kV/cm, the m0 value used of 0.84 can produce a critical voltage value of 146.52 kV/cm, the m0 value used of 0.85 can produce a voltage value the critical voltage is 148.27 kV/cm, the m0 value used is 0.86, the critical voltage value is 150.02 kV/cm, the m0 value used is 0.87, the critical voltage value is 151.77. So it can be concluded from the calculation above that if If the m0 value is increased, the resulting vd value will increase, and if the m0 value is decreased, the vd value will decrease.

Abstract

Aplikasi Keamanan Data Rekam Medis menggunakan Algoritma AES (Advanced Encryption Standard) dirancang untuk melindungi privasi dan kerahasiaan informasi medis pasien. Dalam sistem kesehatan modern, keamanan data rekam medis merupakan hal yang penting. Algoritma AES dipilih karena keamanannya yang tinggi dan penggunaannya yang luas dalam sistem keamanan informasi. Aplikasi ini memungkinkan pengguna, seperti dokter dan staf medis, untuk mengenkripsi dan dekripsi data rekam medis dengan kunci rahasia. Enkripsi dilakukan saat data disimpan atau ditransmisikan, sehingga hanya pihak yang memiliki kunci yang dapat mengakses informasi yang tersimpan. Selain itu, aplikasi ini memiliki fitur manajemen kunci yang aman untuk mencegah kebocoran informasi. Sistem keamanan yang kokoh akan diterapkan untuk melindung i kunci dan mencegah akses yang tidak sah. Dalam perancangan aplikasi ini, algoritma AES akan diimplementasikan dengan menggunakan pustaka kriptografi yang tersedia. Aplikasi akan dikembangkan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Flutter dan diuji coba dengan contoh data rekam medis. Harapannya, aplikasi ini dapat memberikan tingkat keamanan yang tinggi, melindungi privasi pasien, dan memenuhi standar keamanan dalam lingkungan kesehatan. Dengan kontribusinya dalam meningkatkan keamanan data rekam medis, aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat menjaga privasi pasien dalam sistem kesehatan modern.

Abstract

The evaluation results with epoch 100 have quite good classification accuracy. The correct accuracy value of the classification is 60% of the test data. In other words, the results of this classification can be said to be good. Compared with the classification accuracy at epoch 100, which is 20-30% of the test data. The model obtained is good. At epoch 400 this model has a better level of accuracy than epoch 100. At epoch 1000 the increase in recognition accuracy for test data increases by 20% so that the recognition accuracy becomes 55-60%. Based on the results of research using the backpropagation neural network algorithm, there are several different levels of accuracy, the training and validation accuracy values ​​are quite good. The researcher's suggestion is to continue this research so that it can produce a more accurate process. The training process is carried out using several epoch values, namely epoch 200, epoch 400, epoch 600, epoch 800, epoch 1000, epoch. The best accuracy obtained during training was 89.3% and validation was 82%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan ingin mengungkap permasalahan Pelayanan Terpadu ( PATEN ) yang ada di Kantor Kecamatan Winongan Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan sistem antrian MANUAL. Dari beberapa informasi yang di himpun dari masyarakat yang mengantri Pelayanan dengan sistem antrian manual kurang efektif dan efisiIen. Sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat yang baik , Instansi Kantor Kecamatan perlu adanya inovasi sistem antrian DIGITAL. permasalahan Pelayanan Terpadu ( PATEN ) yang ada di Kantor Kecamatan Winongan Kabupaten Pasuruan dengan sistem antrian MANUAL. Dari beberapa informasi yang di himpun dari masyarakat yang mengantri Pelayanan dengan sistem antrian manual kurang efektif dan efisiIen. Sehingga untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pelayanan masyarakat yang baik , Instansi Kantor Kecamatan perlu adanya inovasi sistem antrian DIGITAL.. Inovasi merupakan peralihan dari prinsip-prinsip, proses dan praktik-praktik manajemen tradisional atau pergeseran dari bentuk organisasi yang lama ke manajemen modern. Pelayanan Pemerintah kepada masyarakat yang dikenal dengan sebutan pelayanan publik merupakan isu yang sangat strategis karena interaksi antara pemerintah dan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dalam rangka mengetahui Inovasi pelayanan publik. Data yang digunakan yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa inovasi pelayanan publik dengan sistem antrian Digital adalah inovasi conseptual dimana memunculkan paradigma, ide, gagasan, pemikiran dan terobosan baru. Sedangkan inovasi delivery adalah termasuk cara – cara baru atau dalam menyelesaikan masalah, memberikan layanan atau berinteraksi dengan klien untuk tujuan pemberian layanan khusus kepada pelanggan.

Abstract

The success of the teaching and learning process is largely determined by a teacher who transfers knowledge through the learning process, in this case learning strategies are important in the learning process. Many lessons in class are carried out by teachers, lessons that are often used in the learning process include: lecture learning, question and answer learning, discussion learning, assignment learning, demonstration learning, field trip learning, group work (inquiry), learning role playing, dialogue learning, argumentative learning, and story telling. Based on the considerations above, it is necessary to develop a learning method that is able to involve student participation as a whole so that teaching and learning activities are not only dominated by certain students. In addition, through choosing this learning method, it is hoped that the source of information that students receive will not only come from the teacher but can also increase student participation and activeness in studying and reviewing existing knowledge, especially English subjects. Based on the background of the problem above, the title of this classroom action research was formulated as follows: "Improving learning outcomes for speaking English fluently through learning with puzzle games as a medium for fifth grade students at SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA for the 2023/2024 academic year." The results of this research are: How do students' activities in learning using puzzle games media improve learning outcomes in English speaking among fifth grade students at SD YPPGI NOKAPAKA and can learning using puzzle games media improve the understanding of fifth grade students at YPPGI NOKAPAKA Elementary School about providing information in language? English, This research uses a qualitative approach, namely a form of reflective study by the perpetrators of actions carried out to increase rational stability and also uses classroom action research, namely their actions in carrying out assignments and Puzzle Games are a form of game that challenges creativity and memory. students are more in-depth due to the emergence of motivation to always try to solve problems, but it is still fun because it can be repeated.

Abstract

In a small and medium-sized company PT LUM there is a continuous improvement program so that every division in the company needs to make changes. In the IT division they provide added value to the business by building an inventory application called OPNAME. OPNAME is an information system created to inventory the number of existing IT devices, making this application built with Visual Basic. The design of the application in this study was made using the UML method. by making a Software Design Design (DPPL), then followed by the results of the application interface is expected to make this application user friendly and useful for the company. This process is carried out so that with a good period of time and planning so that it can produce a good product as well. The results of this software are expected to contribute to PT.LUM in the future.
