Abstract

The growth of Islamic financial products has fueled as financial issues in the last recent years. This kind of products has been developed as the alternative of financial investment not only in the Islamic countries, but also in the non-islamic ones. This research provides one of the Islamic financial issues, especially equity fund, which traded on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The aim of this research is to compare investment on equity funds base on Islamic and conventional perpectives regarded to risk and performance measurers. The results show that conventional equity’s funds have higer risk and better performance than Islamic ones. According to these results, it reflects that conventional funds have more active strategic investment comparing to Islamic funds.

Abstract

This study is to determine the effects of product and location on consumer purchasing decision at rumah makan Sama Raso Palembang. The purpose of research is to determine which variables are most dominant in influencing consumer consumer purchasing decisions. Data obtained from the questionnaires, obrservations, interviews, and the data were analyzed using multiple linear regression, correlation, and coefficient determination. The result show that there is a strong relation between two variables. Product influence positive and siginificant on consumer purchasing decision. Location influence positive and siginificant on consumer purchasing decision. Suggests to rumah makan samo raso to keep improve both the reference variables that product in quality and the location because that is logical reason comsumers in deciding to make a purchase.

Abstract

The focus of this research is to analize the influence of trust upon behavioral loyalty with relational commitment as mediating variable. In this research, we trust were measured by reliability and integrity of PT. PELNI. Relational commitment were measured by resistance to change. On the other hand, behavioral loyalty were measured by brand preference and repeat purchase. Samples of the research are 25 companies that use PT. PELNI services in Surabaya. Data obtained from the research are analyzed by applying the SPSS program of 13.0. The SPSS program was used for executing staristical technique analysis, namely Linear Regression. The result of the research indicated that (1) trust significantly influence relational commitment (hypothesis is accepted); (2) relational commitment significantly influence behavioral loyalt (hypothesis is accepted).

Abstract

State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya Palembang is a vocational education Institution which in the lecture activities more practical rather than theoretical, as well as within the Department of Business Administration. Department of Business Administration is a subject that study a lot in the areas of secretarial and office including the practice of typing. During this time students at the Business Administration Department trained 10 finger blind typing skills by using a manual typewriter and electronic typewriter. In accordance with current technological developments every company is already using technology such as computers. Therefore, students should be able to follow the development of the technology that is the way to learn to type fast 10-finger blind which should still pay attention to precision and accuracy. There are several kinds of programs that can be used for learning in typing speed, one of which is a master typing program. Typing master's program is often used in polytechnic typing speed competition in Indonesia, unfortunately; only few business administration departments used this master typing program recently. Therefore, with this program it can be known the strengths and weaknesses of this typing master program.

Abstract

As we know that the world economy is a unity, this means that a country’s economy will affect the economies other countries. Recently, an economic crisis in some European countries affecting another country’s economy through the interaction of global economic activity. Currently, the European Union is experiencing a contraction of 0,3 %, as stated in the economic recession. But on the other hand, there is an exciting area, namely Asia, where China managed to penetrate the country’s economic growth above 10% in recent years to buy securities portion in United State of America and later was asked by the European Union to increase its investment. On the other side, the real picture is that economy between countries is a unity. The 1998 crisis in Indonesia is a result from the crisis in Thailand which also extends to several South East Asia countries. This article will discuss qualitatively how the economic development of the two countries in each region – Europe and Asia. The first is in Asia; Indonesia as an example of a developing country, while China as an example of developed country. The second in the Europe region, Bosnia & Herzegovina are example of developing countries and Germany as example of developed country. The four countries will be compared its macroeconomic data of Gross Domestic Product (GDP) over the last ten years. The data used are sourced from World Bank by using the GDP applicable in billion USD, so, it will clear the economic linkage between countries

Abstract

This study aimed to measure use of the campus academic information system (Sisfokampus)  with implementation of Technology Acceptance Model. This study uses data collected through a survey of lecturers  and employees State Polytechnic Sriwijaya. Sampling method in this study using Simple Random Sampling with a sample of 88 respondents. Data analysis using SPSS for Windows version 19.00 with Path Analysis method. The independent variables were perceived usefulness, ease of use and the attitude of use. While the dependent variable is the behavioral intention and actual use. The results showed that perceptions of usefulness, ease of use simultaneously a significant effect on the attitude of the use of the system. Perception usefulness no significant effect on the attitude of the use of the system. Perceived ease of use significantly influence the attitude of the use of the system. Then, perceived usefulness, ease of use and the attitude of use simultaneously significant effect on system usage intentions. Perception usefulness significantly influence system usage intentions. Ease of use was not a significant effect on system usage intentions. Attitude use significant effect on system usage intentions. Perceptions of usefulness, ease of use, attitudes and intentions use the simultaneous use significant effect on actual usage. The perception usefulness and ease of use in partial no significant effect on actual use. The attitude of use and intention using system partially significant effect on actual usage.

Abstract

The purpose of this research with title “Functional Strategies to Increase the Use of Grha Wiksa Praniti Building, Bandung” is to analyze functional strategies to increase the use of Grha Wiksa Praniti building. Used method in this research is descriptive method. Analysis of data using descriptive analysis. The result from this research is in the strategic research and development using housing innovation and technology. Production (operation) strategy is building development with environmentally friendly concept. Marketing strategy consists of market selection, product, price, distribution system/place, and promotion. Market selection is for Public Works Ministry with the main target areas of Jakarta and West Java, the product is still in good condition, for a price is not charged because in assets use suit with the main task and function, the distribution system is not needed to reach the site, promotion using brochure, using website and increase the socialization. Financial strategy performed with alocate operational budget and special maintain for Grha Wiksa Praniti building.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Efisiensi Dan Kemandirian Keuangan Daerah Terhadap Belanja Modal Di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh kemampuan keuangan daerah yang terlihat dari efisiensi dan kemandirian keuangan daerah terhadap belanja modal di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Variabel independen terdiri dari variabel efisiensi keuangan daerah dan variabel kemandirian keuangan daerah serta variabel belanja modal sebagai variabel dependen. Periode analisis terdiri dari sepuluh tahun yang dimulai dari tahun 2004 sampai dengan 2013 serta menggunakan data keuangan daerah di Provinsi Kepulauan Bangka Belitung. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif. Model analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi berganda dengan model estimasi ordinary least square. Kemudian melakukan evaluasi model dengan ekonometrika dan statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara keseluruhan variabel efisiensi keuangan daerah dan variabel kemandirian keuangan daerah berpengaruh signifikan terhadap belanja modal dengan nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa sebesar 83,74 persen. Sedangkan secara parsial, masing-masing variabel mempunyai arah yang sesuai dengan teori.

Abstract

The object of this final report is to find out the influence of service quality to the customer satisfaction of  PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai.  The  purpose of this final report is to investigate the influence of service quality which is most dominantly influence the customer satisfaction and to investigate the quality that is given whether it is already fulfilled the customer satisfaction.  The data are got questioner, observation, interview, the data are analyzed by using the theories from Nasution (2003), Lupiyoadi (2001), Umar (2002), Tjiptono (1999), and by using the SPSS analysis for windows 11.5 version Multiple Regression formula.  The result shows that R Square is the colleration service quality and the customer perception satisfaction which were 30.6%, while the remaining 69.4% were influenced by other factor not included in this study.  The factor of Tangibles more influence customer satisfaction.  Writer suggests that PT PLN (Persero) Cabang Palembang Rayon Rivai should increase the service quality in Responsiveness dimention, because this dimention is that costumer want.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul Pengaruh Pengetahuan Tentang Produk, Harga, Tempat, Promosi, Orang-orang, Proses, dan Layanan Pelanggan Terhadap Persepsi Mahasiswa Untuk Menabung di Bank Syariah Pada Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengetahuan tentang produk, harga, tempat, promosi, orang-orang, proses, dan layanan pelanggan terhadap persepsi mahasiswa untuk menabung di bank syariah dan mengetahui variabel apa yang lebih dominan. Penelitian ini menggunakan dua variabel, yaitu variabel independen dan variabel dependen. Variabel independen terdiri dari produk (X1), harga (X2), tempat (X3), promosi (X4), orang-orang (X5), proses (X6) dan layanan pelanggan (X7) . Sedangkan variabel dependen yaitu persepsi mahasiswa (Y). Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara signifikan tempat, orang-orang,  dan proses berpengaruh  terhadap persepsi mahasiswa untuk menabung di bank syariah, dan variabel yang paling dominan adalah orang-orang
