This paper examines the subject of salvation based on the book of Ephesians chapter 2: 5,8-9. Why talk about the subject of salvation, because this subject is one of the most important points of the Christian faith and often causes fundamental differences among Christians because of the different interpretations of the biblical passages related to this subject, as well as differences in theology. Therefore the authors are interested in conducting research on this subject with a literature study approach, specifically thematic hermeneutics based on the Book of Ephesians as well as from the writings of experts. Through the literature research that has been done, it can be concluded that Salvation for believers is a gift from God and based on faith. Salvation is not a human effort but because of God's initiative in Jesus Christ. Therefore, believers must be grateful for God's work of salvation in Jesus Christ by doing various good deeds in response to Salvation as a very valuable gift from God for the people who believe in Him.

The natural wealth that is stored in the sea is so extraordinary that it is not surprising that humans often share the wealth that is in the sea and take marine products in order for humans to try to make ends meet and to reveal the standard of living and human welfare. The Special Servant at GMIM is an ecclesiastical position whose vocation begins with the election, then is followed by self-determination, confirmation and giving. This election is believed to be an action or an effort by the church to realize the pattern of ministry and g overnment of Christ (christocracy) by selecting certain people. Special servants have a big service responsibility, which is to give themselves fully in service as a form of response to God's call as a serving leader. Service commitment is needed in the service of elders and shamas and to balance the secular work that has been undertaken so far. Special servants as wise persons know how to divide their time between ministry and daily work.

Work as a farmer is interpreted as an activity to earn a living daily and as the most realistic way of life in a rural environment. Actually, rural areas have the potential for abundant natural resources, but they have not been fully utilized. The development of potential natural resources and human resources is still very minimal. The two resources must support and complement each other. The reality is that some churches only want to see themselves without caring about every problem the congregation has in managing family finances. The fact that exists in church life is that there are still various complaints and struggles from church members regarding the economic condition of the congregation to manage natural resources and finances in order to obtain wealth that can be used to meet present and future needs and to support service programs in the church.

The rise of various denominations around the world has an impact on the land of Minahasa, where most of the congregations are part of the ministry of the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa. There are various strategies employed by various denominations to influence the thinking of church members. GMIM congregation members have not escaped other denominational strategies of "stealing the sheep" but by employing unbiblical ways of influencing church members. This was done by the Seventh-day Adventist Church (GMAHK). The influence of the GMAHK teachings that took unethical approaches resulted in some church members in the scope of the GMIM ministry who were rebaptized by being immersed and some did not want to eat pork anymore and some did not have activities on Saturdays but at worship times on the day Sunday. The presence of new schools that offer new teachings also makes the church have to be extra hard to deal with all of them. The Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa, which in the course of its church history to land the Gospel until it stands alone, cannot be separated from so many problems both from the natives (Minahasa people) themselves and from within the church itself which in the end also has little influence on the thinking thoughts that exist in the internal community of GMIM.

The reality that exists within the scope of GMIM's ministry is that there are still those who override the importance of the gospel being preached as a power of faith for all family members and that starts from family worship as a forum to accommodate every personal and family struggle, and build personal relationships with God and fellow family members. Therefore, an openness is needed for each family member so that the life that God wants becomes even more real to witness to many people in the preaching of the gospel.

Transformation is a change that has taken place totally in this case, both in terms of essence and form. Reformation is a reneval to restore it to its original position. True transformation is change. Transformation is not the same as modivication, because modification only changes the surface, but not the contents. Transformation is dynamic and depends on the vision and mission of an institution, such as the Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa (GMIM) as the context. Although etymologically the transformation and reformation are very different, but both of them influence each other. Transformation does not occur without reform. Transformation moves forward and dumps its original essence, depending on the context. The Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa (GMIM) has stepped up. The highest synod assembly has taken ecclesiological decision to change ecclesiology. The Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa is a church that has a vision from God and a mission that is driven by the power of the holy Spirit, it must be flexible but firm in its stance to realize the task of calling the church. The Church will not disband and die with various waves of criticism an dissatisfaction as a result of an ecclesiastical decision, but will instead continue to be strong and grow. The Evangelical Christian Church in Minahasa is no longer local but has changed to National and Global.
