Abstract

The global economic crisis poses a serious challenge to business continuity throughout the world. This research aims to identify and analyze operational management strategies that are effective in increasing business resilience when facing the global economic crisis. The research methods used involve literature studies, interviews with business practitioners, and case analysis of companies that have successfully survived the previous economic crisis. The research results show that implementing an integrated operational management strategy, involving supply diversification, production flexibility, risk management, operational innovation, and stakeholder involvement, can build strong business resilience in the face of the global economic crisis. Supply diversification and production flexibility provide protection against supply disruptions and rapid adaptation to market changes, while careful risk management helps identify, evaluate and mitigate potential risks. Operational innovation increases competitiveness through the application of new technology and process efficiency, while stakeholder engagement forms a resilient network that supports each other.

Abstract

The phenomenon of using social media influencers as marketing agents has become an integral part of business strategy in the digital era. This research will focus on how influencers utilize social media platforms to increase their influence in reaching audiences, building brand images, and ultimately increasing marketing impact. This research aims to investigate and analyze the marketing strategies used by social media influencers and their impact on the effectiveness of product or service marketing. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The results of this research show that marketing strategies through social media influencers have a positive impact in increasing brand awareness, consumer engagement and company image. Selection of influencers that align with brand values, long-term collaboration, creative content, and active participation in the community have proven to be key factors in achieving campaign success. Choosing the right social media platform also plays a significant role in reaching a diverse audience. Regularly measuring performance using KPIs is an important step in evaluating campaign effectiveness and making necessary adjustments. In conclusion, marketing through social media influencers is not just a promotional tool, but also a strategic approach that is able to build strong relationships, increase engagement, and strengthen brand image in this digital era.

Abstract

Application of Information and Communication Technology in Citizenship Education Management. This research aims to explore and analyze the application of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the context of educational management systems in educational institutions. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in citizenship learning has a positive impact on students' learning experiences and teacher teaching effectiveness. Through the use of online platforms, simulation software, and online forums, students can engage in in-depth discussions, understand the implications of citizenship decisions through simulations, and increase their understanding of civic values. Training for teachers in the use of ICT also proves that adequate support and understanding of technology can improve the quality of civics learning. Thus, the research results confirm that ICT integration not only supports administrative efficiency, but also makes a significant contribution to the quality of education and the formation of students' civic character.

Abstract

With the growth of technology and increasingly widespread internet penetration in Indonesia, digital marketing has become crucial for increasing the visibility and competitiveness of local agribusiness products. This research aims to identify and analyze effective digital marketing strategies to support the growth and market penetration of local agribusiness products in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that implementing digital marketing strategies for local agribusiness products in Indonesia has had a positive impact in increasing product visibility, expanding market reach, and increasing consumer engagement. Through the use of social media, optimizing online content, QR codes on product packaging, and participation in e-commerce platforms, local agribusiness producers are able to create closer relationships with consumers and increase product competitiveness in the digital market. Organizing online training sessions or webinars has also proven effective in empowering local farmers to adopt digital marketing strategies effectively. Overall, this research shows that the integration of digital technology in the marketing of local agribusiness products is an important step to increase the growth of this sector in the era of digital and globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the issues of maqashid sharia and the importance of supervision in implementing Islamic Security Crowdfunding (ISF) contracts. Sharia compliance regulation is an essential subsystem within the Islamic social finance ecosystem. This research is a legal study utilizing legislative and conceptual approaches. Indonesia is one of the countries with a rapidly growing Sharia financial sector. The findings on Sharia compliance regulation in ISF are a comprehensive approach to developing a sustainable Islamic social finance ecosystem. Platforms and issuers in ISF must implement Maqashid Sharia. Therefore, it is crucial to consider the requirements of Maqashid Sharia in ISF contracts.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of the Village Consultative Body (BPD) in the context of the village government system in Indonesia. The Village Consultative Body is an institution that has an important role in decision making at the village level. This research uses a qualitative approach with data collection techniques through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and analysis of related documents. The research results show that the Village Consultative Body (BPD) has a crucial role in the village government system in Indonesia. Through its functions, such as channeling community aspirations, maintaining customs and culture, compiling village regulations, and supervising the performance of village heads, BPD is the main pillar in maintaining the sustainability and welfare of village communities. Although there are challenges in implementing its role, such as a lack of understanding of democratic principles and the potential for conflict between institutions in villages, efforts to strengthen capacity and transparency in village government are very important to increase community effectiveness and participation in local development.

Abstract

Riba etymologically means increasing (al-ziyadah), growing (an-numuw), increasing (al-'uluw). Terminologically, riba is an addition to the principal of a debt that is agreed or required as compensation for the debt repayment period. Riba is absolutely, firmly and clearly haram according to the Qur'an, hadith and the consensus of the ulama. In general, riba is divided into two types, namely riba duyun/qardh (riba in debts) and riba buyu' (riba in buying and selling). Maqashid (purpose) of prohibiting riba: 1) to avoid tyrannical practices against business people; 2) violates the principle of the basic nature of loans/debts as social good transactions which are converted into business-motivated transactions; 3) prevent injustice committed by creditors against debtors by exploiting the interest on the debt; 4) avoid gharar in exchange/buying and selling; and 5) so that money does not become a commodity that is bought and sold. The criteria for riba qardh are prohibited when additional debt is agreed upon in the contract or the gift/addition is paid before the debt is repaid. As for riba buyu', it occurs when the two rules of riba buying and selling are violated, the exchange of similar ribawi goods must meet the same criteria of quality and quantity, and must be in cash. If the exchange is of a different type then the terms must be cash and you can set a margin in it. In practice, riba qardh often occurs in fintech products, insurance, capital markets, conventional banking and derivative businesses. The practice of riba buyu' occurs in foreign exchange transactions, in the exchange of similar money which is widespread online.

Abstract

Strategy and innovation in business are activities that must be consistently carried out so that business people are still able to compete in an increasingly creative and complex industry. The accuracy of business people in understanding interactions within the scope of the market in question is a fundamental part in shaping the idea of strategy and innovation in business. The central role of product innovation strategies in efforts to improve competitiveness and good market orientation planning is the author's motive for conducting a study in the Bandung Regency was to validate the hypotheses regarding the impact of product innovation strategies and market orientation on competitive advantage in business markets. The utilized a qualitative approach and employed a survey research design for investigation. The population and sampling data used were 80 respondents. The findings indicated that the hypothesis regarding the effect of product innovation strategies exerts a substantial influence on improving quality of product competitiveness in the market and providing opportunities for excellence in market competition. While market orientation does not yield a notable impact.

Abstract

The South China Sea is a strategic area rich in natural resources and international trade routes, making it a hot spot in global geopolitical conflicts. This research analyzes the dynamics of sovereignty in the geopolitical conflict between the United States (US) and China in the South China Sea. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive analysis methods to examine how the two countries utilize their sovereignty claims as a tool to strengthen their respective political and economic positions in the region. The research results show that shifts in the understanding of maritime sovereignty have created significant challenges for regional and global stability, especially in the South China Sea. Different interpretations of sovereignty and maritime rights between major powers such as the United States and China, as well as ASEAN countries, have blurred traditional boundaries and increased regional militarization. This research finds that to overcome the emerging tensions, innovative maritime diplomacy approaches are needed, the development of new conflict resolution mechanisms, and the possibility of redefinition of the concept of sovereignty to be more inclusive and adaptive. This approach is expected to create solutions that maintain a balance between national sovereign rights and global stability, as well as ensuring compliance with international legal principles.

Abstract

This article examines the concept of rejecting the Trinity in Islam through the analysis of Surah An-Nisa verse 171, focusing on Tafsir Al-Azhar by Buya Hamka. The method used in this research is categorized as library research. In the verse, Allah rebukes Ahlul Kitab, especially the Christians, who have exaggerated in glorifying the Prophet Isa Alaihis-Salam to consider him as God. Buya Hamka emphasized that Jesus was only a messenger of Allah and not God, so the teaching of Tawhid must be upheld by Muslims. This explanation includes the prohibition not to associate Allah with anything and the importance of respecting prophets without going beyond the limits. This study shows that the rejection of the Trinity is not only theological, but also an attempt to protect the faith of the people from deviation. Thus, Tafsir Al-Azhar provides a comprehensive understanding of the rejection of the Trinity in Islam and emphasizes the importance of maintaining the oneness of God as the core of religious teachings.
