Abstract

Developments that have occurred over the last few decades have had an impact on shifting the role of government in shaping public policy, from being the only key actor to becoming one actor among other actors, both government and non-government, who work interdependently through a series of networks. This research aims to explain the emergence and development of the concept of policy network actors as a unit of analysis in the realm of public policy. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the formation of a policy network that is responsive to community needs requires strong collaboration between various key actors such as government, the private sector, civil society and international organizations. The importance of openness, transparency and active participation in the policy-making process also stands out as a determining factor in achieving responsive and inclusive policies. In addition, effective monitoring and evaluation mechanisms are key in ensuring that the policies produced remain relevant and can adapt to existing dynamics in society. This conclusion emphasizes the importance of understanding and managing complex dynamics between actors and ensuring that the resulting policies take into account the diverse interests and values in society

Abstract

The digital era has changed the marketing landscape dramatically, forcing companies to adapt to changing consumer trends and preferences. Buzz Marketing has been recognized as one of the powerful approaches to harness the power of social networks and virality of content on digital platforms. This research aims to investigate the effectiveness of the Buzz Marketing strategy in increasing sales in the digital era. Qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that implementing a buzz marketing strategy, through viral content, influencer campaigns, user interaction, interactive promotions, and user-generated marketing, can significantly improve a company's sales performance in the digital era. By harnessing the potential of buzz marketing, companies can expand their brand reach, build deeper engagement with consumers, and strengthen their brand image online. In conclusion, the use of innovative and adaptive marketing strategies, supported by the strong influence of buzz marketing, has proven to be the key to achieving marketing success amidst increasingly fierce competition in the ever-growing digital market.

Abstract

With the implementation of Mediation in Court through the results of Court Decision Number 53/Pdt.G/2019PN.Cjr, a provision applies which requires that all civil cases registered in the District Court must first attempt to resolve the dispute through a mediation process, including cases of claims for compensation in land dispute in Court Decision Number 53/Pdt.G/2019PN.Cjr. Based on the Basic Agrarian Law. Based on this, the issues that will be discussed are first, how the judge considers the plaintiffs' claim for compensation for the issuance of the certificate of rights in Court Decision Number 53/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Cjr, second, what legal remedies can be taken by the parties. In this writing, the author uses empirical juridical research methods, using primary data and secondary data, while data collection techniques are in the form of library studies and field studies, namely interviews and document studies. From the research results, it can be concluded that Court Decision Number 53/Pdt.G/2019/PN.Cjr, the researcher considers that the judge's decision stating that the claim for compensation for the Plaintiffs' rights is declared unacceptable due to formal defects is correct and the researcher assesses that that the judge's decision stating that the development of the disputed land belongs to Cipanas Village so that it is within the authority of the property rights to be able to use it and to take other legal action is correct.

Abstract

Pancasila, as the basis of the state, has a key role in shaping the character and identity of the nation. However, through observations of social, political and cultural developments, there are indications that the actualization of Pancasila values has decreased in daily life practices. This research aims to investigate the phenomenon of weakening the actualization of Pancasila values in national and state life in Indonesia. This research uses a qualitative approach where this research method involves documentary analysis, surveys and interviews to explore the public's understanding of Pancasila values and the extent to which these values are reflected in public behavior and policies. The research results show that the actualization of Pancasila values in national and state life requires a comprehensive approach. Revitalizing formal education, especially through Citizenship Education (PKn) subjects, is a crucial step to align Pancasila values with real life. Apart from that, the example of leaders, both formal and informal, is a major factor in moving society towards realizing the values of Pancasila. The role of educators as educational leaders is also very important, where the example and guidance provided by teachers can shape the character of students as agents of change who actualize Pancasila values in everyday life. With this approach, it is hoped that society can build a strong foundation to create a national culture that is inclusive and united in diversity.

Abstract

The geopolitical shift from Europe to the Asia Pacific region has made this region a hot area recently. Even though there is a race to increase maritime power, it is not yet considered an arms race. This research examines the major role and challenges of geopolitics on the Asia-Pacific Stage, a region that has a significant impact on global dynamics. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. The research results show that the Asia-Pacific Stage is a complex stage with various geopolitical challenges. Territorial disputes, competition between major powers such as China, the United States and Russia, and the threat of terrorism create tensions that affect stability. The existence of nuclear weapons and the potential for proliferation increases the risk of serious conflict. Humanitarian crises, both due to conflict and the impact of climate change, add complexity to the increasing number of refugees. In this context, regional organizations such as ASEAN are emerging as key players in managing tensions. Overcoming these challenges requires joint efforts, careful diplomacy and international cooperation to maintain peace, security and sustainable development in the region.

Abstract

The problem of unemployment is a big and serious problem in Indonesia, including in Tangerang Regency. Unemployment occurs because the number of job seekers is greater than the number of jobs. However, in reality, Tangerang Regency actually has the most employment opportunities or industry, as well as the unemployment rate, resulting in an imbalance of resources. Presidential Decree No. 4 of 1980 regarding the obligation to report job vacancies is still not implemented properly, so the Tangerang Regency Manpower Office implements Regional Regulation No. 12 of 2016 concerning employment which is obliged to organize job training and FKLPID forums in its collaboration. In this case, it was found that there was no community involvement in the forum and there was a lack of participation by industrial companies in the job training program so that a sense of dependency in collaboration had not been formed. Republic of Indonesia Banten Representative in Handling Maladministration Reports. The method used in this research is qualitative with a purposive informant selection technique. The theory used is the Ansell and Gash collaboration model, namely: initial conditions, institutional design, passive leadership, and collaboration processes. Data collection techniques include observation, interviews and documentation. Data validity testing uses triangulation and member check. The results of this research are that collaboration in overcoming unemployment in job training programs is not optimal, this can be seen from the lack of company participation, trainer resources, and community involvement in forums.

Abstract

Currently, Instagram has become one of the dominant platforms in digital marketing for building brands, by reaching a wider audience. General trends in marketing on Instagram include the use of creative content strategies, and optimizing the use of hashtags. One example of an Instagram account that is actively doing this is the @jajanserang account. With so many followers, the Instagram account @jajanserang stands out with interesting content and an effective marketing strategy that focuses on information about the culinary industry, food, cafés and tourist attractions in the city of Serang. This account has succeeded in attracting the audience's attention with a combination of tempting videos, interactions being active with followers, using the right hashtags, and intelligent adaptation to Instagram trends and algorithms make this account interesting to research. Apart from that, the aim of this research is to find out the techniques used in digital marketing on the Instagram account @jajanserang such as engagement rate, use of hashtags, and the type of content published are also keywords in the caption so that this account is liked by many people. The research approach applied in this research is qualitative using content analysis techniques by collecting the last 100 posts published by the @jajanserang account in the research period, namely (26/11/23) which were then categorized and analyzed. The results obtained in this research are that the @jajanserang account uses several digital marketing techniques, namely advertising, storytelling, use of hashtags, sales promotions, giveaways, comedy and audio music. Where advertising and sales promotions are the most effective techniques in attracting customers. Then hashtags are a technique that is used very often, while comedy and audio are the least common.

Abstract

Telegram's Anonymouse Chat Bot allows users to exchange messages in chat rooms with purposes ranging from finding new friends, discussion forums or venting to finding a partner. This phenomenon becomes a problem when the anonymous chat feature is used by certain individuals to distribute pornographic content which can disturb other users. This research aims to analyze behavioral patterns based on the motives and objectives of using the Anonymouse Chat Bot Telegram and observe how acts of abuse can occur in this Bot. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive qualitative research characteristics. The results obtained from the research show that the use of Telegram's Anonymouse Chat Bot is used as a medium for establishing, searching for, adding new friends and even as a promotional medium for taking commercial advantage. Researchers see negative behavior from several individuals who distribute pornographic content due to the anonymous policy in this bot so that they are free and not responsible for what they send, whether in the form of chats, photos or videos that contain pornographic elements. Likewise, other users feel disturbed by the presence of these individuals.

Abstract

Positive affirmations are positive statements or sentences expressed to the subconscious mind or in the form of writing to express a goal. Affirmation statements must be positive and in line with what you believe within yourself. Usually, affirmations are done repeatedly so that they are effective. Currently, many Generation Z are implementing positive affirmations into their lives. This phenomenon is very interesting to find out more deeply. This research wants to find out how affirmations are in the lives of Generation Z. The aim of the research is to find out whether positive affirmations can feel love and affection, can form interactions with other individuals, and can also respect yourself. The theory used in this research is the theory of motivation proposed by Abraham Maslow. The paradigm of this research is post-positivism. The research method used is a qualitative descriptive research method where data collection is carried out by interviewing informants who meet the criteria. The results of this research show that each individual has their own way of carrying out positive affirmation activities. Apart from that, positive affirmations can also make someone love themselves more, can make interpersonal communication smoother without obstacles, and can make someone respect themselves more because negative thoughts within themselves are reduced or even erased in the individual's mind.

Abstract

TikTok is an application or social media platform whose growth rate is very fast, currently TikTok users in Indonesia have reached 99.79 million accounts. With a large audience, TikTok is used by online businesses to introduce and market products or services to target markets, one example is the TikTok account @tenuedeattire. The large number of online businesses offering their products or services on the TikTok application has triggered quite tight competition among online businesses in offering their products to consumers. This research aims to analyze marketing communication strategies and what forms of marketing communication strategies are carried out by the TikTok account @tenuedeattire. This research uses qualitative methods by analyzing content in order to explain and understand symbolic messages or messages in various forms and also includes unstructured data. The results of this research state that the marketing communication strategy carried out by the TikTok account @tenuedeattire contains content by using existing features in the TikTok application which aims to build brand awareness, reach a wider target market, increase sales. generate profits at a certain level. This research also produced an explanation of the marketing content concept AIDA (Awereness, Interest, Desire, Action).
