Abstract

The challenges of implementing Islamic Religious Education (Pendidikan Agama Islam-PAI) online learning in universities in the new normal era today necessitates good endurance based on Adversity Quotient (AQ) in students. This research focuses on the efforts of the State University of Malang (UM) to develop the AQ-based endurance dimension possessed by students through PAI online learning. This study composes a critical analysis through a qualitative approach and the type of case study. This research concludes that the dimension of students' endurance can develop through the three academic activities they undertake during the online learning process of PAI, namely: Tafaquh fi Diinil Islam (TDI); Bina Baca Al-Qur'an (BBQ); and Bina Ibadah (BI). In the PAI online learning process, these three activities can empirically frame the axiological framework of developing endurance dimensions for students at the State University of Malang.

Abstract

The study aims to describe the efforts made by Langgar Nurul Istiqomah in maximizing the function of langgar as a means to instill and strengthen the understanding and practice of religious values. This type of research is qualitative and was carried out in the village of Randumerak, Paiton sub-district, Probolinggo district, East Java, precisely in the area of Langgar Nurul Istiqomah. Research data was obtained through the process of observation and in-depth interviews. The research data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique. This study's results showed that the optimization of the breaking function was actualized with various activities every day. There are the study of the books of Safi>nat al-Naja>h, Hida>yat al-Shibya>n, and Taisi>r al-Khala>q; tahlil and marhabanan; tadarus Al-Qur'an; routine worship practices (rutinan); rewards and punishments. The diversity of these activities can ward off the boredom of the students studying. This study suggests that learning houses such as langgar can improvise to liven up an active, intelligent, and fun learning atmosphere by holding various activities

Abstract

The study was on the back of an accelerating at the SMP Al-Ikhlas Tarokan, with the headteacher's leadership who carried out the supervision of Islamic Religious Education. In this case, researchers observe the headmaster's supervised Islamic Religious Education supervision. The problem with this research includes 1) how does the principal practice leadership in carrying out Islamic Religious Education supervision at the SMP Al-Ikhlas Tarokan? 2) how does the principal's leadership practice implication in supervising Islamic Religious Education at the SMP Al-Ikhlas Tarokan? The research method of this study is a qualitative approach. This study's results were: 1) the headteacher's leadership practice of producing Islamic Religious Education supervisions on the Islamic Religious Education at the SMP Al-Ikhlas Tarokan effective. The principal affects his subordinates with a power referent power that uses leadership with a charismatic leadership style. 2) the implication of the principal leadership practice in performing Islamic Religious Education supervision at the SMP Al-Ikhlas Tarokan is quite good.

Abstract

Online learning impacts students' lack of motivation to learn as daily learning is spent in front of the gadget. That causes student saturation, so a way is needed to have a strong motivation in learning. The study aims to determine the use, effectiveness, and impact of ice breaking in online learning of Tauhid courses. Data collection techniques used were in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation. At the same time, the interactive data analysis model technique popularized by Miles and Huberman was used. This research found that the ice breakings used in online learning of Tauhid courses were: ice breaking based on clapping the limbs, ice breaking based on exercise, and ice breaking based on humour. In addition, the use of ice breaking in online learning of Tauhid courses was considered adequate. It also positively impacted more fluid online learning, increased student interest in learning, and pushed student activity.

Abstract

This research is motivated by a cultural reality produced by the life of the Javanese people, especially the Janengan tradition. The Janengan tradition is a Javanese-Islamic traditional musical art by reading the Prophet's prayers in Javanese style. This tradition has grown and developed in North Pontianak. Unfortunately, the people in North Pontianak interpret this tradition as the art of traditional music without knowing the goals and values ​​conveyed directly or explicitly. This research is part of the relevance of the character of the Prophet Muhammad to the Janengan tradition in FAST theory (Fatanah, Amanah, Siddiq, Tablig). This research aims to explore the values ​​of Islamic education in the Janengan tradition, both in terms of implementation and reading texts of the Janengan tradition and their relevance to FAST theory. This research method uses qualitative research with the type of descriptive research. They were collecting data using observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The implementation of the Janengan tradition begins with the opening of the reading of Al-Fatihah, reading the Janengan poetry, and prayer. The five musical instruments used show the five mandatory prayers. The way of sitting in its implementation shows equality in the eyes of Allah SWT; the value of monotheism, the value of worship, and moral values ​​are collected in prayer activities. The poems that are read also have messages and values ​​, namely the value of monotheism, the value of worship, and the value of morals. The Janengan tradition contains the four obligatory nature of the prophets; intelligence-can be trusted-honesty-convey, FAST.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the form of religious culture development based on local wisdom in Tunas Luhur Paiton High School and the factors that influence it. The type of research method used is descriptive qualitative. The subjects in this study were principals and high school teachers. This study found that developing a religious culture based on local wisdom has several forms: the habit of praying in the congregation, use of Islamic attributes, habituation of smiles, greetings, greetings (Senyum, Sapa, Salam-3S), availability of Islamic facilities, and celebration of Islamic holidays. The factors that support religious culture development are motivation and a pleasant work climate.

Abstract

The learning process during the COVID-19 pandemic requires many adjustments, sometimes creating new problems that face immediately. The case arises, so educators make various innovations to support the implementation of the teaching process. This study uses a qualitative approach to understand how the blended learning model at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Islamiyah Nganjuk. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation with data sources from the head of the madrasa, fathers and teachers, students and parents of students. The results explain blended learning effectively because of the availability of internet support facilities, computer laboratories, and ICT lessons taught since 2020. Students and parents also respond positively to the application of limited face-to-face learning by combining online through blended learning. Then teacher help because they can carry out direct interactions with their students even though the limit.
