Abstract

The purpose of this study is to see how corporate image and service quality affect customer loyalty in pt Wahana logistics. The method the writer USES for research is a quantitative method intended to collect data. The data- collection technique used is primary data which USES a technical questionnaire through Google form. The distribution of the questionnaires as many as 99 samples, the results of this study show that a company's image and service quality are affected by customer loyalty. This research shows that the respondent response index 1. The company brand of PT Wahana Cabang Sumur Batu has predicted value or interpretation score of 4.01 with "good" characteristics 2. The quality of the service to the PT Wahana has a 4.05 value value with a "good" interpretation. 3. Customer loyalty in PT Wahana has a 3.88 score score score score on a "good" category. Beyond the assessments of the respondents' predictions, the results of the validity of the company's image variables, the quality of service and loyalty of customers are greater than the rtables which state that the respondents agree with the statement on the questionnaire.

Abstract

The Impact of Attitude, Motivation and Family Environment on Interest in Entrepreneurship of Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem Campus STIAMI Institute Batches of 2017 - 2020 The research aims to examine the impact of attitudes, motivations and family environment on entrepreneurial interest of Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem campus of the STIAMI Institute batches of 2017 - 2020. The type of this research was associative causal research using a quantitative approach. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire method distributed to respondents and processed using SPSS v26. The data used in this research are Primary data and Secondary data. The population in this research was Business Administration Students at the Pangkalan Asem Institute of STIAMI batches 2017 – 2020. The sample is taken with random sampling method. The sample used was 265 respondents determined by the slovin formula. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of this research show that (1) Attitude has a positive and significant effect on interest in Entrepreneurship 26,5% (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on interest in Entrepreneursip 51% (3) Family Environment has a positive and significant on interest in Entrepreneurship 10% (4) Attitude, Motivation and Family Environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effects on interest in Entrepreneurship 61% and 39% has been influenced by other factors which were not examined by the researcher.

Abstract

This study aims to determine online promotions and prices effects on purchasing decisions on Urban Cactus and Succulent in East Jakarta. The population used in this study is infinite, namely all consumers of urban cactus and succulent products in East Jakarta. The sampling technique used is nonprobability with a sample of 185 samples. Analysis of the data used is a multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistics software version 25. Through quantitative research methods, data collection techniques in questionnaires form, and literature review, this study shows that online promotions influence purchasing decisions by 66.0%. Price also influences purchasing decisions by 68.7%. Thus, online promotions and price affect purchasing decisions at Urban Cactus and Succulent in East Jakarta significantly. They affect the purchasing decision variables simultaneously with a value of 0.747 or 74.7% of which 25.3% is influenced by other factors not examined inthis study.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of product qualities and promotions through social media on buying decisions in Pizza Hut Cempaka Putih, Central Jakarta. The population in this study were all consumers of Pizza Hut Cempaka Putih. This study used a quantitative research by distributing questionnaires to 150 samples of respondents using accidental sampling technique. The data collection technique used is a questionnaire, where each respondent is given 30 questions. The data was tested using validity and reliability tests, which also went through the classical assumption test. Furthermore, the data analysis test was carried out using multiple regression analysis, T-test, F-test, and coefficient of determination. The results showed that based on hypothesis testing using the T test, product qualities and promotions through social media has a positive and significant results on buying decisions. Meanwhile, the results tested using the F-test, indicates that all the independent variables in this study has a significant effect on buying decisions. The coefficient of determination (R2) resulted in 0.469, which means that the effect of product qualities and promotions are 46.9%, while the remaining 53.1% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study

Abstract

The main issue arise from the human resources’ role who participate in stevedoring process and management documents to improve the performance process of transporting goods at the Port. Stevedoring activities are implemented with performance responsibilities. The purpose of this study is to analyze the responsibility role in improving the stevedoring performances at Tanjung Bulek Port (case study of PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO); exploretheobstacles facedby PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO to improve their stevedoring performances; and to inspect the solutions from PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO to tackle the obstacles. From the study results, it can be concluded that the cargo handling process is a stevedoring performance, which including: Ioad/ unload and receiving/ shipping activities. In terms of the responsibility role to improve the human resources' performances in stevedoring process, herein referred to PT. BANDAR KRIDA JASINDO. Stevedore companies only provides services (human resources) for the cargo activities from warehouse to and/or from a ship. They are responsible to load or offload cargo on board at the Port warehouse.

Abstract

This study is prompted by the declining sales number of Tino's potato donuts frozenfood products. This is related to the intense rivalry that existed throughout the pandemic.Therefore, the effort that Tino's potato donuts frozen food product must be made by increasing. The purpose of this study is to see how promotion and price affect purchasingdecisions for Tino's Potato Donuts Frozen Food Products. The studymethod used is a quantitative method. The data collection method is by using in the form of questionnairesand literature. The sample population of this study is theCustomer of Tino's potato donuts frozen food in East Bekasi. The sampling method used in this study is random sampling with the population sampling method. There are 225 samples in all. The Analysis data use multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistic software version 25. The findings showthat promotions and prices have a major impact on purchasing decisions. Promotion and Price affect the Purchasing Decision variable simultaneously with a value of 0.691 or 69.1% of which 30.9% is explained by other factors not included in this study.

Abstract

The study was descriptive quantitative with the purpose of analyzing the factors that affect the purchase decision of Samyang instant noodles at Indomaret Mardani, Central Jakarta. Based on the results of the study, it was found that Product Perception affected the Purchase Decision of Samyang Instant Noodles by 45.5%, the remaining 54.5% was affected by other variables not analyzed in this study. The consumer attitude affected the purchase decision of Samyang Instant Noodles by 39.4%, the remaining 60.6% was affected by other variables not analyzed in this study. The results also indicated that the Product Perception and Consumer Attitude affected the Purchase Decision of Samyang Instant Noodle by 48.2%, the remaining 51.8% was affected by other variables not analyzed in this study.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze how much influence training and motivation have on employee performance at PT. Shopee International Indonesia, South Jakarta. In the current era of globalization, every organization or company competes with each other to show the advantages of their respective companies. Competition that continues to develop today requires companies to be able to survive in the existing competition, as well as develop every quality human resource. In every organization it can be said that one of the most important resources is human. The research method used in this research is descriptive quantitative. sample in this study, employees of PT. Shopee Department of Customer Operations Quality Assurance totaled 75 respondents with probability sampling data taken by random sampling by Taro Yamane. The types of data used in this study were obtained from primary data and secondary data. The data collection method used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used in this study was validity, reliability, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear analysis, F test, T test. Research Results. Partially there is an influence between training and motivation on the performance of employees of PT. Shopee International Indonesia, South Jakarta, it is known from the results of the t-test that the results of t-count > t-table (8.33 > 1.993) then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. Meanwhile, according to the results of the simultaneous F test, the calculated F value is 6.503 with an F table value of 3.12. Thus, it is known that F count > F table, then together or the variables of training and motivation (simultaneously) affect the performance of employees of PT. Shopee International Indonesia, South Jakarta
