This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use and security on the consumptive behavior of OVO users in medan cities. The research method uses quantitative research with an associative approach. The population in this study was all OVO users in medan with a sample of 100 respondents where sampling with purposive sampling technique. The primary data used were obtained from respondents through questionnaires distributed with google forms while secondary data were obtained with literature studies. The data analysis methods used are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of the study conducted showed that the perceived ease of use (X1) and safety (X2) variables had a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Perceived ease of use and security variables also simultaneously influence consumptive behavior (Y). The coefficient of determination test showed that there was a relationship between perceived ease of use and safety to consumptive behavior with an R value of 0.514.

One of the factors that affect employee performance is the Work From Home (WFH) work system and work discipline, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota is a public legal entity that implements the WFH policy during 2021 to 2022, In the implementation of WFH there is a problem, namely the decline in target achievement in 2021. This study aims to analyze how the influence of WFH and work discipline on the performance of employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota. The effect of WFH and work discipline was analyzed simultaneously and partially on employee performance. The form of research used is quantitative research with an associative approach. The sample in this study used a saturated sample where there were 50 respondents who were sampled. The data analysis method used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results showed that WFH and work discipline had a positive effect partially or simultaneously on employee performance. This means that the better the WFH work system and work discipline, the better the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Medan Kota.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work discipline and work supervision on the work productivity of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, North Medan Branch. Then the next goal is to find out the effect of work discipline and work supervision together on the work productivity of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan North Medan Branch. The form of research used is a quantitative method with an associative approach involving 42 employees as the research sample. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection used is a questionnaire using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used instrument test of reliability validity, classical assumption test and hypothesis test using multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS.The results of the research conducted indicated that work discipline and work supervision have a significant effect either partially or jointly on the work productivity of employees at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, North Medan Branch by 79.0%. This means that the behavior of work discipline and work supervision that is owned by employees is sufficient to explain their work productivity, the higher the behavior of work discipline and the better work supervision, it will increase work productivity.

Slowing economic growth increased the number of unemployed. One solution to this problem is to create new jobs through entrepreneurship. Education should be able to play a role in increasing the number of entrepreneurs in Indonesia. However, the low interest of students in entrepreneurship tends to make students educated, but unemployed after graduating from college. Creating graduates who have knowledge, interest, and entrepreneurial spirit is an important responsibility for universities. This study aims to analyze how the influence of self-efficacy and locus of control on entrepreneurial interest in North Sumatra University students. This study uses a quantitative method involving 100 respondents as the research sample. Sampling was done through a purposive sampling technique. Collecting data using a questionnaire distributed to respondents via google form. The methods used for data analysis are validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that the variables of self-efficacy and locus of control significantly and simultaneously affect the interest in entrepreneurship. The influence given by the variable self-efficacy and locus of control contributed 17.4% to the variable interest in entrepreneurship.

The description of the execution of village financial management and the adoption of the principles of good governance is the goal of this study. The location of the research is at Wanguk Village, which is located in the Anjatan District of the Indramayu Regency. The research approach utilized in this investigation is known as qualitative descriptive research. According to the findings, village financial management consisted of the following five stages: planning in accordance with the medium-term work plan and the work plan of the village government; budgeting, the output of which was in the form of village income and expenditure budgets; implementation and administration; reporting that was submitted to the regent every semester; and good accountability to the community and the district head at the end of each fiscal year. Regarding the application of good governance in the administration of village finances in Wanguk Village, viewed from the perspectives of accountability, transparency, and responsiveness, while it has been operating, it is not yet functioning at its full potential.

The Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office is the focus of this investigation, and its purpose is to determine how organizational culture might contribute to the enhancement of public service. The type of study that is carried out is known as qualitative research, and the data gathering methods that are utilized include observation, interviews, and documentation. The personnel of the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office who were directly involved in the provision of public services were the ones that participated in the research. Using qualitative analytic approaches in conjunction with the Miles and Huberman models, the collected data were evaluated and interpreted. According to the findings of the research, the organizational culture that currently exists in the Tourism Office of the Sukabumi Regency has an impact on both the level of performance and the quality of the public services that are offered. An organizational culture that is positive and has character causes employees to have high motivation and enthusiasm in providing good and satisfying public services to the community. In addition, a strong organizational culture also influences the attitudes and behavior of employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. This study recommends that the Sukabumi Regency Tourism Office need to improve a positive organizational culture and character by strengthening the values of honesty, professionalism, cooperation, and good public service.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the status of women inside Indonesia's political parties and organizations. This study will analyze the profile of women's representation at the management level and candidate positions in elections using a qualitative approach and a descriptive method. Specifically, the study will focus on the United States. According to the findings of the survey, the percentage of women holding candidate roles remains dismally low, despite the fact that a number of political parties have taken steps to boost the number of women working in management positions. This research also demonstrates that there are institutional and cultural barriers that limit women's presence in politics. Some examples of these constraints include gender stereotypes, conventional female duties in the home, and restricted access to political resources. The implication of this finding is that political parties need to increase their efforts to increase the representation of women at all levels of leadership and promote gender equality in politics. This research contributes to the political representation literature and provides insights for policy makers and political practitioners on how to increase the representation of women in political parties in Indonesia..

To deal with children who are related to the law, of course, all parties must be actively involved and contributive. There is also a need for synergistic integration between psychology and law to make the best decisions for children. If a child with ABH is forced to undergo trial, then moral support from the surrounding environment and positive stimulation is needed to rehabilitate the child's behavior for the better. Thus, between parents and the state have the same portion to jointly handle children in conflict with the law. This study uses descriptive analytical research specifications with analytical methods using normative qualitative methods, while the results of this study explain that children who commit criminal acts or Children in Conflict with the Law (ABH) cannot be handled only from a legal perspective which ends in court and prison consequences. However, it must also be seen from the surrounding environment that causes children to commit these criminal acts. Because basically children are still psychologically unstable and cannot think carefully about the consequences of their bad deeds. If a child is in trouble with the law, then based on the Child Protection Act, the police should still use the principles of restorative justice and discretion to deal with ABH properly and optimally. Children have rights that are specifically different from adults because of their unstable physical and mental conditions. In many cases, children need special treatment and protection, especially against actions that could be detrimental to their development and that of society. Children need other parties such as family, society, government and the state to support the natural growth and development of children.

In the Lebakwangi District Office, the purpose of this study is to investigate how different styles of leadership influence the level of employee work discipline. In order to achieve high levels of efficiency and productivity in the working environment, work discipline is an essential component that must be present. In the meanwhile, a leadership style that is effective can help to build a culture inside a company that is conducive to good work discipline. This study takes a quantitative approach and employs the survey method in its data collection. According to the findings of this research project, the work discipline of employees working in the Lebakwangi subdistrict office is impacted by the leadership style of their superiors. It is believed that the findings of this research will be able to provide management and leaders in the Lebakwangi District Office with recommendations that will assist in enhancing employee work discipline by increasing the number of successful leadership styles. The repercussions of this study are anticipated to provide a constructive contribution to efforts to increase the level of organizational performance and to realize the objectives that have been established.

The aim of the study was to find out the systematic explanation of communication between teachers and students in increasing learning motivation at SDN Gumuruh 8 Bandung City. The research method uses a descriptive-qualitative approach with a qualitative research type, data collection is done through in-depth interviews and informant reporting methods, and data analysis consists of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and inference. will be used. The results of the study show that organized communication between teachers and students motivates learning through direct (face to face) and indirect (through the media) communication at SDN Gumuruh 8 Bandung City. The supporting element in organizational communication is the existence of effective interaction with students which motivates learning. This includes, for example, developing lesson plans, appropriate instructional media, overcoming difficulties faced by students during the learning process, and carrying out work assessments to then improve the communication process between teachers and students.
