Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role played by political parties in providing political education to generation Z (Gen Z), which is the younger generation born between 1996 and 2012. Political education has an important role in forming a comprehensive and critical understanding of political processes. , democracy, and the rights and obligations of citizens. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive approach. The results of the study show that the role of political parties in providing political education can be done by building political participation, encouraging critical thinking, mobilizing active participation, providing space for discussion, and building political awareness. The strategies for realizing this role include utilizing digital technology, building online communities, holding educational events, collaborating with youth communities, providing space for representatives of generation Z, and using issue-based campaigns.

Abstract

Good public services are an important element in efforts to realize sustainable development and improve the quality of life of the community. Organizational culture has a crucial role in shaping attitudes and behavior in providing effective and efficient public services. This study aims to analyze the role of organizational culture in improving public services in Luragung District, Kuningan Regency, West Java. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of the study show that organizational culture to improve public services in Luragung District can be carried out with good interaction and communication, commitment to working time, and a culture of complementing public service facilities and infrastructure. This research also found several challenges that needed to be faced, such as low employee competence and capacity, lack of organizational skills, lack of awareness and commitment to public services, and lack of adaptability to change.

Abstract

The government as a state implementing agency must strive for health insurance for every citizen, so that every citizen truly gets the right and protection to be healthy, as stipulated in Law Number 40 of 2004 concerning the National Social Security System. In fact, many residents complain about being rejected by the hospital when they are seeking treatment using BPJS services. The purpose of this study was to find out the reasons for the hospital's refusal of patients participating in the Social Security Administering Body (BPJS), and to find out the form of legal protection for BPJS Health's accountability regarding hospital refusal to the BPJS program participant community. The method used in this study is descriptive analytical with a normative juridical approach. The results of the study stated that there were cases of refusal from several hospitals to patients in terms of providing emergency services, this arrangement was explained in the RI Minister of Health. Number 1 of 2012 concerning the Individual Health Service Referral System. Rejection on purpose or in room mode has violated the MoU with BPJS as well as Law no. 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS. All patients must be accepted and served properly, no rejections. According to Law Number 24 of 2011 concerning BPJS, private and government hospitals are prohibited from turning away patients or asking for advance payments as regulated in Article 85 of the health Law. As for the suggestions that the author wants to convey, it is necessary to carry out more socialization to the community so that they can use BPJS Health properly. By taking into account the aspects of liquidity, solvency, prudence, security of funds, and adequate results and there should be strict sanctions for refusal of hospitals that are BPJS Health partners and addition of hospitals that are BPJS partners

Abstract

According to the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 23 of 2014 concerning Regional Government it is stated that City and Regency DPRD Secretaries are led by a City and Regency DPRD Secretary who is appointed and dismissed by decree of the Regent or Mayor with the approval of the Chairperson of the regency/city DPRD after consulting with the faction leaders. In accordance with statutory provisions in Cimahi City, West Java Province, one of which is the Secretary of the Cimahi City DPRD, must be able to provide as much assistance as possible to the leaders and members of the Cimahi City DPRD. in fulfilling its duties Providing Council services and synergizing working relations between the executive and the legislature to create an enabling environment. Planning, reviewing and coordinating formulating DPRD leadership guidelines, advancing the administration of all work units, organizing court cases and making minutes of meetings held by DPRD, maintaining and developing rules of conduct, and organizing administration and secretariat for DPRD regional representatives. the city council of the legislature is safe. The DPRD Secretariat in carrying out its main tasks and functions is always influenced by the strategic environment, conditions, situations, circumstances, events and influences that surround and influence the development of the achievement of organizational goals. The strategic environment is structured in the form of the organization's internal environment consisting of two strategic factors, namely strengths and weaknesses, and the organizational environment consisting of two strategic factors, namely opportunities and threats. Abstract

Employee performance within an organization is significantly impacted by two crucial factors: work motivation and the work environment. When employees possess high levels of motivation and operate within a favorable work environment, their positive influence on the organization becomes evident, leading to the attainment of organizational goals. The objective of this research is to comprehensively analyze the influence of work motivation and work environment on employee performance at PT Usaha Digdaya Muncul Bali. In this study, there are three main variables under consideration: work motivation (X1) and work environment (X2) as independent factors, and employee performance (Y) as the dependent factor. The research methodology employed is quantitative in nature. The outcomes reveal that work motivation yields a significant and positive impact on employee performance. Moreover, job satisfaction is found to have a noteworthy positive influence on employee performance, both when considered individually and when examined in conjunction with other factors. The combined effects of work motivation and work environment are substantial, contributing to approximately 57.0% of overall employee performance. However, it's important to note that the remaining 43.0% of employee performance is influenced by other variables that have not been explored within the scope of this study.

Abstract

This study aims to find out the meaning of the message in a song "Inner Speech" by Yura Yunita. This study uses Rolland Barthes' semiotic theory. In a communication, meaning means understanding that objects not only carry information, but also constitute a structured system of signs. Based on the book Culturan and Communication Studies, the core of Barthes' theory is the idea of ​​two orders of signification consisting of denotation, connotation and myth (Fiske, 2007). Yunita uses descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is document study, that is, data acquisition is achieved through tracing various sources which are predicted to contain the data needed in this study. The researcher did not conduct interviews with related parties because in Semiotics documents in the form of song lyrics will be analyzed in depth based on the interpretation of the researcher using Rolland Barthes' Semiotics analysis technique. The results of this study indicate that the lyrics of the song Tutur Batin by Yura Yunita contain several messages of optimism, confidence, hope and others

Abstract

The goal of this study is to look at the elements that influence employee performance at the PT Bank BNI Pejompongan consumer credit processing center division. Work discipline, the work environment, salary, and work ability are examples of these factors. The current study is a descriptive and correlational study, and the statistical analysis method used was the coefficient of determination, which was completed with SPSS version 25.0. According to the findings, the variable "Work Discipline" had an effect on Employee Performance, while the variable "Work Environment" had an effect on Employee Performance, the variable "Compensation" had an effect on Employee Performance, and the variable "Work Ability" had no effect on Employee Performance. Employee performance is influenced by elements such as work discipline, work environment, compensation, and work ability all at the same time.

Abstract

The implementation of an Electronic-Based Government System (SPBE) in Regional Government is aimed at realizing efficient, effective, transparent and accountable work processes, as well as improving the quality of public services. In order for the implementation of SPBE to run according to its objectives, its implementation needs to be regulated based on the principles of Good Governance. This research uses descriptive analysis as a research method, using a qualitative approach and the research results explain that the implementation of good governance can realize people's aspirations in achieving the goals and aspirations of the nation and state. So it is necessary to develop and implement a clear and real system of participation, transparency and accountability so that the implementation of SPBE in Regional Government can take place in an efficient, successful, clean and responsible manner. Apart from that, innovation in implementing SPBE also provides opportunities to realize policy directions and strategies in order to produce faster, better and cheaper supervision systems, government administration systems and public services. On the other hand, regional governments also need to transform government paradigms and processes by integrating planning services, budgeting services, procurement services and electronic-based performance management services. This will create an HR culture for ASN employees who are able to think creatively, systemically, have a global perspective, have a high work ethic, are able to manage strategic environmental changes, and provide proactive services in accordance with community needs.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how the public policies made by the Indonesian government overcome the existing poverty phenomenon. Poverty is one of the fundamental problems that arises in every country, especially in Indonesia. The problem of poverty seems to be very urgent to be addressed by various parties. In plain view, the condition of poor people can be seen from those who cannot fulfill basic needs, have limited sources of income, do not have basic facilities and infrastructure, such as adequate housing, the quality of the environment is slum and uninhabitable. This research uses descriptive analysis as a research method, using a qualitative approach and the research results explain that poverty is one of the fundamental problems that is the center of attention of all parties. Until now, the Central Government and Regional Governments are still facing complex and multidimensional poverty problems. The difficulty of solving the problem of poverty is because poverty is a complex problem related to various dimensions, including social dimensions, cultural dimensions and even structural dimensions. The problem of poverty is emphasized more on the quality of life and income distribution. Poverty is a problem that requires overcoming and a systematic, integrated and comprehensive approach to meet the burden and fulfill the basic rights of citizens through inclusive, just and sustainable development to achieve a dignified life.

Abstract

The ability to create teamwork is determined by one's leadership competence. The application of leadership must be conditionally adjusted to circumstances or conditions that frequently change. Leadership also speaks about the behaviour of the leader in question. Regarding leader behaviour and leadership can be seen through the path goal theory of leadership. The aim of this research is to discuss Path-Goal Theory in communication studies or research, especially in studies of organizational communication and leadership. This theory is considered a path-goal theory because it focuses on how leaders influence followers' perceptions of work goals, self-development goals, and the paths needed to achieve goals. The path goal leadership model states the importance of the leader's influence on subordinates' perceptions of work goals, self-development goals, and paths to goal achievement.
