This research aims to investigate the customer concern of privacy over the internet pertaining to e-commerce companies in the era of transformative marketing. The paper discusses different drivers and challenges of customer's data protection. The article also explores the two prominent prospects on internet privacy; the "consumer protection view" and "free-market view". To carry out the current study, a thorough literature review is done. Recent articles published in high-quality journals relevant to the topic were collected and analyzed for carrying out current study. Based on the review of literature, it can be stated the vast majority of consumers are unaware of how their personal data is used. Consumers are either too careless in managing their data or too cautious, which may lead to problems for all stakeholders. The researchers advocate the consumer protection view. The current article highlights alarming insight that consumers are unaware and unconcerned how their private data is used for commercial gain without taking their permission. The two views on consumer privacy are shared, and future evolution in these views is discussed. The article has also highlighted that the government has to play an active role since the issue pertains to the entire world.

Moreover, various aspects of the project have also been explored regarding key traits of Project Team, Project stakeholders, and Project management practices. These highlighted areas can play an important role in the successful project management of any project related to the construction industry. There are many factors that need to be considered during the course project planning, project execution/implementation, and finishing of the projects. These factors play vital role for on time completion of the construction Project. Out of the numerous factors involved, there are some critical factors which are compulsory to be considered for the success of the construction project. In writing of this review paper, 10 research papers were studied, and 44 factors involved in the construction industry were verified. Upon studying further, only 10 critical factors were finalized, which occurred numerously in the different papers, were considered, and are presented in the table. These 10 critical factors are the ones that decide the fate and success of any construction project. Since it was found that they were repeated in multiple research papers, it shows the importance and significance of the factor in any construction project, which is to be considered. Various review papers are available for software projects but comprehensive review related to construction-related projects and specifically guiding factors concerning project management has not been identified recently. The study will help companies consider the most important factor prior to initiating any project related to construction.

Abstract

This study aims at defining a remodeled adjusted value for Learning Degree value Graph (LDG) and proposing a method to recalculate the Learning Degree (LD). The Diploma Supplement (DS) is an attachment to a degree certificate that enhances transparency by clearly indicating the contents acquired. DS for a curriculum mostly is comprised of electives and cannot fairly represent student abilities. This study uses a DS creation method linked to degree-awarding policies—commonly called "Diploma Policies" (DP) in Japan. Specifically, each subject is associated with a plurality of DP items and a student's contribution rate in a subject (subject learning rate) is set based on the contents of the DP items. The DS is created by multiplying the number of acquired credits by the subject learning rate of each DP and the learning evaluation level as the learning degree of each DP item. If all students are taking the same subjects, then a fair DS can be created by this method by calculating the LD. As a result, a method for creating a DS linked to DPs that accurately represents student abilities even when the curriculum is mostly composed of electives is successfully developed. This method could be helpful as the DS here reflects a fair evaluation of student's degree regardless of the subjects studied.

Abstract

The purpose of this research paper is to improve the processes of designing, implementing, and applying audit methods and procedures within the corporate governance system, to clarify and formulate a single and understandable apparatus of “corporate governance”, which will allow us to determine the place and role of internal audit in the corporate governance system. The paper uses a complex methodology for studying the topic, including methods such as analysis and synthesis, comparison, and statistical assessment. Key findings of current study are a system of quantitative and qualitative indicators that expresses the economic interests and control parameters of a group of corporate governance entities. It will help to evaluate the level of performance of the analytical facility using the paired comparison method. Relevance of the topic is related to the fact that the creation and development of internal audit function are connected to the creation and development of joint-stock companies caused by post-soviet privatization of property in Georgia. There is a substantial volume of research that gives a general perspective about the internal audit of corporate governance, but the creation of the conceptual model of internal audit in the corporate governance system and its auditory assessment methods remain the least scrutinized field of economic science.

Abstract

This study proposes a simplified Customer Satisfaction (CS) analysis procedure by summarizing the CS analysis method, which can be practically applied to questionnaire analysis from the perspective of Institutional Research for Teaching and Learning (IRTL). Most of the questionnaire surveys conducted in higher education institutions are mere aggregations of the percentage of responses. A course evaluation questionnaire assessment method applying CS analysis, which is often used in marketing, has already been established to solve this problem. However, this method cannot be practically implemented if IRTL organizations are not fully functional. Using this proposed method, it is possible to specifically analyze the items that need to be focused on and improved to enhance student satisfaction. Furthermore, this study also examines whether the proposed method could be applied to the analysis of questionnaires for student surveys that have been conducted in recent years. As a result, the proposed method based on the perspective of IRTL has also succeeded in summarizing the guidelines for higher education institutions to conduct survey analysis.

The focus of the study is to examine the level of job satisfaction of working women in a male-dominant workplace. The women who work t male-dominated occupations faced several difficulties which decrease job satisfaction. The level of Job satisfaction can measure through the attitude of working women regarding work experiences. The targeted population of this study was composed of N = 800 female workers from all higher educational institutes of Quetta (Balochistan). The sample size was N = 500. A structured questionnaire was developed to conduct primary data. The data were examined by using SPSS (statistical package for social sciences) version 24 software. The Chi-square test was implemented to measure the relationship between job satisfaction and male dominance at the workplace. The findings showed there is a significant association between male dominancy and job satisfaction of working women. The level of job satisfaction of working women is lower because of males’ supremacy. These findings imply that the chances of professional development must be equally provided to every worker without any gender disparity. Moreover, these findings render useful recommendations for policymakers.
