Abstract

            The research is conducted to evaluate some illustration criteria about the eligibility of a business in UMKM Berkat as a partner of UPT Textile for confection division in Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan of South Sumatera based on financial aspect. Research methodology is used both of quantitative and qualitative research.  This analysis is required at least seen by Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Benefit Cost Ratio (Net B/C). Factors considered are the estimated investment, working capital, operating costs, maintenance and revenue forecasts The data were analyzed by reviewing the theory developed by R.A Supriyono (2010), Yacob Ibrahim (2009). There are five criterias in evaluating the eligibility of a business. The calculation by using those method which is Payback Period (PP), Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), Profitability Indeks (PI) dan Break Even Point (BEP). According to the result of businesseligibility analysis find that; Payback Period can returned the capital about three years and six months (3,24 years), Net Present Value obtained in a positive (+) value which is Rp.273.597.150, Internal Rate of Return is on 37% and 38%, Profitability Indeks is 2,28 and Break Even Point is Rp. 106.550 and 21 units. By the value of the results can be concluded that UMKM Berkat as as a partner of UPT Textile for confection division in Dinas Perindustrian dan Perdagangan of South Sumatera is eligible established.

Abstract

Assumption from this research reflected in hypothesis that suspects that there is a positive and significant influence from leadership, motivation, training, and working environment to performance. For testing the validity from that hypothesis it’s needed a related data from worker opinion about leadership, motivation, training, working environment, and performance. Data explored based one judgment and worker opinion from 81 respondents. The result of the regression analysis is meanwhile F is 29,809 with significant 0,00; R2 is 0,620. So the variable can explain 62% to performance and the rest 38% can be explained the other variables. From the research it can be concluded that training and working environment have positive influence to performance and then leadership end motivation have negative influence to performance.

Abstract

 The overall purpose of this study was to develop an understanding of the Triple Helix model on tourism services. There are three institutions on Triple Helix: university-industry-government, which each others relate and work together to contribute for tourism development. The study was conducted on the rules of tourism in Indonesia. It was found that the Triple Helix III model is the synergic model for Indonesia tourism development. Each party: Academia-Industry-Government could be contribute to develop tourism assets according to the each capacities and capabilities. The universities, industry and together with government  could be elaborate the synergic discussions, solve the problems, formulate and implement of tourism policies.

Abstract

 The research is aimed to explore political Map and voter behaviour. This research is to identify  factors that influence voters in determining their choice to candidates.   It is merely case study whereas the research are mainly focus  on Major District General election in Palembang. The main research problems to be explored are concerning with  the important factors  that influence voters in determining their choice to candidates. The research mainly used primary data by delivering questionaires to selected respondents. The questionaire was delivered to 1070 selected respondents. It is also used secondary data to enrich the research analysis. Research finding shows  that popularity and electability Romi Herton  are higher among other candidats. It is also found that most voters are remain floating. In line with survey, newspaper is one of media used by voters as information sources that influence voters in determining their choice.  the main  factors  effected  voters in choosing Major candidates

Abstract

Penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar persepsi nasabah terhadap kualitas layanan pada bank BRI Kantor Kas Radial Palembang. Adapun responden dalam penelitian sebanyak seratus orang, penarikan data menggunakan instrumen kuesioner, dengan metode purposive sampling diketahui bahwa secara keseluruhan nilai rata-rata persepsi nasabah terhadap bank BRI Kantor Kas Radial Palembang adalah baik atau sebesar 62,3 persen, dengan dimensi terkecilnya yaitu reliability dan assurance, yaitu masing-masing sebesar 60 persen, sedangkan nilai terbesar berada pada dimensi emphaty dengan skor 66,5 persen.

Abstract

The purpose of this research are knowing and analyizing about The Effects of Motivation, Competence and Work Enviroment together and partially on performance of education tutor in study groups were fostered by UPTD SKB Musi Banyuasin. The population of tutor in this research are 50 peoples. Thinking about the small number of the population, the author use census method which is all of the population in this research be research sample. The result of this research can be concluded that the value of calculated F for motivation, competence, work environment on the performance of tutors is 9.098. While the F table with a significance level (α) = 5% by the denominator (nk-1) = (50-3-1) and the numerator (k = 3) is 2.807. If the calculated of F ≥ F table, Ho is rejected and Ha accepted. Thus the F-test analysis results of this study it can be concluded that the calculated F ≥ F 9.098 2.807 table which means, there is a significant effect of motivation, competence, and the work environment  jointly on the performance of tutors. Whereas, the value of t is for motivation on the performance of tutors  is the value of t 0.567t <t table 2.013. So, Ho accepted and Ha rejected, which means there is no significant effect of motivation variable to variable performance tutor. T value for competence on the performance of tutors is the value of t 2,979 ≥ t table 2.013. So, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect of competence  on the performance of tutors. T value for the working environment on the performance of tutors (Y) is the value of t 2.104 ≥ t table 2.013. So, Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, which means that there is a significant effect of the work environment variables to tutor performance variable.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memberikan deskripsi mengenai strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang dilakukan oleh PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya dalam membangun brand awareness melalui event  ”Tour Let’s Go To”. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kasus. Dalam melakukan teknik pengumpulan data, peneliti melakukan wawancara mendalam, observasi pada saat event dan data-data lain (dokumentasi, data dari PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya). Peneliti menemukan bahwa PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya telah melakukan delapan tahapan strategi komunikasi pemasaran yang efektif, yakni mengidentifikasi audiens sasaran, menentukan tujuan komunikasi, merancang pesan, memilih saluran komunikasi, menentukan total anggaran komunikasi, menetapkan bauran promosi, mengukur hasil promosi, serta mengelola dan mengkoordinasikan proses komunikasi pemasaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa divisi Pemasaran dan Penjualan Jasa PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya melakukan riset secara terstruktur dalam mengukur hasil promosi. Selain itu, evaluasi event juga dilakukan secara formal setelah pelaksanaan program wisata bahari. Dalam hal ini, evaluasi menjadi poin penting bagi divisi Pemasaran dan Penjualan Jasa PT. PELNI Cabang Surabaya untuk dijadikan acuan bagi perbaikan event ”Tour Let’s Go To” yang akan dilaksanakan di tujuan wisata berikutnya.

Abstract

Mail filling is such an activity related to receiving, recording, delivery and destruction of correspondence or a variety of other records. Filing is one of the areas of administration that manages a variety of information for the development and progress of a company or organization. This study aims at determine the purpose of a good archival storage system is implemented and to determining borrowing Systems archive Tbk PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Palembang Branch. While the object of research conducted at the Branch Tbk PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Palembang. The company was engaged in the heavy equipment industry. In collecting data using primary data and secondary data obtained with the method of collecting data through interviews, observation, questionnaires, and literature. Based on this study it was found that the archive storage systems and lending to PT Tbk Hexindo Adiperkasa Palembang Branch, there are still obstacles that lack of good administration section archival storage system, and the absence of lending form to records. Thus, the authors provided a solution in the storage system should be better storage system combined with other systems, such as systems that region to facilitate staff in finding a searchable archive, as well as a form of borrowing that serves as evidence of the loan files, so it be could known who borrowed archives corresponding information contained in the archives borrowed time.

Abstract

The purposes of this study are to know the effectiveness of the gadgets advertisement among the users in Surabaya and examine the most effective media to influence the users’ action in buying gadgets. The sample taken is 100 respondents to measure the CRI elements (awareness, comprehend, interest, intention and action). The result of this study found that Facebook has the highest effectiveness in advertising gadgets 17.28%, Magazines 3.59% and Lain-lain, included here brochures, company websites, word-of-mouth and expo (1.94%). Television gets only 1.85%, newspaper 1.03%, Blackberry messengers 0.75%, Twitter and billboard reach 0% for the rest of two. However, all media used to advertise gadgets in this study are not effective because the percentage is less than 50% and thus, finding another media or utilize in Facebook and specific Magazines is high recommended suggestion.

Abstract

Investors invest their funds in companies chosen in the stock market, depending on investors' perceptions of the success of the company reflected in the stock price that is assumed is the embodiment of Corporate Value measured from the market value of the company determined from the share price, the company yan go public, then the value of the company is reflected in the share price (listing price). In this study, there are three factors affecting the Company namely Capital Structure Value, which is the ratio between internal funds to fund external parties. Profitability is the Traffic Integration to generate profits used as a measure of the effectiveness of the management company's performance to predict future earnings. Ownership structure which is a ratio between the number of shares held by internal parties (employers) the number of shares held by the NII external parties (shareholders). Sample used was 100 companies from the population of companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2011-2014, which jumlahny vary between 127-154, but not all companies consistently exist in the year 2011-2014, this research establishes a consistent 100 companies in the Stock Exchange in the year 2011 - 2014. Data of this research is secondary data from company reports in Indonesian Stock Exchange (www.idx.co.id). The results showed that: firstly, EPS (Profitability) positive effect on PBV (Value Company), second, DER (Capital Structure) a negative effect on PBV (Value Company), third, positive influence on the Ownership Structure PBV (Value Company)
