Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Product Quality on Customer Loyalty with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable (Case Study of Students Using iPhone Brand Smartphones at STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi Tutorial Class). This type of research is quantitative descriptive. The sample in this research were IPHONE brand smartphone users, tutorial class students, totaling 32 respondents. The research results show that Product Quality (X) influences the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z). The second hypothesis in this research is rejected, meaning that the Product Quality variable (X) has no effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y), the third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) has an effect on the Customer Loyalty variable (Y). Meanwhile, the indirect influence through the customer satisfaction variable (Z) is smaller than the direct influence on the Customer Loyalty variable. These results indicate that the customer satisfaction variable cannot be a bridging variable or a mediating variable between the Product Quality variable and customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of employee performance appraisal at PT. Deco 100 supermarket Indrapura. The type and approach of the research is field research with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the research and discussion, it can be concluded that the application of assessment to improve the performance of the employees of Deco 100 supermarket Indrapura has been done well. This is to encourage companies to prepare good quality and competent employees. The impact of employee performance appraisal is positive and negative. The positive impact is an increase in better work motivation, an evaluation according to the work standards that have been carried out, there is also feedback on past performance in the form of bonuses. Meanwhile, the negative impact is the imposition of a warning letter, not getting a reward and being able to stop working when making a fatal mistake

Abstract

This research aims to determine the characteristics of student learning styles which consist of visual, auditory and kinesthetic learning styles. The subjects of this research were second semester students of class D in the management study program. The method used in this research is the field study method. Field research is collecting data directly in the field using data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews and documentation studies. The results of the research show that the characteristics of student learning styles in the economic statistics course show that the most dominant student learning style is the visual type learning style. It was explained that 66.93% of students tended to have a visual learning style, 19.77% for an auditory learning style, and 13.30% for a kinesthetic learning style. This shows that the most dominant student learning style is the visual type learning style where students tend to learn by observing things. Students find it easier to remember things they see, like to scribble things that are sometimes meaningless in class, like the lecturer's explanations by showing something. The results of this research also show a combination of learning style characteristics with tendencies towards different learning style characteristics.

Abstract

This Study Aims To Determine "The Effect Of Work Stress And Conflict On Employee Performance With Job Satisfaction As An Intervening Variable (Case Study Of Employees At Panglong Karya Dana)". This type of research used in research is quantitative. The population in this study were all employees at Panglong Karya Dana. Sampling using census technique. The samples taken were 35 respondents. The analytical tool in this study used the SPSS statistical 25 analysis program. Based on the results of the study, it shows that: 1). Job Stress Variable (X1) affects Job Satisfaction (Z), 2). Work Conflict Variable (X2) has no effect on Job Satisfaction (Z), 3). Job Stress Variable (X1) affects Employee Performance (Y), 4). Work Conflict Variable (X2) affects Employee Performance (Y), 5). Job Satisfaction Variable (Z) effects Employee Performance (Y), 6). Job Satisfaction Variable (Z) cannot mediate the relationship of word Stress (X1) to Employee Performance (Y) as an Intervening Variable, 7). Job Satisfaction Variable (Z) cannot mediate the relationship of word Conflict (X2) to Employee Performance (Y) as an Intervening Variable

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of service quality and store atmosphere on customer loyalty with satisfaction as an intervening variable at CV. Istana Mobil. The research method used is a quantitative method using the help of SPSS version 25.00. which is collected from the results of distributing questionnaires to CV customers. CV. Istana Mobil Tebing Tinggi City as many as 96 respondents. The analytical method used in this study is to use an instrument test, namely the validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test is normality test, multicolonearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination (R2) analysis, hypothesis testing, namely T test and path analysis. The results of SPSS in this study are the Service Quality variable (X1) has an effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z), the Store Atmosphere variable (X2) has no effect on the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z), the Service Quality variable (X1) has no effect on Customer Loyalty variable (Y), the Store Atmosphere variable (X2) has no effect on Customer Loyalty variable (Y), the Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) has an effect on Customer Loyalty variable (Y) and path analysis shows that Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) can mediate the relationship between Service Quality variable (X1) and Customer Loyalty variable (Y), and Customer Satisfaction variable (Z) can mediate the relationship of Store Atmosphere variable (X2) to Customer Loyalty variable (Y).

Abstract

Most students only rely on the hope that after finishing college they want to be able to work, not start a business. Because the Indonesian people are more dominant in having the mentality of workers than entrepreneurs, therefore mental improvement is needed so that the Indonesian people can work and be independent through entrepreneurship development. This research was conducted to determine the extent of capital and skills in influencing the interest of STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi students. This study uses a quantitative method approach by using primary data derived from questionnaires which are analyzed using the multiple regression method which is processed in SmartPLS 3. The results of research and discussion on the effect of capital and skills on interest in entrepreneurship it can be concluded that capital and skills have a positive and significant influence on the entrepreneurial interest of STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi where the influence of these two variables is substantial or strong in influencing the entrepreneurial interest of students at STIE Bina Karya Tebing Tinggi.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how work motivation influences the performance of Honda Workshop employees and to find out how work motivation influences the performance of Honda Workshop employees with job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The population in this study were Sei Rampah Honda Workshop employees who used the census method. Because the total population was less than 100, the sample in this study was 45 people. Data collection techniques using literature and questionnaires. The method used is multiple linear regression and path analysis with the help of SPSS 17.00 software. The results showed that the first hypothesis was accepted, meaning that the Work Motivation Variable (X) had a significant effect on the Job Satisfaction variable (Z). The second hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the Work Motivation Variable (X) has a significant effect on employee performance variables (Y). The third hypothesis is accepted, meaning that the job satisfaction variable (Z) has a significant effect on employee performance variable (Y).
