Abstract

P This study analyzes the Influence of Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership and Audit Committees on the Integrity of Financial Statements in Mining Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2020. Multiple linear regression analysis in this research is used to determine the effect of the independent variables, namely the Independent Commissioner, Institutional Ownership and the Audit Committee on the dependent variable, namely the Integrity of Financial Statements. From the population of 158 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period, using the purposive sampling method, 14 sample companies were obtained and 70 observers passed the criteria. The data used is the annual report of each sample company published through www.idx.co.id. The results showed that the Independent Commissioner had no effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements, Institutional Ownership had no effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements and the Audit Committee had a significant effect on the Integrity of Financial Statements.

Abstract

This study aims to determine "The Influence of Work Efficiency and Work Motivation Performance of PT.Yuri 8 Sejahtera Bekasiā€. The population in this study at PT. Yuri 8 Sejahtera Bekasi of 50 people. The analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistical test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test, simple correlation test, coefficient of determination test, F test and t test. Based on the results of the study where tcount 4.788 > ttable 1.677 and a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, it can be concluded that work efficiency has a positive and significant effect on performance and work motivation variables obtained tcount 1.984 > ttable 1.677 and a significant value of 0.014 <0.05, it can be concluded that work motivation has a positive and significant effect on performance. Based on the simple correlation test value of X1 and Y with an R value of 0.762, it can be concluded that there is a strong and positive correlation between work efficiency performance. strong and positive relationship between work motivation and sales performance. Based on the results of the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.599, it can be concluded that work efficiency and work motivation affect performance with a value of 59.9%, while 40.1% is influenced by other variables.

Abstract

Research on the influence of influencer marketing and price perceptions on buying interest in skincare at Tiktok Shop was made to determine the effect partially or simultaneously using quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires in the form of a Google form to 100 people. The sample in this study are users of the Tiktok application who have bought skincare at the Tiktok Shop in Semarang City. The data analysis technique used to process the data is multiple linear analysis and is equipped with classic assumption tests in the form of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests and is calculated using SPSS 25. This study provides information both partially and simultaneously that the influencer marketing variables and price perception has a significant relationship or influence on buying interest.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze bad debts based on the age of the receivables at PT Kawasan Industri Gresik. The company has two activities in sales activities, namely sales in cash or cash and credit or debt. If it is done in cash then the company does not have receivables from related parties, but if it is done on credit then the company has receivables that need to be billed. If the receivables are not paid, it will cause uncollectible receivables, and where this will affect the company's operational activities. This research method uses descriptive qualitative which aims to provide a representation of the condition of the company which is carried out by observation, documentation and interviews. From the data receivables are analyzed using the age of receivables to calculate the estimate of bad debts. The results showed that uncollectible accounts at PT Kawasan Industri Gresik decreased in the 2019 period to IDR 8,607,000,000, in 2020 to IDR 5,860,000,000 and in 2021 to IDR 3,878,000,000. This has been proven based on calculating the age of receivables using the method reserves in minimizing bad debts and reserves 5% for each aging account receivable that has been determined by the company.

Abstract

Indonesian people play an active role in the world economy. Through the world of banking, all economic actors can realize national development in order to increase economic growth. Economic actors have the ability to use credit facilities provided by banking financial institutions. Therefore, analysis of credit granting procedures is important in credit granting procedures to assess whether a credit application is feasible for approval. The bank, before extending credit, is required to conduct an assessment and analysis of prospective debtors to minimize the occurrence of non-performing loans. This study aims to formulate procedures for granting credit and identify factors that cause problem loans in order to get debtors who meet the criteria of Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The result of this research is that the researchers found a credit analysis procedure to minimize non-performing loans used by Perumda BPR Bank Gresik. The procedure for extending credit is through credit procedural policies, verification of prospective customer data, assessing the feasibility of granting credit, credit analysis. The steps taken by Perumda BPR Bank Gresik to minimize non-performing loans are by analyzing the factors that cause non-performing loans and through credit monitoring.

Abstract

Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) is one of the banking companies whose business scope is narrower than that of commercial banks. This study aims to identify and analyze PD Strategies. BPR Bank Jombang to build quality banking services to create customer satisfaction for the people in Jombang. This type of research uses a descriptive qualitative research approach, the data collection method used is observation and interview method, the data source used is the primary (direct) data source, namely the interview results, while the data analysis techniques used are triangulation or metode which aims to evaluate how the implementation of strategies to support the success of Bank Jombang's marketing to increase customer satisfaction. From the results of this study, it can be concluded PD. BPR Bank Jombang as a banking company based in the region, that Bank Jombang has a considerable opportunity in developing its business. This can be seen from the achievement of a Simarmas Program that is able to attract customers, and customers are also very enthusiastic in the presence of the Simarmas Program.

Abstract

PG. MKBN is one of the sugar factories with the largest capacity in Indonesia. With labor-intensive systematics, employee productivity is an important thing to improve in order to achieve goals and targets. But in reality, the productivity of PG. MKBN employees has decreased over the last 4 years. This research focuses on career development factors and perceived organizational support which are unresolved problems. This research was conducted in PG. MKBN with the aim of knowing the influence, impact, and to what extent it is caused by career development factors and perceived organizational support causing decreased employee productivity, as well as finding solutions for settlement. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used was interview, documentation, and observation with the Head of HR & General PG. MKBN, Employees of HR & General Managers, Permanent Executive Employees 1, and Permanent Executive Employees 2. The results of the data analysis showed that the two factors, namely career development and perceived organizational support , were very influential and had an impact on the level of employee productivity at PG. MKBN. Employees who feel that the implemented career development is not optimal, and have a low level of perceived organizational support will have an impact on reducing employee motivation which causes targets not to be achieved, high levels of indiscipline, difficulty in innovating, and work cycles that do not care about the quality of output which has an impact on the decline in employee productivity at PG. MKBN.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the soundness level of a bank using the risk profile method, good corporate governance, earnings and capital at PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. This research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, namely in the form of financial reports from PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. for five years from 2017 to 2021, 30 company data were obtained. The analysis technique used in this study is to use the risk profile method, good corporate governance, profitability, and capital (RGEC). The results of the analysis show that PT Bank Tabungan Negara (Persero) Tbk. during the 2017-2021 period, it received a fairly healthy predicate (Composite Rating 3).

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work discipline and compensation on employee performance. In addition, this study aims to test the moderation effect of compensation variables in strengthening the influence of work discipline on employee performance. The study was conducted using a sample of 67 employees of the production department at PT. SS Danisa Nusantara. The data analysis method in this study used the SEM-PLS model. The results of the study proved that work discipline has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Compensation has no significant effect on employee performance. The results of moderation effect testing showed that interaction had no significant effect on employee performance. Therefore compensation can be expressed as a moderator homologizer variable, which has the potential to become a moderating variable.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of internal control of the outsourced employee payroll accounting information system and what are the constraints of the internal control of the outsourced employee payroll accounting information system. The data used in this study were obtained from interviews, literature studies, and documentation. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method using data reduction analysis techniques, data presentation, and data inference. The result of this research is that the implementation of internal control of the accounting information system is in accordance with the provisions of the company. Starting from a clear segregation of duties, internal control environment, required supporting documents, accounting procedures, to payment terms. The obstacle experienced by the company was that there had been a discrepancy between the salaries received by outsourced employees and evidence of attendance records in the system caused by errors in the attendance application system.
