Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher strategies in implementing student religious guidance and to determine supporting factors, obstacles, and solutions to the inhibiting factors of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teacher strategies in implementing student religious guidance. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, with data collection through the following procedures: observation, interviews, and documentation, then the data processing process through three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation (data display) and data verification/conclusion drawing. Research results. Islamic Religious Education teacher strategies in implementing religious guidance at SD Negeri 187 Tompobulu, implementing religious guidance programs through Islamic culture development programs in schools, implementing the policy of Dhuha prayer and Dzuhur prayer programs before students go home, instilling honest and responsible habits, habits and providing examples of good morals, providing moral messages at the end of learning, and guiding adjustments to the school environment. The supporting factors of Islamic Religious Education teacher's strategy in implementing religious guidance for students are support for the Islamic cultural guidance program that has been programmed by the school, good cooperation between the principal and teachers, awareness of teachers who can provide good examples, and the application of religious values ​​​​through habits, and teachers have integrated religious guidance through each subject, so that religious guidance can be implemented well. The inhibiting factors are environmental factors, the development of globalization, internal factors from the students themselves, the lack of optimal support from parents and the community in implementing religious guidance activities carried out by the school. Solutions to these inhibiting factors are the principal and Islamic Religious Education teachers build good communication with parents through WhatsApp groups, teachers and parents are more solid in providing enlightenment to students about the impact of negative influences on the development of science and technology, and implementing good habits as a manifestation of the implementation of school culture in providing religious guidance to student.

Abstract

Students’ mental health is a crucial aspect of educational success, yet it often receives insufficient attention in educational practice. Academic pressure, achievement demands, and learning environment dynamics may significantly affect students’ psychological well-being. This article aims to examine the concept of students’ mental health from the perspective of Islamic educational psychology through a literature study. This research employs a qualitative descriptive approach by reviewing relevant literature, including books, scholarly journal articles, and educational policy documents. The findings indicate that educational psychology views mental health as a psychological condition that enables students to develop optimally, regulate emotions, and adapt effectively to learning environments. Meanwhile, Islamic education emphasizes the balance of physical, intellectual, and spiritual dimensions in shaping students’ personalities. The integration of educational psychology and Islamic education offers a holistic approach to fostering students’ mental health, focusing not only on academic achievement but also on emotional and spiritual well-being. This study is expected to contribute theoretically to the development of Islamic educational psychology and serve as a reference for educators in creating a humane and supportive learning environment.

Abstract

Digital transformation in school administration has become an urgent need to improve the efficiency and quality of educational services. This study was conducted to determine the implementation of innovative strategies in the digitalization of school administration systems as an effort to improve excellent service. This study used a descriptive qualitative research method with a case study research type to explore digital strategies in school administration. In-depth interviews were the step in collecting data at Mts Ibadurrahman Wae Tuo. The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a digital administration system in schools was carried out in response to the needs of parents, the majority of whom are from Generation Z and millennials. This group has a high tendency to access information and services digitally to obtain ease in service. Therefore, the school innovated by developing an administration system that can be accessed digitally as an effort to realize excellent service. The innovation strategies implemented by this institution include the use of digital technology, including the use of a digital attendance management system, the IDN application for tuition payments and student registration, the implementation of online New Student Admissions (PPDB), and the provision of an official website and call center services as a communication medium between the school and parents. The implementation of this digital-based excellent service can run optimally because it is supported by the availability of adequate school infrastructure.

Abstract

Orphans are a vulnerable social group that requires special attention in education, religious guidance, and character development. The loss of parental roles causes orphans to need continuous assistance to grow and develop optimally. Rumah Yatim Al-Hijrah Bone is a socio-religious institution that plays an important role in fostering orphaned children through various educational and social programs. This study aims to analyze the role of Rumah Yatim Al-Hijrah Bone in the development of orphaned children. This research employs a qualitative approach using literature review, observation, and interviews. Data were collected through direct observation of mentoring activities and interviews with administrators and caregivers. The results indicate that Rumah Yatim Al-Hijrah Bone actively contributes to orphan development through formal and non-formal education, religious guidance, character building, and social assistance. These programs have a positive impact on the spiritual, academic, and social development of orphaned children. Therefore, Rumah Yatim Al-Hijrah Bone plays a strategic role in supporting the development and welfare of orphans in Bone Regency.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of educational management in realizing the school’s vision (a study at SMP Negeri 2 Cina). The main problem of this research is how educational management is implemented in realizing the school’s vision. The sub-problems are: (1) How is educational management implemented at SMP Negeri 2 Cina, Bone (2) What is the contribution of the implementation of educational management in realizing the school’s vision at SMP Negeri 2 Cina, Bone. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of educational management in realizing the school’s vision is carried out through activities in each work unit so that they can be well organized toward the same goals. This includes allocating resources, planning and implementing programs, and directing groups of people to work together through planning, organizing, implementation, and supervision. These efforts facilitate the learning process, support the development of school activity programs, the preparation of plans and programs for quality improvement, and the evaluation of their implementation. The application of existing systems in accordance with the school’s expectations enables the learning process to run effectively and efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the problems faced by non-madrasah students In learning Arabic using a literature review method. Extensively, the existence of Arabic in the world of education is very significant with its recognition as an international language by the United Nations (UN). However, the learning experience of non-madrasah students is crucial. The results of this study indicate that the problems faced by students are linguistic barriers, psychological factors, and social aspects that influence their learning process. Linguistic barriers include difficulties in language rules and vocabulary. Psychological factors include anxiety and lack of self-confidence, and social aspects include social isolation and community support play a significant role in their learning experience. This study recommends the development of relevant and varied learning materials, the implementation of interactive teaching methods, and ongoing psychological support. These findings are expected to make a significant contribution to the development of Arabic curriculum and teaching practices that are more inclusive and responsive to the learning needs of non-madrasah students.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of parents in encouraging creativity in early childhood through play activities at home. Creativity is a crucial aspect of child development, influencing critical thinking, problem-solving, and self-expression. Parents, as the first educators in the family environment, play a central role in providing spaces and activities that support the development of children's creativity. Using a qualitative approach, this study employed in-depth interviews with parents of early childhood children and observations of parent-child interactions during play activities at home. The results indicate that parents who actively engage in children's play can create a stimulating environment for the development of creativity. Types of play that involve imagination, exploration, and creativity, such as role-playing and art, have been shown to be effective in enhancing children's creative abilities. Furthermore, sufficient time and the quality of parental interaction during play also positively influence the development of children's creativity. This study provides recommendations for parents to better understand the importance of play activities in supporting children's creative development and offers concrete strategies for creating more creative play activities at home. The results also provide insights for early childhood educators in designing programs that involve families to support children's creativity more holistically.

Bone.The type of research conducted in this thesis is descriptive qualitative approach with verifikatif, which means research that intends to describe the situation and events in the sense accumulates basic data are the descriptive i.e. urgency strategies teachers manage classroom learning effectiveness against PAI at SMU Negeri 1 China Excl. The Chinese Government Bone.From the results of the analysis and discussion of the research that the teaching and learning process at SMU Negeri 1 China Excl. The Chinese Government. Bone went smoothly because of the power his tutor had been complying with the rules and methods in teaching and learning. While the urgency of managing class teacher strategies against the effectiveness of learning PAI at SMU Negeri 1 China is very urgent in PAI learning, so it is the responsibility of the teacher in the learning of PIE it is desirable so that programs can be running smoothly.
