Abstract

ABSTRACT Sustainable development is a global agenda that requires multi-stakeholder involvement in integrating economic, social, and environmental dimensions. The pentahelix collaboration model—engaging government, business, academia, communities, and the media—has proven to be an effective strategy in accelerating the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). The Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata – Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, KKN-PMM) of Warmadewa University in Kelurahan Tonja, North Denpasar, was designed to implement pentahelix synergy through four main pillars: physical health, mental health, financial well-being, and environmental preservation. The implementation methods included observation, participatory training, mentoring, and joint community actions. The results indicate increased awareness and participation among residents in maintaining health, managing MSME finances through simple bookkeeping, utilizing digital marketing, and actively engaging in environmental cleanliness initiatives. Cross-sector synergy has strengthened social cohesion, encouraged local innovation, and created a sustainable empowerment model. This program contributes theoretically by enriching the literature on pentahelix-based community empowerment and practically by serving as a reference for developing thematic community service programs in higher education to support the achievement of SDGs at the local level. Keywords: pentahelix, sustainable development, community empowerment, KKN-PMM, SDGs.   ABSTRAK Pembangunan berkelanjutan merupakan agenda global yang menuntut keterlibatan multipihak dalam mengintegrasikan dimensi ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Model kolaborasi pentahelix—yang melibatkan pemerintah, dunia usaha, akademisi, komunitas, dan media—telah terbukti menjadi strategi efektif dalam mendorong percepatan capaian Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Nyata – Program Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (KKN-PMM) Universitas Warmadewa di Kelurahan Tonja, Denpasar Utara, dirancang untuk mengimplementasikan sinergi pentahelix dalam empat pilar utama: kesehatan fisik, kesehatan mental, kesejahteraan finansial, dan pelestarian lingkungan. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi observasi, pelatihan partisipatif, pendampingan, dan aksi nyata bersama masyarakat. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan kesadaran dan partisipasi warga dalam menjaga kesehatan, mengelola keuangan UMKM secara sederhana, memanfaatkan pemasaran digital, serta berperan aktif dalam kegiatan kebersihan lingkungan. Sinergi lintas sektor memperkuat kohesi sosial, mendorong inovasi lokal, dan membentuk model pemberdayaan yang berkelanjutan. Program ini memberikan kontribusi teoretis berupa penguatan literatur pemberdayaan berbasis pentahelix serta kontribusi praktis sebagai acuan pengembangan KKN tematik di perguruan tinggi untuk mendukung pencapaian SDGs di tingkat lokal. Abstract

ABSTRACT The development of information technology and social media has changed branding patterns in tourism activities, including in homestay management in Leuwimalang Tourism Village. However, many homestay managers do not yet have the skills to optimally utilize digital media to build brand awareness or a positive image of the tourist village, which can increase the attractiveness of potential tourists. This community service activity aims to improve the digital branding communication capacity of homestay managers in Leuwimalang Tourism Village, Bogor through training in creating engaging, informative, and relevant social media content. The methods used included material delivery, interactive discussions on engaging and informative content concepts, and direct discussions on content creation by homestay managers. The training was attended by homestay managers who are residents of Leuwimalang Tourism Village. The results of this activity indicate that content published on the website and Instagram account needs to be updated with photos of activities that are current, informative, interesting, and consistent in terms of display. In addition, training participants gained an increased understanding of digital branding, photo and video production skills, and the ability to manage social media accounts and websites professionally. In conclusion, this training is effective in increasing the capacity of branding and promotional communication through digital media in homestay management, which is expected to have an impact on increasing tourist visits and the economic sustainability of tourist villages. Keywoards: digital branding, homestay, media sosial, desa wisata, pelatihan   ABSTRAK Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan media sosial telah mengubah pola branding pada aktivitas pariwisata, termasuk dalam pengelolaan homestay di Desa Wisata Leuwimalang. Namun, banyak pengelola homestay yang belum memiliki keterampilan secara optimal dalam memanfaatkan media digital untuk membangun brand awareness atau citra positif desa wisata, yang dapat meningkatkan daya tarik calon wisatawan. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi digital branding pengelola homestay di Desa Wisata Leuwimalang Bogor melalui pelatihan pembuatan konten media sosial yang menarik, informatif, dan relevan. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyampaian materi, diskusi interaktif mengenai konsep konten yang menarik dan informatif, serta diskusi langsung dalam pembuatan konten oleh para pengelola homestay. Pelatihan diikuti oleh pengelola homestay yaitu warga Desa Wisata Leuwimalang. Hasil kegiatan ini menunjukkan bahwa konten yang dipublikasikan di website maupun akun Instagram perlu adanya pembaharuan dengan foto-foto kegiatan yang terkini, informatif, menarik, dan konsisten dari sisi penayangan. Selain itu, peserta pelatihan mendapat peningkatan pemahaman terkait digital branding, keterampilan produksi foto dan video, serta kemampuan mengelola akun media sosial dan website secara profesional. Kesimpulan, pelatihan ini efektif dalam meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi branding dan promosi melalui media digital pada pengelolaan homestay, yang diharapkan akan berdampak pada peningkatan kunjungan wisatawan dan keberlanjutan ekonomi desa wisata. Abstract

ABSTRACT Community Service Program titled “GENBIZ TOUR: Generation Business Tour” was held at SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar with the aim of providing training for students as prospective Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprise (MSME) entrepreneurs. The training focused on three main aspects: improving financial literacy, preparing simple manual financial statements, and developing product marketing strategies through digital platforms. This activity involved students from the Accounting Department as a form of experiential learning. Based on observations, many MSMEs in the creative industry sector still focus on short-term decision-making, which hinders sustainable business development. The lack of structured access to information on financial record-keeping and digital marketing strategies remains a major challenge for MSME owners.The training materials were prepared using secondary data from both established MSMEs and those in the start-up phase. The content covered the importance of financial literacy, manual transaction recording techniques, data entry, and the preparation of basic financial statements such as income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. In addition, participants were trained to utilize digital media to market their products and expand their market reach. The results of the training produced several recommendations: the need to instill financial literacy from an early age through regular and systematic bookkeeping habits, the importance of implementing proper financial records as the basis for accurate report preparation, and the necessity of follow-up training on digital marketing strategies so that MSMEs can adapt and compete in the digital transformation era. Keywords: community service, MSMEs, financial literacy, simple financial statements, digital marketing   ABSTRACT   Program pengabdian kepada masyarakat bertajuk GENBIZ TOUR: Generation Business Tour diselenggarakan di SMK Negeri 2 Denpasar dengan tujuan memberikan pelatihan kepada siswa-siswi sebagai calon pelaku Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM). Pelatihan ini difokuskan pada tiga aspek utama, yakni peningkatan literasi keuangan, penyusunan laporan keuangan sederhana secara manual, serta strategi pemasaran produk secara digital. Kegiatan ini melibatkan siswa jurusan Akuntansi sebagai bentuk pembelajaran berbasis praktik (experiential learning). Berdasarkan hasil observasi, banyak UMKM di sektor industri kreatif masih berorientasi pada keputusan jangka pendek, sehingga menghambat pengembangan usaha secara berkelanjutan. Minimnya akses terhadap informasi yang terstruktur mengenai pencatatan keuangan dan strategi pemasaran digital menjadi tantangan utama yang dihadapi oleh pelaku UMKM. Materi pelatihan disusun berdasarkan data sekunder dari UMKM yang telah berjalan maupun yang sedang dalam tahap perintisan. Materi mencakup pentingnya literasi keuangan, teknik pencatatan transaksi manual, penginputan data, hingga penyusunan laporan keuangan dasar seperti laporan laba rugi, neraca, dan arus kas. Selain itu, peserta juga dilatih untuk memanfaatkan media digital dalam memasarkan produk guna memperluas jangkauan pasar. Hasil pelatihan ini menghasilkan beberapa rekomendasi, yaitu perlunya menanamkan literasi keuangan sejak dini melalui kebiasaan pencatatan keuangan yang teratur dan sistematis, pentingnya penerapan pencatatan keuangan sebagai dasar penyusunan laporan yang akurat serta, dibutuhkannya pelatihan lanjutan mengenai strategi pemasaran digital agar UMKM mampu beradaptasi dan bersaing di era transformasi digital. Abstract

ABSTRACT conducted in Leuwimalang Tourism Village on July 24, 2025, involving 20 homestay owners. The training aimed to enhance participants’ capacity in housekeeping and sanitation according to hotel industry standards, while preserving local cultural values. The training methods included live demonstrations, guided practice, interactive discussions, and education on Guest Reception, Reservation Recording and Administration, Room and Facility Management, Delivery of Local Tourism Information, and Service Ethics Based on Local Wisdom. Evaluation was carried out using both quantitative and qualitative approaches, including pre-tests and post-tests, practical observations, sanitation checklists, as well as interviews and participant satisfaction questionnaires. Quantitative results showed an average increase in participants’ knowledge scores from 56.6% in the pre-test to 84.3% in the post-test, representing an average improvement of 27.7%. Practical observations and sanitation checklists indicated significant improvements in the application of cleanliness and sanitation standards, with 90% of participants meeting the minimum standards in housekeeping. Qualitatively, participants also demonstrated increased awareness of the importance of local wisdom in homestay services and post-pandemic hygiene protocols. This training contributed to improving the quality of homestay services in Leuwimalang Village, which is expected to enhance competitiveness and tourist satisfaction. Continued training and ongoing mentoring are recommended to sustain the capacity development of homestay operators. Keywords: homestay management, sanitation training, local wisdom, community-based tourism, capacity building   ABSTRAK Pelatihan Interaktif Manajemen Layanan Tamu dan Fasilitas Homestay Berbasis Kearifan Lokal di Desa Wisata Leuwimalang dilaksanakan pada 24 Juli 2025 dengan melibatkan 20 pemilik homestay. Pelatihan bertujuan meningkatkan kapasitas peserta dalam aspek housekeeping dan sanitasi sesuai standar industri perhotelan, sekaligus mempertahankan nilai budaya lokal. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan mencakup demonstrasi langsung, praktik terbimbing, diskusi interaktif, dan penyuluhan Penerimaan Tamu (Guest Reception), Pencatatan dan Administrasi Reservasi, Pengelolaan Kamar dan Fasilitas, Penyampaian Informasi Wisata Lokal. Etika Pelayanan Berbasis Kearifan Lokal. Evaluasi dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan kualitatif, termasuk pre-test dan post-test, observasi praktik, checklist sanitasi, serta wawancara dan kuesioner kepuasan peserta. Hasil kuantitatif menunjukkan peningkatan rata-rata skor pengetahuan peserta dari 56,6% pada pre-test menjadi 84,3% pada post-test, dengan peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 27,7%. Observasi praktik dan checklist sanitasi memperlihatkan perbaikan signifikan dalam penerapan standar kebersihan dan sanitasi, dengan 90% peserta mencapai standar minimal dalam aspek housekeeping. Secara kualitatif, peserta juga mengalami peningkatan kesadaran akan pentingnya kearifan lokal dalam layanan homestay dan protokol kebersihan pascapandemi. Pelatihan ini berkontribusi pada peningkatan kualitas layanan homestay di Desa Leuwimalang yang diharapkan dapat meningkatkan daya saing dan kepuasan wisatawan. Disarankan pelatihan lanjutan dan pendampingan berkelanjutan untuk menjaga keberlanjutan peningkatan kapasitas pengelola homestay.. Abstract

ABSTRACTEarly childhood religious education plays a crucial role in shaping children's character, including mastering the hijaiyah letters as a foundation for reading the Quran. In Cikedung Village, limited access to early learning results in some children being unable to recognize the hijaiyah letters properly. This situation prompted university students to participate in community service through the Community Service Program (KKN), which systematically taught the hijaiyah letters. This study employed a descriptive qualitative method with observation, interviews, and documentation techniques to understand the educational role of students in the learning process. The results of the activity showed that students acted as teachers, motivators, and facilitators, presenting creative learning media. The methods used included Iqra', talaqqi, and a playful approach, which proved effective in increasing children's interest and ability to recognize and read the hijaiyah letters. The children's responses were very positive, marked by high enthusiasm, increased discipline, and growing motivation to learn the Quran. Obstacles encountered included differences in children's ability levels, limited time, and a lack of supporting facilities. Nevertheless, this activity succeeded in creating a pleasant learning atmosphere, increasing religious awareness, and fostering community togetherness. Thus, the role of students has proven significant in bridging the gap between teaching staff in rural areas and making a real contribution to improving children's religious literacy.Keywords: Students, Hijaiyah Letters, Community Service, Religious Education, Cikedung Village.ABSTRAKPendidikan agama sejak usia dini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter anak, salah satunya melalui penguasaan huruf hijaiyah sebagai dasar membaca Al-Qur’an. Di Kampung Cikedung, keterbatasan akses pembelajaran dini menyebabkan sebagian anak belum mampu mengenal huruf hijaiyah dengan baik. Kondisi ini mendorong mahasiswa untuk berperan dalam pengabdian masyarakat melalui program Kuliah Kerja Nyata (KKN) dengan mengajarkan huruf hijaiyah secara sistematis. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi untuk memahami peran edukatif mahasiswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa mahasiswa berperan sebagai pengajar, motivator, sekaligus fasilitator yang menghadirkan media pembelajaran kreatif. Metode yang digunakan meliputi Iqra’, talaqqi, dan pendekatan bermain, yang terbukti efektif meningkatkan minat dan kemampuan anak dalam mengenal serta membaca huruf hijaiyah. Respon anak-anak sangat positif, ditandai dengan antusiasme tinggi, peningkatan kedisiplinan, serta tumbuhnya motivasi belajar Al-Qur’an. Kendala yang ditemui antara lain perbedaan tingkat kemampuan anak, keterbatasan waktu, dan minimnya sarana pendukung. Meski demikian, kegiatan ini berhasil menciptakan suasana belajar yang menyenangkan, meningkatkan kesadaran religius, serta menumbuhkan kebersamaan masyarakat. Abstract

ABSTRACT Mulyaharja Tourism Village, located in Bogor City, holds great potential for the development of natural and cultural tourism. However, the use of social media as a promotional tool remains limited. This community service program aims to enhance the capacity of tourism actors and local communities in effectively utilizing social media through training in content creation, digital marketing strategies, and consistent account management. The implementation methods include village potential mapping, social media training, workshops on designing tourism packages, and joint evaluations with participants. The results of the program indicate that although the village’s social media accounts already feature attractive content, consistency in posting and strategic management still needs improvement. With consistent and well-directed use of social media, Mulyaharja Tourism Village is expected to strengthen its tourism appeal while also supporting local economic development Keywoards: Media Social, Training, Marketing   ABSTRAK Desa Wisata Mulyaharja, Kota Bogor, memiliki potensi besar dalam pengembangan wisata alam dan budaya, namun pemanfaatan media sosial sebagai sarana promosi masih terbatas. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas pelaku wisata dan masyarakat lokal dalam memanfaatkan media sosial secara efektif melalui pelatihan pembuatan konten, strategi pemasaran digital, serta pengelolaan akun yang konsisten. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi perencanaan potensi desa, pelatihan penggunaan media sosial, workshop penyusunan paket wisata, serta evaluasi bersama peserta. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa meskipun akun media sosial desa sudah memiliki konten menarik, konsistensi unggahan dan strategi pengelolaan masih perlu ditingkatkan. Dengan pemanfaatan media sosial yang konsisten dan terarah, Desa Mulyaharja diharapkan mampu memperkuat daya tarik wisata sekaligus mendukung pengembangan ekonomi lokal.
