Abstract

This study was conducted to analyze the marketing mix strategy of goods at PT Amita Mandiri Setu Bekasi Branch. The method used was descriptive qualitative with the data collection techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the analysis, it is concluded that PT Amita Mandiri, Setu Bekasi Branch, combines elements in marketing that are emphasized on the 4Ps. The product of PT Amita Mandiri Branch Setu Bekasi is bottled drinking water of various sizes and brands. The price offered is affordable for retailers, semi wholesalers with the place in a strategic location on the side of the road. Promotion is carried out directly by word of mouth, and personal selling. PT Amita Mandiri Setu Bekasi Branch also implements STP (segmenting, targeting, positioning) judging from determining the offer, and understanding the needs and interests of customers. In setting a target market, it can be seen from the company evaluating market segments, selecting market segments, and being able to generate customer value, the positioning is from planning a position that can differentiate products from other products but in reality, there is no difference. This is because the company sells the same product as competitors' products. This strategy has succeeded in increasing sales volume, as evidenced by sales volume data in March-April 2022.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of product quality and price on residential product purchase decision at PT Lentera Indonesia Sejahtera North Tambun. The research method used was a quantitative method. The data collection techniques were in the form of questionnaires and literature. The population of this study was consumers who had taken or had a housing credit agreement at the Green Srimahi Residence 2 PT Lentera Indonesia Sejahtera North Tambun. The sampling technique in this study was non-probability sampling with the Census Sample method (saturated sample) with 68 samples. The analysis of the data used was a multiple linear regression analysis using IBM Statistic software version 28. The results showed that, partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the Product Quality variable on Purchase Decision by 63.4%, partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the Price variable on Purchase Decision by 66.3%, partially, there was a positive and significant effect of the Product Quality and Price variables on Purchase Decision by 72.1%, the remaining 29.9% was explained by other variables not examined in this study.

Abstract

The greater the influence of K-wave in Indonesia, the greater the demand for products originating from South Korea. One such demand is on merchandise of K-pop idol groups. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of brand awareness, brand loyalty, and product lines on purchase decisions both partially and simultaneously. The research method used was a quantitative method with data collection techniques in the form of questionnaire distribution. The population in this study were consumers who made purchases at the KpopConnection store in South Jakarta. The research sample consisted of 120 respondents who were selected using a non-probability sampling technique, i.e. incidental sampling, with the Slovin formula. The data obtained were then analyzed using linear regression technique with the help of SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate that partially brand awareness affects purchase decisions by 59.8%, brand loyalty affects purchase decisions by 67.8%, and product lines affect purchase decisions by 59.5%; simultaneously brand awareness, brand loyalty, and product lines influence purchase decisions by 75.1%, with the remaining percentage being the influence of other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The objective of this study is to find out the influence of Rice Production, Price of Oversea Rice and Exchange Rate collectively against importation of rice and the influence of Quantity of Rice Production, Price of Oversea Rice and Currency Exchange Rate partially to the importation of Indonesia Rice year 2015 – 2021. This study used secondary data with quantitative approach. In this study applied simple linear regression and multiple linear regression analysis with use of SPSS 25. Result of Simultaneous Test (F test), identified that Rice Production, Oversea Rice Price and currency Exchange Rate simultaneously influencing Importation of Indonesia Rice.  Result of T Test identified that Rice Production from such output resulted Adjusted R Square in the amount of 0.559, Oversea Rice Price from such output resulted Adjusted R Square in the amount of 0.088 and Currency Exchange Rate of such output resulted Adjusted R Square in the amount of 0.083 influencing not significant negative against Importation of Indonesia Rice.

Abstract

In Indonesia to import goods must meet various procedures and regulations in accordance with the regulations of the Directorate General of Customs and excise under the regulation of the Minister of Finance and the applicable laws so as not to cause harm to the country. Documents required in the process of importation of goods is a document notification of import of goods. The definition of a notice of import of goods itself is a notification document on the import of goods by the importer to Customs and excise based on complementary customs documents in accordance with the principle of self assessment. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the process of making import notification documents and analyze the constraints in the process of making import documents , as well as to analyze the solution to these problems at PT. Tama Samudra Palm. The research method used is descriptive qualitative . The results of research on the effectiveness of the process of making PIB documents and taking goods at PT. palem Tama Samudra there are 3 indicators, namely the utilization of human resources, facilities and infrastructure. In the utilization of human resources is considered less effective or close to effective because there are still some obstacles in the implementation of procedures for making PIB documents, while the facilities and infrastructure are already effective

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine (1) the effect of price on purchasing decisions, (2) the effect of halal labels on purchasing decisions, (3) the simultaneous effect of prices and halal labels on purchasing decisions. This research is a quantitative research that emphasizes on testing theories through measuring numerical variables and analyzing data using statistical procedures. The population in this study included 130 people. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that price affects purchasing decisions among students of the STIAMI Institute (Central Campus, Class 2018). Thus, if the price is increased, there will be an increase in purchasing decisions among students of the STIAMI Institute (Central Campus, Class 2018). The halal label is also a factor that influences purchasing decisions among STIAMI Institute students (Central Campus, Class 2018). Simultaneously, the variables of Price and Halal Label have an influence on Purchasing Decisions among students of STIAMI Institute (Central Campus, Class 2018).

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, brand image, and advertising attractiveness on the purchase decisions for PT Sido Muncul's products. The research method used is a quantitative method, with data collection through the distribution of questionnaires. The research population is consumers who have ever consumed products from PT Sido Muncul, out of which the sample was selected using a convenience sampling technique, which means that respondents were selected randomly, i.e. those whom the researcher accidentally encountered and selected with various considerations, including representativeness of the population and compliance with the requirements in the analysis tool. The collected data was then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques with the help of IBM Statistics software version SPSS 26

Abstract

This study aims to determine the simultaneous effect of inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates on the Rupiah exchange rate in the 2013-2021 period. This research is a descriptive verificative study with a quantitative approach. The population in this study is all data on the monthly series of inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates against the Rupiah exchange rate for the period 2013-2021. The type of data used is secondary data series per month in 2013-2021 which is available and published by Bank Indonesia, Trade Data Unit and the Central Statistics Agency. Data analysis in this study was carried out using the technique of multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this research show that inflation, money supply, and Bank Indonesian interest rates have a significant influence on the Rupiah exchange rate in 2013-2021. The F test found a Sig F value of 0.00 < 0.05 with Fcount > from the Ftable, i.e. 189.5630 > 2.68.
